I have ordered 3 shawarma's from my friends phone and they delivered it finely without any issue. Then we taken and ate .On the next day everyone got sicked . we went to the hospital. After all the tests they said to us is you got stomach infection due to that food. I have hospital bills and reports. And my friends are admitted in the hospital .

Who will take responsibility for this? Who will pay for it? We need justice. Otherwise I will raise a complaint against swiggy

    I ordered two plates of panner makhani biryani from YES BIRYANI but only received one plate. There was also one packet of raita and one gulab jamun wherein there should be two of them both. Items were missing! I contacted the customer service for refunding my money or send me any other form of compensation but they were hesitant about it and said that this won't happen from the next time.
    After all this happened, do you really think I am going to trust swiggy again? This is unacceptable from such a prestigious online food company. I literally paid a huge amount. Please kindly help me with this issue. I beg you to help me get what I deserve.

          Respected Sir/Madam, My friend is reffer me to join swiggy as delivery partner. I fill the form and submit the documents .I got the message to go the swiggy office vasundhra Ghaziabad and activate you I'd & amount. I go to office to submit the amount & show my documents but the office are sit in swiggy office vasundhra Ghaziabad he said that woman not work as the delivery partner you home &work you home do not come again in office we donot activate you I'd in swiggy company the woman not work . Kindly help

            I ordered the food at 10:59 PM. Every thing was smooth till the delivery agent suddenly stopped the vehicle and reported a bike issue. And it showed they will assign the order to another delivery agent. The delivery agent had a call to me and I told I can wait even for an hour too but I need my food to be delivered. But suddenly after the call, the order got cancelled without my consent. How do we know the delivery agent just simply reported a bike issue for the food, I am unaware of it. Even I tried to call him back but he didn't responded. I tried to contact the customer service too but they also couldn't resolve my issue. Even they could have assigned my order to another delivery agent or even have a call to me so that I can pick the order.

            Now it's 12:30 and there is no option for me to order another food as all restaurants are closed now. I want to starve till the morning. Is there no value for my time and money...?

                I saw the add as buy 2 get 1 free. But I received only 2 burger, When I called the Swiggy support they are like it is like that only, Please collect the delivery, If you cancel you will be in blacklist, I'm paying and i'm having, I called the restaurant, They act so weird not speaking properly, They just put my call in hold for 15 minutes, Do they think i'm just a free bird and loitering around?                 This is not at all fair, Always there will be one or the other issues while Placing and order

                      I recently purchased swiggy one membership worth 999 and had around 750rs as swiggy money.

                      I opened the app and now it shows account deactivated. Why? I contacted customer suppirt via gmail, they didn't clarified.

                      Moreover, they don't have a customer care number. Please help!

                          Today I paid for 6 packets of milk and 1kg potatoes but I got only 4 packets of milk and 1kg potatoes . I opened the packet only after the delivery boy left

                            This is regarding Swiggy order on Instamart ORDER# [protected].

                            I want to lodge a complaint about your delivery partner for this order who misbehaved with me and my Society staff when came for delivery.
                            He wrongly quoted to me over the phone that he can't deliver because he got injured.
                            At the same time, my society staff complained to me that this swiggy delivery boy is talking absurdly and misbehaving. He used inappropriate words which cant be tolerated.
                            In discussion with your chat executive, he refunded the money, but showed his inability to take any action.
                            This issue is beyond money, but a multitude of factors showing personal, cultural and religious values and ideals.

                            If swiggy is also unable to take any action, then I am willing to withdraw my membership. I will be more than happy to opt for other options like Zomato or Zepto.
                            We are bound with our values and anybody breaching its decorum is not tolerated. My society has captured this person's photo and they are going to bar him for all future deliveries in the society.

                            I will wait for your response but would prefer a phone call.

                            Following up with the complaint to Swiggy, I received call back from their team ( named Neha and Ronald) about Swiggy action.
                            They confirmed me that issue has been escalated to Area manager and strict warning was given to delivery partner to not repeat such behavior in the future to avoid any suspension/termination.
                            This is welcome step from Swiggy and I appreciate their response.

                              Hello, I ordered some certified organic coconuts and vegetables last night for delivery. When I received them, the bag smelled strongly of chemicals, especially the coconuts. I contacted one of the farms who supplied one of the coconuts in the order (the other 3 were from a different certified organic farm) and they confirmed they don't spray their produce, per the certification standard.

                              I'm wondering if they were sprayed with a pesticide or fungicide while in storage or transit, as the smell was very strong and freshly applied and gave me a headache. I've never smelled that even on non organic items in the grocery store, so I wanted to find out what is happening. I put the items separately and plan to return them or dispose of them as the smell is still quite strong 24 hours later.

                                The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered Cadbury Choco Chips on 21st August Morning but I received damaged products, then I informed Swiggy about the same but got no proper resolution for compensation for the same

                                  I order my food on Swiggy on 11/08/2022, 4 pizzas from pizza hut. They delivered only 3 pizzas I complain about it on that day and they said to give 146 as a refund and 32 as sorry messages. And said will proceed in 2 hours. After 5 days I complain about the same again and the executive asked to approach the bank about detail.
                                  First of all the about proceed from their side is not refunded in my account, later they are creating trouble from their side. They are not particular to their duties and do not behave well as a responsible company toward the customer. The amount I want is Rupees 162 as the principal amount of refund and 5000 rupees as compensation amount, for the bad behavior of company

                                      I ordered veg food at swiggy on August 4 th 9.01 pm
                                      Reshmi tikka at shri pandian hotel which was supposed to be veg and it was mentioned veg i.e green dot in between the box. At the same tym i ordered veg soup from v4 midnight dhaba at Ambattur at both sequence i got non veg chicken soup and chicken tikka.
                                      I demanded for replacement only. They replaced again the soup correctly and the reshmi tikka was the same non veg chicken.
                                      As im suffering from particular illness i was advised not to take non veg .
                                      I clearly mentioned veg and i got non vegetarian
                                      The second replacement i asked for refund
                                      As i came to know they doesn't even take that issue
                                      Properly
                                      The swiggy contact team said they will replace the amount ₹99 only as coupon that too any other stuff cant be done
                                      I tried to explain everything as much as possible
                                      I paid 165 for vegetarian (reshmi tikka)
                                      I didn't get wat i wanted or the money back.
                                      I demanded the same but swiggy didn't give proper response till now.
                                      So i just want to raise the issue
                                      How a non vegetarian can be served to pt with who cant have non vegetarian
                                      Wat if it was not identified as chicken
                                      That might disturbed the treatment as well the health
                                      That would have lead to serious illness or allergic reaction also
                                      How is responsible for that.
                                      These behaviour is not advisable
