Hello Sir,
I am writing this to you that I ordered some food yesterday from swiggy but they did not deliver the food also while I want to get refund they did not reply or cooperate.
I have been using this application so long although this is an trusted application but this behaviour is not acceptable .
Can you please look into this matter and resolve the problem

Dear sir,
While ordering pizza, it was mentioned on top of the menu as 'buy one get one' offer.When the pizza was delivered, i recd only one pizza.I complained to swiggy via the chat option & nearly spend more than an hour with three excequtives ( being forwarded to one another), without any resolution.
As per the excequtive, you could have got additional pizza if you had ordered two pizzas !!
Which does not make sense as it was mentioned as buy 1 get 1 offer.
Kindly look into this cheap gimmicks of swiggy & make them accountable for there actions

Mera id 2171747 and mob no [protected] hai.mera acount deactivate ho gya hai. Sir aapse anurodh hai ki mere id ko activate kar diya jaye.

I ordered milk through swiggy instamart.The milk i got was damaged I complained to customer care.They didnt provide replacement or refund.

I had logged out 4 days ago and today I had to order via Swiggy but as soon as I logged in via my registered mobile number, it says number already used in 6 months. Please sort this out as all my addresses and payment and methods are linked to this mobile number. Pls solve it asap

Yesterday I got Food (Meals & Vegetable biriyani)order(Orde ID:[protected] from swiggy.So I accept that order and went to customer place TNagar to mugaper East almost 15 KM.
But unfortunately inbetween I stuck metro and drainage work soo there changed usual root to another root

Soo for this reason only I delay to deliver food on time.i reached customer place nearby 300mtr but customer cancelled that food order.

Now there penalty 549 need to pay and my account temporarily deactivated.

Please Activate my account I think you will understand my situation I have family also need to survive please Activate my account it's ambul request...

I just received one of the two pizzas ordered. I have not got a refund.

Food delivered was completely rotten bad smell was coming. I have to throw alway all. No refund is provided to me

I've ordered groceries from their instamart and receieved a very poor quality item which is getting a bad smell and it is completely defective even.
Swiggy is not taking back their product or they are atleast not ready to refund back my money .As a consumer right, i atleast need to get back my money for the worst items i recieved.

They are selling expired products that to food items, i had omitting and fever because of this and stomach pain was unbearable. What if any kid would have ate that. Their service team is not serious about this and only would apologise but this is something related to food and health and hence strong action needed against that. I have added photos of the product.

] I had ordered food for Rs 121.0 but due to some technical issues the order was cancelled and a refund was initiated. But till now no refund has been reflected to my account.and the same thing happened on 13th October 2022

The delivery guy did not pick my calls. I made multiple calls and then raised tickets. The delivery guy denied delivering order on some grounds known only to customer executive.
They made me wait for over 2 hours and response from executives was also - 1. "We are sorry to inform your food has been picked by different delivery partner"
2. " do you want to cancel the order, sorry for inconvenience".

Now that the outlets were closed, they told me that restaurants are closed. current time is 00.22 hrs, booking time was 22.02 on 11th january 2023.

at this time also they are replying with automatic template replies.

Still as i write this complaint informing that i will definetely write to consumer forum, they are sending me template replies.

they tried to lure me with a coupon of Rs 100, after making me starve the whole night as all outlets are closed.

They even replied to me so slow that i might give in to their patience and end up loosing my money, mental health, frustration and ofcourse food and sleep.
This is absolute violation of my Fundamental rights under Art 21 but as i am helpless to and don't have enough resources, I seek your help, Hon'ble Forum.

I have ordered chicken burger and specifically mentioned not to give onions and tomatoes as I am allergic to it but they have given it. It's not the first time it has happened and they are telling that restaurant doesn't follow the instruction always.

My swiggy account was deleted i can't able to login while login the phone number that showing mobile number already used for last 6month so i want swiggy team solve this login issue and activate my swiggy account as soon as possible

I ordered a pizza on the Swiggy app in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I ordered an 8" Mexican Chicken Pizza from Food O'Clock, order number:[protected] for a bill total of Rs. 135. The pizza came with a badly burnt crust and was inedible so had to throw it out. On escalating the same to the customer care, they gave me a Rs. 27 coupon to compensate. Greatly disappointed with their service and their way of handling complaints. Please make them pay for this.

The delivery man refused to give the order and started raising his voice and creating a scene outside a girls hostel because he didnt understand the address instructions.
