Hello sir im anitha i have ordered food from swiggy on aug 12 for my kid she slept and I cancelled it they said will return the money within 2 business days now im asing they. Were. Saying full amount is for cancellation and they said to mail my complaint to [protected]@swiggy.in no response from them they were replying me rudely in their messages so please take immediate action on them they were faking me full amount is for 172 rupees

    This company is only running a fraud bcz i[censored]re a new user to swiggy, they will not refund you whatsoever. I had ordered veg fried rice nd received non veg item which took my health on a toss, I had an upset stomach for a week nd I could not eat anything else. When I demanded my entire amount back, all they did was issue a coupon of 84/- which is highly stupid bcz I'm a vegetarian nd received non veg. I would not recommend anybody ordering from swiggy or zomato bcz they both r the same. Plz refund me in full back to source bcz I'll not accept this as a compensation. Not just this, all they're sending me is tht they'll forward this feedback to the restaurant, I don't hv to deal with that, u keep doing whatever u wish, just refund me the amount back nd I'll close the account with u.       I made a payment of 744 to swiggy on 14 August 9:26 PM. The amount got debited but order was not placed so I again paid 744 and placed the order. I instantly went to chat support and was told that amount will be credited in my source account in 2 hours as the payment was not received by swiggy. Its been more than 24 hours now. When I went to chat support again, the guy told me that refund has been processed and I need to contact bank. I contacted my bank via call and they asked for ARN number. Swiggy support team told me that they can provide RRN number. What shoyld I fo with this RRN number when the bank is asking for ARN number. Also the bank has clearly stated
      “ We hereby inform you that the transaction initiated by you is a successful transaction at our end.

      Hence request you to please check the same with the beneficiary bank as the funds may be lying at their end.

      For further clarification, please get in touch with the beneficiary bank.

          I am here as a last resort. I'm hoping for a resolution. I'm Natasha from Chennai and this is regarding a recent order on Swiggy (order number : [protected]) through V Cafe - Meals by PVR. To roll back a bit, prior to this I had placed an order from Swiggy with another restaurant. I was issued a food coupon of 488 as compensation since it was cash on delivery. Had it been any other mode of payment I would have got my money to my source account. Since it was COD they gave me a coupon. Still it's my money. Now coming to this order, during check out I made use of this coupon for Rs.488 and I had to pay an additional sum of Rs. 90. Upon receiving the order I noticed that the items were different from what I ordered and one was missing. As any customer would I seeked the support of Swiggy Help. The executive Shiwani Kumari was extremely rude and unprofessional. She took her own sweet time to reply to each query and my request fell on deaf ears. First she promised a replacement. Later she said that it's not possible which I can understand if the restaurant is not available to process that. It took quite a while for her convey that btw. However my genuine request was to help with the compensation if a replacement is not viable. For a person who suffered a mishap in her previous order and was given a coupon and I use that up, but it's still my money. But she was reluctant to read through my replies and was pasting the templates given to her over and again. I requested a call or a supervisor to help me out because for a sum of Rs.578 if I'm being offered Rs.30 that is ridiculous. Funny thing is I hear that's the best they could offer. Then she bumped it up to Rs. 90 then further to Rs. 300.when I declined and requested a supervisor she refused either call up and clarify nor transfer the chat. I requested to transfer the chat or if I can speak with someone so many times. She ignored all of my responses. I had to constantly repeat myself. I was appalled to see that she terminated the chat and sent the coupon of Rs. 30 without my consent. UNPROFESSIONAL. I initiated the chat again where Binayak was kind enough to call me and hear my concern. He had transferred the chat to escalation desk which was handled by Subhakant. Though he was polite and professional to apologize for the circumstances unfortunately they were not able to help. So I was told that since Shiwani had initiated the wrong coupon they cannot do anything further. But he assured to escalate this and share the feedback to the executive. I see it this way. The executive Shiwani was unprofessional and triggered a wrong coupon without my consent purposefully and now I have to run around for my money. My hard earned money. This is preposterous. Executives ought to understand the customer and respect us just as much as we respect them. I have given rave reviews to some executives in the past who were extremely helpful. This is the worst experience with Swiggy. Bad customer service. I wasted 2 hours on chat right from 11pm to 1am. Quite honestly to err is human. But isn't that why they should seek the customers consent before making any changes to the account or triggering any request? Even if some executive triggered a wrong coupon intentionally or unintentionally, there should be an option to fix it. Why should the customer suffer for this?

          The last thing from Subhakant was that the feedback would be shared to the executive and respective team would hopefully reach our to me for a compensation however he was uncertain if it would be possible.
          I humbly request that customers be treated right when this is a service industry and not have them suffer for choosing Swiggy over other apps. I am hoping that this will be addressed and that I would receive the full compensation on the order Rs.578
          I am also requesting the support team to screen the executives and train them to handle the customers in professional manner. Hoping that this will not go unheard and that some one would reach out to me. Thanks in advance.

