I received outdated and old cake and bad smell also coming Please give back your cake and taste you people. How you people will delivered these type of out dated cake to customers please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

Issue: Order not delivered, but marked wrongly as delivered

Order Details: Prepaid order done on Swiggy Instamart on Jan 29th, 2023, 1.29pm, with Order#[protected], Cost = Rs 1102 [Saras ghee Rs558 and Milkfood ghee Rs540].

Incident Description: I needed the items urgently so prepaid it to avoid any hussle and just get easy early delivery of the items.
The app showed it will be delivered at 3pm. But...

My swiggy order I'd: ORDER #[protected] ordered from KBS COFFEE HOUSE. .
I ordered from swiggy on 30/01/2023, where i totally ordered 4 item 2qty masala Puri, 1qty dahi Puri and 1 banana cake. Where i received only 2qty masala Puri alone, when i contacted swiggy regarding this, they said they will investigate and will resolve, Then i contacted kbs coffee house via phone, they said they packed everything correctly and they have proof and they also said if it is missing may be the delivery person took it. I don't know who is the culprit here, the restaurant or the delivery person. What ever it is my item is missing, swiggy later sent me a mail. We can't do anything here, you can just rate the restaurant according to this, then again my problem isn't resolved here. Why looting people's money

Hi, I ordered food from Swiggy. The order number was [protected]. The order was prepaid by google pay for swiggy. Full 234 rupees was paid online from google pay.

The delivery executive while giving me the items immediately asked me to give him good rating. Since I trusted swiggy a lot at that time I gave him 5 star rating even before I opened the package.

After I received the order and opened the package I noticed that the roti was missing. Apparently, either the delivery boy or hotel has missed sending the roti which was ordered.

I bought this to the notice of Swiggy customer care. I even shared all the images of the package and showed them roti was missing. They responded in email saying they are unable to send items and not even able to refund the item of 35 Rupees.

They acknowledge that roti was missing and they will share feedback regarding that with hotel. So, they are accepting that I have been scammed of 35 Rupees in this order but still they want to keep my money with them safely or share it with hotel and enjoy my money and don't care to send roti item properly.

Swiggy has failed to refund the 35 rupees which I had paid for Roti in the bill. I had not got the roti.

If the hotel cannot send roti then both swiggy and hotel cannot keep the customers money of 35 rupees

I think that I have been cheated after using this swiggy app.

If I do not get the refund for the missing Roti item then I will never every trust to use Swiggy again.

This amount of 35 rupees might not be too big. But in future if I order any large value item and do not receive it then what is the guarantee that swiggy will refund the amount.

This type of service from swiggy is unacceptable.

I expected Roti in this order. But since I did not get roti and it was missing the concerned authority should give me the refund for the order.

Else, it is like absolutely cheating the customer. Because you are charging the money in the bill for swiggy order but not sending the item.

Please swiggy I request you to solve this issue properly and ensure that I'm not cheated of 35 Rupees.

We have been deceived in an order made for 7 roti and 1 curry, but however been delivered with 6 curries and 7 Roti. The order was incorrectly taken and billed and we been charged INR 2820 instead of INR 640.
We need the full refund because of the order is incorrect as we never placed that order and it was delayed by 1 and half hour. This is absurd and ridiculous and such a bad situation created by Swiggy. We wanted to raise the complaint to the highest level to get this sorted.

It's unprofessional when some is paying money for quality food then they should get the quality food in return otherwise replace or refund the order

Amount mentioned over the app is more which is the amount to be paid. While the amount written over the bill is less.

I have ordered food items from swiggy but received this damaged products. I trusted you guys and you broke my trust. This is the service you are providing to your valuable customers. I will not order anything again from swiggy but as I already ordered this time, so please refund my amount. I am so annoyed like it is such a big amount for me. I will tell my all the family and friends to not order anything from swiggy.

Your service is really poor and I want my money back as soon as possible. Kindly refund the amount. You yourself are destroying the image of your company by doing such scams. I had to gift all these items to my daughter but now I have nothing to gift now.

I have ordered 8:47 pm that time showed 40 mints i got parcel 9:55 pm,

I observed delivery person drunked and i asked him for delay he is telling because of 2 nd order delay happened.

And he is telling complaint to Swiggy and behaver not good.

I ordered a cake from swiggy and there was package/spillage and now instead of taking responsibility of their delivery partner they are asking me to rate the restaurant and is refusing the refund. This is such a bad experience and worst customer service. I just expected a refund for what they gave and now this is what i get.. pls help me get some action on this issue

I have ordered in Swiggy and tried to reach customer service to order Confirmation of order but service agent without informing me or getting confirmation cancelled my order and my money got strucked. When I tried to share my concern they tried to compensate with coupons without listening my concern.

Yesterday, I had ordered 6 box of tata tea premium 1kg each worth rs 312 for each box. Shockingly when I've received all three orders, paid 685rs for each order.

Today on my girlfriends birthday ordered a cake and cup cake on swiggy app. The one delivered was spilled and broken. i called the restaurant and told 5 times to please packed and send items carefully but you can see result. i tried to contact them but they are not hearing it cost me 1000 rs. and they didnt even apolozise i said that i dont want anything but please hear my issue and replace it but they closed my chat and not said a single word. They are looting customers They are doing fraud by sending other items when that item is not available.

I am a person who has never imagined to eat non vegetarian food.
I was given non veg roll from ‘All Things Healthy’ restaurant. I had ordered paneer roll actually.After having a few bites I was saddened and shocked to realise that it was a chicken roll ! I vomitted however this cannot be reversed even though swiggy refunded the order amount

This is the 3rd time I'm experiencing this issue with swiggy, the order takes more than 1.5 hours to get delivered (it was supposed to get delivered within 30 mins) If I ask them for an update the delivery partners will not pick the call and the customer care will ask if I want to cancel the order after wasting my 1.5 hours with me being hungry, Please do something if possible this has been a issue for the last 2 months

I am writing this letter to inform you that I ordered some food yesterday it was not delivered Someone called me for the otp and I shared that after that it was showing your order has been delivered but while I trying to connect with the delivery boy he did not respond moreover when I talked to executive customer they also tried to reach him but he did not reply and also it was so frustrating for me that I had been talking many of swiggy executive they all told me to drop an email and I did that but also I told them please refund my money as it is a huge amount to me but nothing worked.
Can you please look into this matter and help me to resolve that problem
