I placed an order of 3 donuts (Order #[protected] from Mad over donut (MOD) through Swiggy on 13th September 2022 -
1x black and white Bavarian
1x cool blue ice
1x double trouble, all amounting to Rs. 324.
The order was delayed and to my utter surprise, it was different from what I ordered (except for the double trouble donut, and it was only co-incidental that they got that one right). I received the back-to-office combo back, the cost of which was only Rs. 284, much lower than what I had ordered.
Moreover, it was not even what I had asked for. I wouldn't have placed an order in the first place from swiggy had I known this would happen.
I contacted customer care, and they asked me to send photos for a 24 hour check. I was told that it failed the check. Is the technical resolution team so weak that they fail to see the difference upfront from the menu? This is highly unfair.
