Today I, Advocate, A.M.Iqbal, 28, Thoppil Nagar near Malarvady Auditorium Paruthippara had ordered for pothu roast and two puttu from Arabab kitchen kowsdiar, Thiruvananthapuram at about 7.15 pm. But they delivered beef curry and idiyappam.
An amount of rupees 295 was sent through Google pay.
Kindly take it back and refund my money in the same account from where it was taken or Swiggy money vallet in my name

    My last order was not given to me and I recheck my order and i waited for a long I dint get my order I already paid in online and my money also taken my order also not received please response to my order If you dint concern means i will not let you be the customer please resend my order or else my amount resolve my problem

      I want to complain about the order[protected] which I did to deliver Diwali sweets to my loved one. But to my surprise it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
      Firstly the delivery partner wasnt able to deliver items to the address I have used in the past as well. Even then I called him up and confirmed the address when he seems to be with someone talking and wasnt paying attention to me.
      I called him again to ask for his location and to my surprise he said talk to the swiggy they have cancelled the order and he cant do anything now very rudely.

      when asked with the customer care, they keep fooling around me and keep sending me standard messages and tried to mentally harrse me with keep transferring my chat to more than 8 seniors, all saying we are working on it. The chat continued for 3 hours !!! until I decide enough is enough and left the chat as I have to explain the same issue again and again to all the representative which is pathetic.

      Is this the modus operandi of Swigy. Fooling people for money by cancelling their order on their own and taking all of my 3k spent on the order.

      Firstly it is the delivery partner mistake to not able to deliver the items when I clearly mentioned the address in the order and top of that he cancelled the order even when I called him up and confirmed the address verbally.

      This is a mental torture dealing with the company not only they embarrased me by not delivering the order, they also wasted 3 hours on the chat with no resolution.

      how am I supposed to bear the loss for mistake done by the company itself. Considering I paid for the sweets where the hell are my items if they deny to deliver the order. Is it with the vendor, with swiggy or the delivery partner.
      The customer care was not able to answer my queries. If I have paid for something I own that item and even if the company cant deliver the same they should be able to tell me where is the stuff and I can pick up from there.

      This is such a mal practice from such a reputed brand. They should not forget they exist only because we as a customer gives them business without the customers these companies are nothing. and if they are going to treat there customer like this. I am sure this company is not going to last long.

      I am surely going ahead for a legal case against this company if my issue is not going to get resolved on priority.

        Last Friday ordered in KFC using Swiggy App and in that list, a Sauce bottle, of Rs.189 was ordered but didn't get in delivered, raised a complaint in swiggy they replied that it was solved and we couldn't refund any amount. Is this a service they do for the End Users?

          3 issues pending - No response from Swiggy

          I have 3 order related issues for which I've provided enough evidence and also confirmed the wrongful delivery with the delivery partners and yet the customer executives denied to help and kept asking to write an email. I have written multiple emails for every order and swiggy stopped responding only.
          The customer service agents act like robots. They were not even willing to hear me when I asked to connect on a call and the conversations...

          I had ordered food 3 burgers and french fries. After the bill is placed, since missing 4th burger. I contacted swiggy via chat to place order and they confirmed via msg to pay the amount for the 4th burger by cash to delivery partner. I did so and after checking the item, the 4th burger was missing. When I asked the representative they said 180 rs will be refunded for the bill of 229 for their mistake.

            I ordered nachos bowl from California Burrito but there were 2 problems with it:
            1) got a very small portion
            2) rice was missing from order

            When I complained they said theyll pass the feedback but did not replace/refund.

              I ordered cupcakes but they were completely spilled when I received them. They were in a very bad condition. I tried requesting swiggy Delivery person, but no one seems to help.
              I wrote many emails but there is no reply
              why should one pay their hard-earned money for a completely rotten or spilled food.

