        Iam working as delivery executive in a swiggy, lot of time I did mistakes I know, but Iam promise in, sun, rain, every bad whether conditions make a perfect delivery in everytime, Iam not a part time worker, Iam working in a swiggy I'll work minimum 13 to 14 hours in a day, right now Iam terminated but Iam always proud to be a swiggy delivery partner, so don't forget me & Iam still remembering you swiggy, so please please kindly Iam requesting to you if you have any possible to reopen my id please help me otherwise leave it, thanking you.

          Swiggy suspended my account for no reason. I have been informed of no reason when I had to contact the support team of Swiggy. I have been a very frequent user for years now and asked me to create a new account. Why should I create a new account despite the fact I have only one phone and email address? This is frustrating.

            I worked as a swiggy delivery partner and i have to take my referral bonus and security amount which is 5000+1500 from them. But the are asking me to pay them their cash 3348 to them first. This is a total harassment case form swiggy as they are forcing me to pay their money and are giving me a legal action threat. Please consider this complaint and i want my money back from them which they are totally denying to give me.

              I have placed a two orders on two different days buying a groversy via swiggy instamart

              on 10th Dec SWIGGY INSTAMART/9113112/01 at 1.33PM for Rs.835 and on 8th Dec SWIGGY INSTAMART/BANGALO at 02.01PM for Rs.325

              Both the orders amount were debited from my bank account without any notification.

              Actually i have paid cash on delivery for both the ordres and the delivery boy also didn't said about the payment received and he collected my cash.

              After 3 days i was seeing my bacnk statement and noticed swiggy debited amount for both the orders.

              I spoke to customer care person and they said can't do refund due to language barrier with the delivery partner.

              I want to file a complaint against SWIGGY INSTAMART for thier fraud activity. I have paid two times for the same product.

              Kindly do the needful.

                Hi my name is madhusudhan bhat. Swiggy I'd 386474. I have worked for swiggy in 2018 for 3 months after I found new job and left swiggy. Now I am jobless and went to reactivate my I'd, office people informed me my I'd is blacklisted as MG defaulter.
                I never took any mg, my order earnings are more than daily mg. How I got blacklisted, I never involved in any fraud.

                I request please recheck my order and earning history.

                    I placed the order for food on December 10th (order number[protected] for my daughter's birthday for Rs 500 showing the delivery will be done in next 30 minutes or so. Nobody showed up on time and the on checking with Swiggy they said there is some delay. However, after 90 minutes they asked to cancel the order as they have some issue with the order.
                    I asked for the food and did not cancel the order. Swiggy cancelled my order from their side gave me refund but did not provide any compensation for the delay and cancellation of the order unilaterally from their side which is clear deficiency of services from their side.

                    I request to award me the compensation here.

                      I've placed an order on swiggy instamart from paytm and payment was successful on paytm but swiggy order was cancelled. After that I connected with swiggy customer care and they said refund will be processed by next 24hrs. It's been 8days still haven't recieved the refund.

                          I have ordered[protected]one special mutton biryani and one special chicken biryani and one mutton kassa for 1400rs...1st i check the mutton kassa was not there so i complained they refund me 290...n while we started having food we check there suppose to be two mutton pieces in special mutton biryani but no mutton was there only rice, potato and eeg..hence i asked to them they neither told us to deliver new food or to refund those amount even they asked us we can't refund sorry...they hardly bother and spoke so rudely...is this the way to treat a customer?need to stop this monopoly...this is happening i think all .ost every customer...this is totally a cheating thing... uploaded all photo to swiggy team...u can check with them ...after that even they are not ready to refund

                            I deactivated my swiggy account a months ago due to some health problems. Now i can't log into my swiggy account using my id. I want to reactivate my account, my health condition is good nowadays.                                 This is regarding order ID :[protected]ordered on 10th December, 2022) where I had ordered 5 items and 1 item was not delivered.

                                I raised a request on the Swiggy app and I got a reply from the email support that it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to pack the correct items. Isn’t it the responsibility of Swiggy’s employee who is collecting the package to check the contents or the number of items in the order.

                                When I asked about the refund for the missing item, they replied back saying that after carefully reviewing the issue, they are unable to validate the claim. Therefore, they can’t refund. On what basis did they review the issue? They are just copy pasting from the script they get from the crappy company.

                                If Swiggy or the restaurant doesn’t refund and if they don’t deal with the restaurant regarding the missing item and resolve this issue, then why have a customer care and email support. They might as well shut shop and fire all their good for nothing pathetic employees who don’t have the intent to resolve the issue.

                                Why the hell should I order on this fraudulent platform, when they cannot resolve simple issues.

                                I can go to the restaurant and get it myself instead of wasting money on these kind of BS platforms.

                                I expect to receive my refund at the earliest. If it doesn’t happen, then I am never going to use this app and also pass on this word to all my contacts to avoid this app and use the alternatives.
