I contacted the customer care (chat) once the ETA was over. I was informed that the delivery partner is on the way and will be delivering shortly. After about 4-5 mins the customer support executive informed that the order had been delivered. I did not receive the order and immediately responded to the customer support executive informing him about it. They tried calling the delivery partner, but he didnt respond. I was asked to contact the delivery partner. I did it, but no response from the delivery partner.
Thereafter, I got the most bizzare reply from the customer support executive, stating that I needed to send an email for this issue and expect a reply within the next 10-12 hours. Seriously ! This was unbelievable.
Further, i called up the customer care centre, explained the whole situation and got the same reply. It was quite unbelievable that Swiggy expects a customer to wait for their response for 10-12 hours in such cases, where the order has not been delivered but updated in the app as delivered. If I want to have a product now, what's the point of getting it (or rather a template response) after 10-12 hours ?
Note- A similar situation took place in the afternoon, today itself (Order #[protected], where wrong items were delivered. The customer care couldnt do anything. The email support team shared a template email. I was only assured that a STRONG FEEDBACK has been forwarded to tue concerned department so that such instances are not repeated in the future. I couldn't get what i had ordered nor did i receive the refund for the same. I dont think you've learnt from the previous issues.

Observation - your handle is named as SwiggyCares. do you really CARE ? There is something not correct going on inside your company.

    I made an order for food on swiggy, the amount was debited from my card but the order was not placed.This is the second time such thing has happened.They do not have any costumer helpline number. I got a number off the internet, when I placed a call I got to know that it was not in service.Quite unexpected from such a giant startup.

      Mobile is used in last 6 month

      I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

      Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

      All my payment methods are registered with this number and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

      Instamart delivery issue

      I have ordered few groceries and scheduled at 2pm delivery. Delivery agent made a call and said order already delivered at 12 pm. Checked with family members and made a call to agent, he said he is coming. I didn't receive my order but marked as delivered.       Swiggy has deactivated my account. I am a swiggy super and paid 999 for 1 year membership and it still has 11 months remaining. I want refund for the swiggy super charges as i have send 4 emails requesting to re activate my account as they told me clearly that my account is permanently suspended.I also requested them to give the reason for suspending my account but they don't have any reason to say the same

        I ordered food at 11:30 and generally restaurants close at 12 so my order was not delivered by 1220 I checked in Swiggy they said my order is delayed by 15 20 minutes but after waiting for one and half hour I texted Swiggy again and then in the end they are saying the delivery partner couldn’t pick up the order it’s not just from one restaurant I ordered two different items from two different restaurants both did not get delivered by the time I got to know that my food is not coming all the restaurants are closed and I am sleeping empty stomach.

          Swiggy sent me wrong food parcel twice a time on my last order. As for apology, they gave me a coupon code of INR 193/- which is vaild for 30 days. Today I've used that coupon in one of my order. After placing the order within 5 mins, it says that your has been delivered. I was shocked to this, I immediately called the delivery executive..he told that some Punjabi boy came and recived my order by paying the rest of the amount of 40/- rupees. I called in swiggy customer care service and we did a conference call but that Punjabi boy who picked my order didn't speak anything on the call. I don't understand how could that delivery executive gave my parcel to any other person without checking the account name and number. It's a complete case of theft and falsehood. I feel terrified that someone else can see through my data, where that person used my order ID and he even get the parcel.

            I have placed an order with swiggy instamart with order id:[protected]. I paid for all the items but, I have received all the damaged items. When I just contacted them, they are saying some false reasons and not even providing me the replacement or refund. Paying for the items and receiving all damaged items has made me to beat huge losses and to starve without having food whole night. This is very atrocious. My email: c.[protected]@gmail.com

                  I am being forced to pay twice for a single order due to which i am unable to use my Swiggy account because unless i make the second payment, i cannot order anything. Kindly help in getting the issue resolved.

                    I ordered a pizza, the state of which was bad when it was delivered to me. I complained and your executive GV Chandni in Bangalore told me that she will initiate a refund. I agreed and oredered food from elsewhere. After which I see that without my consent she has cancelled the refund and re ordered the same pizza for me. By which time I had already ordered from elsewhere as I was in a hurry. None of your delivery executives helped.
                    Finally they gave me a refund of 100 rs. Now I have spent extra to order from elsewhere and I have so much food that will waste. I am so stressed cos of this as I have not had such a bad experience from anyone.

                        I ordered Muesli yesterday (Box on the right), I didn’t check the expiry and ate a portion of it. Later when I realised that it’s a expired item I contacted Swiggy customer care and they were kind enough to refund the money but had nothing to say other than a sorry if something had happened in to me post eating a expired product..

                        Today when I did another order, I got same expired product (Box on the left) and this time around the customer service is showing tantrums and asking me to wait for 6 hours even when I gave them the proofs .

                        What will they do in these 6 hours.. They said they will pass on the feedback to the vendor but left me unattended.

                        The entire chat with them is revolving around the same question.

                        Atlast they said they can’t do anything for me and I have to pay for the expired product

                          I ordered a cake from Good bakery Lucknow through Swiggy. Order number is[protected].

                          The cake I ordered is Choco fans mini cake and I got sinking fruit mini cake.

                          First of all I received a different flavoured cake with a lesser cost value and it was completely spilled from one side. I complained about it to Swiggy for replacement of cake but all I got is an apology after 10 hours of waiting and no other resolution.

                          Birthday was spoilled. Stop doing such things to your customers and even if it happens atleast provide a proper resolution. We feel cheated and looted by suck kind of acts.

                            Fake BUY 1 GET 1 coupon scheme, fine print says you actually add 2 items to get a free 3rd one which has to be the cheapest available item on the list.
                            Its the usual anti-consumer scam, along with countless "discounted" products with slashed prices that actually weren't that high.

                                I have placed order through Swiggy of 808 in Santosh daba, Nacharam, they told the items are not available we’re they did not mention it in menu and payment was deducted. Later Swiggy called and asked me to cancel the order and told they will refund that amount. In Swiggy app the status of refund is completed it is showing and when I check my bank statement it is not reflecting. I spoke with Swiggy customer support, firstly they were very reckless in responding and then later they are least bothered to solve my problem. They lifted hands that it is bank problem, but all my other transactions and refunds connected to my bank account are successfully initiated and I got money from others but Swiggy’s amount I am not able to claim. They even not responding my Issue and asked to share my bank statement to them were I have shared which is my personal also. They are not responding properly

                                  I placed an order on Swiggy on MAY 8/05/ 2022, for an order value of 587.
                                  order id #[protected]

                                  The order was cancelled due to I available. I was told I will expect a refund within 2 hours. Which I thought was unreasonable because payment back to original method (UPI in my case) should happen instantly. Nevertheless I waited for 2 days and as on today and counting… there is not sign of the refund.

                                  I have lost track of how many times I have reached out to the customer care executives, explained the same thing half a dozen times and got scripted responses like “we apologise” etc. but my issue remains unresolved.

                                  I was even asked to share my bank statement to prove my claim of non receipt (as if I was lying), which ai reluctantly did by sending it to an email provided by Swiggy. Forget a response, I have not recd an acknowledgement of the email I sent including bank statement which is private information.

                                  I am not sure if they would bother to reply even here as I think they have lost all sense of customer service (barring sugarcoated responses).

                                  I have uninstalled the Swiggy app pending closure of this. My sincere suggestion to all readers… be very very cautious dealing with Swiggy. I for one have decided to stop, unless adequately compensated not just for the refund, but also for the harassment and lies I have been subject to.
