I haven’t received my refund back on my instamart order and i hot debited twice one from paytm app and another one from Gpay

I ordered Amul frostik from Swiggy instamart on 03/06/2023. The icecream was delivered in a fully melted form as if it was stored at room temperature for a few days. Even after contacting customer care, they say they won't give any refund. It is an unfortunate circumstance but are refusing to take responsibility that the instamart staff failed to store food correctly. Does Swiggy think people are dogs by sending such food. This food shows how much Swiggy doesn't care for storing food properly. Why should I pay for such food?

Look at the response of Swiggy team trying to shirk all accountability. They are sorry but no refund can be given. Wow..would Swiggy care enough to such disgusting looking food?

I have working in one restaurant as delivery boy the owner have hired personal restaurant delivery boyz then I have work for 1 month then I leave and i remove my id from swiggy then I login every day but this app is showing like this

I am unable to login to the app, it keeps showing too many login attempts. What I request is for this to be reverted back and at least should have given any warning or anything. I should be allowed to login to the app.

Food package was spilt and food was all over the package all got wasted shameful and food is too spicey horrible...Everything got wasted refund my money disgusting swiggy moreover customer care doesn't care

I have given one order for 1 Veg biryani from Biryani Blues through Swiggy. I have received the order more than one hour late and the food was completely cold. Mr Mohd. From customer executive team told me he will give me coupon of 75 rs as compensation and i confirmed the same. The next second he started saying they cannot do that please write a mail. Do you think customers are fool? Its not about 75 rs coupon it shows Swiggy is a fraud and filled with liars bunch of customer executive. I want to complaint against Mr. Mohd for being a cheap liar throughout the entire conversation.

Please give me a task in the locality only, My locality is Basavangudi, If you give the long distance order of 24 kms, how to do.

I had ordered from Swiggy with the order details mentioned below :

Order Date and Time: 25th May 2023 at 9:31 PM

After the order was placed, the expected time of arrival was 10:16PM. I waited for my order till the promised time. I asked the team at 10:20 about the status but I was told that the order is still being prepared and the delivery partner was not assigned. After not being able to provide the status or the food or the refund for my order, the support executive asked me to either cancel the order or wait for the order. When I said that I don't want to cancel and want my food, she said she was unable to proceed with the refund and this was after I had already waited for 30 mins beyond the promised time i.e. 10:16 PM. They did not respond properly on time and kept me waiting to chat with the senior executive. I was harassed for the entire time and the food wasn't delivered even after 90 minutes of waiting.

Request you to kindly help me the compensation for the harassment by the swiggy team and for keeping me hungry when I couldn't cook and eat as I had lost appetite after waiting for 90 minutes and had to sleep hungry.

Received spoiled food . Cake i ordered was smelling and had gone bad .
How can swiggy be so irresponsible to keep such clients with them.
I was wondering why this shop "cake n bake"from koparkhairane is not there on zomato.
Zomato only keeps trustworthy shops.
I am so much disappointed that i could not eat cake on my parents anniversary.
Swiggy did not even took any action for this issue nor did it refund ny money

Hi Team,

Since long I am using Swiggy money wallet, Last few days I couldn't able to use money however I have loaded money in the wallet.

When I tried customer care they said that its a technical error and it will take 2-5 Hours for the resolution, Its been 4-5 days I am following up, but there where no response.

I have send emails, Swiggy bot and multiple options but there were no reponse yet.

can I get a quick resolution.

SWIGGY IS INSANE!!

Since i'm a huge fan of Cheesy items, I happened to place the order around 12;00AM for Cheesy chicken popcorn and chocolate mouuse from easy bites EMPIRE
ETA was given 12/40AM, waiting for my dinner- i received my orderby 1 AM without chocolate mouuse-
And the item which i received was cheesy chicken popcorn, where i couldn't see a drop of cheese- since it was delivered so late that even the dry popcorn was delivered, looked like rocks and stones.
I was craving for cheese, and i couldn't see a drop of it. the thing which i received was supposed to be a leftover of someones which they delivered me

Got in touch with the SWIGGY CX EXEC- they refunded me for missing item and initiated the replacement order(1:5:00 AM) ETA (1:40:AM) for the scheesy chicken popcorn
Ofcourse, i threw the one which i received at first waiting for my replacement order
Kept on checking with the swiggy associates each 10 mins but agents disconnects the call in between, they been saying eveything's good-- but after delay of 20 mins around 2:00:AM i got hold of an agent-
The agent named AKASH - he said me there was delay due to choc mouuse not available, he offered me honey cake, i accepted...agent kept me on hold came back saying the oprder cannot be delivered, --restaurent has nothing to deliver

I get to know around 2:00 AM that restaurant cannot fulfill my Dinner after waiting for 2 hours----and while i was on a call with agent, i could hear his friends using vulgar language such as ...as soon as i heard this i asked for manager escalation
instead he played me confirming that order's been cancelled an just dropped the call... he probed me twice about order cancellation... both the times, i insisted on not cancelling the order, just wanted manager or supervisor escalation

Went thru a lot of escalation agents, an agent came and said will compensate for the inconvenience caused and processed me for 70rs coupon which i used for placong order(actually i used 80rs)
but when asked about replacement order he said refund can be provided by email team, please email them, they'll process the refund ... but when emailed... they called me up and explained no refund can be processed

I am order in swiggy instamart mutton delivery and open the meat very bad smell this is expery meat

When I order place in swiggy Irani cafe show 10.5km from my location but actually when I check in google show only 6.6 distance km from my home it’s totally fraud for taking charges from customer as long distance

I have ordered Clove Crush (from instamart) and they delivered me Clove(another brand)
Either give me refund or give me my order and take them back

I ordered a food item for my family yesterday. Delivery agent asked my otp that he reached home to deliver order . But after I shared my otp. Order status changed to delivered. But food not delivered and delivery agent not able to reach after. I informed swiggy customer. They also tried to reach him. But he is not able to reached. Then swiggy customer care told me to raise a mail regarding this issue. I raised a mail. But they simply replied that food is delivered and they won't do any monetary adjustments

Have ordered some food from Hira Restaurant via your Swiggy app. The Order no. is[protected] the food amount is Rs. 925 which was paid via Paytm wallet. On the Swiggy app it shows that the food was delivered on May 10, 2023 3:37 PM but I did not receive any food and No delivery partner contacted me I really don't know what kind of system is this from Swiggy.
