    They are making scam in delivery time on time of delivery they are showing sometime and status as ontime but if any delay occurred they are increasing delivery time and showing same status as ontime. They delayed almost 30mins as per their policy as the delivery is not on time I requested for full refund but they denied it.

      I placed an order of 3 donuts (Order #[protected] from Mad over donut (MOD) through Swiggy on 13th September 2022 -
      1x black and white Bavarian
      1x cool blue ice
      1x double trouble, all amounting to Rs. 324.

      The order was delayed and to my utter surprise, it was different from what I ordered (except for the double trouble donut, and it was only co-incidental that they got that one right). I received the back-to-office combo back, the cost of which was only Rs. 284, much lower than what I had ordered.

      Moreover, it was not even what I had asked for. I wouldn't have placed an order in the first place from swiggy had I known this would happen.

      I contacted customer care, and they asked me to send photos for a 24 hour check. I was told that it failed the check. Is the technical resolution team so weak that they fail to see the difference upfront from the menu? This is highly unfair.

            But the delivery boy took 2000₹cash too from me as it was my first time and I got confused.

              I have placed order with Swiggy recently on Momo Shomo restaurant when I was having guests. I placed order for 1 chilli paneer, 1 veg manchurian, 2 plate veg momos, 1 hakka noodles and 5 samosas. I didn’t receive 2 plate veg momos, they only sent one plate. The curries was spilled all over the carry bag and all containers were broken. Only samosa and veg noodles were in average condition. I asked for a refund from Swiggy for all the damaged items but they refused to provide refund. I have been emailing them and spoke to customer care but no help from their side. They said they won’t provide refund. Have provided few pictures of all the mess.

              I have already mentioned I places order for 2 plate momos and received just one plate. Chilli paneer and manchurian was spilled all over the bag. I have contacted customer care many times but no help at all. Is this a scam or something? I want my money back for all damaged and missing items.

                I have ordered food online via Swiggy application I have selected my home location as per GPS as well as I have updated my home address manually along with the landmark. delivery person from Swiggy reached incorrect location and now he is saying that he will not deliver my order and in order to deliver order he will charge me extra. after that I received call from Swiggy order management team I had a word with Mr. Amaan and instead of delivering my food order he is trying to convince me to cancel my order and get refund. I asked him to connect with me with your supervisor then mr. Md. Talha Khan he also guided me to cancel order instead of delivery.

                It's a kind of fraud with the user and charging extra money, it's a mental harassment for user.

                    Helo Sir/Ma'am,
                    I had Swiggy ordered from Chandigarh Manimajra McDonald's Branch. But this branch charges packaging fee. Who gave them authority to charge this packaging fee because everybody knows that whenever food is ordered it deliver's in package only. Which order said them to charge packing fee. I want answer of that or else i can go to consumer court to clarify this to me about the packing charges. Because i don't want that some other customer become victim of same issue.

                          Providing Totten and spilled leaking food which can't b eaten and already opened.. if hv full proof of everything.. bt this irresponsible company swigy doesn't hv any customer care to listen to query.. I want full refund or I will take legal action bt not for refund.. then it will be compensation that you will pay me..

                                  Today I ordered food on swiggy and what I got was no bad that smell was coming from it, it was not even fresh and smell was coming.This is a very bad experience to get this type of food.
                                  Please Look into the matter and try to resolve as delivering this kind of food will affect customer's health as well as lack of trust also.

                                    This is Annamalai from Chennai. I placed an order with Swiggy. Order I’d is[protected]. I ordered 2 items. One is Verkadalai rice and other item is Sweet Pongal. However I received only Verkadalai Rice. Instead of Sweet Pongal they gave Payasam. When I asked for refund and compensation, they gave only refund after lot of time spent with calls and they did not give any compensation yet. This is unacceptable and it’s poor customer service. It’s a mistake from Swiggy, Delivery partner/Delivery guy. Collectively they failed to deliver an order correctly!
