    I contacted customer care but no proper response received from the agent and supervisor.

      I want to share my ordeal with Swiggy and the harassment and embarrassment I faced by Swiggy.

      I ordered some food items through Swiggy App on 17.10.2022 from Noida. I placed my order at around 9 pm and the App showed my waiting time was 30-40 minutes but ever after waiting for more than one hour, no order was delivered. Finally, after more than one hour of waiting, the delivery person arrived and delivered me the food parcel and when I asked him about taking so much time, he did not give any satisfactory reply. After taking food parcel from delivery person, I entered my room and I noticed that the parcel was tampered and looked like somebody had opened my parcel and then I opened my food parcel and upon opening the parcel, I found that some food items were missing from the parcel. I got very angry and annoyed because despite being late I gave the delivery person some tip also. It was my daughter’s birthday that day and I had ordered food for my daughter but I found food items missing from my parcel. I called up the delivery person on his mobile and asked him about my missing food items, after asking him repeatedly in angry tone, he replied that his son might have opened the parcel because he went to his home after picking up my parcel from the restaurant. I got very annoyed listening to this. He deliberately stolen items from my parcel for which I was paying and he was telling lies to me.

      Then I called up Swiggy call center executive and told him the whole incident about delivery person having stolen my food items from the parcel. He said it is very unfortunate and he offered only 150 Rupees return in the form of Swiggy coupon whereas the bill amount was Rs. 563. I got very annoyed over this and asked either to replace my whole order or to return my full amount for the harassment I faced because of the Swiggy people.

      I again called up Swiggy call centre and spoke to a Swiggy executive who said okay we will replace your partial order and I said okay please replace my partial order. Then he said that my order has been placed again and will be delivered within 40 minutes but even after passing of 45 minutes, no order arrived and when I tried to call the delivery person on his given number, he did not pick up the call even after repeated calling. I again called up Swiggy people again and told them that no order has been arrived after 45 minutes of waiting and the delivery person was not picking up the call. The Swiggy executive said let me try calling him and he put my call on hold for two minutes but even after 6 minutes of hold, he did not respond. I disconnected the call and then I called up again, one Swiggy executive picked up the call and I told him that again my order has been delayed by one hour and angrily I cancelled my order at midnight 12.

      This was my ordeal with Swiggy. It shows how Swiggy plays fraud with their customers and cheat on them and rob their money. I not only lost my whole amount but also faced harassment and embarrassment by Swiggy. Strict action must be taken against Swiggy for cheating customers like me any many others like me.

        customer support of SWIGGY intentionally harrasses their customers by not giving refund and providing stale food. Swiggy customer care executives are so rude that they make their customers wait for so lang that the customer gets tired and leaved the chat by themselves without any resolution. Even after sending pictures and telling that we have got bad quality food, they are not listening and offering the amount of rs29 where we are spendiong around more than 200 rs for one order. Upon asking for full refund, they make their customers wait so long that the customer gets tired and leaves the chat with disappointment. Their customer support is so rude that they donot even connect from restaurant and try to play smart. ABOVE THAT, there execuitives leave their chats and close chats without intimating the customers and leaving customers disappointed and irriated. Really action should be taken against such companies who are wasting customers hard earned money.

              I placed an order worth Rs 327 from Mama Mea Pizza, Biwadi on 18 Oct 2022 at 1:10 pm. The address for delivery was absolutely correct, but the delivery agent denied to deliver the order. Inspite of immediate calling and instructing him regarding the address, he denied to deliver. The swiggy team also didn't help me with this. Infact they cancelled my order and also charged me with cancellation charges. Hereby I'm attaching the bill for reference.

                Order #[protected], we cancelled the order and didn't receive the amount back. Now they are saying it's cancellation charge. Is it fair to charge amount of order as cancellation charge? and there was no relevant response in chating with the customer care.

                  Swiggy sent food from a hotel and the food was spoilt when reported they are giving 37rs coupon which I dint even ask for.

                  Now the person who ate the food is sick

                  The customer service don't even Care about the persons health they are very rude.

