I orderd a pizza and chocklate Sundae from "SWIGGY ONLINE DELIVERY" The DELIVERY AGENT GANESH with Executive ID "169525"
has not delivered and he has eaten himself and updated in App that its delivered. When i called SWIGGY the executive "SUHAIL" dint give any
resolution except a SORRY. IS this the way online services are working are the CUSTOMERs are fool?

Their mistakes why CUSTOMERs...

Refund not received since two weeks

The order was cancelled on 24th September and it's been more than two weeks, I haven't received my refund amount....

Delivery boy abusive

i want to file an complain about this Delivery guy who has been the most worst I’ve ever encountered,
First he did not came to delivery point also He called me and asked me to come and i went down after few minutes he started using abusing language and finally i went to him and he told me he did not want this item to deliver?

Refused to provide the refund for the ordered item

I have ordered a pizza and soft drink worth 470rs. When i noticed the delivery bag i found soft drink was missing and one of the pizza was half baked and veggies are not really cooked. It was totally a mess when i checked with swiggy customer service i was granted only 57 as the token of sorry... I don't know how will be a sufficient solution. On top of this I'm the swiggy one subscribed member...

I have received my all items are wrong

Hey sir i am pavan kumar kancharla i place a order for 3x classic tres leches from mangolian bakery restaurant...but they sent me both items are wrong and different... Actually i had delivered two cake like chocolate and pineapple cake...its totally unacceptable for us...i am very very unhappy.. Please solve my concern... Please check my issue and refund my money...i got useless food order...

Refund not processing

Address:4-2-16, kindhi basti Colony, Kowkoor, Bolarum, Secunderabad

I had ordered 3 items from swiggy instamart and delivered on two, when checked on the application it said amout for one item will be refunded and no reason as to why. thos was on the 23rd of september.
i have contacted swiggy customer care and every time they ask me to wait for 48hours.
last two times they asked me for my bank statements to prove i have not recieved the refund. i explained their own app shows it is still processing...

Received wrong order and now customer support is not responding

I ordered 4 chole kilche and 3 naan on 5 oct by 12.15 pm.
And received only 1 chole kulche and 3 naan.
3 chole kulche were missing. I immediately contacted the cx care and initially they were least bothered about it.
After chatting with multiple members of the team, they asked me to email about it and that I would receive answer in 24 hours.

I am still waiting for the reply and no one cares.

Non-delivery of order number 147971621299

I had placed home delivery order through swiggy.com from Bikanerwala. Order number was generated online which was[protected] of amount Rs 981. Order was placed on 4th october 2022 between 8:30 – 8:40 pm. Order was supposed to be delivered at C 103 Ats Greens 1 Kailash Dham Road Sector 50 Noida.
Order was tracked online and delivery time was 41 minutes. Order was delivered on time but on checking the items I found out that the order...

No refund till date

I order two items on 24th September 2022, and both the orders I revised were different that what I ordered. I complained about it immediately. They said they I refund my money but I didn't received any refund till date....

Not giving compensation for stale food

I had ordered mutton handi, which was stale and was uneatable, after numerous complaints on app and twitter still there has been no resolution ..I had clearly stated that the food is still there and if they don't believe in photos, someone can come here, check and replace or compensate . dont know why there is a customer care if they dont want to help us...

Over charging of food

Hello, I ordered chicken biryani, I got charged Rs:260 but same swiggy saying Rs:230 after I placed my order, and in Offical webiste of that resturant shows Rs:200

Not given Compensation of Missing Item

I ordered food from Swiggy with 5 items. Instead of 5 I received a delivery of 4 items only. I raised a query to swiggy help chat; I got a bot message that your concern will be solved in 6 hours approximately. I waited a couple of days then I dropped an email and I received a reply in which they said my concern is ok but they will not give compensation for the missing item as per policy. Then I requested them kindly share with me their policy...

Received expired ice cream and no refund

I recently ordered a 750ml tub of ice cream from naturals using swiggy. They sent a box which was expiring in 10 days which obviously meant it wasn't fit for consumption. The ice cream was overly frozen and had brown blocks inside of it. I shared the appropriate images and raised a complaint but they did not offer me any compensation. Forget about my refund, they did not even apologise. If it was a direct purchase I would have complained...

One item was missing and was not refunded for the same

Yesterday night at 10.59 pm I had ordered 3 items from zaitoon restaurant, kodihalli, bengaluru and I prepaid the amount . At around 11.40 i got my order.
