I have worked at Swiggy delevery boy but customer by mistake ad miss behavior so then my id is deactivated so i must be positive thik you have slowed my problem and open my swiggy id 2102825...

I am a vegetarian and ordered food from swiggy. Upon eating i realised the soup was non vegetarian. This is highly hurtful to my religious sentiments...

Today I ordered food on swiggy and what I got was no bad that smell was coming from it, it was not even fresh and smell was coming.This is a very bad experience to get this type of food.
Please Look into the matter and try to resolve as delivering this kind of food will affect customer's health as well as lack of trust also.

This is Annamalai from Chennai. I placed an order with Swiggy. Order I’d is[protected]. I ordered 2 items. One is Verkadalai rice and other item is Sweet Pongal. However I received only Verkadalai Rice. Instead of Sweet Pongal they gave Payasam. When I asked for refund and compensation, they gave only refund after lot of time spent with calls and they did not give any compensation yet. This is unacceptable and it’s poor customer service....

Hello Swiggy ! Why any new order placed is adding 300 rupees surcharge? As far as I remember last order wasn’t delivered to my place. With 24 hours security personal it cannot happen that there was a person in gate to collect order. I would bear the expense if anybody even tried to deliver the order. When I am not at any fault, this kind of surcharge on customer by Swiggy is unacceptable. This way you leave me with only option of moving...

On this Sunday (11/09/2022) very poor service provided by Swiggy. They waste my time knowingly and now delay in refund also. There must be any legal proceedings against Swiggy for wasting time knowingly.
