    I ordered veg Paneer biryani yesternight
    from Swiggy (RR durbar restaurant) and I got a chicken curry along with that...I am pure vegetarian and I ate that curry thinking it as a veg curry.Then I came to know that it's non veg by my friend.My religious sentiments got hurt.
    So, i kindly request you to look into the problem and compensate for the same.

      I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

      Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

      All my payment methods are registered with this number and having a swiggy one membership and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

      Requesting you to please fix it as early as possible.
      And the customer service is too worst they are simply saying to contact us through email and email people saying that to contact us through chat after mails to feedback team still no response

        No OTP received on my mobile and money got deducted.

              I ordered 8 items and 1 item was missing. I got solution as an appologise mail. That are telling that they will take care for future orders. How swiggy can expect future orders from me? I need ma immediate refund for the missing item.

                  I had ordered for icecream on 25/02/2023 11:40pm. I received a call from the call centre, the delivery boy is unable to connect my number, but the call centre is able to dial my number, even after explaining my complete address the delivery was not done, i asked the call centre person to cancel the order and refund my money to which the person denied, neither he was ready to share the escalation matrix for swiggy. Neither i received the order delivery neither I received the refund for the amount very pathetic service from swiggy

                    I placed order for dahi bhalla papdi chat and panipuri through swiggy on 20th feb. item from panipuri was missing (sweet chatni). i raised this issue to cs teamnif swiggy tgat agent said next time mention what you kike in your ordrr whike placing the ordrr. my qts to him was sweet chatni and pani comes by defualt when you order panipuri. i demanded Rs72 complete refund for panipuri which they are not giving

                      I placed order on 20th feb for panipuri n dahi bhalla papdi trough swiggy. when i receuved the order i saw panipuri items was missing (sweet chatni). when i raised this complaint to swigy support that agent said next time when you order kindly put note in the ms section to hotel. my qts here was when you order panipuri sweet chatni comes by defualt. i have been denanding full refund of Rs.72 for this order which m not getting.

                              Order#[protected].
                              1. Wrong delivery of the product done after waiting for 40mins.

                              2. On reaching out the customer service immediately with the required photos of the wrong delivery for over 30mins no solution has been offered with asking the customer to reach out via email.

                              3. The solution at the point of first connect immediately was to check if the right product can be delivered which didn’t happen. Followed this as the right product couldn’t be delivered, refund for wrong delivery should have been done which also was not done.

                              4. First connect was through chat, the first chat agent directed me to the email address to raise the issue. On requesting for escalation via chat he passed it to other agent who said refund is not possible.

                              4. Further to this on writing an email to [protected]@swiggy.com- apparently their team underwent a assessment and provided a REFUND OF RS.1.

                                I ordered McDonalds food from Swiggy on Saturday evening, February 18, 2023 in Bangalore. Swiggy Order[protected] from McDonald's. I have done this in the past a few times and there was no problem in delivery. This time the driver called and said he was at the location. Then we found he was one kilometre away. I tried to explain to him how to reach us. There seemed to be some location issue. Each time I tried to explain he began to shout and say what the hell, location is wrong, we do not have time for this, location is wrong, I have three more orders to deliver, I will get penalty etc. He said drivers do not take directions from people, but only go by location on the phone. Finally I agreed to meet the driver near my house. When he gave me the food he said do not order from Swiggy again, what the hell, I will get penalty, location is wrong etc. I understand he might have been frustrated, but that is not the way to talk to someone. Without us Swiggy is nothing. He can be polite and patient. He was not so far away, and if he had listened to me he would have got here easily. In the past some other drivers have called us and asked for directions, and then got here very easily. This driver kept interrupting and arguing. He cannot tell people not to
                                use Swiggy again. He was extremely rude. This has never happened before in five years I have used Swiggy. It is not up to the driver if we use Swiggy again or not. That is our decision. We can try to pin the location more carefully next time. There is a way of talking to a customer. This was not the proper way. If there was a location problem he can tell us politely and advise how to fix it. Also, I had clearly typed in directions into Swiggy, so even if location was pinned wrong, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. This was the first time we had a bad experience like this with Swiggy. It is very likely the driver is doing this with other people too. Please ensure that this never happens again.

                                    I have ordered Honey & Sugar from InstaMart on 19 February 2023 #[protected] Order was wrongly marked as Delivered. I checked with the Security Gate for any entry relating my Flat. There was no entry.
                                    My Husband spoke to Delivery Man who falsely claimed that he reached there and called which I didn't receive. He was not able to Name the Society but the Area only. When Customer Care Executive joined the call with Delivery Person he said collect from store. Which is far. Later he He cut the phone after saying he will deliver . Which he did not. ChatBot is not allowing me to connect to Customer Executive. Lost my money, and order is wrongly marked as delivered

                                        I have order some groceries from Swiggy instamart.
                                        I have paid extra charges for early delivery.
                                        But after 20 minutes delivery partner said to me that my order has been canceled.
                                        I talked with 3 different persons in customer help section.
                                        And still I am waiting for my order.
                                        issue is marked resolved without resolving it.
