    I recently purchased swiggy one membership worth 999 and had around 750rs as swiggy money.

    I opened the app and now it shows account deactivated. Why? I contacted customer suppirt via gmail, they didn't clarified.

    Moreover, they don't have a customer care number. Please help!

        Today I paid for 6 packets of milk and 1kg potatoes but I got only 4 packets of milk and 1kg potatoes . I opened the packet only after the delivery boy left
        No refund received

          This is regarding Swiggy order on Instamart ORDER# [protected].

          I want to lodge a complaint about your delivery partner for this order who misbehaved with me and my Society staff when came for delivery.
          He wrongly quoted to me over the phone that he can't deliver because he got injured.
          At the same time, my society staff complained to me that this swiggy delivery boy is talking absurdly and misbehaving. He used inappropriate words which cant be tolerated.
          In discussion with your chat executive, he refunded the money, but showed his inability to take any action.
          This issue is beyond money, but a multitude of factors showing personal, cultural and religious values and ideals.

          If swiggy is also unable to take any action, then I am willing to withdraw my membership. I will be more than happy to opt for other options like Zomato or Zepto.
          We are bound with our values and anybody breaching its decorum is not tolerated. My society has captured this person's photo and they are going to bar him for all future deliveries in the society.

          I will wait for your response but would prefer a phone call.

          Following up with the complaint to Swiggy, I received call back from their team ( named Neha and Ronald) about Swiggy action.
          They confirmed me that issue has been escalated to Area manager and strict warning was given to delivery partner to not repeat such behavior in the future to avoid any suspension/termination.
          This is welcome step from Swiggy and I appreciate their response.

            Hello, I ordered some certified organic coconuts and vegetables last night for delivery. When I received them, the bag smelled strongly of chemicals, especially the coconuts. I contacted one of the farms who supplied one of the coconuts in the order (the other 3 were from a different certified organic farm) and they confirmed they don't spray their produce, per the certification standard.

            I'm wondering if they were sprayed with a pesticide or fungicide while in storage or transit, as the smell was very strong and freshly applied and gave me a headache. I've never smelled that even on non organic items in the grocery store, so I wanted to find out what is happening. I put the items separately and plan to return them or dispose of them as the smell is still quite strong 24 hours later.

              The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered Cadbury Choco Chips on 21st August Morning but I received damaged products, then I informed Swiggy about the same but got no proper resolution for compensation for the same

                I order my food on Swiggy on 11/08/2022, 4 pizzas from pizza hut. They delivered only 3 pizzas I complain about it on that day and they said to give 146 as a refund and 32 as sorry messages. And said will proceed in 2 hours. After 5 days I complain about the same again and the executive asked to approach the bank about detail.
                First of all the about proceed from their side is not refunded in my account, later they are creating trouble from their side. They are not particular to their duties and do not behave well as a responsible company toward the customer. The amount I want is Rupees 162 as the principal amount of refund and 5000 rupees as compensation amount, for the bad behavior of company

                    I ordered veg food at swiggy on August 4 th 9.01 pm
                    Reshmi tikka at shri pandian hotel which was supposed to be veg and it was mentioned veg i.e green dot in between the box. At the same tym i ordered veg soup from v4 midnight dhaba at Ambattur at both sequence i got non veg chicken soup and chicken tikka.
                    I demanded for replacement only. They replaced again the soup correctly and the reshmi tikka was the same non veg chicken.
                    As im suffering from particular illness i was advised not to take non veg .
                    I clearly mentioned veg and i got non vegetarian
                    The second replacement i asked for refund
                    As i came to know they doesn't even take that issue
                    Properly
                    The swiggy contact team said they will replace the amount ₹99 only as coupon that too any other stuff cant be done
                    I tried to explain everything as much as possible
                    I paid 165 for vegetarian (reshmi tikka)
                    I didn't get wat i wanted or the money back.
                    I demanded the same but swiggy didn't give proper response till now.
                    So i just want to raise the issue
                    How a non vegetarian can be served to pt with who cant have non vegetarian
                    Wat if it was not identified as chicken
                    That might disturbed the treatment as well the health
                    That would have lead to serious illness or allergic reaction also
                    How is responsible for that.
                    These behaviour is not advisable

                                  I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 panchkula infront of outlet manager as they denied the service. as a customer who will bear the loss ?                                     I placed order for Biryani and app shows delivery time ~40min. I called restaurant after sometime and they confirmed order is ready. I called delivery partner, he was on the way (away).
                                    I had a chat and spoke with SWIGGY helpline. They was arrogant and said if you want to cancel order then confirm. I said okay but then they said, i have to bear cancellation chargers i.e. full order amount because i asked to cancel order before delivery time.
                                    My point is simple if you said 40min and order is ready in 10min at restaurant then why my food should take long to deliver. Ideally it should be delivered early if it is ready. SWIGGY takes some amount from restaurant as well as from customer then why not they can deliver early?

                                      I placed an order for 3quantities of paneer on the 18th august.I have received them now amd they all are expiring within a day's time that is 20th august.

                                      Ita no good to me as I dont use dairy products just on their expiry date and at the max i will be able to use one pack in 2days...

                                      Just take them back, replace or refund.

                                      Never dare to send such expire eatable products to yhe customer's.Don't play with their life's to rob their money.

                                      I need this to actioned on priority.
