I ordered food. which was prepaid. then when it was about to reach the delivery guy didnt wanna come to the right house and kept my food and even customer service was not helpful. swiggy delivery guy name - jaskaran singh (west delhi zone)

      For the past 1 year I have not used the swiggy app for ordering food just because I moved to my hometown.. And am getting mails from swiggy order which I haven't made. I have mailed swiggy support several times to deactivate my mail id in swiggy from 13th july 2022 and till this day they haven't done.They replied they will reach out and didn't call back. The name mentioned in the mail is also different .I believe there is some technical glitch or my mail ID is using by some other people for food delivery.Please block my Mail ID from swiggy so that nobody will use it again.

        On 10 sep 2022 I ordered a chilli chese toast and cold coffe from Star bucks from swiggy app. The food, chilli cheese toast, delivered was stale and smelled bad. When I reached the customer care of the app they said they could only refund 61 rupees for an order value of 295. I asked them to arrange replacement but they did not agree. They are not giving me any explanation as to why only 61 rupee are being refunded and keep on stalling me.

          I ordered a cake online from swiggy on 31aug my mode of payment was online however my payment was not successful at the time of delivery so I handed over cash to the deliver agent to take my order after some time my payment for deducted by Swiggy again 598/- it's been 10 days gone now they are unble to help me however delivery agane told me he gets the money from me twice and after some time swiggy took money from his account also now noone help me. I contact my HDFC Bank, gpay customer care and swiggy also.

                I have ordered Naan and paneer butter masala through swiggy partner Nila mess for about Rs.300. After opening the food, it smelled foul and was like rotten. When I spoke with the hotel employee he said me to come and return the food and get it replaced if it was not good from their side.. Either the swiggy person said that they would refund only Rs.99. Both the swiggy partner and the hotel management were irresponsible to the customer service. At last we the customer are in loss of money.. I need full amount refunded for my order or else send someone to pick up the food delivered and check itz worst quality..

                  I have ordered 1 Special chicken Biryani and 1 Special Veg Biryani
                  1 Special Veg Biryani was not delivered and instead of that plain rice was delivered. I have raise complain to support team and inform them to replace item. They told they can't replace wrong item and for compensation they can give Rs 47 Coupon.
                  But as per guidelines full refund should be given for not delivered item. And Refund should go to my original mode of payment.

                  They have not given me any refund for missing items also not any compensation

                      I ordered icecream through swiggy app n paid for it but during delevery of the ice cream they showed some different address to the delivery boy so he was not able to deliver the ice cream n he cancelled the order n when I called the customer service they said that it was my fault that i didn't receive the product..i told them that u showed different address to delevery boye how can I get the order i have clearly mentioned my address which is of my bank n it's located on the main road of the city...they denied by saying that they can't do anything on this matter...why should I pay for there technical glitches when I have clearly mentioned the address n they show some other address to delevery boy

                        I placed an order id. #[protected], i got a delivery maybe around 30 mins late. It was not an issue for me. But in that order samose worth rs. 165 were missing. I immediately talk with swiggy chat help section. They said they will look into it. After few mins they have sent me 100rs coupon. When I again tried to talk to them they have given some absurd answers. That now we can't do anything as coupon has already been initiated. When the order of 165 rs was missing out off 410. Why they are forcing a coupon to me??? I tried to talk to them 4'5 times and i got same response with no help. Even when I tried to open the chat again.. few important messages about my complaint are missing. I have all the documented proofs as screenshot. What should I do??

                          My ID is temporarily deactivated but I'm unable to find my fault. Last duty day most of the road was under the water. Therefore my cycle battery was dad. There is no one way to reached pick up location. Therefore I did the bike issue this order. So, I think this is no fault.

                            I ordered from Swiggy Order#[protected] from the restaurant 'The Momo box' for Rs.114/- and I received the order way before the delivery time which is a good thing.

                            However, the food that i received was completely cold and then it makes it so evident that how come I received the food so early because they served me the food which was already prepared beforehand.

                            I was served cold and stale food and I reached out to the Customer service where they offered me a refund of Rs. 23/- only and told me this is the best that they can do for me. Later I mentioned I do not agree with just the refund of Rs.23/- and they came back to me offering me a refund of which when I did not agree, they offered me Rs. 57/- mentioning this is the best they can do.

                            When the concern is raised for serving cold and stale food, these complaints should be taken seriously instead of bargaining with the customer. Eventually i did not agree with the refund of Rs.57/- and chose to raise my voice instead. Food served cold can lead to formation of bacteria and this can cause severe health issues.

                                I ordered four litres of milk from Nature's Basket in Bandra on Swiggy, on Sept 3 and paid the bill online. Nature's Basket sent four 70ml packs instead, with a bill for the same but did not return the difference. Swiggy asked for the photos of their bill, and of the delivered products, and gave me a deadline of anywhere between 6-48 hours to get back. This should have been a straightforward process with an immediate refund since they have all the proof. And it's an online delivery platform, this is their USP. But the customercare is unable to issue the refund, can't explain the delay and keeps asking to indefinitely wait for the concerned team to respond. Need the refund asap as it's already been four days.

                                I went to the store yesterday and asked them to help with the refund. The staff at Nature’s Basket were unaware of the issue and asked for a day to get back. Today Swiggy sent an email apologising for the inconvenience and issued the full refund. I’m not sure which step made the most difference but I am very glad it’s resolved.

                                  I had ordered Amulya Milk Powder on 29Aug22 with instamart from my mobile number [protected].
                                  The product has been delivered, however to my surprise they have charged Rs 230.00 against the printed MRP of Rs 215.00.
                                  It is a clear case of over charging rhe product.
                                  Till date I have not received any confirmation for steps taken by them to avoid such cases in future.

                                      No Response from Swiggy

                                      My order made on saturday with order id:[protected] was not delivered. The delivery partner did not pick any calls. The executive did not provide me an instant resolution and instead suggested me to write an email to swiggy customer support. After two emails describing the issue, swiggy did not respond to any of the emails. It's been over 24 hours since the first email....
