Received different food item

Such a fraud company, I ordered rockin roll from pizza hut on 24th may, when the delivery came... I received chicken pasta... I called the restaurant but they didn't picked up, I complained about it to swiggy customer care... Those people are so disrespectful without solving my problem, they closed the chat seconds after taking about feedbacks and stuffs... Which are basically of no use... Tho it was just 150 rs, but these guys didn't even...

My order has not delivered but I received a message saying order delivered.

My order has not delivered but i received a message saying order delivered.when i tried calling the delivery executive he didnt pick it up and then blocked my number. i made a online payment of worth 265 rs. Kindly look into it and PROVIDE MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
also, this is the second time this has happened, now i have to say that the swiggy is not safe anymore.

Hi om here, i try to order food from swiggy, money deducted but order didnt place, and also there’s no customer care or helpline number in app...

My order no is[protected].I received food from Wow Momo, but the food quality was not good. Received burger without bun and there was weird smell from the food. If I would have consumed the food, it would effect my health, I could fall sick after having the food. I want refund as I could not have the food....

Food delivered in a mashed condition

Have received the ordered cake in a very pathetic manner wherein the cake is completely destroyed, picture of the same is attached for your ready reference.

Moreover while raising the issue on the chat and mail, they have just noted it down as a feedback, however just a feedback will not solve my problem.

Have spend 846 on this order and its a complete waste.

I contacted the customer care (chat) once the ETA was over. I was informed that the delivery partner is on the way and will be delivering shortly. After about 4-5 mins the customer support executive informed that the order had been delivered. I did not receive the order and immediately responded to the customer support executive informing him about it....

Amount debited,order not placed.

I made an order for food on swiggy, the amount was debited from my card but the order was not placed.This is the second time such thing has happened.They do not have any costumer helpline number. I got a number off the internet, when I placed a call I got to know that it was not in service.Quite unexpected from such a giant startup....

Mobile is used in last 6 month

I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

All my payment methods are registered with this number and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

Instamart delivery issue

I have ordered few groceries and scheduled at 2pm delivery. Delivery agent made a call and said order already delivered at 12 pm. Checked with family members and made a call to agent, he said he is coming. I didn't receive my order but marked as delivered. Account permanently suspended without any reason

Swiggy has deactivated my account. I am a swiggy super and paid 999 for 1 year membership and it still has 11 months remaining. I want refund for the swiggy super charges as i have send 4 emails requesting to re activate my account as they told me clearly that my account is permanently suspended.I also requested them to give the reason for suspending my account but they don't have any reason to say the same

No proper response and canceled my order in the end

I ordered food at 11:30 and generally restaurants close at 12 so my order was not delivered by 1220 I checked in Swiggy they said my order is delayed by 15 20 minutes but after waiting for one and half hour I texted Swiggy again and then in the end they are saying the delivery partner couldn’t pick up the order it’s not just from one restaurant I ordered two different items from two different restaurants both did not get delivered by...

Swiggy sent me wrong food parcel twice a time on my last order. As for apology, they gave me a coupon code of INR 193/- which is vaild for 30 days. Today I've used that coupon in one of my order. After placing the order within 5 mins, it says that your has been delivered. I was shocked to this, I immediately called the delivery executive..he told that some Punjabi boy came and recived my order by paying the rest of the amount of 40/- rupees....

Received all the damaged items in an order, but no compensation.

I have placed an order with swiggy instamart with order id:[protected]. I paid for all the items but, I have received all the damaged items. When I just contacted them, they are saying some false reasons and not even providing me the replacement or refund. Double payment for a single order

I ordered a pizza, the state of which was bad when it was delivered to me. I complained and your executive GV Chandni in Bangalore told me that she will initiate a refund.
