Swiggy canceled the order after 20-30 minutes after order accepted by them and not providing any compensation.

I have ordered "Cholla kulcha" from lunch box and swiggy had accepted my order : order number :[protected],
After waiting of 20-30 minutes Swiggy canceled the order by claiming that order is out of order at vendor side.
As per there cancellation policy if any user cancel the order then Swiggy will take all 100% money even after 1 minute only,
but if Swiggy cancelled the order there is no compensation policy .

I had ordered some grocery items and some items were missing and some damaged. When I contacted customer care on the swiggy app they say sorry and it will be handed over to some team but nothing happens coz this is jit my first experience... They are fraud

    Dear Swiggy, I ordered some panjiri two times today as is visible in the screenshot below. Soggy charged me basic [protected]@Rs 1450. When I checked at the restaurant the basic selling price is Rs 1160 . I am shocked how is Swiggy charging Rs 300 extra as base price.

      Phenyl kind of smell in milk products

      I am a frequent buyer of groceries from Swiggy Instamart. I have logged a complaint to Swiggy few months back that the milk smells like phenyl a lot of times. at the same time when I buy the same Amul milk from outside it does the smell like this. I made a complaint to maintain hygiene in their store where they keep these groceries but have not received any positive response on the issue yet. Today itself I asked them to resolve this hygiene...

              I have placed two orders from Swiggy on 31st Dec 2022.
              1) Order of Rs 726, order has been cancelled by swiggy & they have confirmed that refund has been completed & payment has been credited to the account but as per the statement attached no refund has been received. I would request swiggy to credit the amount as soon as possible.

              2) Order of Rs 1093, Order has been placed by swiggy amount has been deducted but order is not showing the app & I am not able to claim a refund. Kindly assist ASAP

              I am attaching screenshots for reference. This is the first time that I am experincing this problem with swiggy. Process both the refunds ASAP.

                  Ordered online liquor in swiggy and did not deliver. Payment done in advance and liquor shop say they have received back the parcel. Swiggy refuses to refund the amount and not ready to give the product even if we take the delivery by self.

                      Someone from Pondicherry is using my email id to order food from Swiggy. I am regularly getting the order summary from Swiggy. I have been using this mail id for the past 8 years. Since the order summary did not contain any phone number, I could not contact the other person who also has the same name Santhosh.                         I never find swiggy as supportivs as zomato Or any other food delivery app so I searched for the other options to raise a complaint against my issue with food I ordered today. I ordered a pizza and received in very poor condition so I wanted to contact swiggy help support but all I found is a chat section with some templates and no response even after promising that they will get connected within 6-8 hrs. Now where should I go to file a complaint.

                          First I ordered crispy chicken momos and mutton club sandwitch, but I received Veg crispy momos and chicken soup which was a waste for me. Then they replaced only Sandwich with soup, and again I got another order. I contacted customer support and the agent asked me to wait and she'll be transferring the call to her supervisor and disconnected it, then other agent came and did the same, tried further contact but unable to get anyone.

                                I ordered item of worth rs 138 from swiggy order I'd:-#[protected]
                                I gave rs 500 to the delevery guy his name is Shivam bhaduriya.
                                He didn't have change so he said don't worry I will refund the remaining till morning so I said no issue
                                Later on he stopped puckingup my calls..and in WhatsApp MSG he said I don't have money I cant refund.
                                He owe me rs 362.

                                    Hi,

                                    You all know how signup process work in Swiggy or else where, Looks like Multiple users/accounts has been using my personal email id and I'm getting all the Delivery emails to my email id what ever they order. Looks like my email id has been compromised and this is a security breach, Swiggy support team keep on responding to my email saying that to bear for 5 hours bear for 24 hours bear for 5 business hours etc, etc, It's almost three months now and the issue hasn't resolved yet, with this behavior from Swiggy team I've lost my patience and raising this complaint now. below are the other Swiggy users which are using my email ID which are linked to their accounts. one is from Vishakhapatnam and the other is from Chennai. I'm shocked how some other person can you some others email ID's. This is a security breach and I want to Sue Swiggy for this.
