I ordered from swiggy, at around 7:30 and my money was deducted from my account twice but my order was not placed.It was for Rs 670 and now my account is debited by rs 1340.I want my money back in my account

    I had placed order for 1 kg sweet(kaju katri) and recived different sweet(kalakand). I mailed as well as called Swiggy for order replacement. They denied for same and mentioned that they will share feedback with the restaurant.

      I had joined swiggy last year, due to an I'll health, I was in bed rest with respect to covid19 lockdown, I couldn't participate or engage with swiggy delivery partner app and after one year (present date) as my health condition is good and I am capable of continuing the job, my account ID 1524896 has not been activated and I am not able to connect with any of the customer care representatives. Kindly do provide

        Spillage issue

        So i ordered pizza from my usual pizza place and the pizza had massive spillage issue, I contacted them via the app and the send me directly to mail. Then once i slow them the proof . They tell me no we can't give any form of compensation for it...

          Served Non-Veg Food at place of Vegetarian Order

          I have ordered through Swiggy Order Number[protected], Order was 1 - Non-veg Tandoori Momo and 1 Veg - Steamed Momo.
          Restaurant sent me Non-veg Momo steamed which i ate as i am a vegetarian and ordered veg one for myself, I have highlighted the case to Swiggy support but all they were offering were just apology, I already shared the photo's via swiggy chat support team.

          I want to sue Restaurant as they hurt my sentiments...

          I have not cancelled my order and your delivery boy cancelled the order with self and take the Rs 1534/- grocery to his home and this is very bad service and I need the refund or my order delivery again.

            Food ordered from Sanjos donuts using swiggy app. The item - blueBerry donut is bitter and caused throat irritation immediately. Totally unacceptable. Hence want to file a complaint on both Sanjos donuts and swiggy. Attaching the photos but have the food to test.

              I placed one order worth 332 and had to cancel it later. However, I didn't get any refund.

              I was shown while placing order that refund would be issued if cancelled within 1 minute.

              But despite that, i didn't get any refund. Paid 332 without getting anything. Tried contacting Customer care, but they are not refunding as well.

              Request you to please provide full refund as soon as possible.

                    The delivery boy asked for payment and i payed him online but he said he didn't receive so not to create any problem as he was old i payed him cash and asked him to check properly and pay me back but he haven't paid me yet and i want my money back...even he isn't picking up my call

                              The delivery boy was not able to find the address so the Swiggy executive took me on a conference call and in front of him, the delivery boy started abusing me.

                                I ordered food on swiggy on 31/05/2022 afternoon around 1:15 pm and i also done the payment of Rs 208 for the same. But swiggy had cancelled my order with out proper intimation to me and i got a message stating that refund processed and will be credited in 4-7 working days. I asked the same to them and i asked them to refund amount immediately because its not my mistake and i also told them i don't any other money to order now, but they are not able to do that and while Iam discussing the same with them they forcibly closed the complaint without my concern. Without my mistake why do i have to suffer for food and why do have to park my amount at them.

                                  I ordered a biryani but the biryani variety delivered was wrong. I asked for refund. The refund I asked to be put in a wallet which can be readily used. However, if I try to claim the refund, the wallet (which I came to know is swiggy money) is asking me KYC and further activation. I asked swiggy how the refund went to swiggy money when I have not activated it ?They do not have an answer. I asked refund to my source account. Now swiggy is refusing to do so.

                                  How did refund go into an inactive swiggy money app?
                                  Why is swiggy forcing me to access swiggy wallet ? Is this because they want to capture more data?
