My brother's account on swiggy has changed the phone number by someone on date 6 Nov around 9 pm, we know this incidence via text message from app, about changing the number.
Someone who tried to hack, the hackers number is [protected]
At that time we are in tension about phone safety and privacy. Lost our access on account. If anything order or something that's not by us..

    I ordered groceries from insta mart from swiggy and once my delivery guy arrived I called him he did not pick up my call and when I opened my door I saw the swiggy guy roaming upstairs towards terrace and was walking very silently.
    Very suspicious and very scary for me and my house.

    Please take action against this guy.

      With some really disturbing experience today, I am bound to write to you.
      If you check my order, 3 masala Dosa and one free idli vada combo were ordered.
      However I ordered it on 8:39 pm and received after 2 hours. In the meantime, swiggy called and said some issues happened with the delivery agent's cycle and within 10 pm he will deliver the order. However, it took around two hours and while I receiving the order I informed the delivery agent MANABENDRA SEN (wearing zomato uniform), that 2 masala dosas are missing.
      He made some video and kind of escaped without taking any action.
      I tried chatting with the swiggy team however, no one assisted me with the missing food or the refund .
      First chat agent cut off the chat on my face and no solution was provided.

        I had placed the order:[protected] on 5th Nov, 2022 from SWIGGY and I had ordered the following items:
        - 1 butter chicken
        - 1 chicken tikka roll

        Chicken tikka roll was NOT delivered, this item was MISSING from the delivered order. I checked with the delivery guy immediately, he said this is what the restaurant handed him over to deliver.

        Also, butter chicken was too oily despite the fact I had mentioned the following comments while placing the order- "Send it hot and fresh in good quality, quantity and packaging. Ensure it is not oily. Don’t make me regret ordering from you." Why ask comments/instructions when you are going to simply ignore it?

        Attached below are the images. See for yourself. Outer packaging was also missing.

        I PAID 294 INR (198 INR via coupon + 96 inr via CC) in total for this ### order.

        See the proof for yourself (attached below are multiple images) and refund my FULL MONEY ASAP.

            Swiggy dineout pass which i Bought for 500/ month, this is full useless, when i was buying they showed many restaurants in it but i bought it and then i could understand half of the hotels are not there and also the news came in that most of the hotels have delitsed themselves from swiggy dineout, leaving very few options of veg restaurant for me, i tried to contact the customer care but they refused to give me a refund, after some time they just stop replying to me also, till date i have still not used that pass thinking that I'll get my refund back beacuse they misguided me saying there are so many restaurants but in reality there are none, currently only 5-7 veg restaurant are listed on that app that too some of them are very very expensive hence i cannot go to anyone and my money got wasted

              Hi Swiggy,
              Recently I wanted to order something from swiggy so I opened the app and i found out that i was logged out so I tried logging in

              After entering the login details, a message appeared saying 'mobile used in 6 months'

              I even tried reinstalling the app and logging in on another phone but still couldn't log in

              Kindly look into this asap as all my payment credentials are within the app.

                I ordered 5 items out of which I received only 1 and there was no refund or any message saying the item is out of stock. Customer care also does not help and say sorry we cannot replace or refund the amount. If the customer is not to be trusted, they need to verify the items before sending it out. Not one but multiple orders have been either missing items or wrong items and customer care does not seem to help

                    On 30th October I placed an Order in Swiggy. Order#[protected]
                    On delivery I noticed that one of the item was incorrect. I ordered Mater Paneer but instead I was sent Matar Rice. I reached out to Swiggy Customer service. The person (Ashish) who attended my call said there is no option for replacing my order with the correct one. Also he mentioned that I would be receiving Refund Amount of 125 INR for the missing item (Matar Paneer) which had a price tag of 154 INR.

                    I told that he should either replace my order quickly or provide a full refund since the order delivered (even though only 1 out of 3 Items was incorrect) caused unbalance family lunch. We have excess of rice and less curry to consume.

                    The Customer Service Person (Ashish) simply kept repeating - 'Sorry for your inconvenience', 'We regret the inconvenience', 'I don't have the authority to decide further'. He says I have only one option - To take what ever refund amount he was providing which was totally unfair. He did even provide information on how to escalate this to his superior. He simply did the refund of 125 INR and kept the call aside.

                    My desirable resolution - Full Order amount should be refunded.

                    I am hoping the concerned party will be reprimanded to ensure justice prevails.

