I did not received proper order.

I ordered for Instamart Groceries, but haven't recieved what I ordered.
So I complaint to them and they asked to wait for 6 hrs and after 6hrs they are asking for more 6 hrs.
They are denying any compensation,
Plz help me.

Order not delivered and not providing any resolution

I have ordered from 99 bowls and the delivery is marked as done but the prder has not been delivered the delivery has been marked as delivered at 2:27 pm on 6th may but the agents entry at the security to the society is at 2:40 pm 6th may how can he mark the item delivered 10 minutes before even he entered the community. Food not delivered after 2 hours

I placed my order at 12.00 for my younger brother

I placed it a near by restaurant which is 500 meters from my house
Delivery person picked my order at 12.15 and he completely vanished. Not lifting any calls neither from the customer representative who called them multiple times.

Is been more than 2 hours and he is starving. Is this why Swiggy is for .

Items missing from many orders

Items are missing from my many orders from Swiggy Instamart and restaurants orders .no complaints have been taken seriously and no refunds are provided.
Chat with the customer care executive is very bad they don't reply time make your chat hold for hours and complaints are not solved....

Charged but item not delivered

We ordered cake on the evening of 1 May 2022 (order no. #[protected], which was provided with a detailed address. the delivery boy called and wasn't keen on delivering the item and kept saying he is not local and would not be able to deliver if its too far. We gave him verbal instructions to reach the place along with sharing of the live location to make it easier for him to navigate. He kept stalling for a while and around an hour later...

Refund issue for missing items.

Order I'd :[protected] in this order. Cutlets were missing. When I talked to customer care, they said to provide only coupon. I don't need coupon and i request refund to source account. But they denied and closed the chat after 1 hour of conversation. I need a refund for the missing item and 1000 rupees for wasting 1 hour of time and closing them without resolution. This is unfair of closing the customer chat without any feedback or resolution.....

Not delivered item and took penalty charge

Hi my self Dr Anil. my friend book the order for me and the delivery boy said that your order location is wrong. They unable to provide the service and took the charge. The problem is the delivery address for customer and delivery boy is different. Swiggy says that, it's a technical issue and I wait for 1 hour and they didn't deliver and also took the amount...

False information misguided to the customer

This was from Swiggy and I was being misguided by the Swiggy team about my order and it was told to me that my order would be delivered to me where in it was not in the restaurant cancelled me it’s so it’s not my fault that it cancelled and now I am looking for a solution but when I did that the customer care is not responding properly in the earlier one misguided me with false information...

Order not delivered & money not refunded

I had ordered 2 times from Belgium waffels and Mr Kishor Kumar was assigned delivery executive both time he was unreachable
And immediately after picking up order he was selecting ordere delivered

I called swiggy custome care for help but got no help thet were too unable to reach delivery boy

For both times but even they where unable to reach delivery executive

I request swiggy...

Received expiry items

Simply they sending emails like this and not even providing the proper solution for expiry items. Swiggy instamart sending items near the expiry date.Very bad quality items and customer service response.
