See my name is akshay I have working with swiggy since almost 5 years and our managers are not at all solving the issue raise by me it's taking long time oresle saying that there is no vacancy to change shift and I am sincerely speaking nowdays our company is be having with old partners which Is totally depends on only swiggy giving very late orders and making as wait so much for getting new orders and same new riders are getting back to back orders why company is doing this cheap thing with old riders I don't know and much to say about this company but if this gets solve means enough for me and after complaining so many I am not getting any response then forcefully I have to take this action sir. OFF late it has been very poor service from your team
Today I had an order delivered from Perambur Sri Srinivasa Sweets and Savories. the order was delayed (for whatsoever reasons). The delivery guy said he had another delivery that he had to deliver which caused the delay.
Even though I had to convince myself of the delay, the delivery guy opened his scooter storage area and amidst his dirty clothes (which he was using to clean his vehicle) was my food spread across. He was gathering the food shabily from his scooter storage area and was putting them back into the cover to deliver to me. Further, the swiggy delivery bag was in the front and was empty! He could have left them there, rather than throwing them down amongst his cleaning cloth and NEVER cleaned scooter storage box.
I complained about this to your team who said send us an email and we will look at this in 8 - 10 hrs. I tell them are you not bothered about me and my family starving for today, the response is meticulously that we would try to avoid this for the future. What about today - are you guys not bothered?
The service team has no empathy even if we starve for the day. they are very cool to tell us to wait for 10hrs for resolution. Isnt that great?

I ask for cancellation of my membership so that I get my money back the team says that I will loose money on the free upgrade that they had given me earlier from Swiggy Super to Swiggy one. So effectivly will not get money back!!!

I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken Manchurian and they delivered veg fried rice and chilli chicken or maybe it's Manchurian I don't know, I never had Manchurian like this before. well, they delivered wrong bowl. This is totally resturent fault but swiggy supporting the mistakes.

This is not first time, I ordered one muborg and combo from wow! momo and they didn't send one muborg and I got damaged momo box with damaged momo. I complained about it and customer executive ignored and said i can't do nothing. why swiggy scamming. I never expected from swiggy like this. and this kind of thing.

I have ordered William Lawson's Blended Scotch Whiskey on Swiggy on 25.06.2022, where they displayed its MRP as Rs. 1640 on which they added Rs. 5 for Carrybag Charge + Delivery Fee of Rs. 180 = Rs. 1825/- (Total Amount Charged by Swiggy from me). When I received the item then the MRP on the item is printed as Rs. 1350/- instead of Rs. 1640/-. Therefore, on this basis they are showing MRP as Rs. 1640/- which is Rs. 290 more than the actual MRP of Rs. 1350/-. What I see on TV and what I read on Newspaper regarding consumer education on the basis of the same, it is evident no one can display MRP more than the actual MRP.

I am raising voice for all those customers who are getting cheated like this on daily basis.

I raise ticket but not resolve helping me FM.
Please i request this manger FM Gurjender Singh is rudely talk and abuse word use.

I'm duty 15 Jun and night time order assing and deactive my this FM Gurjender Singh. Just a second call receive the FM Gurjender Singh and say ur tumhara I'd Maine band kiya tum Swiggy m kam mat krna aur jisko chahe batao mera naam jo krna h wo krlo aise call continue chalu hoo gye h.

Surbhi Sweets & Snacks, Kasturba Main Road, Borivali East Restaurant is misleading and charging twice the amount per order. I called the restaurant directly to find out the quantity per order and they misguided us by telling 2 pieces per order. They misguided us on the quantity per order actually and charging us twice the rate confirmed over phone per order. I had a long call with swiggy representative but swiggy decided to issue coupon in a very round about manner instead of simple refund that too of half the excess amount charged.

Ordered food. Delivery partner collected the food but didn’t move. Tried chatting with him, no response. Had to cancel the order as nothing was happening - Swiggy charged cancellation fee.

Ordered 1kg received half kg ...dont know what the hell is wrong with these guy's... There executive Mustafa is saying I have to wait for 10-12 hrs for you guys to investigate the matter.. Why the hell Dilievery executive didn't checked the quantity and why should I wait for 10-12 hours for food to be delivered?? You mean I should go to sleep and wait for you guys to wake up??? And why can't their executive raise the complaint on call why am I forced to write mails and get more frustrated and waste my time for your faults?? I am going to sue you guy's in Court for harassment and fraud towards compensation of Rs 10 lacs..sharing all details on social media platforms as well.

.. I informed to delivery agent immediately and informed to your chat executive assistant well... and can they predict the weight by image?? If I share my complete picture they can tell me my weight..??? Hilarious... And this is their resolution?? I still have the "dabba" with me which cannot be filled with any sweets more 500 gm..how could they deliver 1 kg in such a small box?? I am now surely going to sue them guy's in Court with facts... And this time it will be for harassment and fraud both... I will make sure the company should get closed now...

I placed order from Leon grill last night and this morning woke up to the worst kind of diarrhoea. i woke up at 10 and by 1pm i had already shat 4 times. I have two other friends who are facing the same issue since Sunday morning from the food they ordered from Leon grill on Saturday night. They are still feeling uneasy till today. We've had our medicine but nothing seems to help. I contacted swiggy for a refund and to remove Leon grill as their partner but the associates who were assisting me were stupid af. They kept asking for images when i already told them the lady who collects garbage has already collected it this morning. She didn't even try to understand what I was trying to tell. She constantly kept sayin that there is nothing they can do without pictures. Like fr?? If i do have the food with me why tf would i not send the images?? I asked her to call to speak with her manager she kept denying my request and hung up on me WHILE i was speaking. Her name was Tabu. The associate who assisted me initially just left the conversation too. His name is Prabhash. They are all stupid people who don't know who to assist their loyal customers. I have been hearing from my friends for a very long time that Leon grill chicken doesn't taste as good anymore because of the oil they use. They reuse their oil instead o[censored]sing fresh oil. I keep ordering from their because i like the consistency of the chicken they serve. But today is like hell to me. I place my complete trust on swiggy when i order food from the app with the belief that they have vetted their restaurant partners carefully. But it seems to me that swiggy would partner with just about anyone or anything. There's no quality no more. We have 100 restaurants that sell biryani out of which 5 are genuine and clean. The rest are all there just to make profit even if the customer faces extreme health concerns. I really don't appreciate the way swiggy chose to resolve this ( which they didn't). I just want back my money.
