      I ordered 2 golden corn pizza from Pizza choice on December 6 at 12:15 PM but suddenly on 12:39PM my order was showing cancelled. I raise a request and they provided me helpline number and I called on that and talked to Priyanka (supervisor told me this name ) she told that it is mentioned in their statement that i had a word with one agent for cancelling my order and all information was provided to me regarding cancellation, i said I don't have any conversation with anyone not a single agent . I asked for supervisor call she arranged a call with escalation desk named Sohail he told me that "our agent called me to inform the delay and I said to cancel the order and agent told me regarding cancellation policy ", I told to Sohail as well i don't had word with any agent they can check but not got a proper clarification from them because their is no such call available on this earth . Please have a look in this case bcz i don't have any word with any agent regarding cancellation of this order i only call helpline number when I see my order is showing cancelled.. please help me out and I request from swiggy a heavy compensation for me for having this stressful condition and making my time waste ..

        Hi My name is sabeena & I have placed an order on swiggy on[protected] french fries and masala puri) and the total cost is Rs.317/- from perambur Sri srinivasa sweets pure veg restaurant new Tiruchanoor Road, tirupati, . I have mentioned the address correctly but the swiggy executive called and asked the address, my sister told that it is near renigunta road and then he called that he is in my location. when i told him to come to the exact address he was telling me that whatever the address i saved in the swiggy app was only for reference and executives will call to confirm the location . I never heard this type of illogical answer from swiggy as i have been using Swiggy from 2 years im madanapalli and first time i ordered in tirupati which was disgusting he told that i have to speak with swiggy management and closed the call.

        I never has such bad experience from swiggy but this is the first time im complaining to swiggy as i have not received y refund.

        Even i work for customer service where customer service executives will extra mile to serve the customers but i dont see the same with ur executive. Instead of helping me he directed me that swiggy management will talk with me. Is this the way customers are treated.

        "Im surprised when he told me that he wont check the address which i have provided in the app rather he would call to confirm the location. If that is the case the what is the point in updating the address in the swiggy app.

        I request you to refund my amount of Rs. 371/- without any deductions as im disappointed with swiggy with this horrible service and if the executive is aware of the location then only you should allow him to deliver at that customer location.

          Ordered a sub and cookie from subway last night and i only received the sub
          As soon as the delivery was made i informed the delivery agent about this and he made me speak to a customer care representative who said the cookie will be delivered within half an hour
          10 minutes after this conversation i got a call from the same executive saying due to a technical issue she can't place a reorder hence asked me to chat with the swiggy executives myself and trust me that has been the most excruciating time of my life.
          I need a refund for the cookie and a compensation for the chaos swiggy chat has caused by doing everything but their job
          Requesting for a callback by someone who has the authority to initiate a refund because i will keep on mailing and opening a chat about this and complaining everywhere possible till i don't receive my refund and the compensation.
          I AM A SWIGGY ONE CUSTOMER AND I PAID 300/- FOR THIS STUPID PATHETIC COMPANY AND I REGRET EVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE.
          I NEED MY REFUND AND A COMPENSATION FOR THIS STUPIDITY

            I had given an Order of Rs. 200 on Friday Night (2/12/2022). I tried making the payment via UPI where it failed two times consecutively. I contacted their Customer service chat, where I gave the grievance and to my Surprise I got the refund initiated for the first failed Transaction immediately. I got the refund within the next hour or so.
            For the second failed transaction, I have still been contacting them for the past 3 days. When I talked to the Customer Service Chat guys on Friday, they asked me to wait for 72 hours. After, 3 days they are still refusing to atleast initiate a refund from their side, when clearly the amount was already debited from my bank account. Their customer service executives try giving the same answer always asking us to wait for 72 hours. When asked about the refund initiatiaion they say, they have initiated the refund, but I will not be able to check it from the "Active Refunds" Section in the app. They even are not providing a Refund Reference Number (RRN) to track it.
            I have had always these kind of issues and I have lost some money already in such cases where they have never refunded the money, even though they debit the money from bank and shift the entire onus on the bank. Probably I think this is Swiggy's way to make money by cheating the Customers and looting them from their hard earned money.