                    Today I, Advocate, A.M.Iqbal, 28, Thoppil Nagar near Malarvady Auditorium Paruthippara had ordered for pothu roast and two puttu from Arabab kitchen kowsdiar, Thiruvananthapuram at about 7.15 pm. But they delivered beef curry and idiyappam.
                    An amount of rupees 295 was sent through Google pay.
                    Kindly take it back and refund my money in the same account from where it was taken or Swiggy money vallet in my name

                        I want to complain about the order[protected] which I did to deliver Diwali sweets to my loved one. But to my surprise it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
                        Firstly the delivery partner wasnt able to deliver items to the address I have used in the past as well. Even then I called him up and confirmed the address when he seems to be with someone talking and wasnt paying attention to me.
                        I called him again to ask for his location and to my surprise he said talk to the swiggy they have cancelled the order and he cant do anything now very rudely.

                        when asked with the customer care, they keep fooling around me and keep sending me standard messages and tried to mentally harrse me with keep transferring my chat to more than 8 seniors, all saying we are working on it. The chat continued for 3 hours !!! until I decide enough is enough and left the chat as I have to explain the same issue again and again to all the representative which is pathetic.

                        Is this the modus operandi of Swigy. Fooling people for money by cancelling their order on their own and taking all of my 3k spent on the order.

                        Firstly it is the delivery partner mistake to not able to deliver the items when I clearly mentioned the address in the order and top of that he cancelled the order even when I called him up and confirmed the address verbally.

                        This is a mental torture dealing with the company not only they embarrased me by not delivering the order, they also wasted 3 hours on the chat with no resolution.

                        how am I supposed to bear the loss for mistake done by the company itself. Considering I paid for the sweets where the hell are my items if they deny to deliver the order. Is it with the vendor, with swiggy or the delivery partner.
                        The customer care was not able to answer my queries. If I have paid for something I own that item and even if the company cant deliver the same they should be able to tell me where is the stuff and I can pick up from there.

                        This is such a mal practice from such a reputed brand. They should not forget they exist only because we as a customer gives them business without the customers these companies are nothing. and if they are going to treat there customer like this. I am sure this company is not going to last long.

                        I am surely going ahead for a legal case against this company if my issue is not going to get resolved on priority.

                          Last Friday ordered in KFC using Swiggy App and in that list, a Sauce bottle, of Rs.189 was ordered but didn't get in delivered, raised a complaint in swiggy they replied that it was solved and we couldn't refund any amount. Is this a service they do for the End Users?

                            3 issues pending - No response from Swiggy

                            I have 3 order related issues for which I've provided enough evidence and also confirmed the wrongful delivery with the delivery partners and yet the customer executives denied to help and kept asking to write an email. I have written multiple emails for every order and swiggy stopped responding only.
                            The customer service agents act like robots. They were not even willing to hear me when I asked to connect on a call and the conversations...

                            I had ordered food 3 burgers and french fries. After the bill is placed, since missing 4th burger. I contacted swiggy via chat to place order and they confirmed via msg to pay the amount for the 4th burger by cash to delivery partner. I did so and after checking the item, the 4th burger was missing. When I asked the representative they said 180 rs will be refunded for the bill of 229 for their mistake.

                              I ordered nachos bowl from California Burrito but there were 2 problems with it:
                              1) got a very small portion
                              2) rice was missing from order

                              When I complained they said theyll pass the feedback but did not replace/refund.

                                I ordered cupcakes but they were completely spilled when I received them. They were in a very bad condition. I tried requesting swiggy Delivery person, but no one seems to help.
                                I wrote many emails but there is no reply

When i opened pack and started consuming it i observed that the grill is burn to crisp and tasted very bad. i removed mayo an checked the pieces all the pieces are burnt black and it does not taste like chicken since burnt . I informed same to swiggy but they ask me to rate the restaurant. If same thing happens in at restaurant dine in i would have called the manager and asked him to taste it. what is the use of me paying for food that is not consumable. I am swiggy one member also.
