    I've shared the proof with them paytm upi screenshot even after getting it they are not admitting their mistake and telling me to talk to bank regarding it I've wasted awful lot of time in it

          Hi, I was placing an order on June 18, 2022 at 6.08 pm (IST) and an amount of INR 343/- was debited from my account. Details are attached. However the order was not completed even though when I made the payment through UPI, it showed that money has been deposited in the recipient account. I had to again place the same order resulting on money being debited from my account twice. I have tried to raise this issue with the customer executives but all they say is that money will be refunded automatically within 2 - 4 hours. It's been more than that. This is not a bank issue as money is already deposited in Swiggy's account and it is the issue at merchant's end that they could not confirm the transaction.

            I had placed a order from swiggy on 3rd of june 2022 but since the food was not available in the restaurant therefore they cancelled my order from there end and i was told I'll get the refund of 384 ruppes in my bank account within 2 hrs. But till now also it's not credited in my bank account on contacting swiggy customer care i was told that the refund was credited on the very same day. They provided a refund id[protected] . I visited bank also and submitted a application for the concern but that also didn't worked. I had paid from my SBI account through Google pay upi.

                I ordered Nissin Korean veg noodles on swiggy instamart but I received Korean chicken noodles, when I complained regarding this they said they couldn't compensate me for the claim, so I once again explained to them why can't they do that as the image and description mention that I received the wrong commodity, but their reply was once the same.

                    I have placed an order on Swiggy for Mehfil restaurant, Banjara hills on Saturday June 17th. The order was prepaid.
                    Paid for 2 chicken biryani full packets. 460/-
                    Received only one packet. Called customer support and written numerous emails. They say they won't refund the amount. Delivery agent number is unreachable. Swiggy has cheated and stolen my money.
                    One full big packet is missing. And they are clearly saying they won't refund the amount, although they have taken it unjustly.
                    Lot of trouble caused by them. Pls help me get my money back. No one is taking responsibility. And they are not giving tje delivery agent number also.

                    Called support team soooo many times, they say only email team handles these cases and email team says they won't give refund. I'm not asking for compensation or something. I'm asking them to return the amount they have taken when they promised to deliver the order.

                        The ordered food was not delivered and it was wrongly mentioned as delivered. This was confirmed by the Swiggy chat representative.

                        I have cancelled the order and you could hear the conversation we had with Swiggy telephone representative on 11june2022 from 10:00pm to 10:25pm. The conversation took place for 25minutes and it was agreed to refund the amount in 2 hours as the mode of payment was by gpay.

                        Attaching the proof of the delivery person and the order cancellation by 9:59pm.

                        It's been 7 days the refund it not received.

                        No Swiggy said they can't refund the money as the case was raised after 5 hours which is totally a wrong statement. I have raised it in 5 minutes and had a conversation with the telephone representative and it was agreed to refund the full money of rs 1868. It's a total cheating from swiggy.

                          Order got cancelled automatically. I got a message that Order got cancelled due to Operational Issues.

                          I raised issue on Swiggy App but got no solution. Seriously this is very bad. I paid Rs340 on June 4. I didn't received my order because it got cancelled. I haven't got my refund yet. Why I wait for money when There is no mistake from my side.

                          I haven't got my refund yet. Its 13 days after order & I haven't received it.

                          Pls give me my money back.

                            The support service is not responding against my complain .they only offered me the coupon of 400.

                              I made an order at 7:32 for 2 Fried rice and 1 Butter chicken, but when i received the order 1 Fried Rice was missing. Raised the complaint and got a call from Swiggy support that they are replicating the order for missing item but i have to pay again for the new order. They also said i would get the refund for the previous order, that of the missing item..But i havent received the refund. Swiggy support is not interested in resolving my complaint and they are asking for 48 hours. As i am not ready to wait for 48 hours for something that has happened due to the fault of Swiggy i am registering this complaint for quick resolution.

                                  While ordering biryani from a restaurant, in payment page it showed save your card details, then I clicked it after 5 sec of processing then the same payment page came then I executed my order with only one OTP. then while receiving my order the delivery executive bought me two same parcel from same restaurant, only then I came to know that I placed two order one which I ordered with offers applied and the other which was executed without offer and without OTP. it was there app mistake if order is placed it should have shown me..but once again showed me the same payment page..then how will I know about order position..then I raised the issue with swiggy..they said refund amount is iniated..will credit within 7 days..but this is 10 days..now they are asking for bank statement..i already explained them and they told that they have initiated refund but suddenly.. behaviour like this..so kindly take this issue seriously..it's all hard earned money..hope I get a help

                                    Hi, I faced this situation June 15 2022, first and foremost the food ordered from the Restaurant Named Akshara was Mytton biryani for which they gave Chicken biryani and charged Rs425.Apsrt from that the delivery guy was very rude and using foul languages..

                                    It is best to collectively file a complaint to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and get these baaastardds the founders and top management of @swiggy behind bars and get them caned to death!

                                      I have ordered food at 9 38pm but not received till 10 30pm and i tried to call delivery man but no response and after that i received call that my order was mistaken by other food delivery man so he said shall i replace the order sure it will receive in 38 mins so i said okay but no response till 11 30pm.

                                        I have ordered Ice Cream on Swiggy on 14th June'22.The delivery partner contacted me to inform that my address was incorrect. But the Swiggy app showed correct address only. Moreover, another delivery was completed 30 mins before by Swiggy on same address. The customer care executive contacted me and stated that the delivery partner has denied to deliver as my address is more that 2 Kms away. This statement is also incorrect as the concerned Food outlet is only 1.6km walking distance from my residence.
                                        After this the customer care representative cancelled my order and the entire order amount was forfeited as cancellation fee. This act is not acceptable as the fault was with Swiggy application and I should not be penalised for a system failure. Also, Swiggy has collected a tax amount from me and that was also forfeited as cancellation fee, which is a criminal offence and hence, not acceptable. The order details are enclosed here and the address shown in the screenshot is my correct address . Upon discussion with Swiggy representative, they informed that they will not reverse the cancellation charges. I request the consumer forum to support me to get back the cancellation fee along with harassment charges.
