On 14 th August I had ordered 3 foods items from SS hyderabad Biriyani Nungambakkam. I paid Rs 1080 as the bill amout.The ordered items were

Orde no.[protected] was ordered at 3:28 pm. with a timelines of delivery in 60 mins. At 4:13pm i received a call confirming that the food will be delivered by 4:45pm. Again I receive a call at 4:59pm that the order will be further delayed by 45 mins. At 5:48pm I got a call asking me to cancel the order.

We pay almost ₹30-₹40 on each order as delivery charges. Despite this, the delivery partners mostly refuse to deliver at the door. They take back orders just because they don't feel like climbing the stairs and we, who've been waiting for the food, do not get it as it's taken away by the delivery agent without delivering. Why should we climb down 3 floors and go to the gate to receive the order when we've also paid delivery charges. If...

I have ordered groceries in Swiggy Instamart, THe list is given below:

GRB Cow ghee - 375

In this order, the GRB Cow ghee was missing worth 375, I called customer care regarding the missing product but they told me that they couldn't track the order so they cannot do the refund for the missing item...

The delivery guy came to deliver the food. asked my daughter for money and when she said that mom is not at home he asked her to call her mom.
Then I asked my daughter since I was in offc .to close the door no need to talk to anyone.

An order of amount INR 1105/-, has been debited twice. Order transaction ID:[protected]; Payment UPI Transaction ID:[protected].
The same has happened on 18th of August, and when I spoke to the customer care guy he mentioned that the amount has only been debited once and other transaction will be refunded. However it's been 8 working days. I haven't received my money back....

Swiggy has charged me 400 rupees for cancelation fees l, they didnt bother to contact me about my food which never arrived, yet they have still debited my account with the same....

I ordered breakfast at 7:38am today, but the delivery was after 1hour . As I saw the delivery person tracking, he crossed my address and went far away, even I kept asking with the customer care people alot, the delivery was so late and we received the breakfast which is very cold at that time, this was not the 1st time happened to us. It's 3rd time happening with the negligence of swiggy...

I recently placed an order for death by chocolate sundae from caffe coffee day sarania hills branch guwahati. The food provided was very stale. The cake was hard and taste was bad. When I reached out to swiggy customer service, they offered rupees 58 refund instead of full refund of 292 rupees. The customer service provider said that they can't do anything further. This kind of poor service for delivering bad food that is against health regulations...

I have ordered 3 shawarma's from my friends phone and they delivered it finely without any issue. Then we taken and ate .On the next day everyone got sicked . we went to the hospital. After all the tests they said to us is you got stomach infection due to that food. I have hospital bills and reports. And my friends are admitted in the hospital .

Who will take responsibility for this? Who will pay for it? We need justice. Otherwise...
