I got cold food instead of warm food. I filed a complaint 3-4 days ago I didn’t get my refund plz solve this problem as soon as possible please don’t force us to talk this matter forward under consumer rights act....

I had order a pizza through swiggy on December 2 2022, order amount ₹345. Order number #[protected] . Name BIPASHA NAG. When I recieved it and started eating we found that the pizza was spoilage and stale. My 5 years old daughter already had a bite from it. And started vomiting. I had ordered my food from swiggy at 8 PM today and it was expected to come at 8 40 but till 9 45 it didn't reach to my destination .I called the restaurant Garam Masala located at bhubaneswar but got no response Unfortunately I had to cancel the order.Very bad service by swiggy. If it was not supposed to be delivered, order should not have been taken.who will take the responsibility of me being hungry...

Today at 3:10 pm I received my order of vegitable and groceries. I got very disappointed with the product I received. Vegitable are just not etable . Most of ther are very old (methi leaved, spring onion and karela ) all are smelling bad and even got fungus . I request you to kindly exchange the product soon . And just don't give the product if you have old vegitable because it can cause serious health issues...