                Swiggy order no. #[protected]

                I have place order at 13th Aug 2022, 8:13 pm. The restaurant has confirmed my order and was preparing it. I sensed a delay and started following the order status with swiggy executive. I have been waiting for more than 1 hr and I receive a call saying that one of my item is out of stock and asking my consent to cancel the order. Even after repeatedly asking why I wasn't notified before, I didn't get any proper response. If they have cancelled the order by 8:15, I would have ordered the food through other source. I am left with no food and the order was cancelled at[protected], 21:40. There was no remorse or owning the mistake from the SWIGGY executives.

                  I have ordered total of eight products on instamart for which amount is rs 793.15

                  Out of which i have received only 3 items in which one of the total quantity i added was two but received only one which the value of items i received was only rs 236

                  When I take it to the swiggy customer support executive they said that their "hands are tied" so they said to write email to the swiggy stores and the solution will given within 24-48 hours
                  I have written the mail and I was waiting for a response but no mail received from the swiggy.

                  So again i went to help desk and and about this they said that the concerned department has "denied my claim"

                  I was really annoyed with the response i argued and again the are saying to write an email to the swiggy stores
                  Like a copy paste text

                  Usually when like this issue happens they will ask for the photo of the package received but this they didn't asked. It feels like they are never refund the money from the beginning itself.

                  Such worst experience from swiggy

                  I am cheated for the first time by swiggy

                    I have received damaged products and Swiggy denied refund as well replacement. They said they will share feedback internally but they cannot do anything about it. So unltimately consumer is forced to accept it.

                      I placed a food order on Swiggy app on 11/08/2022 at 11:37PM. After sometimes it was marked as delivered on swiggy app but it was neither received by me nor my family members. I raised this issue with swiggy customer services but they refused to do the resolution.

                        Hi team,
                        I was facing issue with order delivery I have contacted support of Swiggy and mr. Nikhil from there assured that he will provide a refund once food delivered but after the food delivered he is not replying and when I informed about quality of food he is asking for 12hrs of time and asking for email. This is a serious fake service by Swiggy.

                            I order from swiggy, firstly i got bad food and when i complaint for that they have not solved. Even when I raise issue in help section one of there Service provider Ms. Kajal treated very badly.

                              I have ordered a chocolate belgium cake yesterday. Order id is[protected].
                              The cake was delivered twice by the baker and was completely ruined both the times.
                              And tried to blame deliver partner, but the cake was uncooked and there is no fault of delivery partner at all.
                              Yesterday at 11.30 cake it has arrived. Celebration was ruined, my 4 hrs has been wasted by your customer support executive.
                              In every 10 mins, customer support executive has been changed.
                              Totally unethical and unprofessional behaviour was shown by your side.
                              Not able to resolve this issue.
                              After 45 mins, call has been disconnected and then there is no call back till now. I also realised the call was not toll free, swiggy didn't bother to call from their end to resolve a issue.
                              Just tell me what steps should be taken by me against you guys.

                              I have tried to contact the customer care executive, they just told me to do the mail on the email id. And there is no reply on my email as i have sent them 4-5 emails within 3 days. And they always told me our email team will reply to you over there.
                              Today, after three days I connected with their escalation desk manager and she clearly told me " I just recheck from my end and we will not be able to provide any compensation for the hassel you faced". These are her words and she just closed the conversation without asking me.
                              I am attaching the image of the cake which i have recived.

                                The delivery person is a thief definitely stealing and marked that the product was delivered
                                I was tracking the order and as soon as it said delivery had been made I called him
                                As is visible in the call details
                                This man misbehaved with me
                                On constantly asking if he was from Swiggy he disconnected saying it was wrong number
                                But this was the number provided by Swiggy on top of the order
                                After that one call this man didn't receive any of my call

                                I RECEIVED NO SINGLE CALL AND NO ORDER 😞
                                Since last morning I have been struggling running from pillar to post asking on the app help support they are telling me to mail on this email id
                                I made whole payment in advance
                                This is proper stealing

                                I CAN'T SEE LOSING MONEY LIKE THIS
                                PLEASE 🙏 HELP
                                I am not lying and I want my money back
                                After 20 mails too they say my claim cannot be validated

                                        Yesterday on 9th of august 2022, I placed an order of ₹620 using online payment at around 6:30pm, I did not receive an order by around 8:15pm then I got a call through Swiggy and delivery partner like he is not able to find location, which is a lie, as per my login system he was not reach to exact location, was far bar 100 to 200 meter, then I instructed on call to him couple of times but he refused to come, Then swiggy team cancelled order at their end and charged full amount without any refund or any delivery.
                                        My order id: #[protected]
                                        Please check the attachment he was not reach the location. Also I have placed numerous order on the same address previously, one on 8th of august too, but non of the delivery guy had problem. And more thing I live in a very famous township life republic whose address is easily available, also in every corner direction board and security guards are there to instruct. It can easily see the delivery either ate our food or was planning to eat as pizza hut was not going to get it back. Swiggy agent was also not helpful he was not saying to delivery partner to deliver order, instead he cancelled order without my concern and that cost me of ₹620.
                                        So, my request is to give me full refund and take strong action against this delivery partner and swiggy agent.
