I ordered from Mcdonald's on 22nd October 2022, 11:06 PM.

After an hour we checked for the order status, which was showing 7mins away, and after 20mins status was the same (The delivery Panter was unreachable).

Nearby 12:00 AM, I reached Help support and requested to cancel the order as a delivery partner was unreachable.

and then on 23rd October 2022, 5:37 AM the order status was changed to Delivered, wherein I didn't receive anything.

Sir main delivery partner hoon mera account block kar diya gaya hai. Mujhe koi reason nahi bataya gaya direct block kar diya gaya. Jab bar bar help mein maine connect karke pata kiya tab bataya gaya ki maine customer ko force karke order cancel karvaya hai... to sir main yaha batana chata hoon ki force karna hota to mere last 6 months mein 3 hi order cancel kaise hote?? Aap mera account check karke dekho mere order cancel hi nahi hote hain main sab deliver karta hoon koi fraud nahi karta..

Jin 2 orders ka mujhe bataya gaya hai unka excect mujhe nahi pata lekin mere paas last 2 month mein 2 orders ke saath problem hui thi vomain yaha mention kar deta hoon.

1st order jo tha vo deliver karna tha ek girls hostel mein aur order raat 12 baje aaya tha maine location pe jake call kiya lekin koi answer nahi mila maine help mein jake customer not reachable daal diya to mere paas customer care se call aaya maine unko bata diya ki kya problem hui hai uske baad unhone try kiya... tabhi vaha watchmen aa gaya to maine call pe hi customer care executive ko puch ke watchmen ko order deliver kar diya.

2nd time aisa hua tha thode din pahale main order (roti aur paneer ki sabji) deliver karne gaya jab location pe gaya to customer ne bola bhiaya order cancel kar de maine mana kiya ki sir main nahi kar sakta aap customer care baat kar lo... vaha 4-5 ladke the to unme se ek ne bola ki khana to hum lenge hi baki paise nahi dene vale tu dekh le tere ko jo karna hai kar... maine bola sir main garib aadmi hoon aisa mat karo aapke 200 rs ke chakar mein mere problem ho jayegi... lekin vo 4-5 the to main kuch bol nahi paya aur chupchap order unko de aaya ki koi baat nahi mere charge kar jayega to main bhugat lunga... lekin maine order ko deliver mark nahi kiya 2 min baad hi order cancel hone ka msg aaya aur app mein siren baj gaya... to main chup chap aa gaya ki charge mere ka jayega..

Ye 2 incident mere saath hue ab isme meri kya galti thi jo mera account block kiya gaya... mujhe kal evening mein bataya gaya ki maine customer ko force kiya hai... are kabhi aap rider ko call karke bhi to puch sakte ho ki aapne aisa kiya ya nahi... lekin kabhi koi call nahi aaya bas block kar do kitni galat baat hai ye.

Iske saath mujhe bola gaya ki meri id ab kabhi chalu nahi ho sakti hai... ye galat baat hai bina rider se baat kiye aap aise block nahi kar sakte ye galat kiya gaya hai.

Aur last baat main 6 months se kaam kar raha hoon kam se kam account to check karo, mere itne time mein sirf 2 order cancel hue hain aur ek order galat deliver hua jiske detail maine uper de di...

I ordered cake for my child birthday.. the whole cake was spilled .. after that I sent them pictures as well .. I asked them to send me a new cake or send me my money .. they r not doing either ... it's was worth 385rs .. my child birthday got spoiled..

I received an incorrect order from Swiggy and I have received no resolution from the chat support or from email support...

Last night my cousin placed an order through his swiggy account. The delivery partner who delivered my order tried to contact me through WhatsApp and sms around 4 o' clock in the morning. I didn't replied him at that time but then on the very same day in evening he tried to contact me again.
Then i replied him and asked him that "why is he contacting me?" And he replied "you are so cute"
I'm very disappointed and want you to take an action for this kind of behaviour

I have paid the amount online only and not recieved order till now but when I checked on app its showing delivered

Customer support team was not helping in this issue... I want my money back .. compensation for wasting my valuable time

My order no [protected] for Rs 697 was cancelled from Swiggy end and refund has been denied with 100% cancellation.
Whereas my previous multiple orders have been delivered on same address. No support from chat and email.
Need to take with the right authorities for refund.

Pathetic service by Swiggy instamart, Got a damaged item delivered. When complaint with photo of damaged item, Firstly they don’t have policy to replace or pick the item. then the customer service team asked me to wait for 6hrs and then receive an email saying your claim cannot be claim as we are not able to validate. Sorry but We will try to improve. What nonsense service...

On the 14th Oct 2022., I ordered from swiggy (ORDER ID - #[protected] through online payment via paytm (Txn ID :- [protected])
the payment was successful and the order placed successfully.
But later i received a call from swiggy customer care saying " there is an issue with the server and payment was not received and pay to delivery person, your paid amount will be refunded in 2hrs ". I paid again to the delivery person via...

I place a order at 08:55 hrs with last four digit order no 7388 with mob no-[protected] in date 22/10/022 and when m calling them then they are just forwarding my call from one to other but they have not supplied to me food...

I have ordered food(mutton curry and tanduri roti) in swiggy today of quantity 231 rupees, but when the product i recieved i have seen that i have recieved small quantity of food and when i opened the box i was surprised and after that when i take that to taste its soo smelly and the mutton is already damaged, and the tanduri roti is already damaged.then after this issue i have raised a complaint in swiggy help section but they donot have regular customer care number and have another option called chat with customer agent but its not working as well.so i have not recieved any resolution from there side, so that i prefer consumer complaint is the best for me to resolve my queries. i didnot hope this from swiggy, and after that i am thinking that how swiggy is fooling its customers. so please take necessary action against swiggy, i am sharing the order details below, it may help you

Hi Team,

I am really frustrated with the service getting from Swiggy. On 10/21/2022 I placed an order#[protected] from Swiggy of Rs556 (Haldiram, West Patel Nagar, Delhi) and after receiving the order checked the bill on my registered email ID which was incorrect. As per the invoice the billing amount was Rs.31 however the transaction paid was rs.556.

I tried to connect with the Swiggy support team and none of them were able to help me and keep on sending the same invoice of Rs 31 and also giving me the reason that it is a restaurant issue .Why I should care who is responsible for it .As a customer I paid the amount and expecting the complete invoice. I need to submit the bill to claim amount from office hence requesting you to send me the complete bill asap.

Order I'd[protected]. Ordered rice meal with gulab jamun but received Paratha with moong dal halwa. Swiggy is a very incompetent company and they are looting their customers by defrauding them. They don't even take any action against the restaurants that do not deliver to the expectations. This not the only time it has happened time and again. They won't deliver the order or some items in the order is missing or the order is different but they won't even compensate for their own mistake and in lieu of business are looting people of their hard earned money.

We have ordered Chicken Soft Noodles + Thums Up 250Ml of 2 quantities with invoice no.[protected] from swiggy on 17.10.2022.
but we have received only 1 quantity. we have asked delivery boy regarding this, he told that in the hotel he was given only 1 quantity and also he told that, if you want to complain do raise issue with swiggy and he left.
later we called to swiggy customer care and also, we raised complained in swiggy but no response.
as the proof of delivery, we have enclosed photographs of the food i received.
i request you to please help to compensate for the damage caused.

Some one login from my mobile number in swiggy app..
and order food from restrorent and the location was banlore i have noted that and cancel the order as well but now i'm unable to login in swiggy app
it's showing that mobile number is already used in last 6 months.. please solve this issue and my dedcted money..
