They did not give roti

My order number was[protected], khana khrab tha, hum kha nhi ske, usme se bdboo aa rhi thi or company ko jb mene complain kri to 6-8 hours wait krne bola, swiggy ne na hi khana vapis krwaya na hi koi refund diya, mujhe mera refund dilwaya jaye

I have placed two orders from Swiggy on 31st Dec 2022.
1) Order of Rs 726, order has been cancelled by swiggy & they have confirmed that refund has been completed & payment has been credited to the account but as per the statement attached no refund has been received. I would request swiggy to credit the amount as soon as possible.

2) Order of Rs 1093, Order has been placed by swiggy amount has been deducted but order is not showing the app & I am not able to claim a refund. Kindly assist ASAP

I am attaching screenshots for reference. This is the first time that I am experincing this problem with swiggy. Process both the refunds ASAP.

Ordered online liquor in swiggy and did not deliver. Payment done in advance and liquor shop say they have received back the parcel. Swiggy refuses to refund the amount and not ready to give the product even if we take the delivery by self.

Someone from Pondicherry is using my email id to order food from Swiggy. I am regularly getting the order summary from Swiggy. I have been using this mail id for the past 8 years. Since the order summary did not contain any phone number, I could not contact the other person who also has the same name Santhosh. Recent order no I received from Swiggy[protected].

I never find swiggy as supportivs as zomato Or any other food delivery app so I searched for the other options to raise a complaint against my issue with food I ordered today. I ordered a pizza and received in very poor condition so I wanted to contact swiggy help support but all I found is a chat section with some templates and no response even after promising that they will get connected within 6-8 hrs. Now where should I go to file a complaint.

First I ordered crispy chicken momos and mutton club sandwitch, but I received Veg crispy momos and chicken soup which was a waste for me. Then they replaced only Sandwich with soup, and again I got another order. I contacted customer support and the agent asked me to wait and she'll be transferring the call to her supervisor and disconnected it, then other agent came and did the same, tried further contact but unable to get anyone.

I have ordered from swiggy instamart but i have not received 2 item that is ashirvad ghee and surf Excel detergent 2kg and swiggy told me that they were unable to refund my money.please refund my money

He didn't have change so he said don't worry I will refund the remaining till morning so I said no issue
Later on he stopped puckingup my calls..and in WhatsApp MSG he said I don't have money I cant refund.
He owe me rs 362.

You all know how signup process work in Swiggy or else where, Looks like Multiple users/accounts has been using my personal email id and I'm getting all the Delivery emails to my email id what ever they order. Looks like my email id has been compromised and this is a security breach, Swiggy support team keep on responding to my email saying that to bear for 5 hours bear for 24 hours bear for 5 business hours etc, etc, It's almost three months now and the issue hasn't resolved yet, with this behavior from Swiggy team I've lost my patience and raising this complaint now. below are the other Swiggy users which are using my email ID which are linked to their accounts. one is from Vishakhapatnam and the other is from Chennai. I'm shocked how some other person can you some others email ID's. This is a security breach and I want to Sue Swiggy for this.

I had ordered for a chicken dish on Swiggy through a restaurant menu. The dish was advertised as a plate full of chicken but when it was delivered, it was a half-empty box with just 5 pieces. The dish was approx 240Rs including delivery and gst. Swiggy was offering me 49Rs. refund coupon even after complaining to them about the portion with picture evidence. I emailed to them and they have send me automated reply mentioning that they r disappointed and will take care in future but totally stayed away from offering me a valuable compensation for the inconvenience and deceiving advertisement. I need to take severe action against this.

I need to delete my previous order history from December 2 2022 to March 13 2022. I have contacted them but they are not willing to delete it.

I have ordered a food some times ago.
Delivered to me right away but the quality of the food is below the mark.
I have ordered chicken 65 but very sorry to say that the item which was delivered is not a item like chicken 65.
Only red mirch and not cooked properly.
Totally a waste of money.
I have chat with your app they refunded me Rs 40/-.
But why?
Need a full refund and please check out this type of restaurants are not upto the mark for listed in swiggy.

Swiggy had delivered wrong items for Order ID[protected]. However they were not willing to give full refund. They have delivered chicken for a vegetarian

Received wrong items for the ORDER #[protected]. Customer care executive was not willing to give full refund. Not a proper way to resolve a complaint.
