I am swiggy regular customer when i order any food in night they are sending uncooked food. now some items are missing (thumsup & mirchi ka salan and raitha) sent half cooked food.

Customer care doesn't respond they say to do mail and mail team also dont respond neither solve my issue fake service

After writing so much mail to swiggy support they reply to me, unknown reason your account has been suspended i ask reason why my account has been suspend they tell me i ddnt know we cannot help . i also have swiggy money in my account. Yesterday on 9th of august 2022, I placed an order of ₹620 using online payment at around 6:30pm, I did not receive an order by around 8:15pm then I got a call through Swiggy and delivery partner like he is not able to find location, which is a lie, as per my login system he was not reach to exact location, was far bar 100 to 200 meter, then I instructed on call to him couple of times but he refused to come, Then swiggy team cancelled order at their end and charged full amount without any refund or any delivery.

Please check the attachment he was not reach the location. Also I have placed numerous order on the same address previously, one on 8th of august too, but non of the delivery guy had problem. And more thing I live in a very famous township life republic whose address is easily available, also in every corner direction board and security guards are there to instruct. It can easily see the delivery either ate our food or was planning to eat as pizza hut was not going to get it back. Swiggy agent was also not helpful he was not saying to delivery partner to deliver order, instead he cancelled order without my concern and that cost me of ₹620.
So, my request is to give me full refund and take strong action against this delivery partner and swiggy agent.

I have placed an order worth around Rs. 1500 in Swiggy instamart on 31st July but the order is not delivered to me. When I reached the support team via chat and email but still i have found no resolution to my concern. Support team has closed my concern with out even inquiring the problem, they have a template to respond and close the ticket.

Is it not the Swiggy responsibility to at least deliver the order which has been placed on their app.

I had received a repacked order which was delivered incorrectly to someone else who had opened, consumed and was taken back by the delivery boy and repacked to deliver me. Had to chat with the swiggy customer care dor 1hr 30mins to make them understand the issue and issue a refund. Swiggy customer care is disgusting and unsuportive with no calling number.

Hi, l have made an order in swiggy on dated Aug 6, 2022.
Order delivery have taken 1.30 hrs to receive the food. After this much delay what I received is a rotten food.
I tried to communicate the customer service team on raising a help ticket. But response as no refund would be initiated..
This is not fair, we are trusting swiggy and we are making order thru your platform. Receiving un quality food and asking to eat is truly unethical.kindly have a look and process the refund.

I placed an order for my parents at 6.15pm on 7th Aug in swiggy app.. order was taken and it was confirmed that my order will be delivered within 7pm..now it is getting delayed and swiggy person is claiming that he is on the way to deliver another order and it will take another 20min to deliver my order which is 30min above the given commitment...my parents are moving out of station and they need to leave now..we are really pissed off ..this is not first time happening in swiggy..if they are delivering multiple orders, they could have informed us while booking the order stating this will take time..we could have made alternate plan..request you to take strict action on this..

Delivery Executive without called me delivered order at wrong address. When I was trying to customer care, they are not even considering my genuine problem. I had no choice than complaining here.

I ordered Heena and milk and heena and received cold drink and bread and when I connected to customer care they say to wait for 6 hrs. I have ordered online food from Hira sweets via Swiggy on 04/08/2022 with Order id[protected]. With repeated requests Swiggy has refused to provide the complete GST bill with below response. Being a customer I felt cheated as I am not getting GST bill neither from Swiggy nor from HIRA sweets.

Hi dear, they are selling the product more than MRP.

The MRP is Rs.116, but they sold for me at Rs.127

Not delivered my food... I'm a swiggy one customer also... It's not only first time... It's repeating it... I order some foods but delivery person not delivered and i contact support team they are not provide responsible answer at the same time they are cancelled my order without informing me...

Today I ordered food from swiggy at 8.30 pm and waiting for that till 9 pm but swiggy cancelled the ordere before it delivered. I am hungry and starving. But swiggy didn't understand that. So I am filling complaint against that.

I paid swiggy using request payment to upi id option, my payment has gone through but order not registered

Some other person is using my email id and I want you to change it for me
