I tried to order few items in swiggy on 10/07/22 from a local restaurant in my area (AIROLI, NAVIMUMBAI). selected the items and added them to cart. the total payable amount ( including tax and they have added a delivery fee also to it ) is Rs 431/-
Out of curiosity and some recent news that i saw online i just called and checked with the restaurant directly.
and to my shock there is a big difference not only in the food price but they deliver it free of cost.
Why is this double pricing.
Same item same restaurant, but two different price.

          Placed a swiggy instamart order on 4th July. It was scheduled order. I had to cancel the order so i contacted customer care and the agent at that time told me that the refund for whole amount (338) has been successfully initiated. Today (7th July) i contacted customer care again to get an update on refund but now i'm being told i have been charged 100% cancellation charge. I contacted two separate agents and both said that they don't have any info on the refund and cannot initiate it. Both said the same thing, word to word.
          When the order was cancelled, the items in the order weren't even out for delivery. I cancelled the order about 1.5 hours after placing it and the delivery wasn't even supposed to be done for another hour or two.

            Swiggy is no1 fraud app. They take money for food and deleviers stale food. And after complaining for the same they say write email and we will get back to you within 10 hours after 10 hours they reply we will pass feedback to resturant
            It's totally waste of money I have tried so many times to talk to them but they always say we will pass feedback
            Please help me in proper way it's very frustrating

                  Order I'd #[protected]
                  Complaint Missing Items
                  Company: Not Providing Refund

                  Last night I've placed an order on swiggy instamart amounting rs 1144. Delivery time slot was between 8-9pm. I've received my order around after 8:30pm where delivery boy behaved to me very rudely first.

                  As soon as I've opened my order with the help of knife because they tied every packet to plastic strap in white colour.

                  After opening it, i found my order is in incomplete state. So i straight away talked to their customer care via chat.

                  Firstly they requested me to wait for 6 hours, now when I've checked the email before 9 am today,

                  I was completely shocked that they rejected my claim without any reason.

                  Why would I waste my time with such company if if gets every order without any hassle?

                  It's company fault actually. And swiggy is not refunding my money now even after writing so many times to them. All i know my concern is getting unheard completely by swiggy which is not acceptable at all.

                  All they are being blaming in this case that I've lying to them, how could I know about my order whether it was full or some missing items issue before opening their carry bags which was tied up so tightly for that one have to take the knife to cut.

                  I would like to you take an action against swiggy instamart against missing items and not refunding my money.

                  Im hoping to get my refund for both the missing items which they don't sent to me.

                    Restaurant Krazzy for Waffle. I ordered 3 Red velvet waffles for 350 rs in total. I was tracking the delivery boy and saw he wasn't moving for more than 30 minutes. 1 hour passed but nobody came. After that it was showing delivered. Tried calling delivery boy several times but call didn't connect.
                    Customer service of swiggy is the worst of any Indian business. They are faking trying to connect delivery boy. Taking their time and eventually saying nothing can be done because there are no options from their end. So who will solve the problem if food is not delivered??? They are always saying to send mail. They always reply to mails like this, as per our terms and conditions your request is found ineligible.
                    Total cheats. Cheated me. My 350 rs is gone and I'm not ordering anything from swiggy anymore.

                      The whole idea of instamart is fast delivery.

                      My order number[protected] today while placing an order had a delivery time of 15-20 minutes. However the order was delivered after 2 hours. On app the delivery time came down to 1 minute and stayed like that for a long time. In other words no one bothered to check the status of the order.
                      I tried contacting with customer care and the response was ‘not to worry as my order will reach me’. There are no proactive actions and zero accountability from the company.
                      Adding it is not about worrying about anything but about how a customer gets hassled because a service provider cannot stay on its promises.

