I ordered food on swiggy on 31/05/2022 afternoon around 1:15 pm and i also done the payment of Rs 208 for the same. But swiggy had cancelled my order with out proper intimation to me and i got a message stating that refund processed and will be credited in 4-7 working days. I asked the same to them and i asked them to refund amount immediately because its not my mistake and i also told them i don't any other money to order now, but they are not able to do that and while Iam discussing the same with them they forcibly closed the complaint without my concern. Without my mistake why do i have to suffer for food and why do have to park my amount at them.

    I ordered a biryani but the biryani variety delivered was wrong. I asked for refund. The refund I asked to be put in a wallet which can be readily used. However, if I try to claim the refund, the wallet (which I came to know is swiggy money) is asking me KYC and further activation. I asked swiggy how the refund went to swiggy money when I have not activated it ?They do not have an answer. I asked refund to my source account. Now swiggy is refusing to do so.

    How did refund go into an inactive swiggy money app?
    Why is swiggy forcing me to access swiggy wallet ? Is this because they want to capture more data?

          Order picked by delivery partner and Then he never moved while Swiggy team keep pushing me to cancel the order. Swiggy has many incident similar in past but because of their negligence they haven’t put any system in place to handle such issues. The company has been making consumer suffer due to their management doesn’t have a system in place. They need to be penalised for this.

              I ordered food from Swiggy on May 8, it was some fries, burgers and chicken nuggets. Buns of the burgers were completely soggy and the patty was cold and smelly and not properly heated. Not even able to chew it properly. Fries were cold. The chicken used in chicken nuggets literally smelled like it had been left out for days and were very old. My mother started vomiting after eating one piece of nugget just because she wanted to try it. I had to throw the whole food away because I was worried about getting food poisoning. I wrote the complaint to Swiggy customer care and I received a call from Swiggy Executive who got McDonald's Executive on call, after 10 minutes of conversation McDonald's executive said he can provide me a replacement or if I want a refund, I have to ask the Swiggy for it because it's a 3rd party things and Swiggy will initiate refund. On the conference call with McDonald's executive, Swiggy executive said she will tell her accounts team to initiate refund at the earliest. I had a feeling that they might refuse it later on so I asked her specifically on call because I know it must have been recorded, I told her if they are going to refuse the refund later on I'd rather take replacement right now but she assured me not to worry and her team will initiate the refund at the earliest. Then few days passed and I mailed them asking them my refund status and so they refused to make refund and honor their word. Now it's been almost one month and I am losing my patience. Their executive reply every Friday that they won't refund even though I have shared with them the screenshot of the call. I could have gotten the replacement instead of refund but THEIR executive said they will SURELY initiate refund at the earliest. This is not ₹100-₹200 order it was an order of almost ₹1000. It's my hard earned money. It makes me furious that Swiggy is refusing to honor their word. I have asked them to call me several times but still they keep copy pasting the same stuff. I want my refund at the earliest.

                I have ordered 2 products in swiggy instamart.. I have received expired Aashirvaad aata. It is expired 20 days back. I really wonder how bad the quality check team in their mart. And how dare they can supply an expired product. And how do they keep expired products in their mart. This is really unfair. The order number is[protected]. Order placed on 27th May2022.

                  I ordered a pizza worth 321/- today. While i was waiting for the order, swiggy cancelled the order citing they tried to reach me multiple times. I received a message from swiggy that they are unable to reach at 2:40 Pm. I started to call at 2:41 Pm. Then they cancelled the ordered and also mentioned that no refund will be provided.                         Hi I have ordered from instamart, payed via Cred through my Credit card, my account has been debited with the amount but on swiggy it is not shown as transaction history and also order has not been placed, no history regarding the order is seen on the application

                          I had ordered from a restaurant (order number[protected] and the service was faulty. They forgot some of my orders. I informed customer care also with pictures. They then gave me a coupon worth 80rs and they said I can use it for my next orders.

                          After 2-3 days when I wanted to order from some restaurant from swiggy i tried using the code but it was not working. I tried contacting the customer care regarding this and they said they can't do anything about it.

                          One of the customer care said he has informed his seniors but he doesn't know what will be the solution and how they are gonna give me a solution.

                          I informed 4-5 customer care executives waited for almost 4 days and still no solution has been given. Every time a new customer care executive comes and ask me to explain the issue and do nothing about it. The chat is then transferred to some other customer care executive and same thing continue.

                              On 8th May I had placed an order and cancelled which costs 676 it is 26th May and I didn't receive my refund yet I have visited the bank and the statement doesn't shows that there is a refund done from Swiggy this is so frustrating to keep roaming around for my own money

                                I ordered 3 items from swiggy with order id as[protected] on 24 May 2022 and one of the item was missing choclate mousse even restraunt accepted that they missed to send the order and told me that swiggy didnt even contacted with them. Swiggy is telling they investigated and they can just forward my feedback and cant compensate. But I need my amount back.

                                  I contact swiggy to deliver some of my stuff by their genie service. Swiggy guy came n picked up my stuff and left for the delivery. His name was also displaying in swiggy app. After 20 minutes another guy came n asked for my stuff but i told him that someone from swiggy came n picked up the order but now nobody is answerable for my product as it was not delivered. I have contacted many times but found no solution. Its a big threats if someone pick up our stuff and shows in the app that its delivered but you don't get it then what is the solution. I am raising a big problem

                                    I ordered " Organic Moong Dal by Organeekz ". I was about to use it, But when I saw the Manufacturing date, it is written 23/12/20. And Best Before date is 22/06/20. How's this even possible. There's no clarity about manufacturing date & Expiry date. So how can I eat this product ! I'm totally shocked.

                                    Please refund my money to the "Source Account".
