The whole order of Naan and Panner Butter Masala (order number[protected] placed yesterday when I received was cold and stale, even the whole packaging was bad and all the paneer butter masala was spilled inside the polythene given by the delivery agent.
(This was with my previous order, even the same happen with the cake which was previously ordered to that on 8th nov)
I've ordered a dark choclate for myself but have received a vanilla cake instead and which was even completely in bad condition, water was coming out of bread of the cake (order number[protected]
And your customer support team is not helping at all in both of the cases, only the restaurant is being blamed and while telling to customer support I'm receiving same email reply, "we haven't seen any fault in the attached pictures" and on replying back to mail, got another mail "we cannot compensate for this, and restaurant is solemnly blamed and we inform resturant to avoid future issues", I requested even for a call back and not even received a call till the day.
Either provide me a proper solution or I really taking the things into consumer court which wouldn't be any beneficial either for you nor me in view of CUSTOMER FRAUD ACT as it is completely health hazard, consistent stale and bad food, unfit for eating.
(For reference I'm attaching the images below of the conversation as well as the images of the food)
I sincerely ask you for an immediate solution for the problems occuring frequently or either I'll escalate the matter to the higher authorities for providing the help to your customers.

      I ordered[protected] food yesterday[protected] and I received food in the right time.

      Today[protected] I requested the invoice and received it through my mail. It seems the delivery Fees are not mentioned in the TAX INVOICE.

      I request to provide the invoice for the delivery charges.

        I ordered from burgerking today via swiggy today. My order id is #[protected] . I ordered 1. King peri peri fries and 2. Crispy veg wrap
        But recieved crispy veg burger and plain fries which costed less than I paid. I complaint about it to swiggy and swiggy was not ready to exchange my order or refund my full amount which is my right. This is not the first time swiggy has favor to restaurant. I have paid for their subscription also. Still no help from their side.

            On 12.11.22 i have ordered in your portal and supplied the material by service provider, but we have not satisfactory for your services. Our order placed
            Aloo Paratha, Fulka, Boondi Raita - in your service provider supplied the same along with pickle not in fulka sidish and paratha sidish.
            Boondi Raith - very worst and the raitha value Rs.120 .. too much.
            Kindly inform to your service provider and rectifying this type of issues in future.

                    I have ordered food from Swiggy on 13th November 2022. The ordered food was of poor quality and spoled. So I raised a complaint on Swiggy. The customer service representative "Nilima" didn't provide any resolution and when asked to escalate the case she didn't esclated and made me wait for half an hour on chat with rude response.

                      I just got a notification that my order was delivered but i haven't recieved anything from Instamart, I have tried calling delivery guy many times and he hasn't picked up once. Nor did he try to call me at all. Please refund the money cause I'm seeing no such options for complains. #[protected] this was my swiggy instamart order ID.

                          I made an order on 3rd November 2022 and paid rs1720 . The money was debited but the order was failed. I received a message from swiggy saying I will refunded. It's been 6 days and no refund yet. On speaking to many executives from swiggy support I was told by some that automatically initiation failed and they have initiated the refund manually. Some told me they have not captured the payment and I have to speak to my bank. On reaching the bank they gave me detail of completed transaction and detail of no refund by swiggy. I request you to look into the matter and process the refund. Order number is #[protected]

                              Date of the incident : october9th, 2022.
                              restaurant from where i have ordered : red box MVP Double Rd, MVP Sector 7, Sector 4, Sector 5, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530017

                              Today, i have ordered food from the above mentioned restaurant . in which the box was tampered, half of the food was eaten, as i could see the finger prints. and the dish was basically chicken fried rice. half rice was eaten up and the chicken was eaten too and in that box, it was replaced and filled with water. i am very familiar with the restaurant and how they pack as i very frequently keep ordering from the same.
                              all the tapes were removed and then whosoever has done managed to clear up some food and tape it again, but it was very clearly visible that everything was tampered.

                              it might sound like a very pity issue, but the money that i have used was someones hard earned. so i sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into the same.

                                Swiggy #[protected] ordered on 7th Nov'22 which contains Chicken & Mutton Biryani with quantity of 700 grams each. But got the pack of Mutton Biryani with 300grams where Chicken Biryani delivered as expected 700 grams.

                                When I dropped a mail to Swiggy customer care, they were replied it didn't meet with their policies for reimbursement and they don't even checked with restaurant on the case and advised me to report against restaurant.to FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).

                                Hence the platform provided by Swiggy and assured on food delivery, it should be the responsibility of Swiggy not the restaurant.

                                Here, I would like to lodge a complaint on Swiggy for their irresponsibility.

                                    I want to inform you that my DE id 699031 was deactivated by my area manager in collaboration with swiggy SNO on friday against a fake complaint by SNO. They deactivated my id to support SNO but didn't asked me that what was the issue. SNO was abusing me in swiggy office in front of area manager and others DEs. I complaint to area manager but action was taken against me only not on the that sno. And id was deactivated without a warning, area manager didn't even asked that what is the issue. I suffered heavy losses due to this.i want to highlight the issue that there are various problem in working as Swiggy DE partner as there is no attention towards DEs problem and managers are taking action without any genuine reason to support their teammates. Please concern this this is a serious issue that the DEs of all over the pune are dealing with. They do not talk properly in local swiggy office and literally abuses the DEs which i experienced on 4/11 friday and when i complained they deactivated my id without looking in issue.

                                      My money was debited from my account as I was trying to process a Swiggy Instamart order paying through Phonepe. Rs 181 was debited but order was not processed. I demand a full refund in this case. My transaction id for the payment made through phonepe to swiggy is T2211072203412630909510. I’m also attaching a screenshot for the same.
