I had ordered 3 items from swiggy instamart and delivered on two, when checked on the application it said amout for one item will be refunded and no reason as to why. thos was on the 23rd of september.
i have contacted swiggy customer care and every time they ask me to wait for 48hours.
last two times they asked me for my bank statements to prove i have not recieved the refund. i explained their own app shows it is still processing so they have mot initiated the process, also even till date the last update on the refund is showing as 23rd on their app. the customer care now asks me for my bank details instead of getting my refund processed.

    I ordered 4 chole kilche and 3 naan on 5 oct by 12.15 pm.
    And received only 1 chole kulche and 3 naan.
    3 chole kulche were missing. I immediately contacted the cx care and initially they were least bothered about it.
    After chatting with multiple members of the team, they asked me to email about it and that I would receive answer in 24 hours.

    I am still waiting for the reply and no one cares.
    I need a compensation for it. This is not the right way.

      I had placed home delivery order through swiggy.com from Bikanerwala. Order number was generated online which was[protected] of amount Rs 981. Order was placed on 4th october 2022 between 8:30 – 8:40 pm. Order was supposed to be delivered at C 103 Ats Greens 1 Kailash Dham Road Sector 50 Noida.
      Order was tracked online and delivery time was 41 minutes. Order was delivered on time but on checking the items I found out that the order number was different and contents were also different. Bill which came along with delivery boy was having order number[protected] of amount 610. This order was also placed on 4th october 2022. This order was supposed to be delivered at Gurgaon as per the address mentioned on bill instead it was wrongly delivered at our place at Noida.
      I immediately contacted Bikanerwala at Sec 18 Noida from where order was picked up and delivered to me and informed them about the wrong order being delivered to us. They told me to contact customer care of Swiggy and said that they can’t do anything. I returned the wrong order immediately and asked delivery boy to take it back. He took it back and I contacted Swiggy customer care and spoke with Mr. Amanpreet customer care executive. I explained him the issue and he gave me mail id of [protected]@swiggy.in. I wrote a mail immediately attaching image of bill of wrong order delivered to me so that they could understand that my original order number was not delivered by the company.
      However, after exchange of many mails with Swiggy since 4th October till today no resolution has happened. The company is denying to help me in this regard. They are asking me to submit images of food contents along with packaging details. I informed them that I had already returned the wrong order with the delivery boy immediately and kept image of bill which I attached in my complaint mail. I have been writing repeatedly that wrong order number was delivered to me whereas my original order was yet to be delivered. This could be make out from the bill I enclosed which could be tallied with my original order. Both the order numbers and total bill amount are different. But still the company is denying to settle the issue.
      I have requested the company to either refund the bill amount of my order number which is Rs 981 or else deliver the food contents.
      I am raising this issue on this platform since I am seeing that company is not willing to make efforts to resolve the matter. They could check with the delivery agency and also with the restaurant from where order was picked up. However, they seem to be escaping from their duties towards their customer and trying to just close the case without proper investigation.
      I request the concerned authorities to direct Swiggy to either refund my bill amount of Rs 981 or deliver the food contents as per my order number[protected]. I will be enclosing image of bill of wrong order delivered to my place and correct order placed online on Swiggy. I displayed genuine customer behaviour by returning the wrong order so that it could be delivered to right place. But now I am being harassed by the company for showing ethical conduct. They are feeling that what can the customer do and trying to suppress basic modalities and ethics of customer service.

          I order two items on 24th September 2022, and both the orders I revised were different that what I ordered. I complained about it immediately. They said they I refund my money but I didn't received any refund till date.

              I would like to apprise you, I am Puspajit Sarkar a resident of Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal my contact no.is [protected].
              I am a regular basis customer of Swiggy . A incident that did happen with me . amidst the hurly -burly situation of puja festive, I ordered a liquor from swiggy liquor side on 5th October 2022 at 6:58 pm, as per their norms and condition I did fill all the criterias and deducted 425. I was being assured to get liquor on my side around 7:24 pm but I could not get in my hand beyond 9pm . I tried to contact with them but they did not response anymore . After trying to contact with them, they did not response anything so I am entirely exhausted . Yet I did not get product as well as refund money.
              As per swiggy's norms cancelled order would not get refund money, So I could not cancel it . They are responsible to spoil my festive mood as well as I could not get back my amount what I did mention .
              I am very upset with their behavior, I want to take a legal action against that fraud and nefarious side .

                I had ordered mutton handi, which was stale and was uneatable, after numerous complaints on app and twitter still there has been no resolution ..I had clearly stated that the food is still there and if they don't believe in photos, someone can come here, check and replace or compensate . dont know why there is a customer care if they dont want to help us

                    I ordered food from Swiggy with 5 items. Instead of 5 I received a delivery of 4 items only. I raised a query to swiggy help chat; I got a bot message that your concern will be solved in 6 hours approximately. I waited a couple of days then I dropped an email and I received a reply in which they said my concern is ok but they will not give compensation for the missing item as per policy. Then I requested them kindly share with me their policy or terms and conditions where they mention they will not give any compensation for missing item but they never replied and I dropped couple of reminders but no reply till yet.

