I ordered Kadhai paneer from a restaurant through Swiggy. When I ate paneer, I realised that food was stale. I immediately notified swiggy and they sent me a compensation of 84 rupees. I told them that it’s not about the compensation. My father developed fever the next day after eating that rotten food. They didn’t take any action against the restaurant nor they contacted the restaurant. They kept on saying we can’t do anything about it.

    I ordered Sweets from Dwarka Sweets through Swiggy (Kala Jamun, Kharvas, BaluShahi and Pedha). Order ID[protected] dated 27 June 2022.

    I received all items ordered whereas Kharvas was completely frozen and Balushahi was completely dried usually it is dipped in sugar pulp for sweetness. Both the items seem to be kept for long time or may be stale.

    Upon complaining everyone is apologizing for inconvenience but what about my hard earned money which I spent.

    Why do we lose money because Swiggy cannot control their hotel partners. Swiggy charge us convenience fees. Then why don't they compensate us for inconvenience caused due to them.

    The money which we spent has to be returned with the compensation of inconvenience caused to us.

    There is no solution with customer care. They feel as if they are doing favour on us by providing their services. We pay you for the services we take. So you also need to compensate if you are unable to deliver proper services.

      I placed an order twice for the same order for food on 24th May 2022 7:44 pm and 7:45 pm, but the order didn't go through. The money got deducted twice from my Paytm Upi account. I received refund for only one. I've been trying to make this understand to every customer help executive but they keep brushing it off saying we've made it from our side. Sometimes they say it's an error from our side we've made a ticket and raised an issue regarding the same. But I haven't received anything. The amount was 960 rupees.

      Then again on 24th June 2022 12:11 pm, I placed an order on instamart. The order didn't take place. But I didn't receive any refund for the order. Nor was a refund processed on my swiggy account. I contacted swiggy executive they said we've refunded and gave me a UPI Id to contact my bank. I paid 1349 rupees.
      I don't know who's fault this is. But I want my money back.

          I'm a simple and honest consumer. I ordered Rs.971 worth of stuff from Swiggy Instamart on 28/6/22 around 3PM and my order was incorrectly marked as delivered.

          I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.

          Moreover, I didn't receive a single call from the delivery person. I tried calling him but his phone was switched off.

          I tried contacting a multitude of Swiggy's customer service agents, who just kept closing the chat without actually resolving my issue.

          One simple phone call with the delivery agent or a check by his immediate superior would've resolved this issue. I kept trying for more than 6 hours for the issue to be resolved and to atleast get my money back but to no avail.

          I AM REQUESTING A REFUND.

          Please give me back my money. I do not wish to make any purchases from Swiggy again. This has been a very disheartening and disappointing experience. You should not be cheating people out of their hard earned money. I would be happy to provide any further details regarding the order if my money can be dutifully returned. Thanks

            I have purchased a multipacks biscuits but not only i received wrong order but the quantity and weight was not similar. Swiggy Instamart is cheating people do not buy the product from them. They do not have a customer care and will only assure you that your complaint is being processed. They cheat people

              Swiggy has to refund me 372 rs. which they haven't done so. I claim they have refunded. Even after so many conversations and mailing them my bank statement they still say me to contact the bank even if it's their problem to solve. Still, I contacted the bank and the bank also said that the money hasn't been credited. So now swiggy is also not cooperating nor returning my money. I have no option but to raise a complaint. I need my money back as soon as possible.

                See june 13 of this month I ordered grocery from Instamart the order id[protected] after giving every details of the order history and after begging so many times there refund me 440rs actually I have to get 883rs but there are saying we can't help more then this but there said that next time it will not happen again with u and I said my money get block I need my money back means there are not agreeing with me saying only one word sorry means sorry nothing more than that word

                  See my name is akshay I have working with swiggy since almost 5 years and our managers are not at all solving the issue raise by me it's taking long time oresle saying that there is no vacancy to change shift and I am sincerely speaking nowdays our company is be having with old partners which Is totally depends on only swiggy giving very late orders and making as wait so much for getting new orders and same new riders are getting back to back orders why company is doing this cheap thing with old riders I don't know and much to say about this company but if this gets solve means enough for me and after complaining so many I am not getting any response then forcefully I have to take this action sir.                       OFF late it has been very poor service from your team
                      Today I had an order delivered from Perambur Sri Srinivasa Sweets and Savories. the order was delayed (for whatsoever reasons). The delivery guy said he had another delivery that he had to deliver which caused the delay.
                      Even though I had to convince myself of the delay, the delivery guy opened his scooter storage area and amidst his dirty clothes (which he was using to clean his vehicle) was my food spread across. He was gathering the food shabily from his scooter storage area and was putting them back into the cover to deliver to me. Further, the swiggy delivery bag was in the front and was empty! He could have left them there, rather than throwing them down amongst his cleaning cloth and NEVER cleaned scooter storage box.
                      I complained about this to your team who said send us an email and we will look at this in 8 - 10 hrs. I tell them are you not bothered about me and my family starving for today, the response is meticulously that we would try to avoid this for the future. What about today - are you guys not bothered?
                      The service team has no empathy even if we starve for the day. they are very cool to tell us to wait for 10hrs for resolution. Isnt that great?

                      I ask for cancellation of my membership so that I get my money back the team says that I will loose money on the free upgrade that they had given me earlier from Swiggy Super to Swiggy one. So effectivly will not get money back!!!

                        I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken Manchurian and they delivered veg fried rice and chilli chicken or maybe it's Manchurian I don't know, I never had Manchurian like this before. well, they delivered wrong bowl. This is totally resturent fault but swiggy supporting the mistakes.

                        This is not first time, I ordered one muborg and combo from wow! momo and they didn't send one muborg and I got damaged momo box with damaged momo. I complained about it and customer executive ignored and said i can't do nothing. why swiggy scamming. I never expected from swiggy like this. and this kind of thing.

                          I have ordered William Lawson's Blended Scotch Whiskey on Swiggy on 25.06.2022, where they displayed its MRP as Rs. 1640 on which they added Rs. 5 for Carrybag Charge + Delivery Fee of Rs. 180 = Rs. 1825/- (Total Amount Charged by Swiggy from me). When I received the item then the MRP on the item is printed as Rs. 1350/- instead of Rs. 1640/-. Therefore, on this basis they are showing MRP as Rs. 1640/- which is Rs. 290 more than the actual MRP of Rs. 1350/-. What I see on TV and what I read on Newspaper regarding consumer education on the basis of the same, it is evident no one can display MRP more than the actual MRP.

                          I am raising voice for all those customers who are getting cheated like this on daily basis.

                                    Surbhi Sweets & Snacks, Kasturba Main Road, Borivali East Restaurant is misleading and charging twice the amount per order. I called the restaurant directly to find out the quantity per order and they misguided us by telling 2 pieces per order. They misguided us on the quantity per order actually and charging us twice the rate confirmed over phone per order. I had a long call with swiggy representative but swiggy decided to issue coupon in a very round about manner instead of simple refund that too of half the excess amount charged.

                                      Ordered food. Delivery partner collected the food but didn’t move. Tried chatting with him, no response. Had to cancel the order as nothing was happening - Swiggy charged cancellation fee.
