Experience relates to the behaviour of the swiggy delivery man today 25th April'2022. I was shouted upon, threatened along with my old parents & my wife by this swiggy delivery executive by the name of Anil. He seemed to be drunk, definitely looked intoxicated & high.

He seemed so aggressive that he could have physically assaulted me including my old parents & my wife. All o[censored]s including my neighbours tried to pacify him but he definitely did not seem to be anyway human.

When the issue was raised with customer support team- Krishna was the name of the Customer support staff, he also did not seem to be supportive. Though he said he would connect the call with his manager, the manager seemed to be extremely busy to come on the call.

    Hi I have ordered from instamart, payed through Google pay, my account has been debited with the amount but onswiggy it is not shown as transaction history and also order has not been placed, no history regarding the order is seen on the application

      We had order 2 portion Pulao at 1:30 pm .But it delivered at 3:20 pm with pathetic food quality as pulao by totally dry.The food was totally cold.

          Bad quality meat from Swiggy Instamart

          Address: Bangalore

          This is a query regarding an order from Instamart. I ordered "Nandu's classic goat curry cut" but the quality was very bad and there was a rancid smell. This is a health hazard and I'm not sure how Nando's and Swiggy absolutely have no regards for the customer's health. Can you please look into this and issue me a refund at the earliest?

          Hi i made a payment to swiggy instamart thru phone pe coz that is my usual mode of payment. However I recieved the message that the amount has debited from bank's end but since there is no order in the swiggy instamart app that means they made either a fraud on the app with their phone pe id or there is some issue. The UTR number is[protected].Can you please help in getting the amount refunded. I have already sent a complaint to swiggy and i have got a ticket opened with them.             I order on swiggy instamart. Order no.[protected]. My rasmalai pack seal was open, rasmalai was fully frozen, rasmalai already eaten and box was damaged totally. When i check with delivery agent Roushan chowdhary - [protected], he was abusive.
            Pathetic service by swiggy. Without checking they deliver bad quality.

                  Every time I place an order on instamart the payment has to be done multiple times as the swiggy payment system doesn’t recognise the transaction but the amount gets debited from my end and then I have to wait for 2 weeks to get a refund. Why is this happening?

                  I placed an order on 3rd of april ( order #[protected] for ₹352, the payment had to be made twice as the swiggy payment system couldn’t detect the 1st transaction even tho it was debited from my a/c, then customer service asked me to wait for 5-7 days and today being the 22nd of april I still have not received my refund.

                  I contacted them on the 6th day and I was promised within 2 hours I will receive my refund but nothing was done, then I contacted them on the 7th day and again I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours. It’s been 19 days today how many more days should I wait? Other apps provide instant refunds and why is that swiggy is not doing the same even tho it’s an error on their end.

                  I have reached out to the customer care executives daily since and explained the same situation multiple times and got scripted responses like “we apologise” etc. but my issue remains unresolved.

                  I was asked to share my bank statements to prove my claim, which I’ve sent to the email id provided by Swiggy. Forget a response, I have not received an acknowledgement of the email I sent including bank statement which is private information.

                  I am not sure if they would even bother to reply here as I think they have lost all sense of customer service, all they do is sugarcoat their automated responses.

                  I suggestion all be very very cautious dealing with swiggy. I have decided not to use instamart, unless adequately compensated not just for the refund, but also for the harassment I have been subject to.

                  I have sent them a screenshot of everything I’ve mentioned here including the fake promises made by their executives daily, but they are least bothered I guess. This is looting.

                      I had ordered 3 items from swiggy, the order was placed successfully and I had done the payment too, the delivery guy marked the order delivered, whereas I haven't received it yet. Kindly deliver the order as soon as possible, I had fixed the slot, but the order is 1 week late already. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Either deliver the products or do the refund but take action immediately.

                        First they delayed my order without informing me and when i report the issue they offer me 34 rs coupon and my order was delayed by nearly an hour and when i ask to talk with their supervisor he isn’t available they said and then they delivered in 1 hour 20 min later when i ordered my food and they delivered wrong food item and then i went to swiggy to conplain and talk to agent they didn’t connect me to one instead of that they told me to wait 6-8hours till we emailed you

                            SUB : REFUND FOR MY ORDER PLACED WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED

                            This is to inform you that I have ordered kwality walls ice-cream through SWIGGY on 17/04/2022 . I have selected the address from swiggy app which has already been saved.

                            The first order no was order[protected] which was cancelled by your delivery partner since he was not able to find the location.

                            I called your customer care no and the customer care person told me that she will put a replacement order order no[protected] . But I clearly mentioned her to call the new delivery partner assigned to be sure with the address. But the same thing happened that this partner also couldn't find the location and he cancelled the order.

                            No new address was given

                            I wanted the delivery on the address given while ordering.

                            Please look into this matter seriously and make my refund immediately befor I take any stern decision .

                                  I ordered liquor from swiggy wine section . The amount got deducted but order was not placed. I tried it 5 times, 4 times through phone pe and once through net banking. Through this INR 1850 got debited from my account but everytime order got failed. Not I haven't recieved my money back from swiggy, they are not even responding. I want my INR 1850.