                    It is requested to kindly take strict action, Swiggy, as I believe they have no right to take money if they do not deliver the services.

                        I recently ordered a 750ml tub of ice cream from naturals using swiggy. They sent a box which was expiring in 10 days which obviously meant it wasn't fit for consumption. The ice cream was overly frozen and had brown blocks inside of it. I shared the appropriate images and raised a complaint but they did not offer me any compensation. Forget about my refund, they did not even apologise. If it was a direct purchase I would have complained to naturals but since swiggy delivered the order they have to be accountable for it. I have been receiving absolutely low grade quality good and customer service from Swiggy.

                          Yesterday night at 10.59 pm I had ordered 3 items from zaitoon restaurant, kodihalli, bengaluru and I prepaid the amount . At around 11.40 i got my order. But i observed that 1 item was missing in the package which was mini falooda which was Rs.175. And so I immediately reported it to the customer care and got connected to the person called Muheet. And i had informed him about the same and had asked him to either deliver the missing item which I had ordered or else to atleast refund me with the item which I had spent for it. And then he came up with the solution of Rs.42/- coupon for Rs. 175 item. And how this works? I don’t even understand in what basis he thought this solution was ok. And why should I be charged extra for the missing item? This was clearly the mistake from swiggy’s end. Why didn’t they check before delivering the item? So i asked Muheet to connect me to any of his supervisor so that I could expect some sensible solution from swiggy’s end. Kabir from escalation desk was connected, this guy is unfit for even handling a customer and that to being the supervisor he did not care about the customer nor he was even interested in solving this issue and came up with again Rs.42 coupon solution again which was already suggested by his junior and he even made me wait to come up with this solution like seriously.It does not make any sense. It was straight up looting a customer from swiggy. If swiggy as a brand trains their supervisor or their employees with this “I don’t care” attitude its really disappointing it was like either take the Rs.42 coupon or else just get lost. Swiggy better train their employees with basic manners. This was my worst experience ever. I had never faced such issue and I’m not going to use swiggy nor would suggest anyone to use this app for the same.

                            On date 25th September 2022 I ordered food at approx. 10.45 pm but unfortunately the ordered was cancelled by the company as there was no one to deliver the food. From that day today's it's 4th October 2022 they saying the refund is in process and all. But according to RBI policy it must be refunded in 5-7 days.

                              On Saturday, October 1, 2022, I had placed an order on Swiggy and the food delivered to me was uncooked (It was undercooked chicken). When I contacted the chat, they said they can only process a partial refund. To me it was unacceptable as this was not a spillage issue, it was uncooked food. But the CS rep was reluctant and provided me with an escalation email ID.

                              The real harassments starts here. They dont even address you with your registered name. They address me with some name I have no clue about. They just processed partial refund and kept telling me thats the best they can do. When I read their t&Cs, it is clearly written that they will refund 100% in case of dissatisfaction. I asked them if they have changed their policies, no response. They kept repeating the same email over and over and over.

                              This kind of experience is not accepted when I pay a premium price to get better service.

                                    this is to inform you that yesterday i.E. 2/10/2022 i ordered 5 tandoori roti from near by my restrurant hardly 1 km my order id :[protected] was not delivered to me for last 1:30 hrs i use to call continuously restrurant and swiggy delivery boy restrurant says order is ready but delivery boy havnt reached and delivery boy says order isnt ready as he is standing outside restrurant but when i persnolly reach restrurant i didnt find delivery boy. After 10 min when i reach then delivery boy comes and says he went for havuing some snacks as he was hungry and beside apology he was using abusing langauage so kindly look into the matter or i have to go for higher complaint as i have recording of both delivery boy and restrurant both

                                      Swiggy boy delivered Theobroma gift hamper at Wadhwa The Address at 3.29 pm at B3-2706. The Hamper had no sender details hence called up Swiggy Delivery boy to share details. He said that he doesn’t know sender details and said that it was to be delivered in B1-1305 and was wrongly delivered in our flat B3-2706.. so he came back at 6.29 pm again on 2 Oct same day and took the Hamper back. On enquiring with him again he first said he returned it back to Theobroma and today on checking with Theo they said nothing was returned. When the sender again called the Swiggy boy he admitted that he took the hamper to his house. Full charting business

                                        Hi Consumer forum,
                                        I want to lodge a complaint against swiggy for wrong consumer practices.
                                        I have been a very refular consumer of the food delivery app - Swiggy, And lately I have bene noticing wrong billing practices from them.
                                        As you can see from the screenshot documents I have shared from one of my orders, The displayed amount of the food items has been totalled from the amount which has been marked slashed (i.e /) If the amount has been marked as not being used why is the total being showed from that amount only. This deceives the consumer as the displayed total of the order is less.
                                        I request you to please investigate on this.
