I have ordered Fruits on swiggy instamart order I'd([protected]).
Delivery Executive without called me delivered order at wrong address. When I was trying to customer care, they are not even considering my genuine problem. I had no choice than complaining here.

    I ordered Heena and milk and heena and received cold drink and bread and when I connected to customer care they say to wait for 6 hrs. I wanted my delivery in 18 mins not 6 hrs, why shall I suffer for your apps mistake, I even called the delivery boy he says whatever was handed to him he directly delivered simply means it's yours marts fault.When i connect them through help section no resolution was given

        I have ordered online food from Hira sweets via Swiggy on 04/08/2022 with Order id[protected]. With repeated requests Swiggy has refused to provide the complete GST bill with below response. Being a customer I felt cheated as I am not getting GST bill neither from Swiggy nor from HIRA sweets.

          The MRP is Rs.116, but they sold for me at Rs.127

            Not delivered my food... I'm a swiggy one customer also... It's not only first time... It's repeating it... I order some foods but delivery person not delivered and i contact support team they are not provide responsible answer at the same time they are cancelled my order without informing me...

              Today I ordered food from swiggy at 8.30 pm and waiting for that till 9 pm but swiggy cancelled the ordere before it delivered. I am hungry and starving. But swiggy didn't understand that. So I am filling complaint against that.

                    I couldn't find swiggy customer care so I had to mail it here.
                    I am an usual swiggy user but I recently changed my mobile, and now I am not able to log in.
                    When I go to log in page and put my phone number there which I was already using, it goes to another page which asks for email and name and after I put that, I get an error message saying my number is already registered.
                    I know my number is already registered then why cant i just log in?
                    Please resolve.

                      I had ordered Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower oil 5 litre jar priced Rs. 1092/- on 02 August 2022 from Swiggy Instamart.

                      The product was delivered with a missing main front label ( photo attached ) making me wonder if it is fake!! I refuse to use a product which could possibly jeopardise my family’s health!

                      At the time of delivery itself I refused to accept the product but was clearly told by the delivery person that his job is only to deliver and any issues with the products need to be raised on the swiggy app.

                      I have made numerous complaints on the issue on the swiggy app and via email requesting for a refund or replacement. I even offered visiting the warehouse / store personally to get the faulty product changed.

                      But no one from the Swiggy team is willing to resolve such a simple issue. They say that “the complaint cannot be validated” and are not giving any clear reason as to why such a valid issue is being rejected by them?

                        I have order 8 kg patato. But I have received tomato. 4 days is already gone. I have done mail everytime but everytime swiggy team didn't reply and harassment of my mind. And the bad service type. And In my last order of swiggy i have received waste food till now we didn't get any resolution of this also.

                            I had ordered 2 chicken burger, fries and cheese coins from swiggy on 1st august. Delivery guy came and only deliver 2 chicken burger. I quickly uploaded photos and inform swiggy customer care. Instead of fixing the issue or providing me the whole items they said it will take 6-8 hours to check this and noone gotten me back. I got them back next day and asked them to refund the amount worth 245+ Taxes only for the missing items not for the whole order. They clearly denied stated they cannot. There is a kinda scam they are running. Looting their customers for nothing.This isn't about money now this is about scam. I had already filed a complaint in consumer helpline Gov. Now I'm going to file a complaint in online legal India and make it public on social media specially Twitter. Give the money back you have looted from me or I will definitely sue you for your scam.

                              I placed the order from Swiggy and it was 44 minutes the delivery guy never picked my spoke to 5 people till now i suffer from High Blood Pressure and had guests at home as it is a festival and we are sleeping on an empty stomach. 1st they apologized and said ill compensate with a 100rs coupon i said ok then they come back and say it will take almost another 45 minutes to give the delivery hence asked to cancel to place a new order. The agent asked if i want my money on my wallet or source account I clearly asked if ill is able to place the order using this wallet money immediately he said yes. i Asked 10 times if there is any terms and conditions he said no and proceed with initiating my refund in my wallet and when i actually went back to try to use it as we speak it was asking for KYC and i also took a step to complete it and it never worked and all i asked is to refund through coupon whatever they have to give it to me and evoke my swiggy wallet amount or whatever money i can get back in a way. This agent hung up on me without resolution all they have to do say is 24 to 48 hrs time. This is the second incident that is such a way I'm totally deactivating this Scam App of india.

                                    I have ordered cake today. It was to be used for celebration in half an hour. We received the delivery and swiggy delivery guy left. Once I opened the box I could see it was damaged and not in shape. We could not use that cake for celebration. After calling delivery guy of swiggy he said it's not his fault. When I raised complaint in swiggy app they asked me to give negative feedback to restaurant and nothing else. They said sorry that's it. Even if this is swiggy delivery guys mistake they are asking me to give negative feedback to restaurant/ shop. The way they were talking is insulting, wasting of time and we're not taking responsibility.
                                    Even after providing images and video they are asking to send email with details where in email they respond sorry for the inconveniences. They have wasted my time and harrassed with their process. I want to raise this complaint to get the refund. They should pay 10 times the amount to feel the pain caused.

                                      Order not delivered after ~2 hours of wait

                                      I placed an order from Hotel Razzakiya via Swiggy on Saturday night, however the order wasn't delivered inspite of patiently waiting for 2 hours. I was promised a full refund and also Rs.200 as Swiggy money. However, the agent lied to me to calm me down and Swiggy hasn't lived up to the promise. They have made me chat with them multiple times frustrating the hell out of me. No one... absolutely no one in Swiggy customer serive team is competent...

                                      On July 30th around 7:10 pm i had made an order of some items from The swiggy instamart, that totaled to Rs. 1263/-.
                                      One of the items in this order was 'The Brooklyn creamery sea salt caramel' which costed me around Rs. 314/-.

                                      Upon the receiving this item it was noticed that the seal was already broken and the contents within were half empty. This app doesn't even have the option to make a complain.

                                      I want an an exchange of the item at the earliest or refund the money to my account. Please send the exchanged item BEFORE WEDNESDAY (3rd Aug 2022) since i wont be home after that.
