I am extremely disappointed by my delivery today, the order number is[protected]. The delivery partner was NOT at fault, he had been patiently awaiting my order at restaurant Faasos, When my order was ready for pickup, he was suddenly assigned ANOTHER order in what seemed to be a complicated location. Since this was nearer the restaurant than my home, my PRIOR order was consigned to SECOND place, and by the time it arrived, it was completely inedible -- I had ordered mutton and chicken rolls in sauce, and they were gloopy and disgusting, I had to throw them away. As mentioned before, this was NOT the delivery partner's fault, but the fault of WHOEVER ASSIGNED HIM THE SECOND ORDER AND RUINED MY MEAL. Swiggy must compensate me for this complete waste of my money, dinner and evening. I am attaching a screenshot of the correspondence, where someone called 'Abhi' airily dismissed my demand of a refund.

I reached out to the CEO, and he arranged for a full refund. Before this, when I wrote to you, I had faced nothing but obstruction from the insolent people who run Swiggy's twitter feed.

    Today at 3:10 pm I received my order of vegitable and groceries. I got very disappointed with the product I received. Vegitable are just not etable . Most of ther are very old (methi leaved, spring onion and karela ) all are smelling bad and even got fungus . I request you to kindly exchange the product soon . And just don't give the product if you have old vegitable because it can cause serious health issues

        Swiggy offers restraunt to door delivery. HOME delivery which means to home. They should come at door.
        There are multiple cases where sometimes the short way to our home is closed so they have to take a bit long way(just a little extra) and they refuse to come and ask us to collect.
        Home delivery does not mean halfway.. it means till home. When we refuse that we cannot come they cancel orders or get rude.

            I ordered VEG THALI AND ROTI and received only Roti and 1 Vegetable, complete thali was missing in my order which i received. I shared the order and received item pictures with swiggy and the Swiggy team is saying that all good at their end and not found any issue and resolved the case. How are they analysing the customer issue for missing items??? I neither received Thali nor refund.

            Try to contact SWIGGY many times but no luck as no number is mentioned any where and chat team dont do anything.

            Seriously its wastage of time, money and trust.

              I made an order through swiggy on 22nd November 2022. The amount was debited from my account through Google pay UPI but the swiggy order didn't complete processing and was asking to pay again in order to complete the order.

My order got cancelled Automatically I have not told or chat with anyone to cancel my order but your executive told me that I have called in swiggy and demand for order cancellation but I have not make such call from my end and my swiggy account is only login in my single device but I thought due to a technical fault all this happens but there is no fault of mine so please return my cancellation fees back and as a proof I have attached some attachments.Hope you will understand my situation and refund my cancellation fees and my credit card coupon back.As I can only order with that credit card coupon four times a month so my one time is wasted for no reason. Please help me in this matter..

                      I had ordered from swiggy and the whole food is spilled and packaging is soo bad both the pizza are spilled and choco lava too.

                        I have done order with Swiggy from Mio-Amore. The delivery person unable find my address and keep saying that he is on my location. I said you are on the wrong place and then started misbehaving.

                        So I contacted the support service and agreed to refund the same and asked to register with a mail to [protected]@swiggy.in

                        They resolved the issue as “They unable to validate the issue so refund is not possible”

                        No body contact from Swiggy to know the issue

                        Please help.

                            I selected an address in Swiggy and delivery boy went to a different address which was 4 km away from the selected address in app. When I raised complain in swiggy helpdesk they also agreed but they refused to refund the amount of 399 Rs saying it is now already cancelled. When I asked for replacement they said they cannot give that too nor deliver the food in correct location as the time is now passed. I am very much disappointed.

                              I ordered food via swiggy, the first the delivery person didn't deliver but marked it delivered and became unreachable to me and the company. I was refunded the amount but I waited 45 mins for the order . I ordered again, waited another 30 mins the order was delivered with missing items . I contacted the customer care team after hours of waiting and multiple calls they refused to reimburse or accept responsibility.

                                    The whole order of Naan and Panner Butter Masala (order number[protected] placed yesterday when I received was cold and stale, even the whole packaging was bad and all the paneer butter masala was spilled inside the polythene given by the delivery agent.
                                    (This was with my previous order, even the same happen with the cake which was previously ordered to that on 8th nov)
                                    I've ordered a dark choclate for myself but have received a vanilla cake instead and which was even completely in bad condition, water was coming out of bread of the cake (order number[protected]
                                    And your customer support team is not helping at all in both of the cases, only the restaurant is being blamed and while telling to customer support I'm receiving same email reply, "we haven't seen any fault in the attached pictures" and on replying back to mail, got another mail "we cannot compensate for this, and restaurant is solemnly blamed and we inform resturant to avoid future issues", I requested even for a call back and not even received a call till the day.
                                    Either provide me a proper solution or I really taking the things into consumer court which wouldn't be any beneficial either for you nor me in view of CUSTOMER FRAUD ACT as it is completely health hazard, consistent stale and bad food, unfit for eating.
                                    (For reference I'm attaching the images below of the conversation as well as the images of the food)
                                    I sincerely ask you for an immediate solution for the problems occuring frequently or either I'll escalate the matter to the higher authorities for providing the help to your customers.

                                        Delivery Charge not included in the TAX INVOICE

                                        I ordered[protected] food yesterday[protected] and I received food in the right time.

                                        Today[protected] I requested the invoice and received it through my mail. It seems the delivery Fees are not mentioned in the TAX INVOICE.

                                        I request to provide the invoice for the delivery charges....
