I am swiggy regular customer when i order any food in night they are sending uncooked food. now some items are missing (thumsup & mirchi ka salan and raitha) sent half cooked food....

Customer care doesn't respond they say to do mail and mail team also dont respond neither solve my issue fake service...

Yesterday on 9th of august 2022, I placed an order of ₹620 using online payment at around 6:30pm, I did not receive an order by around 8:15pm then I got a call through Swiggy and delivery partner like he is not able to find location, which is a lie, as per my login system he was not reach to exact location, was far bar 100 to 200 meter, then I instructed on call to him couple of times but he refused to come, Then swiggy team cancelled order...

I have placed an order worth around Rs. 1500 in Swiggy instamart on 31st July but the order is not delivered to me. When I reached the support team via chat and email but still i have found no resolution to my concern. Support team has closed my concern with out even inquiring the problem, they have a template to respond and close the ticket.

Is it not the Swiggy responsibility to at least deliver the order which has been placed...

I had received a repacked order which was delivered incorrectly to someone else who had opened, consumed and was taken back by the delivery boy and repacked to deliver me. Had to chat with the swiggy customer care dor 1hr 30mins to make them understand the issue and issue a refund. Swiggy customer care is disgusting and unsuportive with no calling number....

Hi, l have made an order in swiggy on dated Aug 6, 2022.
Order delivery have taken 1.30 hrs to receive the food. After this much delay what I received is a rotten food.
I tried to communicate the customer service team on raising a help ticket. But response as no refund would be initiated..
This is not fair, we are trusting swiggy and we are making order thru your platform. Receiving un quality food and asking to eat...

I had ordered for Rs 2055 on 3rd August 2022 but the amount for which I have recieved the GST invoice is only for Rs 1043. I've been following up with them from 5 days but still there is no resolution from their side. It is absolutely worst experience with Swiggy's consumer support team. There is no proper mechanism to keep track of the customer's request, every time I connect to their chat support I have to explain my issue from the beginning...

I placed an order for my parents at 6.15pm on 7th Aug in swiggy app.. order was taken and it was confirmed that my order will be delivered within 7pm..now it is getting delayed and swiggy person is claiming that he is on the way to deliver another order and it will take another 20min to deliver my order which is 30min above the given commitment...my parents are moving out...

I have ordered online food from Hira sweets via Swiggy on 04/08/2022 with Order id[protected]. With repeated requests Swiggy has refused to provide the complete GST bill with below response. Being a customer I felt cheated as I am not getting GST bill neither from Swiggy nor from HIRA sweets.

Not delivered my food... I'm a swiggy one customer also... It's not only first time... It's repeating it... I order some foods but delivery person not delivered and i contact support team they are not provide responsible answer at the same time they are cancelled my order without informing me......

Today I ordered food from swiggy at 8.30 pm and waiting for that till 9 pm but swiggy cancelled the ordere before it delivered. I am hungry and starving. But swiggy didn't understand that. So I am filling complaint against that....

I paid swiggy using request payment to upi id option, my payment has gone through but order not registered...
