On date 25th September 2022 I ordered food at approx. 10.45 pm but unfortunately the ordered was cancelled by the company as there was no one to deliver the food. From that day today's it's 4th October 2022 they saying the refund is in process and all. But according to RBI policy it must be refunded in 5-7 days....

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, I had placed an order on Swiggy and the food delivered to me was uncooked (It was undercooked chicken). When I contacted the chat, they said they can only process a partial refund. To me it was unacceptable as this was not a spillage issue, it was uncooked food. But the CS rep was reluctant and provided me with an escalation email ID.

The real harassments starts here. They dont even address you...

the issue is i have not received the cake and i have received only the sandwich, i asked them to call the pista house and put me on conference call and I'll talk to them as a proof but you guys replied stating " Dear Customer,

The compliant is regarding the above order number. Although the order was paid online.
The driver asked for payment through cash as he mentioned the order was NOT showing as paid online. And asked me to contact the customer care to enquire about the online payment. I handed him rs.1000 in cash and he went to his bike to get the remaining change. But he started his bike and drove off. Only then we...

In the last two food orders we placed in Swiggy, there were items missing from our order. In both the cases, when we raised a complaint through the Swiggy app, no agent was assigned to talk about the matter. An email came, asking us to wait, and eventually another enail response was sent the next day stating that:
"Having carefully evaluated the issue based on your complaint, we were unable to substantiate the claim or close the dispute...

My order #[protected] was cancelled on 24th September, 2022 by swiggy without even informing me.

And they charged full order amount as cancellation fee without any intimation and giving proper reason. Total harassment on part of swiggy.

Order food for guest and complete embarrassment for me.

Refund my money immediately.
