    I ordered cake for my child birthday.. the whole cake was spilled .. after that I sent them pictures as well .. I asked them to send me a new cake or send me my money .. they r not doing either ... it's was worth 385rs .. my child birthday got spoiled..

      Last night my cousin placed an order through his swiggy account. The delivery partner who delivered my order tried to contact me through WhatsApp and sms around 4 o' clock in the morning. I didn't replied him at that time but then on the very same day in evening he tried to contact me again.
      Then i replied him and asked him that "why is he contacting me?" And he replied "you are so cute"
      I'm very disappointed and want you to take an action for this kind of behaviour

                Pathetic service by Swiggy instamart, Got a damaged item delivered. When complaint with photo of damaged item, Firstly they don’t have policy to replace or pick the item. then the customer service team asked me to wait for 6hrs and then receive an email saying your claim cannot be claim as we are not able to validate.                 I paid twice for the same order - not giving my paid amount back

                  I have ordered food(mutton curry and tanduri roti) in swiggy today of quantity 231 rupees, but when the product i recieved i have seen that i have recieved small quantity of food and when i opened the box i was surprised and after that when i take that to taste its soo smelly and the mutton is already damaged, and the tanduri roti is already damaged.then after this issue i have raised a complaint in swiggy help section but they donot have regular customer care number and have another option called chat with customer agent but its not working as well.so i have not recieved any resolution from there side, so that i prefer consumer complaint is the best for me to resolve my queries. i didnot hope this from swiggy, and after that i am thinking that how swiggy is fooling its customers. so please take necessary action against swiggy, i am sharing the order details below, it may help you

                    Hi Team,

                    I am really frustrated with the service getting from Swiggy. On 10/21/2022 I placed an order#[protected] from Swiggy of Rs556 (Haldiram, West Patel Nagar, Delhi) and after receiving the order checked the bill on my registered email ID which was incorrect. As per the invoice the billing amount was Rs.31 however the transaction paid was rs.556.

                    I tried to connect with the Swiggy support team and none of them were able to help me and keep on sending the same invoice of Rs 31 and also giving me the reason that it is a restaurant issue .Why I should care who is responsible for it .As a customer I paid the amount and expecting the complete invoice. I need to submit the bill to claim amount from office hence requesting you to send me the complete bill asap.

                      Order I'd[protected]. Ordered rice meal with gulab jamun but received Paratha with moong dal halwa. Swiggy is a very incompetent company and they are looting their customers by defrauding them. They don't even take any action against the restaurants that do not deliver to the expectations. This not the only time it has happened time and again. They won't deliver the order or some items in the order is missing or the order is different but they won't even compensate for their own mistake and in lieu of business are looting people of their hard earned money.

                        We have ordered Chicken Soft Noodles + Thums Up 250Ml of 2 quantities with invoice no.[protected] from swiggy on 17.10.2022.
                        but we have received only 1 quantity. we have asked delivery boy regarding this, he told that in the hotel he was given only 1 quantity and also he told that, if you want to complain do raise issue with swiggy and he left.
                        later we called to swiggy customer care and also, we raised complained in swiggy but no response.
                        as the proof of delivery, we have enclosed photographs of the food i received.
                        i request you to please help to compensate for the damage caused.

                                  I want to share my ordeal with Swiggy and the harassment and embarrassment I faced by Swiggy.

                                  I ordered some food items through Swiggy App on 17.10.2022 from Noida. I placed my order at around 9 pm and the App showed my waiting time was 30-40 minutes but ever after waiting for more than one hour, no order was delivered. Finally, after more than one hour of waiting, the delivery person arrived and delivered me the food parcel and when I asked him about taking so much time, he did not give any satisfactory reply. After taking food parcel from delivery person, I entered my room and I noticed that the parcel was tampered and looked like somebody had opened my parcel and then I opened my food parcel and upon opening the parcel, I found that some food items were missing from the parcel. I got very angry and annoyed because despite being late I gave the delivery person some tip also. It was my daughter’s birthday that day and I had ordered food for my daughter but I found food items missing from my parcel. I called up the delivery person on his mobile and asked him about my missing food items, after asking him repeatedly in angry tone, he replied that his son might have opened the parcel because he went to his home after picking up my parcel from the restaurant. I got very annoyed listening to this. He deliberately stolen items from my parcel for which I was paying and he was telling lies to me.

                                  Then I called up Swiggy call center executive and told him the whole incident about delivery person having stolen my food items from the parcel. He said it is very unfortunate and he offered only 150 Rupees return in the form of Swiggy coupon whereas the bill amount was Rs. 563. I got very annoyed over this and asked either to replace my whole order or to return my full amount for the harassment I faced because of the Swiggy people.

                                  I again called up Swiggy call centre and spoke to a Swiggy executive who said okay we will replace your partial order and I said okay please replace my partial order. Then he said that my order has been placed again and will be delivered within 40 minutes but even after passing of 45 minutes, no order arrived and when I tried to call the delivery person on his given number, he did not pick up the call even after repeated calling. I again called up Swiggy people again and told them that no order has been arrived after 45 minutes of waiting and the delivery person was not picking up the call. The Swiggy executive said let me try calling him and he put my call on hold for two minutes but even after 6 minutes of hold, he did not respond. I disconnected the call and then I called up again, one Swiggy executive picked up the call and I told him that again my order has been delayed by one hour and angrily I cancelled my order at midnight 12.

                                  This was my ordeal with Swiggy. It shows how Swiggy plays fraud with their customers and cheat on them and rob their money. I not only lost my whole amount but also faced harassment and embarrassment by Swiggy. Strict action must be taken against Swiggy for cheating customers like me any many others like me.
