    I ordered nutty chocolate jumbo jar desert from Frozen Bottle’s outlet at Byculla for worth rupees 277. Swiggy charged me for jumbo but delivered the regular one. When I asked for the refund, the customer executive refused to refund.
    I want an action against swiggy for cheating on customers. They are making fool of innocent people and looting their hard earned money.

      Date: 4th July 2022

      Description: 1 item was missing from the order on talking with support item amount was refunded but the tax charge don top of the missing item was not refunded.

      Items ordered : Images Attached.
      Item missing from Order: Grilled Veg.

      Total bill amount was charge: Total amount + taxes
      On Refund : only 120 is refunded not the tax applied on 120 Rs.

        When we are order something from swiggy . at first we need to add items or food in carts then swiggy show use total amount including service tax and delivery charge.. like items price 150+20+30 = total 200 we need to pay .. now i’m tell you what’s happening to me, today i’m oder something from swiggy and swiggy show me total amount i’m pay those money in online transactions.. when i’m go to swiggy to check where is delivery boy then i’m see swiggy show me i need to pay some extra money and over there write final pay amount i’m totally shocked… i’m never see this type of payment.. when i’m text in help and support team they told me sir you need to pay extras fee i’m tell them i’m not gonna pay those extra fee .. then they told me we are refund those money after you pay and when oder delivery then you get back your money .. i’m totally don’t agree i’m tell then if swiggy show me this extra fee in order time then i will pay no problem but after order complete and payment also done now you guy’s show me to pay extra fee this is totally wrong.. then i’m tell them ok cancel my order and refund my money back .. then they are tell me if you cancel this order then we are charged 100% cancellation charges.. again i’m shocked swiggy blackmail me to to pay extra fee .. then i’m think if i’m cancel order then i’m lose my total amount .. better option i’m pay extra fee and save my total money .. i’m also tell them i’m take all screenshots and complain about this problem to consumers helpline… i have all proof if you guy’s need something contact me please 🙏🏻.. and one thing my english not good please try to understand what i’m try to tell you guy’s..my contact number- [protected]

        one thing i’m forget to tell you once’s order done and payment done then never ask you to pay again that’s was the problem they blackmail people to pay extra money please check this issue.. thank you team

          Since last few days we have been using your app for pick up and drop of our meals to different places.we are giving our contact number for pick up but the guys are calling to the contact number of the drop address given after reaching at our gate.which is creating a mess and confusion for our customers.please kindly resolve the issue

            It took two hours to deliver the order and additionally your delivery boy was so rude.. He even refused to deliver order...Why do you commit to deliver when you don't have adequate staff and infrastructure.. I have been a regular customer of swiggy for past many years.. But now I think I will never order from you.. In fact I kept on speaking to your customer care but there was no resolution.. There is no point complaining.. But eventually your success will depend on how you treat your customers.. All the best

                Hi,

                I ordered a briyani from "Aroma's biryani" https://www.swiggy.com/menu/454604?source=sharing at 5:01pm on 3rd July 2022.

                The doesn't get delivered for a long time, so I go to the help section to check what's wrong. At 6:21pm(after 1 hr 20 mins of creating the order), Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO, the customer representative told me that the delivery person cannot find the restaurant, i.e., there is no restaurant at the supposed location.

                On requesting to either raise a complaint or provide double the refund for wasted energy and time, Mr SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO said that they cannot give double refund. When I asked to raise a complaint, he called me on the phone and asked to try to understand the situation. He kept stalling to waste more of my time. Honestly I still don't understand how can Swiggy mistake that an entire restaurant doesn't exist at all at the supposed location. So I asked to raise a complaint again, after which Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO suggested that he can provide the refund and an extra coupon of the same amount as the order to make it a double refund. When I said yes, he stalled a bit more and said that he is processing the refund and the coupon, and suggested that he disconnect the call as they can't hold the call for this long. I accepted to join back to the chat.

                Suddenly, Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO says that he cannot provide the coupon of same amount as order. And, to not waste more of my time, I informed him that I am going to complain about this.

