    For this order, your support team has given coupon GOODWILLT275 worth Rs. 275. The given coupon is not working.
    I am sending emails regarding this issue 60+ times. But no one is responding. I don't know how many times I need to send emails regarding my issue.
    It's already 13 days. Still, my issue is not yet solved. I contacted your escalation team, chat support team, social media support team, and email support team no one is responding. Is this what Swiggy standards are?

    Really very very worst support team and cheating customers.

      Fraud By Delivery Boy and No Proper Response From Customer Care

      Description -
      I have used Swiggy Genie to buy a Utensil in which clear instruction was given to Delivery Boy over call and he have fooled by providing the wrong information, I ordered for a small utensil and he have delivered a large one which is of no use.

      The same moment i asked him to take it back and delivery boy denied it and...

      I had ordered milk on 8th April, 2022 and the money of 38 rs was deducted from my account but the order wasnt placed. Even though they claim to have refunded the amount, I still haven't received it. They claim it would reach after 2 hours and also, they mentioned that its refunded and its now on the bank to make sure it comes to you. However, the bank mentioned that no RRN exists for this refund as mentioned by Swiggy.

          Money deducted from Bank Account but not credited to Swiggy Money

          I tried to add money(Rs.210/-)to my Swiggy Money account on Saturday 2nd April 2033 at 8:46 pm. The money was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my Swiggy Money account. In spite of repeated reminders to the company I have neither received any response nor the above refund. It has been 7 days now. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in...

          I am a swiggy DE in Trivandrum Pattom zone, Kerala. I have joined swiggy 6 months ago. They didn't provided me any rain coats yet. I came to the swiggy office in pattom, Trivandrum for getting rain coat. But each time they send me back by saying there is no rain coat available at the moment. They have charged me 550rs when I joined and also deducted 500Rs from order earnings.

            Hi,
            I ordered some meat and twin birds fish pickle from swiggy meat stores. They delivered a local brand prawn pickle and when i raised complaint to return back the product, they said their policy is not allowing to do so. There is no return pickup available and we have to live with what is delivered though it is not what we ordered and paid for. Looks to be cheating

              I had placed an order at 10.40 pm at domino's pizza through swiggy. Order no.[protected]. The order was not delivered even after 2hr when domino's has a 30 minute delivery policy. When contacted, swiggy says they cannot talk to domino's as they don't handle their delivery.also Swiggy doesn’t have the contact details of the store I have the screenshots of the conversation with swiggy customer service.
              The order was placed through swiggy app and it just isn't easy to comprehend how they can deny accountability for an order placed through their app. I hope these kind of companies who defraud customers are taught a lesson.
              The worst thing is I just reached my place at 10.30 I haven’t eaten since afternoon and itz 12.54am still no response from Swiggy or domino’s.what a pathetic approach these companies have
              How to deal with this?

                I am Shatrughan Prajapati working in Swiggy as delivery partner for a long time and very honest and hard work all the time since 2.5 years. Never received any complaint from customer and never cancel any order but unfortunately my id is deactivated without any reason. Due to this from three weeks I am facing financial issue. I have also filled connect and G-FORM for solution and received call from support team and they only told me your ID is blacklisted but not say any reason why ID is blocked. Could you please check and share me details about this issue?

                Could you please help me how can i remove from blacklist?

                I have filed connect form many time and also received call from support but they only told me you DE id is blacklisted due to in-proper login.

                As per your company add any delivery executive can login at any time as per availability, so why my DE id is blacklisted due to less login. Could you please share me any swiggy support email id for escalation.

                  I have order below items for which I have paid total amount of Rs. 472.
                  From the total items, I have received only Manchurian. When I asked delivery boy he claim that only 1 item he received from the restaurant.

                  When I file a complaint to swiggy support. They refused to deliver the missing item and refund of them.

                  Please find attached proof of the complaint details.

                    Swiggy driver yesterday dashed my husband at EMC2, Near bagmane tech park ...mahadevpura the driver was fully Drunk and drive my husband has got hurted in back, leg & hand the bike number was KA01JF7443 i will file a complaint on swiggy regarding this hope you will solve my problem or else it will become an issue

                          I have been participated in eat and win
                          reward of swiggy where if i will order 149inr or more
                          4times then i am supposed to get amazon prime
                          membership activation link…and this was ended
                          on 15th march.
                          It’s been more than 20 days but no response

                                Spoke to an agent from Swiggy when we ordered Some products from Subway on 31 March 2022. Swiggy committed to deliver the order within 45 minutes this order was placed around 1150 on 31 March should be delivered by 1 April 12 30–1 30. However when I contacted Swiggy around 3 in the night, They denied to escalate the complaint to a manager my call was disconnected by agent twice while I was being transferred. Finally spoke to a supervisor who said that they will not be able to help me and I will have to raise a formal complaint who later disconnected the call forcefully despite me complaining that I want to continue the call and share my feedback to raise a complaint. Finally spoke to another agent who agreed to raise a complaint and promised that I will get a call from a manager on the next day. It has been three days since then and I have not received any call back. Today when I called Swiggy to raise another complaint the agent on the call by the name Saurabh denied to raise a complaint and was adamant that he will be transferring the call and not get me a supervisor on the same call where in I have been disconnected by agents twice during the transfer process which was duly informed to Saurabh during the call. The order placed with Swiggy for Rs.826, After four days I have yet to receive any update the order still shows active after four days.

                                  I canceled a swiggy order within 60 s and was told I will get full refund within 2 hours.
                                  It's been 5 days and I still Haven't got the refund.

                                  Swiggy says they sent it and all to contact Bank . BANK SAYS SWIGGY HAS NOT SENT ANY REFUND AT ALL. I even sent Swiggy my Bank account statement upon their request but they still keep saying they have sent the refund even when the bank account statement is proof enough that I haven't received the refund.

                                    Customer service provided by the swiggy is too worst.
                                    They not even provided customer care number to contact on complaints.
                                    Today I have ordered food in swiggy and received it.
                                    The taste is worst.
                                    I feel it is too much salty, I can feel that rock salt is there in the food and not able to eat it.
                                    I have complained the same to swiggy support and they are telling that it will take 6 to 7 hours to resolve.
                                    It is waste of time.
