    Order issue (Items are missing from my order) for order #[protected]

    the issue is i have not received the cake and i have received only the sandwich, i asked them to call the pista house and put me on conference call and I'll talk to them as a proof but you guys replied stating " Dear Customer,

    Greetings from Swiggy.

    This is with reference to the concern raised by you on Order #[protected].

    Having carefully evaluated the issue based on your complaint, we were unable to substantiate the claim or close the dispute in your favor and therefore unable to compensate you for the same.

    Alternatively, you may rate the restaurant on the app, as this impacts their business directly and they are likely to be pulled into action seeing the same.

    Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding this issue., This is really unacceptable and I want to file a complaint with the higher authority as you guys are stealing people's money.

      #[protected] order number.
      The compliant is regarding the above order number. Although the order was paid online.
      The driver asked for payment through cash as he mentioned the order was NOT showing as paid online. And asked me to contact the customer care to enquire about the online payment. I handed him rs.1000 in cash and he went to his bike to get the remaining change. But he started his bike and drove off. Only then we realized that I was cheated and called him multiple times and even contacted swiggy support. They asked me to wait for 48 hours several times but I haven't received any response from the customer support.
      I[censored] try to contact me via phone.please contact on [protected] as the registered number[protected] is out of service at the moment.

        In the last two food orders we placed in Swiggy, there were items missing from our order. In both the cases, when we raised a complaint through the Swiggy app, no agent was assigned to talk about the matter. An email came, asking us to wait, and eventually another enail response was sent the next day stating that:
        "Having carefully evaluated the issue based on your complaint, we were unable to substantiate the claim or close the dispute in your favor and therefore unable to compensate you for the same." No resolution was provided.

          My order #[protected] was cancelled on 24th September, 2022 by swiggy without even informing me.

          And they charged full order amount as cancellation fee without any intimation and giving proper reason. Total harassment on part of swiggy.

          Order food for guest and complete embarrassment for me.

          Refund my money immediately.

          Or I will file legal case.

            I ordered at 11:14 pm and after 45 mins they say the delivery executive is not reachable. Asked them to reassign another executive! After the néw executive also din’t pick the food i called him to ask but he said the food is taken by someone else. After that at 12:30 the swiiggy team is calling and telling the order is cancelled

              Order #[protected] placed on 27th September.9:05pm.
              Customer executive calls and informs order delayed hence food will arrive by 10:30 pm
              BY 10:01 Swiggy cancels order and initiates refund without informing me, bill value and refund value Rs 360.
              When customer cancels order after merely 1minute a 100% penalty of bill value is charged by Swiggy then why is Swiggy not liable to pay similar penalty charges to customer? Isn't it unethical practice by Swiggy where they can charge penalty but they won't provide penalty to customers?

                Time - 05:50 pm
                Ordered food at 05:24 pm from Faasos
                Food not Delivered
                Order was not delivered and they have been denying me my refund back for the past one days, I have contacted 3 customer support executives all of whom failed to call the delivery guy, he didn't even bother calling me and when I called did not pick up.
                I emailed the service team with the proof that it was not possible that the delivery guy reach in just 26 minutes as around that time is rush hour and he's not picking up anyone calls.
                The support team is giving me the same response like after conducting investigation we are unable to provide you with the refund, which is very untrue, upon asking them to check the location of the delivery guy they would know that my order was not delivered but they're not willing to do that clearly.
                I have attached the emails that I've received from the support team of swiggy.
                I would like a complete refund of Rs 115 back to the source account and I would appreciate the help.

                      The order that I have received has 2 bottles of sugarcane juice broken for which I have attached the pic below.

                      Further there are some items that are missing from the order for which I want replacement of refund in the swiggy wallet. The items are as follows :

                      Nandini Good life Toned Milk 1 ltr 1 packet
                      Maya Charonji 2 packets
                      Happilo premium 100% Natural Kashmir walnuts Kernels 1 packet

                      I would appreciate if you work on the same asap and get back to me as soon as possible as this kind of service is not acceptable to me.

                        Dear Swigy Team, I would like to inform you that yesterday I ordered from Swiggy by my daughter name, Pizza Hut Pune Nigdi So my order NO [protected]dt.25Sep2022 at 08:30PM.Swigy invoice number is [protected]. My order Pizza is not received. After order one Hour automatically message received Order delivered.Then Contact with Delivery boy Mob No [protected].He used abused language and told me "Jisko batana usko bata do" just like drunken man. In my view delivery boy my Order pizza Sold to another person.Already I have paid amout by UPI. Order No, Swigy invoice and Payment Slip attached.Please Suggest me further direction and please take necessary action against delivery boy. Please do the needful action.

                            Dear sir, I am mathiyazhagan from Chennai. My id no:1914113.last week 22.09.2022 that day my swiggy notification showing per order delivery extra bonus rs.500. that day delivery 14 orders completed and incentive giving rs.7000.but today return that amount take it. i am complian raise today swiggy support team say now that is technical problem is added your account and also another message sending adjustment amount rs.750 only(22.09.2022).Please the problem resolve...thank you..

                              Today morning I’ve placed the order from Swiggy instamart after some time when I checked the app they said order cancelled while contacting the customer support they said your order is cancelled with 100%cancellation charges first they said you didn’t answer the call after that they said your address is wrong.

                                    This is regarding order no #[protected]
                                    I've already been trying to seek help from the Swiggy customer care but haven't received any assurance from their end. On reporting severe quality issues on my last order from Swiggy, all I'm repeatedly told is that they can't do a thing and all I'm supposed to do is drop in a rating. I was sent stale, old, raw, foul smelling food which could have been a huge health hazard if consumed but on asking for compensation from Swiggy, they straightaway denied. This is how the brand treats their veteran costumers. This was not only disappointing and frustrating but also unbelievably ridiculous. I demand a complete refund as a token of apology and strict intervention regarding the restuarant

                                      11th September I had ordered Food from Kwaility Rest & Bar through Swiggy.
                                      Food was picked up and delivery partner was going to deliver as it go delayed i had to step out for some work.

                                      I told delivery partner to drop the food outside my house and I am not there. He reached my house and called that no one was there, told him that I have already informed him to keep it outside my house. But instead he took the Food with him.

                                      I have been complaining about this to swiggy but every time i was told that some will call me and resolve my Issue.
                                      Its been nearly 15 days but no one called and no email was send.

                                      I have taken membership for one year from Swiggy and this is how they treat their customer.

                                        A delivery boy in the region cr park around 4 46pm bike no. DL 7710 tried flirting and used innapropriate language. And shouted 'oye hoee' looking at me. Serious action needs to be taken against him. Swiggy, Kindly teach some manners to your delivery boys.