                I request you to please take action against this person who manipulated and deceived me on the call stating something and then eventually denying the same. Also, I ask to recieve "atleast INR 2000" as compensation for my wasted time and suffering.

                    Description: I ordered a 750 ml Thumbs up pet bottle from the restaurant 'Biryani Stories' with a clearly marked MRP 40 Rs. on the bottle. I was charged 75 rupees for the same.
                    I tried to speak to the customer care agent through the HELP section of the order but they voluntarily tried to prolong the conversation with vague and at times very ridiculous replies and eventually left the chat without escalating to the concerned team as agreed. It is very disappointing that I have no way to call and quickly address the issue either.

                    Desired Resolution: I request you to please provide the refund of 35 Rs. which was charged extra and an additional discount for the experience that followed. I want to register my displeasure with the horrible experience I had with two of your customer agents bhargaviben.mm(Bhargavi) and patel.dev ( Dev ). Please provide training on how to interact with customers with minimal respect at least rather than using negative and wicked tactics to avoid a resolution.

                      Hi Sir, previously am using swiggy application with my that time i register with the mobile no "[protected]" after sometimes due to some issues i uninstalled the app but now i again installed the application to use but now am unable to login with the no that which i used previously for registration
                      Please solve this issue as soon as possible and make me to use the application with that no.

                        It’s very pathetic service when it comes to delivering expire product to the customer.
                        It’s so disappointing after charging huge amount for delivery swiggy instamart neglecting quality control option
                        I ordered Jowari flour on 1 st July 2022
                        And they delivered packet which expired on 2 June 2022.

                            Ordered 7 snacks
                            Recieved Completely Wrong shipment of 2 items that weren't ordered.
                            I see no help option for problems because of instamart.
                            No customer care helpline
                            The one I dialled said since they can see no active orders on the registered number they cannot help me.
                            I demand a refund since there services are so disappointing I don't want to risk it again.

It was showing an estimated time of 40 to 45 mins for delivery, which was fine with me considering the weather condition. But the order started delaying to an unknown dimension of time.                                   I ordered Kadhai paneer from a restaurant through Swiggy. When I ate paneer, I realised that food was stale. I immediately notified swiggy and they sent me a compensation of 84 rupees. I told them that it’s not about the compensation. My father developed fever the next day after eating that rotten food. They didn’t take any action against the restaurant nor they contacted the restaurant. They kept on saying we can’t do anything about it.

                                    I ordered Sweets from Dwarka Sweets through Swiggy (Kala Jamun, Kharvas, BaluShahi and Pedha). Order ID[protected] dated 27 June 2022.

                                    I received all items ordered whereas Kharvas was completely frozen and Balushahi was completely dried usually it is dipped in sugar pulp for sweetness. Both the items seem to be kept for long time or may be stale.

                                    Upon complaining everyone is apologizing for inconvenience but what about my hard earned money which I spent.

                                    Why do we lose money because Swiggy cannot control their hotel partners. Swiggy charge us convenience fees. Then why don't they compensate us for inconvenience caused due to them.

                                    The money which we spent has to be returned with the compensation of inconvenience caused to us.

                                    There is no solution with customer care. They feel as if they are doing favour on us by providing their services. We pay you for the services we take. So you also need to compensate if you are unable to deliver proper services.

                                      I placed an order twice for the same order for food on 24th May 2022 7:44 pm and 7:45 pm, but the order didn't go through. The money got deducted twice from my Paytm Upi account. I received refund for only one. I've been trying to make this understand to every customer help executive but they keep brushing it off saying we've made it from our side. Sometimes they say it's an error from our side we've made a ticket and raised an issue regarding the same. But I haven't received anything. The amount was 960 rupees.

                                      Then again on 24th June 2022 12:11 pm, I placed an order on instamart. The order didn't take place. But I didn't receive any refund for the order. Nor was a refund processed on my swiggy account. I contacted swiggy executive they said we've refunded and gave me a UPI Id to contact my bank. I paid 1349 rupees.
                                      I don't know who's fault this is. But I want my money back.
