I had ordered from frozen bottle 653 rupees, after an hour or so I got a call stating the order will take one hour else it will be cancelled. Without me confirming anything the order was cancelled and Got a message instantly. Now I am struggling since yesterday to get a solution but no proper guidance or update. This is not what a loyal customer needs to go through and bare the brunt of a restaurant mistake. Still struggling for a solution....

Terrible exprience. Almost all products ordered from Swiggy Instamart were expired. It’s absolutely shocking. There is no way one can contact Instamart. No number or email. I had given an Order of Rs. 200 on Friday Night (2/12/2022). I tried making the payment via UPI where it failed two times consecutively. Swiggy is charging service charge on orders and also restaurant GST. Please find screenshot attached.
I have also attache the screenshot for bill on Zomato for the same order from the same restaurant at the same time with a discrepancy of 70 rupees. Please look into this. I suspect this isn't legal...

Hello, on 29th November I placed order #[protected]. It was not delivered to me and the executive marked the order as delivered.

I sent multiple emails to your support none of them reached out to me.

I have the CCTV footage of that day to prove that the executive did not deliver the order. All this was explained in the emails and footage was also shared but no solution was provided.
