    While ordering biryani from a restaurant, in payment page it showed save your card details, then I clicked it after 5 sec of processing then the same payment page came then I executed my order with only one OTP. then while receiving my order the delivery executive bought me two same parcel from same restaurant, only then I came to know that I placed two order one which I ordered with offers applied and the other which was executed without offer and without OTP. it was there app mistake if order is placed it should have shown me..but once again showed me the same payment page..then how will I know about order position..then I raised the issue with swiggy..they said refund amount is iniated..will credit within 7 days..but this is 10 days..now they are asking for bank statement..i already explained them and they told that they have initiated refund but suddenly.. behaviour like this..so kindly take this issue seriously..it's all hard earned money..hope I get a help

      Hi, I faced this situation June 15 2022, first and foremost the food ordered from the Restaurant Named Akshara was Mytton biryani for which they gave Chicken biryani and charged Rs425.Apsrt from that the delivery guy was very rude and using foul languages..

      It is best to collectively file a complaint to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and get these baaastardds the founders and top management of @swiggy behind bars and get them caned to death!

        I have ordered food at 9 38pm but not received till 10 30pm and i tried to call delivery man but no response and after that i received call that my order was mistaken by other food delivery man so he said shall i replace the order sure it will receive in 38 mins so i said okay but no response till 11 30pm.

          I have ordered Ice Cream on Swiggy on 14th June'22.The delivery partner contacted me to inform that my address was incorrect. But the Swiggy app showed correct address only. Moreover, another delivery was completed 30 mins before by Swiggy on same address. The customer care executive contacted me and stated that the delivery partner has denied to deliver as my address is more that 2 Kms away. This statement is also incorrect as the concerned Food outlet is only 1.6km walking distance from my residence.
          After this the customer care representative cancelled my order and the entire order amount was forfeited as cancellation fee. This act is not acceptable as the fault was with Swiggy application and I should not be penalised for a system failure. Also, Swiggy has collected a tax amount from me and that was also forfeited as cancellation fee, which is a criminal offence and hence, not acceptable. The order details are enclosed here and the address shown in the screenshot is my correct address . Upon discussion with Swiggy representative, they informed that they will not reverse the cancellation charges. I request the consumer forum to support me to get back the cancellation fee along with harassment charges.

              I placed an order for a few groceries from swiggy instamart on 14th June 22, they accepted the order.
              After some time they canceled the order and charged the complete order money as a cancellation charge.
              they do not have customer support no, somehow I managed to contact their customer complaint department,
              When I ask them to refund the money or the order they told me their delivery guy called me thrice and...

              In the month of May I had ordered from Swiggy using debit card on three occasions but on all three times they deducted the money without confirming order. When I complained they assured me money would be returned in 4 to 7 days but it has been 3 weeks almost and money has not been credited.

                  Swiggy One Subscription Refund

                  I took a SwiggyOne membership on 27th March 2022. I have been ordering regularly on Swiggy since then. However, 3+ weeks ago, my home address from where I have been ordering on Swiggy, has been removed from the serviceable area of Swiggy and I don't see any restaurants in the collection when my home address is selected.

                      I had ordered many vegetables in the morning of 12th June.

                      While paying, they changed the price twice mentioning stock of two items. After removing non available stick it gone to payment and it got delivered also.

                      While checking the bill, we noticed that the cost of 2pcs of drumstick is 229. In market 2pcs of drumstick will be less than 20.
                      I had highlighted to the customer care of swiggy, they say that they will avoid such error in future and refused to return my money

                        The food delivery company has been scamming from several times regarding the payment issue while ordering the food. Payment has been made and the amount is deducted but the order has not been placed.
                        And they are telling it'll refund after 4-7 days, is it what we get by pressing in advance?.

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                          The issue that I have experienced was: Charged packing charges of 10 rupees on already packed product from company with MRP.
                          After contacting the customer support they are rejecting to refund the 10 rupees amount.

                            Hello, I had made a food order via Swiggy app on 22nd May 2022 and the order was unsuccessful. Order #[protected] for Rs. 1065.
                            But Rs.1065 was debited from my bank account for the failed order. It's been 3 weeks now and we still haven't got the refund. When we contacted swiggy chat, on the failed order they claimed refund will be credited in 4-7 days but no refund so far even after almost 20 days.
                            We checked with Swiggy support via chat from 22nd May and they said the refund will be credited in 4-7 days. After 7 days we approach them again they asked to chk with bank. We approached the bank and register request for refund but they are also unable to do anything as swiggy has not initiated the refund.
                            Please consider this complaint and help me get my refund.

                              Delivery Partner showed away for 2 hours and didn't deliver the order.
                              Not reachable also, Swiggy Support told us he reached your location for the first hour later they said even they are not able to get a delivery partner and wait for more time.

                                I had received melted icecream in delivery and when i asked them for a refund or a replacement, they sent me a message saying would you like to receive money in swiggy wallet or source account?
                                And 1 min later they send a message and said please ignore the previous message 👍
                                This is new type of scam started by swiggy customer support….although they can compensate for the issue they won’t compensate.

                                  I ordered 1kg Catla fish from Tender Cuts Kolathur store at Swiggy (Order number[protected]. But I received only 490g of fish. I have attached images of the package I received.

                                  Also the fish was bitter in taste. I’m so disappointed. You are cheating your valuable customer for ₹255.

                                    So i had ordered the items shown in the images, but sadly one of the item the choco pie was not correct and was some cheese and spinach pie, as well as another chicken pie . Both pies were spilled and terrible looking as well as inedible. I had also ordered a pizza which came cold in Mumbai heat. I have ordered from this restaurant before and always had 0 problems swiggy is doing a horrendous job in the quality assurance
