I ordered food for 15 people (Chicken and Paneer Rolls) for an office party from a restaurant called 'Six Degrees' through Swiggy. As per Swiggy, the restaurant has a rating of 4.0 stars based on 1000+ reviews. Therefore, I had no reason to doubt that the food quality would be abysmal and I will be delivered stale food. First of all, the packaging was such poor grade with no labels on vegetarian and non-vegetarian food packets. We had to open packets individually to check which one was Chicken and which one was Paneer. However, as soon as we opened the packets, the entire room started stinking and I became anxious about the quality of the food. I had invited my supervisors to the party. A few people who tried the food spitted it out because it was also tasting stale. I requested everyone to throw away the food and apologised to everyone for having no food to serve them. I wish nobody has to face this embarassment in their lives which Swiggy made me go through and when I complained and asked for a full refund, which is the least they can do to make amends but they kept saying they cant. I ask why should I pay for stale food? They also refused to give my a complaint ID but the order ID for this was #[protected] dated 26.08.2022

      The case of the incident is 28th August 2022.
      I placed an order for Babycorn chilly but Gobhi (Cauliflower) was sent to me. When I raised a complaint the team told they will reach out to me within 24 hours later they stated refund won't be initiated.

      I simply asked for the refund when the item sent was wrong but Swiggy gave me no resolution, therefore its essential to file complain.

      I do send photos for the verification but they bluntly told me that Picture cannot be authenticate and they refuse to attend me. I am not so stupid to even unable to differentiate Cauliflower and Babycorn.

      So I write this to Swiggy support team with this complaint below :
      They ignored me saying that the photo cannot be authenticate .This is deliver from Hot Spicy, Bangalore. This is my complaint number #[protected] and order number is #[[protected]] dated 28/08/2022, delivered at 1:40 AM.

      I order Babycorn and they deliver me Cauliflower You ignore me saying that the picture cannot be authenticate . You should have the courtesy to face the truth and instead apologise to me but to my surprise you ignore me when I tried complaining about the issue.

        The case of the incident is 29th August 2022.

            This person took some amount of money from me saying that he had lost the money for previous orders and that if he doesn’t give the money then he’ll be in trouble so out of kindness I helped him I was also assured that I would get the money back but now it’s been two months and he’s ghosted me not replying to any of my messages I want my money back from him please help I have the proof of the transactions

              Hey
              I want to report a service which i am facing. As a swiggy one customer also a customer who spend more than 500rs per week. I want to report an issue regarding your service with me. If there is some problem in the order which have been ordered from your app you say that the problem is of resturant. But if i ask resturant than they say swiggy is misleading and looting you, please dont order from that platform. As a customer i ask you what should i do. Whose fault is in giving bad food. Today i ordered biryani that was cold, even the resturant is accepting its mistake but they say take a refund from swiggy. But the response of yours will be resturants fault cant do anything about it. But if it not resturant fault as per there saying than you are looting our money. I do have a recording from multiple resturant saying the same thing. So i will file a case against you regarding looting our money and supplying bad food.
              I hope now my issue is resolved as soon as possible

                I ordered form McDonald's 2mcchicken burger

                    We ordered dinner for family at 9-20 pm which means we decided not to cook. We had a call at 10-30 at the time of delivery to say the bikers bike has problems and another biker isnbeing assigned and order will reach late. Then a second biker takes the food and after sometime i get another call from the same team to say this driver cannot make it either and now since 2 drivers were assigned a3rd one cannot be assigned due to policy and they will force fully cancell the order. All tbis happened close to 11-30 pm and now all restaurants are closed. Our family now had to organise some alternatives which is soo bad on swiggy side. All i kept hearing that they cannot do anything to deliver and cannot assign another driver. This is insane i spoke to these ### for over 30 mins but nothing was acheived. The order id is[protected]

                      I placed an order today at 10:10 and at 10:45 i get a call from Swiggy that there is some issue with system at Swiggy end due to which the restaurant didn't receive the order and is now cancelled.