                        My order number is #[protected] i ordered pizza and red velvet on July 5th 2022 but when delevry partner arrived they didn't provide me red velvet just pizza and when i asked for it he rant that lf i go back they will sent me back here to delevr it to you for which i won't get extra moeny or my petrol money it will by loss etc nd i wlm not coming again u complaint to app they will handle the matter when i used help option swiggy didn't responded Great as i only asked for refund for the item i didn't recieve nd they want me to undergo for mail routine nd wait for 12freaking hour to get my money back i kept doing it for an hour almost ol they did was apologize but didn't refund my money

                            I ordered nutty chocolate jumbo jar desert from Frozen Bottle’s outlet at Byculla for worth rupees 277. Swiggy charged me for jumbo but delivered the regular one. When I asked for the refund, the customer executive refused to refund.
                            I want an action against swiggy for cheating on customers. They are making fool of innocent people and looting their hard earned money.

                              Date: 4th July 2022

                              Description: 1 item was missing from the order on talking with support item amount was refunded but the tax charge don top of the missing item was not refunded.

                              Items ordered : Images Attached.
                              Item missing from Order: Grilled Veg.

                              Total bill amount was charge: Total amount + taxes
                              On Refund : only 120 is refunded not the tax applied on 120 Rs.

                                When we are order something from swiggy . at first we need to add items or food in carts then swiggy show use total amount including service tax and delivery charge.. like items price 150+20+30 = total 200 we need to pay .. now i’m tell you what’s happening to me, today i’m oder something from swiggy and swiggy show me total amount i’m pay those money in online transactions.. when i’m go to swiggy to check where is delivery boy then i’m see swiggy show me i need to pay some extra money and over there write final pay amount i’m totally shocked… i’m never see this type of payment.. when i’m text in help and support team they told me sir you need to pay extras fee i’m tell them i’m not gonna pay those extra fee .. then they told me we are refund those money after you pay and when oder delivery then you get back your money .. i’m totally don’t agree i’m tell then if swiggy show me this extra fee in order time then i will pay no problem but after order complete and payment also done now you guy’s show me to pay extra fee this is totally wrong.. then i’m tell them ok cancel my order and refund my money back .. then they are tell me if you cancel this order then we are charged 100% cancellation charges.. again i’m shocked swiggy blackmail me to to pay extra fee .. then i’m think if i’m cancel order then i’m lose my total amount .. better option i’m pay extra fee and save my total money .. i’m also tell them i’m take all screenshots and complain about this problem to consumers helpline… i have all proof if you guy’s need something contact me please 🙏🏻.. and one thing my english not good please try to understand what i’m try to tell you guy’s..my contact number- [protected]

                                one thing i’m forget to tell you once’s order done and payment done then never ask you to pay again that’s was the problem they blackmail people to pay extra money please check this issue.. thank you team

                                    It took two hours to deliver the order and additionally your delivery boy was so rude.. He even refused to deliver order...Why do you commit to deliver when you don't have adequate staff and infrastructure.. I have been a regular customer of swiggy for past many years.. But now I think I will never order from you.. In fact I kept on speaking to your customer care but there was no resolution.. There is no point complaining.. But eventually your success will depend on how you treat your customers.. All the best

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered a briyani from "Aroma's biryani" https://www.swiggy.com/menu/454604?source=sharing at 5:01pm on 3rd July 2022.

                                        The doesn't get delivered for a long time, so I go to the help section to check what's wrong. At 6:21pm(after 1 hr 20 mins of creating the order), Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO, the customer representative told me that the delivery person cannot find the restaurant, i.e., there is no restaurant at the supposed location.

                                        On requesting to either raise a complaint or provide double the refund for wasted energy and time, Mr SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO said that they cannot give double refund. When I asked to raise a complaint, he called me on the phone and asked to try to understand the situation. He kept stalling to waste more of my time. Honestly I still don't understand how can Swiggy mistake that an entire restaurant doesn't exist at all at the supposed location. So I asked to raise a complaint again, after which Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO suggested that he can provide the refund and an extra coupon of the same amount as the order to make it a double refund. When I said yes, he stalled a bit more and said that he is processing the refund and the coupon, and suggested that he disconnect the call as they can't hold the call for this long. I accepted to join back to the chat.

                                        Suddenly, Mr. SUJIT KUMAR SAHOO says that he cannot provide the coupon of same amount as order. And, to not waste more of my time, I informed him that I am going to complain about this.

                                        I request you to please take action against this person who manipulated and deceived me on the call stating something and then eventually denying the same. Also, I ask to recieve "atleast INR 2000" as compensation for my wasted time and suffering.
