Fraud, misleading, robbery and monopoly of swiggy

Most humbly and respectfully. I beg to say that. I am the responsible citizen of India. My name is Harsh . Today I am complaining about the fraud, Misleading and monopoly done by online food delivery aap swiggy. I used swiggy aap to order food . They cheated and misleaded me many times . Recently I ordered 8 items from bikaner by swiggy on 24 aug. At 10: 50 AM in which 2 items was missing. Again I ordered I cassata cake from kwality walls...

Sir my account has been temporarily deactivated

Sir this is completely wrong whenever i cancelled the order that's for my safety issues or health purposes not for beneficiary or purposely and on that time your agent said that no penalties will be taken but swiggy has taken it again and again and now my account has temporarily deactivated on such a important day please reactivate my account asap because it's difficult for my livelihood without this job...

I am complaining about swiggy customer care person bad behavior

The customer care person was very rude while talking and he made me paid rupees 233 forcefully. I was never not knowing that order was placed because it was not showing on swiggy app when I talked to costomor care person to solve my problem he talked to me very rudely and made me paid rupees 233 forcefully. I am not going to order anything in future if my money will not be refunded....

Non veg item to a vegetarian person

2-3 days ago i had. Ordered nissin geki veg noodle, they delivered chicken noodle. They made me had that noodle where i am vegetarian.
When i complained they are not responding.
They are playing with religion of everyone .
I ll complain to fssai ....

The case of the incident is 28th August 2022.
I placed an order for Babycorn chilly but Gobhi (Cauliflower) was sent to me. When I raised a complaint the team told they will reach out to me within 24 hours later they stated refund won't be initiated.

I simply asked for the refund when the item sent was wrong but Swiggy gave me no resolution, therefore its essential to file complain.

Unethical Behavior -Wrong item sent by swiggy and team not resolving issue

The case of the incident is 29th August 2022.
I placed an order for Babycorn chilly but Gobhi (Cauliflower) was sent to me. When I raised a complaint the team told they will reach out to me within 24 hours later they stated refund won't be initiated.

I simply asked for the refund when the item sent was wrong but Swiggy gave me no resolution, therefore its essential to file complain....

Cancellation of food after a delay of 90mins

This person took some amount of money from me saying that he had lost the money for previous orders and that if he doesn’t give the money then he’ll be in trouble so out of kindness I helped him I was also assured that I would get the money back but now it’s been two months and he’s ghosted me not replying to any of my messages I want my money back from him please help I have the proof of the transactions...

Food cancellation after 2 hours at midnight

We ordered dinner for family at 9-20 pm which means we decided not to cook. We had a call at 10-30 at the time of delivery to say the bikers bike has problems and another biker isnbeing assigned and order will reach late. Order Confirmed but cancelled after half an hour

I placed an order today at 10:10 and at 10:45 i get a call from Swiggy that there is some issue with system at Swiggy end due to which the restaurant didn't receive the order and is now cancelled.

This is very careless attitude and total harresment by Swiggy as they are taking advantage of customer by just saying sorry for it and giving an voucher of Rs. 100 as like giving to a begger.

I ordered bcoz I had guest...