                      This is very careless attitude and total harresment by Swiggy as they are taking advantage of customer by just saying sorry for it and giving an voucher of Rs. 100 as like giving to a begger.

                      I ordered bcoz I had guest around at my home and after 45 times they say restuarant does not receive the order and because of this I had to spend 500 more and order from other restaurant with more waiting time.

                        On 14 th August I had ordered 3 foods items from SS hyderabad Biriyani Nungambakkam. I paid Rs 1080 as the bill amout.The ordered items were
                        One Executive chicken biriyani
                        One Hyderabad mutton biriyani
                        One Chicken 65
                        But they had delivered only one item. Only Chicken Biriyani. Immediately I registered a complaint through Swiggy s customer care service. After so much deliberations they refused to refund for the undelivered items for which I had paid without giving any reason.

                          Orde no.[protected] was ordered at 3:28 pm. with a timelines of delivery in 60 mins. At 4:13pm i received a call confirming that the food will be delivered by 4:45pm. Again I receive a call at 4:59pm that the order will be further delayed by 45 mins. At 5:48pm I got a call asking me to cancel the order.

                          Is this what you call service?

                          The call got escalated to some senior named Roshan.

                          He was even worse.

                          He called me and instead of listening to me he shouted on me and when I interrupted, he further transferred the case to some one else.

                            We pay almost ₹30-₹40 on each order as delivery charges. Despite this, the delivery partners mostly refuse to deliver at the door. They take back orders just because they don't feel like climbing the stairs and we, who've been waiting for the food, do not get it as it's taken away by the delivery agent without delivering. Why should we climb down 3 floors and go to the gate to receive the order when we've also paid delivery charges. If this goes on, we'll surely move to another app that has a rule for delivery executives to deliver at the door. Look into this if possible. Very disappointed with Swiggy.

                                    Groundnut Oil - 207
                                    GRB Cow ghee - 375
                                    Cheetos masala balls snack - 20
                                    Thai Guava - 45

                                    Grand Total 613.01
                                    In this order, the GRB Cow ghee was missing worth 375, I called customer care regarding the missing product but they told me that they couldn't track the order so they cannot do the refund for the missing item or they won't give the product too. They told me they will take my feedback to improve their service, I don't know what kind of answer is that The loss is mine, and they improve from my money.

                                      The incident took place on 24th August 2022.
                                      The delivery guy came to deliver the food. asked my daughter for money and when she said that mom is not at home he asked her to call her mom.
                                      Then I asked my daughter since I was in offc .to close the door no need to talk to anyone.
                                      But this guy asked to make a call and when I had a word asked him to leave any kind of help is not possible he said he didn't hot his salary and his daughter is not well I denied asked him to leave but this guy requesting again n again.
                                      Then he left from there and I got a call form him stating I called him.
                                      I said I didn't call. But then he was like you only called then when I realised he is the same guy I questioned him that are you the same guy who asked for money he disconnected the call.
                                      This is such an pathetic service from swiggy after this when I panicked and tried to connect with swiggy they took 1 hr to to help me.
                                      Further no problem from them that who came to our house his name is different and the one whose name is been mentioned by swiggy is a different person.
                                      I had word with Arjun who sent me a mail of investigation will be done things will be updated .after following up with on email got a revert that they have taken action against the guy.
                                      Swiggy is not ready to share any details of the delivery partner.
                                      Beyond this when I checked the details we got to know that the person who came to my house and name shared by swiggy is different.

                                      This is a big question on safety of everyone mah daughter was alone at that time.I need the proper investigation of this and also compensation for mental harassment to me and my family.
                                      Swiggy is lot thinking that what if that guy comes to my home again.why details are shared and forged mail sent to me.I want to file the case against Swiggy and Arjun and agent final for not helping they clearly denied connecting with the manager of swiggy.
                                      No body is bothered.name shared was robot Iranian but the guy who came to deliver food was pavan.
                                      Please take an action.