                I have Ordered Restaurant [protected]@36 special grill from swiggy (order #[protected] for Rs.714/-.                     The delivery partner took 200rs from me but never gave my order. He took money in google pay and then stopped taking calls and dis not give ny order. When i contacted swiggy they are not taking any action against this. Fraud people are hired by swiggy. +[protected] this is the conatct number of that delivert partner. Check your databae and find this person and refund my money. The proof of payment is attched

IHad ordered kurkure momos from swiggy instead of it plain momos was delivered to me and the price of kurkure momos was paid by me i request you to resolve this issue beacuse if like this is going to happen i have to take action against it because after raising complaint no action was taken.

                          The mentioned order had an item missing, the restaurants numbers were unreachable and I have been left hanging ever since. The DM's, tweets and everything else have gone unresponsive. I am here and will be here to seek justice till I get it no matter what happens.

                          That being said, the order detail is attached below

                          I received only 2 boxes, One had Fries and the other had Nino Veggie Burger. The 3rd with Nino Smash Buff burger was missing, hence I reported the issue immediately.

                            I placed the order from Swiggy at 10.24 PM on 10 October'2022 and it was showing 35 min. for delivery which means 11.04 PM.

                            As there was no delivery agent assigned to the order, I raised the concern with Swiggy at 10.49 PM and requested them to cancel the order, as I checked with the restaurant and the food had already been prepared and packed for pickup. However, the agent was still not assigned.

                            I talked with Agent and requested them multiple times to cancel the order but she kept mentioning that an agent will be assigned soon. She ignored my multiple request to cancel the order specifically. I also mentioned I will reject the deliver but received no response from the agent.

                            I also told them that the food will be all cold and not suitable to eat and the agent misguided me by saying " As a token of apology if any issue you will face with the order then you can raise the chat freely and we will assist you in the right way"

                            She assured me if the food is not good, they will take care of it, and then the order was finally delivered at 11.19 PM and as expected it was cold and not eatable.

                            I raised this issue with the same agent requesting a refund and asked them to take the food back as well because it was spoilt due to being cold and packed left for 30 min on the restaurant counter.

                            The agent then mentioned that I would need to email - [protected]@swiggy.in who will get back to me with the resolution within 12 hours and mentioned she cannot help me any further, I got the chat transferred to the Senior and he had the same response.

                            I was forced to email because my Rs.277 was not being refunded to me and had to email them at last.
                            On email use same response to any questions I asked them and said they will not refund the money as the issue was with the Restaurant due to the food quality.

                            Although as mentioned throughout the conversation, the issue was with the Swiggy not having the delivery agent in the area for the delivery of food.

                            Swiggy, Kindly refund me my money back for the order as your internal complaints department is not ready to accept their mistake.

                                They are a fraud.. they blame the restaurant for the delivery person's mistake.. I have ordered from Indore Nafees restaurant biryani and the main course and the delivery boy gave me 3 packs of noodles which was from local vendor with no bill.. delivery person kept my order and delivered food from some local vendor.. and swiggy supported delivery boy and asked me to raise a complaint against restaurant in FASSAI. At the end they they can not do anything..

                                I clearly mentioned the same thing over email.. seems like swiggy and their delivery partners together doing this type of fraud and in the end customer and restaurant are suffering

                                      Hey sir i am Prema .actually i have received my all items are wrong and different..i place a order for chicken popcorn- regular x2, chicken krispers burgers and hot & crispy chicken 8 pc from KFC restaurant...but they sent me four kfc chicken biryani rice bowl in my parcel order...it's totally different and unacceptable ... please solve my concern properly...i am very very upsetted... please return this food items back and refund my full money back ...i humbly requesting to you.. please refund my full money back in my same payment method..
                                      We are very very unhappy with your service..

                                      I also mailed to their [protected]@swiggy.in, [protected]@swiggy.in and [protected]@swiggy.in all email team but not get any resolution from their side they are making me fool only... Please check it its totally fraud
