I want a refund for pathetic quality of food delivery.

I ordered a food item from Swiggy and regretted ordering as it had less of paneer in the cubes coating and more of the coating flour with too much of oil and after eating it I felt like vomiting and left the remaining.

Contacted swiggy customer service for refund and she wasted an hour of mine only to say sorry and we can refund only 32 rupees.

Swiggy is treating refund like joke.

    I ordered food from Wowchina. The food was really worst and i complained about this. They agreed to a refund of 50%. Then another agent came and giving only 10% refund.

        Sir,
        I placed an order on swiggy on 30.08.2022 from a restaurant and paid the bill online... But I didn't received the order to my home address... I tried calling the delivery partner but unable to reach.. Even the delivery partner didn't call me also ran away with my food.. When I complained swiggy regarding this matter they are telling that they will not refund my money😡😡.. Even I mailed many times but didn't getting a single reply..

        Sir I request to you kindly help me in this matter so that more persons can be saved from this type of scams... I am providing all relevant information regarding me and swiggy...

        Kindly help me in this matter and take a strict action against swiggy😡😡

          Hello,
          I’ve ordered Hakka noodles from one of the highest rated restaurant from swiggy. Swiggy delivered my order within the expected time but I’ve received the food that is smelling stale.
          It was looking completely uncooked and smelling like it was made from the perished vegetables.
          After that I contacted swiggy from support option within app and got connected with executive Mohit. The executive offered me refund of Rs. 49 for an order value of Rs. 250. On which swiggy has already charged 32 rs delivery fee.

          At the time of posting this complaint I’m still on call with that executive and he has already put my call on hold from last 15-20 mins already.

          I’asking swiggy to get me the replacement order from another restaurant but as per executive it was his out of scope. Its 12:30 in midnight. I hope Ill get the response from swiggy.

            I have ordered Veg momos and received Non veg momos and i accidently ate it.
            I am a vegetarian since birth and this happened to me first time ever!
            Really not happy and very disheartened. I cant stop puking after that.
            I am really very angry and want this complaint to go on next level.
            They should never have links with restaurant who provide non veg to a vegetarian person.
            They have no rights to destroy someone's rituals.
            I have photos that i ordered veg and received non veg. Very disappointing!

              I had ordered a snack from Supreme snacks erandwane worth rs 894 /- as a small treat to my office colleagues on occasion of my birthday party ...I had added my office address in the location as I wanted the delivery at my office ...the world place was updated but despite the updating the delivery boy landed near my home location looking for the address...neither the food was delivered at my home nor at my office ...even after frequent request ...the delivery guy was just 4 min away from my office but still me refused to deliver the same ...further I ve been charged with cancelation fees which they refuse to refund.

              Please let me know how ethical this transaction is ...and is this fare deal for swiggy ...to do so with their regular customers ...

              Also note thus is not about refund but about being fare and ethical .

              Further to this after frequent request none of the officials are ready to talk to me o phone ...if this is deliberately been done then I ve to take serious action as this is a malpractice from swiggys end

                Sir, first and foremost I provide you with the details of the issue i raised at the swiggy portal. The Order Id is #[protected] .
                On 03.09.2022 I ordered egg biriyani from Banana leaf restaurant. The delivery partner came to my home to deliver the package. I found the raita was missing in the package, I ordered extra raita for Rs. 15/- with normal raita as well. Since the raita was not in the carry bag I asked the delivery partner, he then looked into his bag ( that was not even the Swiggy bag ) got one raita box separately without any seal, and gave it to me. I in a confused mindset received those. I opened the carry bag, the carry bag was not sealed it was open. The food box was also not sealed.
                I raised this issue with the swiggy helpline. The official named Pritam and suvra were just harassed by asking for the same pics for almost an hour. I have attached every image regarding the issue. What more should I send, My image or something??

                  As on Today (03/09/2022) I have made an order (ID[protected] from Swiggy with the usual address which was used for previous deliveries. today due to some unknown reasons, the delivery executive went in another direction and started arguing about the delivery address. Both the delivery executive and the support team had one voice (stating that my location was wrong). This is a matter of common sense, I'm sure that you can verify the matter just by checking my last order details and current order's address. But without doing this primary check you people have decided to cut my order and take away the money as cancellation fee (which is the easy & profitable way for them.
                  primary facia this is the mistake from your team and I need to suffer that.
                  So how come this is acceptable? Money is important for everyone, so they should not play with it
                  Kindly take a look on this issue and try to stop them from repeating the same

                        I've ordered food on 31st Aug from Moolchands Pure Veg restaurant at about 5:30pm.

                        After waiting for 1 hr for the delivery to be done your delivery partner called me and said he is unable to reach my location as he was standing at some another location.

                        As I reported on swiggy that delivery partner is moving in wrong direction I got call from swiggy support to guide the delivery partner.

                        I was trying to guide him but he didn't get any clue. So after 10 min of discussion I asked swiggy support to cancel my order and refund my money and he assured me to refund (₹152) in my account from which I've paid.

                        Now, It's been 2 days I didn't get any refund.
                        Why should I be charged for the food I've never received and it got cancelled due to your delivery partner.

                        Please consider my request and initiate my refund asap.

                            I had ordered 12 veg thali from street foods by punjab grill via swiggy. They took more than 2 hours to deliver and the comdition of food was pathetic...bags were all wet...food was spilled among sections...worst service ever by swiggy...i want a refund...moreover there were no rice in one of the 12 thalis...this is sheer negligence ...and the order was not delivered appropriately...food was spilled...n rain water might have gone in the food as well..i want a refund for the same...

                              I ordered food from Swiggy which was stale and smelly, i think they provided us yesterday food, I raised a complaint but they dint respond properly, I couldn’t eat any of it bcz if it’s smell and also packing was all spilled over, I paid 320 rs but I had to dump evrything, I want my refund back

                                Yesterday I had received the amul ghee 1 kg pack of there is no expiry date and seal opened of the ghee, when I contacted to customer care team they told me regarding this issue I cant help you. I just want to ask to swiggy what should I do with expired ghee and seal opened ghee.

                                    Hi,
                                    I placed order from (ww.swiggy.com) and due to poor network connection my delivery location was set wrong during order placement.
                                    I paid online by UPI.
                                    I called the delivery person to cancel my order which he cancelled and return back the grocery items to the swiggy store.
                                    Swiggy is supposed to revert my money back automatically if my order was cancelled but i didnot check the app and
                                    also i was travelling, my mobile network was so poor .
                                    After 3 days i tried contacting swiggy but they told me that they have the policy to refund of 24 hours only .
                                    I dont have my order and i dont have my money.
                                    This is wrong if it was my fault then they should deduct the delivery price and return back my remaining amount.
                                    Also this was a grocery item which was returned back to store not a food order which is wasted.
                                    they are taking millions of orders each day and by these kinds of small uncaught frauds they are filling their pockets from poor middle class people like us.
                                    Please help us as now from the past three days they are even not reverting us.