                      This is my 3rd bad experience with Swiggy and that's why I wish to escalate this .
                      I ordered food for my kids and the item was missing. When i asked them for someone mail id where i can share my complaint they never share any mail i.d . i called the restaurant and they confirmed the food was missing. I have the audio recording. They still need my concent to refund the amount of missing item. . Ideally they should immediately refund if somthing that is missing .
                      No one can feed the refund amount to kids .
                      My sincere request is someone question Swiggy what is ge requirement of their platform of they dint give any resolution.
                      I can't attach all chat sceneshots sharing one of it

                        I ordered food from a renowned restaurant via swiggy on 26th October at 9:42pm and received it at 10:21pm. My order was 2 varieties of paneer tikka roll with tawa gravy, 1 variety was full plate and the other one was half plate.
                        In full plate, the restaurant gives 4 rolls and in half plate, they give 2 rolls. So, in total 6 rolls I should have received. But I received only 4 rolls.
                        2 rolls were missing from my order, plus the bill was also missing. It was clearly visible that someone torn the bill from the package.
                        I spoke to swiggy customer care for over 1.5 hours but didn’t get any resolution for my issue, I asked them for a refund or replacement but they clearly denied and said that the mistake was not at their end, they cannot do anything in this matter.

                        Then I personally checked with the restaurant by, they said they did sent the complete order i.e 6 rolls with bill. And moreover restaurant’s never hand over any order to swiggy or any other delivery boy without bill.

                        But I neither received the complete order nor I received the bill.

                        Hence, it’s cleared that the mistake was at swiggy’s end. Their delivery boy’s end.

                        I should get a refund or compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

                          I ordered from Mcdonald's on 22nd October 2022, 11:06 PM.

                          After an hour we checked for the order status, which was showing 7mins away, and after 20mins status was the same (The delivery Panter was unreachable).

                          Nearby 12:00 AM, I reached Help support and requested to cancel the order as a delivery partner was unreachable.

                          and then on 23rd October 2022, 5:37 AM the order status was changed to Delivered, wherein I didn't receive anything.

                            Sir main delivery partner hoon mera account block kar diya gaya hai. Mujhe koi reason nahi bataya gaya direct block kar diya gaya. Jab bar bar help mein maine connect karke pata kiya tab bataya gaya ki maine customer ko force karke order cancel karvaya hai... to sir main yaha batana chata hoon ki force karna hota to mere last 6 months mein 3 hi order cancel kaise hote?? Aap mera account check karke dekho mere order cancel hi nahi hote hain main sab deliver karta hoon koi fraud nahi karta..

                            Jin 2 orders ka mujhe bataya gaya hai unka excect mujhe nahi pata lekin mere paas last 2 month mein 2 orders ke saath problem hui thi vomain yaha mention kar deta hoon.

                            1st order jo tha vo deliver karna tha ek girls hostel mein aur order raat 12 baje aaya tha maine location pe jake call kiya lekin koi answer nahi mila maine help mein jake customer not reachable daal diya to mere paas customer care se call aaya maine unko bata diya ki kya problem hui hai uske baad unhone try kiya... tabhi vaha watchmen aa gaya to maine call pe hi customer care executive ko puch ke watchmen ko order deliver kar diya.

                            2nd time aisa hua tha thode din pahale main order (roti aur paneer ki sabji) deliver karne gaya jab location pe gaya to customer ne bola bhiaya order cancel kar de maine mana kiya ki sir main nahi kar sakta aap customer care baat kar lo... vaha 4-5 ladke the to unme se ek ne bola ki khana to hum lenge hi baki paise nahi dene vale tu dekh le tere ko jo karna hai kar... maine bola sir main garib aadmi hoon aisa mat karo aapke 200 rs ke chakar mein mere problem ho jayegi... lekin vo 4-5 the to main kuch bol nahi paya aur chupchap order unko de aaya ki koi baat nahi mere charge kar jayega to main bhugat lunga... lekin maine order ko deliver mark nahi kiya 2 min baad hi order cancel hone ka msg aaya aur app mein siren baj gaya... to main chup chap aa gaya ki charge mere ka jayega..

                            Ye 2 incident mere saath hue ab isme meri kya galti thi jo mera account block kiya gaya... mujhe kal evening mein bataya gaya ki maine customer ko force kiya hai... are kabhi aap rider ko call karke bhi to puch sakte ho ki aapne aisa kiya ya nahi... lekin kabhi koi call nahi aaya bas block kar do kitni galat baat hai ye.

                            Iske saath mujhe bola gaya ki meri id ab kabhi chalu nahi ho sakti hai... ye galat baat hai bina rider se baat kiye aap aise block nahi kar sakte ye galat kiya gaya hai.

                            Aur last baat main 6 months se kaam kar raha hoon kam se kam account to check karo, mere itne time mein sirf 2 order cancel hue hain aur ek order galat deliver hua jiske detail maine uper de di...

                                  I ordered cake for my child birthday.. the whole cake was spilled .. after that I sent them pictures as well .. I asked them to send me a new cake or send me my money .. they r not doing either ... it's was worth 385rs .. my child birthday got spoiled..

                                      Last night my cousin placed an order through his swiggy account. The delivery partner who delivered my order tried to contact me through WhatsApp and sms around 4 o' clock in the morning. I didn't replied him at that time but then on the very same day in evening he tried to contact me again.
                                      Then i replied him and asked him that "why is he contacting me?" And he replied "you are so cute"
                                      I'm very disappointed and want you to take an action for this kind of behaviour
