    We ordered cake on the evening of 1 May 2022 (order no. #[protected], which was provided with a detailed address. the delivery boy called and wasn't keen on delivering the item and kept saying he is not local and would not be able to deliver if its too far. We gave him verbal instructions to reach the place along with sharing of the live location to make it easier for him to navigate. He kept stalling for a while and around an hour later we get message on the Swiggy app that our order has been cancelled. On calling Swiggy customer care they said the order was cancelled because we did not respond, but that was not the case. Also later we get the message saying the address was not deliverable after deduction of the order amount, which is very misleading as if the address is not deliverable, they shouldn't have have taken the order in the first place. The swiggy customer care gave us the compensation with a 50% amount coupon valid for 30 days. Their reasoning for it is that they had to compensate the cake shop for food wastage. Also the customer care weren't helpful and suggested to email them.
    My point is it is unjust for me to suffer the loss because of the incompetency of the delivery person and the cake shop to deliver the item even after giving all the necessary details. The cake was for my cousins birth day which it never made to which ruined our celebration. And as far as food wastage is concerned cake is not perishable within hours and for all I know the delivery person would have taken it back to resell. I have all the evidence to prove my point including the call log, live location sharing and emails and their replies between swiggy customer care and me,
    I found their behaviour fraudulent as the compensation was given in form of a 50 %coupon, which basically compels me to deal with this incompetent and fradulent service again which I do not want and also suffer the loss without any mistake of mine. I want my full refund in form of money and not in form o[censored]seless coupons.

      I ordered from vango restaurant from Swiggy and pre paid for the order And after that the food was not delivered to me as I was not available with the phone as it was on silent mode. Now they are denying And not offering refund

          Order I'd :[protected] in this order. Cutlets were missing. When I talked to customer care, they said to provide only coupon. I don't need coupon and i request refund to source account. But they denied and closed the chat after 1 hour of conversation. I need a refund for the missing item and 1000 rupees for wasting 1 hour of time and closing them without resolution. This is unfair of closing the customer chat without any feedback or resolution..

            Hi my self Dr Anil. my friend book the order for me and the delivery boy said that your order location is wrong. They unable to provide the service and took the charge. The problem is the delivery address for customer and delivery boy is different. Swiggy says that, it's a technical issue and I wait for 1 hour and they didn't deliver and also took the amount

              This was from Swiggy and I was being misguided by the Swiggy team about my order and it was told to me that my order would be delivered to me where in it was not in the restaurant cancelled me it’s so it’s not my fault that it cancelled and now I am looking for a solution but when I did that the customer care is not responding properly in the earlier one misguided me with false information

                I had ordered 2 times from Belgium waffels and Mr Kishor Kumar was assigned delivery executive both time he was unreachable
                And immediately after picking up order he was selecting ordere delivered

                I called swiggy custome care for help but got no help thet were too unable to reach delivery boy

                For both times but even they where unable to reach delivery executive

                I request swiggy to initiate refund for both the order and take action against the delivery executive

                  Simply they sending emails like this and not even providing the proper solution for expiry items. Swiggy instamart sending items near the expiry date.Very bad quality items and customer service response.

                    Swiggy order id[protected]

                    I had placed a order on swiggy on may 1 2022 for a diabetic patient and also there was a sugar icecream along eith the order but the delivery resulted in spillage of sugar icecream with the sugar-free icecream and was not in a state to be consumed by the patient and when told to the swiggy chatsupport they asked for pics and was harassed by them - twice pics was asked and then again asked me to send a e-mail with the same pics and addressing same issue which was reported in the chatsupport twice and again they dont listen to our voice staight away disconnect the call/chat and close the conversation.

                    Further i have received their response saying that it was not a issue as per their policy and when asked about taking back the order returning my money no action being taken.

                    This company has no health concerns to the society and absolutely having a unprofessional support teams and very bad behaviour towards the customers and say that they will not repeat but we have paid money not sorry would definitely demand serious actions for the lathergic behavior and harrassment caused to my family.

                      Hello, It's been a few times when I ordered from Swiggy and received an incorrect Invoice generated against my order. for a last few times it's only been like Rs. 50-60 item mentioned in my invoice which I didn't receive and didn't order but this time they really broke the limit and there's a 250 Rupee extra charge on my invoice and I didn't ordered that item/ didn't received it or paid for it but it's there in my invoice and you can't just send customer an incorrect invoice. It pisses me off how they're doing this on every other order.

                          On 27 april 2022 i had ordered david off instant coffee and chicken nuggets from swiggy instamart but i received bru instant coffee and chicken popcorn..i had raised several complaints but none of swiggy customer service representatives are helping me..they aren’t paying a heed..i have mailed them with all the necessary proofs both on email and they live chat still they are not validating my claim…my order id[protected]

                              I had ordered a few items using Swiggy Instamart app(Order#[protected]. I paid online for the same but the order has been cancelled by the local delivery partner without any prior information to me and I did not receive any refund. I was in conversation with swiggy chat help desk and they informed me that the delivery guy had made calls before cancelling the order which is not true. I did not receive any calls from your delivery guy. He did not even reach my society gate where security checks are usually done and the residents are notified of their upcoming deliveries. I am sure swiggy delivery guy is lying and he should look into the matter and help me get my refund ASAP.

                              P.S. my phone is in an absolute working condition and there are no chances that I would have missed any calls as it was there with me all the time.

                                  I paid 1062 INR for an order on Swiggy Instamart. Payment was done using Amazon Pay UPI. The money got debited but no order got placed. The payment is successful on Amazon but Swiggy is not showing the order. Please look into it and resolve at the earliest. First experience with instamart and it was terrible; we consumers opt buying via such sites for urgent deliveries. Facing such issues not only breaches trust about money, but also waste consumer's time and spoils planned moments.

                                      It seems the delivery boys try to reach out to customers only based on location access given to them. Several times they are misguided by the map as GPS system in India is not accurate and many a times it fails to exactly take one to location. As a result they are deviated up to a km even ! Then they start calling the customer several times to reach. This is quite disturbing . On enquiry it is told that they do not have the address and have only the map location. Whereas the complete address and directions are provided by the customer at the of registering swiggy. Why can’t these informations are also known to them so that it will be easy for them to reach location without disturbing the customer. It is quite annoying situation for customer for this disturbance. Please try to look at this problem.
