I ordered item of worth rs 138 from swiggy order I'd:-#[protected]
I gave rs 500 to the delevery guy his name is Shivam bhaduriya.
He didn't have change so he said don't worry I will refund the remaining till morning so I said no issue
Later on he stopped puckingup my calls..and in WhatsApp MSG he said I don't have money I cant refund.
He owe me rs 362.

    i have ordered chicken dum biryani instead i have got simple chicken biryani
    .
    i am regural customer of sam chinese offline as well as online i know verywell about taste of all items.

    i really dont like chicken biryani .

    on helpline of phonepe chat they said they will take care of it next time.
    what about this time.

      Hi,

      You all know how signup process work in Swiggy or else where, Looks like Multiple users/accounts has been using my personal email id and I'm getting all the Delivery emails to my email id what ever they order. Looks like my email id has been compromised and this is a security breach, Swiggy support team keep on responding to my email saying that to bear for 5 hours bear for 24 hours bear for 5 business hours etc, etc, It's almost three months now and the issue hasn't resolved yet, with this behavior from Swiggy team I've lost my patience and raising this complaint now. below are the other Swiggy users which are using my email ID which are linked to their accounts. one is from Vishakhapatnam and the other is from Chennai. I'm shocked how some other person can you some others email ID's. This is a security breach and I want to Sue Swiggy for this.

        I had ordered for a chicken dish on Swiggy through a restaurant menu. The dish was advertised as a plate full of chicken but when it was delivered, it was a half-empty box with just 5 pieces. The dish was approx 240Rs including delivery and gst. Swiggy was offering me 49Rs. refund coupon even after complaining to them about the portion with picture evidence. I emailed to them and they have send me automated reply mentioning that they r disappointed and will take care in future but totally stayed away from offering me a valuable compensation for the inconvenience and deceiving advertisement. I need to take severe action against this.

            Respected Authority,

            I have ordered a food some times ago.
            Delivered to me right away but the quality of the food is below the mark.
            I have ordered chicken 65 but very sorry to say that the item which was delivered is not a item like chicken 65.
            Only red mirch and not cooked properly.
            Totally a waste of money.
            I have chat with your app they refunded me Rs 40/-.
            But why?
            Need a full refund and please check out this type of restaurants are not upto the mark for listed in swiggy.

                Received wrong items for the ORDER #[protected]. Customer care executive was not willing to give full refund. Not a proper way to resolve a complaint.

                    I have ordered 3 items
                    1) Amu Butter Pav Bhaji
                    2) Mix veg Fried Momos (Missing item)
                    3) Strwaberry Milkshake

                    I asked customer care executive he said he will refund it. i said i don;t want refund i just want to know what happened to it. I am sure that delivery guy had eaten it because in the box chutney was there but momos was not there..if restaurant not forgot to put chutney how they can forgot to put momos.
                    My main concern is ... We order food from swiggy with assurance that swiggy is not like Zomato. but if same like Zomato is happening with us then what's the use...

                                    My account is suspended without giving prior notification
                                    I asked the support team to provide info on it and they are not giving any reason except the message 'Your account is suspended and it cannot be reactivate'
                                    Also I informed them that I have recharged my account with free delivery service of amount Rs450. And now my account is deactivated so that money will be wasted
                                    I asked them to refund the money but no response

                                      I have been using Swiggy for more than 5 years, today 16.12.22 I have ordered Star Ambur Chicken Biryani ID[protected], after receiving the food we noticed that Chewing Gum was pasted on the cover, in the pandemic somebody passed the chewing gum in the food it is very unhygienic.

                                      I have not eaten the food and I have thrown the food to the dustbin.

                                      Request you to refund my bill amount at the earliest.

                                      I have attached a photo of the splitted Chewing gum and bill for your reference.

                                        we ordered exotica fruit bowl and those fruits are cute almost one week back and very bad smell coming from them, we tried to reach Swiggy team they are not responding and even restaurant people also not picking calls and saying that what ever u want you do.
