    I had ordered 2 chicken burger, fries and cheese coins from swiggy on 1st august. Delivery guy came and only deliver 2 chicken burger. I quickly uploaded photos and inform swiggy customer care. Instead of fixing the issue or providing me the whole items they said it will take 6-8 hours to check this and noone gotten me back. I got them back next day and asked them to refund the amount worth 245+ Taxes only for the missing items not for the whole order. They clearly denied stated they cannot. There is a kinda scam they are running. Looting their customers for nothing.This isn't about money now this is about scam. I had already filed a complaint in consumer helpline Gov. Now I'm going to file a complaint in online legal India and make it public on social media specially Twitter. Give the money back you have looted from me or I will definitely sue you for your scam.

      I placed the order from Swiggy and it was 44 minutes the delivery guy never picked my spoke to 5 people till now i suffer from High Blood Pressure and had guests at home as it is a festival and we are sleeping on an empty stomach. 1st they apologized and said ill compensate with a 100rs coupon i said ok then they come back and say it will take almost another 45 minutes to give the delivery hence asked to cancel to place a new order. The agent asked if i want my money on my wallet or source account I clearly asked if ill is able to place the order using this wallet money immediately he said yes. i Asked 10 times if there is any terms and conditions he said no and proceed with initiating my refund in my wallet and when i actually went back to try to use it as we speak it was asking for KYC and i also took a step to complete it and it never worked and all i asked is to refund through coupon whatever they have to give it to me and evoke my swiggy wallet amount or whatever money i can get back in a way. This agent hung up on me without resolution all they have to do say is 24 to 48 hrs time. This is the second incident that is such a way I'm totally deactivating this Scam App of india.

          I have ordered cake today. It was to be used for celebration in half an hour. We received the delivery and swiggy delivery guy left. Once I opened the box I could see it was damaged and not in shape. We could not use that cake for celebration. After calling delivery guy of swiggy he said it's not his fault. When I raised complaint in swiggy app they asked me to give negative feedback to restaurant and nothing else. They said sorry that's it. Even if this is swiggy delivery guys mistake they are asking me to give negative feedback to restaurant/ shop. The way they were talking is insulting, wasting of time and we're not taking responsibility.
          Even after providing images and video they are asking to send email with details where in email they respond sorry for the inconveniences. They have wasted my time and harrassed with their process. I want to raise this complaint to get the refund. They should pay 10 times the amount to feel the pain caused.

            Order not delivered after ~2 hours of wait

            I placed an order from Hotel Razzakiya via Swiggy on Saturday night, however the order wasn't delivered inspite of patiently waiting for 2 hours. I was promised a full refund and also Rs.200 as Swiggy money. However, the agent lied to me to calm me down and Swiggy hasn't lived up to the promise. They have made me chat with them multiple times frustrating the hell out of me. No one... absolutely no one in Swiggy customer serive team is competent...

            My order number is: #[protected]

            On July 30th around 7:10 pm i had made an order of some items from The swiggy instamart, that totaled to Rs. 1263/-.
            One of the items in this order was 'The Brooklyn creamery sea salt caramel' which costed me around Rs. 314/-.

            Upon the receiving this item it was noticed that the seal was already broken and the contents within were half empty. This app doesn't even have the option to make a complain.

            I want an an exchange of the item at the earliest or refund the money to my account. Please send the exchanged item BEFORE WEDNESDAY (3rd Aug 2022) since i wont be home after that.

            I Have been waiting for days. There is no way to contact this Swiggy and there is no response from the company how can we trust you with any future purchases?

                I have taken the prime membership of swiggy by paying money in which they assure fast delivery service but most of the time they delivery very late and there help desk support have no answers over this issue, last 2 time i order food with order numbers[protected] on 31 july 2022, at 8:36 pm and the food is delivered by 9:50 approx which is supposed to be delivered by around 9:15 pm, thing happen to me on 29th july 2022, order number[protected], this order is also delayed . kindly help me out

                              I ordered cake on 19th July from 7th heaven through swiggy amount of rs 471. Ordered was failed and Amount was deducted from my account and refund was initiated as per their status but I didn't get my refund yet I contacted them many times but they only misguided me. I also contacted my bank they said problem is from swiggy
                              . Swiggy also refunded amount of 12 rs on 25 July which are come immediately but this is not

                              Please refund my money of rs 471 ASAP

[protected] and i want to cancel my Swiggy One Subscription as they have made false promises, coupons provided to non "Swiggy One" users is way more good than going with the subscription, i have tried my best to cancel it but they are not allowing me to cancel my subscription.                                     We received seal broken ice cream tub after opening the top lid inside, the ice cream had scooped n used. Ice cream were spoilt, bad smell, foamy bubbles n spoilt.

                                    We got images of the products as proof. And we keeping product coz swiggy help desk saying they can't replace the product they sent. What about our money paid we trusted swiggy...?

                                    We raised the complaint in help, in swiggy app, in chat, but no solution we received..

                                    They saying sorry next time this will not repeat again?????

                                    What the help desk doing??? Why they can't do Replacement if not refund... ?

                                    Take ur broken bad products and replace good products ..
                                    for which we Paid our hard earned money...

                                    In this covid we risk Our kids health.

                                    How can swiggy be so careless sending used broken products that too they packaged the broke seal product ???
                                    It's clear that, they intentionally did it...

                                    They give offers for less price to send broken and used products...
                                    Very disappointed.

                                    We want Replacement if not Refund

                                    Now we get it... why,
                                    You guys give offers for ice creams because, to sell broken and spoilt products??

                                    Hope here we get our money which we spent on product or do replacement. Let them take product n do Replacement. If not refund.

                                    The swiggy supervisor assured to resolve and now saying sorry can't help n do replacement .

                                    Then wat about our money we spent trusting swiggy...

                                    We want replacement if not refund.

                                    Even we complaint in swiggy store support but same reply ... they said sorry for trouble cause won't repeat in future... ?????

                                    what to do with the spoilt products??? Eat it and die???? Give to children and get disease in this covid ?
