      Hi I have ordered from instamart, payed via Cred through my Credit card, my account has been debited with the amount but on swiggy it is not shown as transaction history and also order has not been placed, no history regarding the order is seen on the application

        I had ordered from a restaurant (order number[protected] and the service was faulty. They forgot some of my orders. I informed customer care also with pictures. They then gave me a coupon worth 80rs and they said I can use it for my next orders.

        After 2-3 days when I wanted to order from some restaurant from swiggy i tried using the code but it was not working. I tried contacting the customer care regarding this and they said they can't do anything about it.

        One of the customer care said he has informed his seniors but he doesn't know what will be the solution and how they are gonna give me a solution.

        I informed 4-5 customer care executives waited for almost 4 days and still no solution has been given. Every time a new customer care executive comes and ask me to explain the issue and do nothing about it. The chat is then transferred to some other customer care executive and same thing continue.

            On 8th May I had placed an order and cancelled which costs 676 it is 26th May and I didn't receive my refund yet I have visited the bank and the statement doesn't shows that there is a refund done from Swiggy this is so frustrating to keep roaming around for my own money

              I ordered 3 items from swiggy with order id as[protected] on 24 May 2022 and one of the item was missing choclate mousse even restraunt accepted that they missed to send the order and told me that swiggy didnt even contacted with them. Swiggy is telling they investigated and they can just forward my feedback and cant compensate. But I need my amount back.

                I contact swiggy to deliver some of my stuff by their genie service. Swiggy guy came n picked up my stuff and left for the delivery. His name was also displaying in swiggy app. After 20 minutes another guy came n asked for my stuff but i told him that someone from swiggy came n picked up the order but now nobody is answerable for my product as it was not delivered. I have contacted many times but found no solution. Its a big threats if someone pick up our stuff and shows in the app that its delivered but you don't get it then what is the solution. I am raising a big problem

                  I ordered " Organic Moong Dal by Organeekz ". I was about to use it, But when I saw the Manufacturing date, it is written 23/12/20. And Best Before date is 22/06/20. How's this even possible. There's no clarity about manufacturing date & Expiry date. So how can I eat this product ! I'm totally shocked.

                  Please refund my money to the "Source Account".
                  Please do the needful at earliest.

                    I ordered a biryani but the biryani variety delivered was wrong. I asked for refund. The refund I asked to be put in a wallet which can be readily used. However, if I try to claim the refund, the wallet (which I came to know is swiggy money) is asking me KYC and further activation. I asked swiggy how the refund went to swiggy money when I have not activated it ?They do not have an answer. I asked refund to my source account. Now swiggy is refusing to do so.

                    How did refund go into an inactive swiggy money app?
                    Why is swiggy forcing me to access swiggy wallet ? Is this because they want to capture more data?

                        I ordered from instamart swiggy and made the payment from Google Pay. The payment has been debited from my account and Ive received the message from my bank account. But instamart has not placed the order neither it shows any order history.

                          Such a fraud company, I ordered rockin roll from pizza hut on 24th may, when the delivery came... I received chicken pasta... I called the restaurant but they didn't picked up, I complained about it to swiggy customer care... Those people are so disrespectful without solving my problem, they closed the chat seconds after taking about feedbacks and stuffs... Which are basically of no use... Tho it was just 150 rs, but these guys didn't even tried to resolve my issue or ask me if I can get a compensation or replacement or something.

                            My order has not delivered but i received a message saying order delivered.when i tried calling the delivery executive he didnt pick it up and then blocked my number. i made a online payment of worth 265 rs. Kindly look into it and PROVIDE MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                            also, this is the second time this has happened, now i have to say that the swiggy is not safe anymore.
                            i am attaching the screenshot of the order that i did and also my phone call logs in which i called him about 10 times. The name of the delivery agent is vishal jatav and his number is [protected]

                                My order no is[protected].I received food from Wow Momo, but the food quality was not good. Received burger without bun and there was weird smell from the food. If I would have consumed the food, it would effect my health, I could fall sick after having the food. I want refund as I could not have the food.

                                  Have received the ordered cake in a very pathetic manner wherein the cake is completely destroyed, picture of the same is attached for your ready reference.

                                  Moreover while raising the issue on the chat and mail, they have just noted it down as a feedback, however just a feedback will not solve my problem.

                                  Have spend 846 on this order and its a complete waste.

                                  This is really not expected out of Swiggy.

                                  Request you to kindly help me with the refund for this order.

                                  Looking to hear a positive resolution on the same.

                                      I had ordered food from Restaurant The chef located in katni MP, through swiggy, First i emphasised that quantity is too less as per the price, as it was 1.75 pieces of potato for Rs. 255 and it was no where mentioned in in the menu that 2 pieces will be provided then I contacted swiggy to take this order back and give the money back so they insisted that kindly please coupon of Rs 39 then i tried to touch the food but it was completely raw...

                                      I contacted the customer care (chat) once the ETA was over. I was informed that the delivery partner is on the way and will be delivering shortly. After about 4-5 mins the customer support executive informed that the order had been delivered. I did not receive the order and immediately responded to the customer support executive informing him about it. They tried calling the delivery partner, but he didnt respond. I was asked to contact the delivery partner. I did it, but no response from the delivery partner.
                                      Thereafter, I got the most bizzare reply from the customer support executive, stating that I needed to send an email for this issue and expect a reply within the next 10-12 hours. Seriously ! This was unbelievable.
                                      Further, i called up the customer care centre, explained the whole situation and got the same reply. It was quite unbelievable that Swiggy expects a customer to wait for their response for 10-12 hours in such cases, where the order has not been delivered but updated in the app as delivered. If I want to have a product now, what's the point of getting it (or rather a template response) after 10-12 hours ?
                                      Note- A similar situation took place in the afternoon, today itself (Order #[protected], where wrong items were delivered. The customer care couldnt do anything. The email support team shared a template email. I was only assured that a STRONG FEEDBACK has been forwarded to tue concerned department so that such instances are not repeated in the future. I couldn't get what i had ordered nor did i receive the refund for the same. I dont think you've learnt from the previous issues.

                                      Observation - your handle is named as SwiggyCares. do you really CARE ? There is something not correct going on inside your company.
