This is regarding order no #[protected]
I've already been trying to seek help from the Swiggy customer care but haven't received any assurance from their end. On reporting severe quality issues on my last order from Swiggy, all I'm repeatedly told is that they can't do a thing and all I'm supposed to do is drop in a rating. I was sent stale, old, raw, foul smelling food which could have been a huge health hazard if consumed but on asking for compensation from Swiggy, they straightaway denied. This is how the brand treats their veteran costumers. This was not only disappointing and frustrating but also unbelievably ridiculous. I demand a complete refund as a token of apology and strict intervention regarding the restuarant

    11th September I had ordered Food from Kwaility Rest & Bar through Swiggy.
    Food was picked up and delivery partner was going to deliver as it go delayed i had to step out for some work.

    I told delivery partner to drop the food outside my house and I am not there. He reached my house and called that no one was there, told him that I have already informed him to keep it outside my house. But instead he took the Food with him.

    I have been complaining about this to swiggy but every time i was told that some will call me and resolve my Issue.
    Its been nearly 15 days but no one called and no email was send.

    I have taken membership for one year from Swiggy and this is how they treat their customer.

      A delivery boy in the region cr park around 4 46pm bike no. DL 7710 tried flirting and used innapropriate language. And shouted 'oye hoee' looking at me. Serious action needs to be taken against him. Swiggy, Kindly teach some manners to your delivery boys.

          I have ordred from Shere-e-Panjab Dhaba a thali.
          That should contain Dall, rice, raita, salad, papad, lacha parathna and tandoori roti.
          But what i received was 3 simple roti daal and some rice with mix veg.

          This experience is worst.

            I have a shop in vile parle west where you don't have any instamart warehouse. can you connect me with someone from instamart? it is located at easily acessable location. 5min from juhu and 10min from Santacruz and andheri on swami Vivekananda Road. it has apprex 300sqft Frontal space traditionally called ootla.

              Mobile number used in last 6 months

              I have tried asking customer care and on mails to change my number from [protected] to my current number [protected].

              Swiggy simply says same number cannot be used in 6 months, they even cannot update it from backend . this is causing me lot of issue as swiggy delivery person cannot reach me

              Please take up with swiggy and close this issue

                I had order food from burger king, but food received was having spilage and packing due to which the entire food was not eatable, for which I had complaint for it and had in which I was suppose to get 54/- refund, which is not good as I had paid 268/- for the order and entire order was not eatable then why I have to pay for the order.So want want total refund for my order.

                  Ordered food at night and swiggy's third party delivery partner didn't attempted delivery where as 10minutes before I got another delivery from swiggy
                  Now they cancelled my order saying that delivery man was having query related to your address and charged full amount
                  Where as at that late I had no food with financial loss and mental pressure

                  Continuing to this I have been here at this place from almost five years and orders from Swiggy get delivered without any address issue. As mentioned just 10 mins before one order was already delivered without any address query.
                  Now swiggy is delivering orders by third party and man was from Rapido without Swiggy dress and also less experience of delivering orders as confronted on call recording . And on call he was lying that he was misunderstood with the flat# as It was on 4th floor so he didn’t tried attempt itself. He didn’t even come inside building and searched for flat . I took photo of him he was standing with his bike itself and cancelled order although I also shouted on him he looked ignored cancelled and went off.

                  I don’t know how inefficiency of Swiggy delivery partners will humiliate us as a customer.

                        I had ordered 4 liquor bottles from swiggy and only 3 were sent. The delivery agent asked for the otp before handing over the products. When I enquired about the missing product at the end, he checked and confirmed it was not provided to him by the vendor shop itself.
                        I have already raised the complaint in the swiggy portal and even after discussion with the concerned delivery partner, no action has been taken yet.
                        This is a pathetic service from the Swiggy customer care team. One of them has even stated swiggy is not responsible for this. Another agent told me this has been escalated internally. However I haven’t received any email regarding the same.
                        I don’t understand how can swiggy support these fraud vendors and their acts! I need a compensation for this or the missing item to be delivered asap.

                          I called swiggy as the resturant Subway was threatung me to cancel the order due to non COD order, and so i was assured that my irder will be send as per the instructions by me.
                          I got my order but it was so smelly and all raw, the chiken was so smelly with that sauce.
                          I reached swiggy customer support and they are really trying to intimidate me .
                          They are offering refund of 74 rupees.

                          Instead of listening me, understanding me, they are completly refusing to help me.

                            After 1 day I get call from this number[protected].and they send another number +[protected] and they said call and process with document. He said for bag Rs:600 to pay and I will create Id for you he said and send phonepay number +[protected]. I have sent the money his said with in 4 hours I'd will be created.one day is over they is no reply so I want to complaint. I want my money back.

                                I had ordered veg paneer biryani and your application delivered non veg biryani and when we ate it then we came to know that it is not veg, We are all vegetarians till date, did not even touch non veg and due to one mistake of yours, our twenty years effort got spoiled.Maybe you don't even know how big a thing this is for a Brahmin. If you do not take any action against it, then we will have to complain about it and your application. Therefore you are requested to take some action on this and as soon as possible

                                    Swiggy was giving one on one free offer. I ordered paneer makhani. Ordered at around 1.50 to 1.55 Am exact time not sure . Order got processed. It was showing order is taken by restaurant. The food is being prepared, delivery time was 49 mins. Status constantly getting updated. Delivery guy also reached restaurant for pickup, delivery time is now 35 mins. At 2.20 Am order gets cancelled and gets a call which gets missed by me. Then got updated call at 2.23 am your order is cancelled by restaurant. At 2.23 am I am not getting any offers. If order is not taken and cancelled after 23 mins what is my fault. I just got my refund info. I am hungry at midnight and it's all expensive now. If it gets cancelled while ordering I might have got some options to buy from other restaurants where I liked something to eat. No actual action taken against restaurant who wast 20 mins of me and delivery guy. We are at loss, cheated and hungry it's 3.0 am. Feels cheated.

                                      I have been facing late delivery/bad quality ossue with swiggy for over the past one month now. I jave had 6-7 bad experiences so frequently. And worst part is they do not even compensate you properly. This is blatant consumer harassment and abuse. I ordered a roll and value was Rs. 105. It was over an hour late and since the food woul already have been spoilt I cancelled the order and asked for refund. For all this harassment I had faced and had been facing for so long I demanded a coupon and they LITERALLY offered a coupon of Rs. 31, not even ONE THIRD of the order value. How is this in any way reasonable through no fault of the customer. They couldn't get through to the deluvery executive and this is not the first time it has happened. You cannot manage your own employees and we have to suffer for that and then you offer such a mocking amount in the name of compensation. Is this a joke. I am going to take serious legal action against Swiggy this time. Enough is enough.