                I ordered pizza on Swiggy from vendor called Slice of Italy, South Delhi. The food was delivered by Slice of Italy outlet in Shahpur Jat, Siri fort, New Delhi-110019. I found Long Hair in Pizza and raised complaint with Swiggy and sent them photo of Hair in Pizza. Swiggy support team didn't help much and didn't take ownership to talk to Slice of Italy outlet. Instead, said we've taken feedback and will take care next time. But they seemed to be shielding the Vendor outlet and not involving them and want to close issue at their end. It's a matter of Hygiene, filthiness and can make me and my family ill. It's a Health Concern and shows No Standard Cleanliness procedures and Quality checks implemented by the outlet of Slice of Italy. Similarly, Swiggy doesn't seem to have Instructions in place for their vendor for Food Quality and is equally liable for this mistake and they don't have proper procedures to penalize their vendors. Swiggy is yet to take any action on the vendor Slice of Italy but talks with them didn't suggest they will do so as they didn't share this option. Only said we'll take feedback and try to improve. There's no committment. Hence, Quality Checks is not part of their process and they're playing havoc with lives of people. I want strict action against them and Slice of Italy outlet in Shahpur Jat, Siri Fort, New Delhi - 110019 and an Audit of their processes, Quality checks and implementation of Quality checks and steps taken historically to resolve such HEALTH RELATED ISSUES and steps taken to derisk citizens health as COVID is still not over.
                Hey there! We understand the seriousness of the issue and we would like to have this checked further. Please share the order ID and images with [protected]@swiggy.in and we will take this up with the restaurant and assist you.

                    Swiggy is charging service charge on orders and also restaurant GST. Please find screenshot attached.
                    I have also attache the screenshot for bill on Zomato for the same order from the same restaurant at the same time with a discrepancy of 70 rupees. Please look into this. I suspect this isn't legal
                    Hey Akash, as per the screenshots shared, we see that the Taxes break up includes the packaging charges and the GST. The packaging charges are the prerogative of the restaurants and we do not take the onus for the same. Having said that, we intend to work on customer-friendly aspects and we will pass on stringent feedback to the restaurant partner on the same.

                      I ordered a meal from Mcdonald's restaurant around 12:31 AM(04th December 2022) midnight with order id[protected]. the delivery time was 37 minutes as promised by swiggy. it cost me 339 rupees. but it got delivered in more than 1.5 hrs. it made me wait more than the time promised but they compensated for extra waiting with a coupon of 136 rupees which is somewhat acceptable. but then the food delivered was so cold that it's inedible it was burger and fries and when it gets cold it really not edible. so I raised a complaint in return they issued a 68 rupees coupon for a meal wasted of worth 339 rupees. I asked for a full refund but they are not doing that. I just want my money back not a coupon.
                      I have the following concerns:-
                      `1. they don't have good and fast responsive customer support for this kind of issue. they play in the mail.
                      2. their customer support does not listen to the concern properly.
                      3. their customer support does not take any accountability and responsibility.
                      4. their resolutions are not acceptable.
                      this is happening to a regular one-member customer. and they must be doing this to a lot of customers. some customer does not even know how to get these things done.

                      i just want my money back thats it.

                        Hello, on 29th November I placed order #[protected]. It was not delivered to me and the executive marked the order as delivered.

                        I sent multiple emails to your support none of them reached out to me.

                        I have the CCTV footage of that day to prove that the executive did not deliver the order. All this was explained in the emails and footage was also shared but no solution was provided.

                        This issue has been unresolved for the past 5 days. I need a refund for my order.

                        Find the link to the CCTV footage attached below there is footage from 29th November from 4.00 pm to 4.35 pm. As the executive marked the order delivered at 4.14 pm there is footage to corroborate the 15 minutes before the time of delivery and 15 minutes after the time of the delivery. As it can be clearly seen there is no sign of the executive arriving at the doorstep to deliver the order.

                              I had order a pizza through swiggy on December 2 2022, order amount ₹345. Order number #[protected] . Name BIPASHA NAG. When I recieved it and started eating we found that the pizza was spoilage and stale. My 5 years old daughter already had a bite from it. And started vomiting. Immediately we contacted with the swiggy customer service and informed them all. We requested them either replace the order or refund back our order value. But they stated burgaining as we was like begger. After a lots of conversation in mail they refund me only ₹195. But I'm not agree with it. First of all they delivered stale spoilage food item which may cause food poisoning. It is a dengerous act next they didn't refund me my full order value which is a cheating. I want my full order value back. Please help me to get justice.
