I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: Charged packing charges of 10 rupees on already packed product from company with MRP.
After contacting the customer support they are rejecting to refund the 10 rupees amount.
It occurred on: 11/06/2022
I need refund of 10 rupees to my swiggy wallet
