      Hello Swiggy ! Why any new order placed is adding 300 rupees surcharge? As far as I remember last order wasn’t delivered to my place. With 24 hours security personal it cannot happen that there was a person in gate to collect order. I would bear the expense if anybody even tried to deliver the order. When I am not at any fault, this kind of surcharge on customer by Swiggy is unacceptable. This way you leave me with only option of moving to Zomato. This way of charging money without delivery from regular customers certainly leaves a bad taste to avail Swiggy Services. I would like to know finally whether surcharge of 300 rupees will be reverted back or should I move to any other delivery services. Please respond back ASAP. Joydeep Roy Chowdhury.

        On this Sunday (11/09/2022) very poor service provided by Swiggy. They waste my time knowingly and now delay in refund also. There must be any legal proceedings against Swiggy for wasting time knowingly.

        I ordered some food on swiggy @04:45 PM near about with order number[protected]. I talked to delivery boy also after some time and he told me that my order is preparing and he in in the restaurant to pick up my order.i called hime 3 times and he replied same everytime. But after approx 35 minutes they cancelled my order by theirself and they spoiled my party.

        Now they are delaying in my refund also.

        I had wait for a long time and i got the result as cancelled.

        All the family members was waiting for the order but they didn't deliver me.

        There should be any strictly action against Swiggy and there must be compensation for harassing me and for wasting and spoiling the day of me and my family members.

            Myself Manoj Kumar, I have ordered on KFC Restaurant on[protected] time 7.25pm through online payment. I have ordered 3 items, but 1 item is missing that is tandoori masala dip ×2 quantity which is rated as Rs. 57.14. My order receipt[protected], I called delivery executive he mentioned that pack is covered fully by restaurant and not my fault. I also think that it is restaurant fault because I received order as fully packed and it was mistake by restaurant only. Pls check and refund the amount Rs.57.14 as possible.

                Have ordered for a Cake at Kolkata on Sep 4th & the order no #[protected]

                I have the following concerns

                1. When I have selected the right delivery location then why the order was sent to my registered address ? Even after speaking to the delivery partner, I went almost 5kms to pick up the cake & then he said he can not deliver as its cancelled .
                2. Its happened thrice & had to pay extra to the delivery partners to get it delivered even given location was within 4-5kms max within their limits
                3. If it’s a GPS issue, why should I have to pay for the cancellation

                I have been your regular customer & this kind of issues are common these days on your app, now for the GPS glitch & other services issues I should not be penalized.
                Pls look in to the matter & waive off this cancellation fee of Rs 384

                  I please a order on 4th September in swiggy due to some technical issues they cancelled my order and didn't give my refund that time .when i contact with swiggy customer service they say after 24+2 hours they will give the refund back but they don't after that i will contact again and always they says i get my refund after 24+2 hours later but don't get . Today is 12th September but still now i didn't get my refund .i would requested you please help me to get my refund back

                    Hello,

                    I tried adding money to the Swiggy money wallet on Aug 31 from my LazyPay credit card. I tried adding 8 times, a total sum of 12700. Everytime money got deducted from my credit card but the payment failed and money was not added to Swiggy money wallet. The same day I got a message from Swiggy saying that the refunds are initiated. I can also see the same on my Swiggy refunds that the refunds are initiated and will be credited into the account by sep 7.

                    Till Sep 8 morning, I can see there are 8 active refunds and I reached out to support. I've shared the images and order ids of my refunds with Swiggy support. They called me and said I will get the money in 4-6 hours. After this call, the refunds that are showing on the Swiggy refunds page got disappeared and I did not get the money credited to my account. It is unlawful that I don't even see any status on Swiggy regarding these refunds.

                    Reaching out to support for the past 4 days and I'm not getting good support. Support says that there is no information at all regarding these ids. How can this even be possible? As far as know, this can be possible only if someone deleted the data from your production database.

                    I can show all the proofs for the above issue. Attaching the images of what I see(8 active refunds) till Sep 8 and later 0 active refunds and also no information regarding those 8 refunds. You can also see the order-ids of the refunds also in the images. You can also see the screenshots of direct messages that I got my number from Swiggy that the refunds are initiated.

                            Hi team,
                            I've placed 2 orders on swiggy for 2 consecutive days.
                            First time I didn't not receive any chicken in the chicken curries(2) which costed 601/- after 133/- discount.
                            Second i have received stale chicken in chicken 65 and also the quantity was less than half. Price: 201/- after 120/- discount.
                            Please not that these discounts were limited credit card discounts and not the swiggy unlimited discounts.
                            I have raised these issues with swiggy team and both the times they didn't resolve it and just reverted back saying that i should give a bad rating to the restaurant.
                            Thus blaming the restaurants instead of resolving the issue.
                            Hope you will look into this issue.
                            I'm happy even if i don't get the refund back please make sure swiggy is fined for this.

                                  For the past 1 year I have not used the swiggy app for ordering food just because I moved to my hometown.. And am getting mails from swiggy order which I haven't made. I have mailed swiggy support several times to deactivate my mail id in swiggy from 13th july 2022 and till this day they haven't done.They replied they will reach out and didn't call back. The name mentioned in the mail is also different .I believe there is some technical glitch or my mail ID is using by some other people for food delivery.Please block my Mail ID from swiggy so that nobody will use it again.

                                    On 10 sep 2022 I ordered a chilli chese toast and cold coffe from Star bucks from swiggy app. The food, chilli cheese toast, delivered was stale and smelled bad. When I reached the customer care of the app they said they could only refund 61 rupees for an order value of 295. I asked them to arrange replacement but they did not agree. They are not giving me any explanation as to why only 61 rupee are being refunded and keep on stalling me.

                                      I ordered a cake online from swiggy on 31aug my mode of payment was online however my payment was not successful at the time of delivery so I handed over cash to the deliver agent to take my order after some time my payment for deducted by Swiggy again 598/- it's been 10 days gone now they are unble to help me however delivery agane told me he gets the money from me twice and after some time swiggy took money from his account also now noone help me. I contact my HDFC Bank, gpay customer care and swiggy also.
