      Wrong delivery of one of the items out of the full order

      Order#[protected].
      1. Wrong delivery of the product done after waiting for 40mins.

      2. On reaching out the customer service immediately with the required photos of the wrong delivery for over 30mins no solution has been offered with asking the customer to reach out via email.

      3. The solution at the point of first connect immediately was to check if the right product can be delivered which didn’t...

      I ordered McDonalds food from Swiggy on Saturday evening, February 18, 2023 in Bangalore. Swiggy Order[protected] from McDonald's. I have done this in the past a few times and there was no problem in delivery. This time the driver called and said he was at the location. Then we found he was one kilometre away. I tried to explain to him how to reach us. There seemed to be some location issue. Each time I tried to explain he began to shout and say what the hell, location is wrong, we do not have time for this, location is wrong, I have three more orders to deliver, I will get penalty etc. He said drivers do not take directions from people, but only go by location on the phone. Finally I agreed to meet the driver near my house. When he gave me the food he said do not order from Swiggy again, what the hell, I will get penalty, location is wrong etc. I understand he might have been frustrated, but that is not the way to talk to someone. Without us Swiggy is nothing. He can be polite and patient. He was not so far away, and if he had listened to me he would have got here easily. In the past some other drivers have called us and asked for directions, and then got here very easily. This driver kept interrupting and arguing. He cannot tell people not to
      use Swiggy again. He was extremely rude. This has never happened before in five years I have used Swiggy. It is not up to the driver if we use Swiggy again or not. That is our decision. We can try to pin the location more carefully next time. There is a way of talking to a customer. This was not the proper way. If there was a location problem he can tell us politely and advise how to fix it. Also, I had clearly typed in directions into Swiggy, so even if location was pinned wrong, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. This was the first time we had a bad experience like this with Swiggy. It is very likely the driver is doing this with other people too. Please ensure that this never happens again.

          I have ordered Honey & Sugar from InstaMart on 19 February 2023 #[protected] Order was wrongly marked as Delivered. I checked with the Security Gate for any entry relating my Flat. There was no entry.
          My Husband spoke to Delivery Man who falsely claimed that he reached there and called which I didn't receive. He was not able to Name the Society but the Area only. When Customer Care Executive joined the call with Delivery Person he said collect from store. Which is far. Later he He cut the phone after saying he will deliver . Which he did not. ChatBot is not allowing me to connect to Customer Executive. Lost my money, and order is wrongly marked as delivered

              I have order some groceries from Swiggy instamart.
              I have paid extra charges for early delivery.
              But after 20 minutes delivery partner said to me that my order has been canceled.
              I talked with 3 different persons in customer help section.
              And still I am waiting for my order.
              issue is marked resolved without resolving it.

                I ordered Full Dal Makhani and 5 Tandoori Roti. I received half Dal Makhani in place of Full.
                I shared the pics on Mobile App and I was told to rather write an email to Swiggy Support. I did it but got an reply that evidence is insufficient.
                I again asked what evidence you need? I already uploaded the pics of the food packet I received.
                To this Swiggy just replied that at this point they can't refund anything but in future they will improve their services.

                I want to know what more evidence this Swiggy is looking for. I want FULL refund of this Invoice.

                  We have been waiting for order from 3 hours already and its not yet arrived. The delivery person is not responding and disconnecting the call. Customer care people are also not helping just saying default option we will cancel and refund after waiting for 3 hours. We can also cancel and get our mpney back but who will take responsibility for 3 hours wait time and situations. We asked for double amount refund for their irresponsibility. They are not accepting and keep repeating samething again and again, I also dont want to compromise without my mistake.I need double compensation.

                      I have ordered special chiken Biriyani with two pieces of chiken from swiggy but I got little rice with one bone and potato, I took pics and complained about it at once but they told can't do anything only can refund 48 /-. I totally disagree with this.But they say IT IS BESTCYHEY CAN DO.
                      Before also same thing happened for wrong items or spoiled food, I have even mail to support team but, nothing help.
                      I feel this is kind of frustrating customer service from Swiggy

                          Swiggy, by placing the order they are accepting the payment and then they are not at all delivering the order, after requesting with customer support they are throwing some type of expired or spoiled food at customer's face and then customer support is saying will not give any refund or replace the order even after sharing the photos and explaining about the issue also, moreover their delivery partners also very rude as same as their customer care and management people, don't know how such big company doing this type of fradulant scheme and earning money like this [protected]

                                Swiggy has fraudulently suspended my account with 303 wallet money, they should tell consumer the reason for such action and also refund the money stuck in there wallet.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had ordered food from Burger King through the Swiggy app for IOS,
                                  and paid through UPI and the money was deducted from my account 2 times on 20nd November 2022 but it didn't go through to Burger King and the Swiggy said they would refund me in 3-4 business days.
                                  I got a notification 3 months later on 17th February 2023 at 1:41 am from Swiggy saying your refund has been initiated at first I was shocked to see someone had purchased something using my account without my knowledge but after investigating and talking to the Swiggy Support chat they told me this order was placed on 20nd November 2022.
                                  So what should I do now ?

                                  If I could get some help it would be nice.

                                  I have all the proof that I paid 2 times and
                                  I was even forced to order a third time using a different payment method and different restaurant and the deductions from them and the previous order to prove that it was indeed from the same account.

                                    I had placed an order through Swiggy at 1.30 in the night from pizza hut. I waited but I wasn't able to see any movement on the order though it said it had been picked up. I eventually assumed that it had been canceled or was unable to be delivered because it had happened to me before, again during midnight.
                                    Since I never received any call from Swiggy or from the delivery partner I thought there was some issue because otherwise I would receive a call from either, from my experience as I order a lot from Swiggy. So the next morning when I checked my Swiggy it said that the order was delivered when in fact it wasn't. So I started chat support and I tried the option of continue on call but it said I didn't have an active order so I can't continue on call. So I continued on chat. A representative told me that since it was more than 5-6 hours ago I will have to email the support team to the email address [protected]@swiggy.in
                                    I emailed them when I got the chance at 4.37pm explaining what had happened and attached the screenshots of the order details and the chat with the support from the app. I got a response from them at 9.23pm that after thorough investigation they were unable to validate my claim and therefore will not be issuing me any compensation.
                                    First of all, as someone who has been using Swiggy for so long, why would need to fabricate a lie for compensation?
                                    Second of all, how can I prove that I haven't received the order?
                                    I have asked them to check their records to see if I was ever contacted by the delivery executive or Swiggy support for delivery because I received no calls whatsoever.
