I ordered liquor from swiggy wine section . The amount got deducted but order was not placed. I tried it 5 times, 4 times through phone pe and once through net banking. Through this INR 1850 got debited from my account but everytime order got failed. Not I haven't recieved my money back from swiggy, they are not even responding. I want my INR 1850.

    I have ordered lunch from swiggy near from my home due to technical issues in swiggy app the delivery partner reached at different location and called me I guided him about my address he again called me and stared talking to me like he is my boss that keep the phone and keep on hold till I reach your location or come and collect the same from me he was very rude I called to swiggy customer one fellow tried to solve my issue and in between...

    Hi I am Aman Singh I am A student do work in swiggy for paying my fees but they haven't given my last week payment so i was worried and filled g form but no one answered the payout was not given of the week 4th April to 10th April please help me with this i have to pay my fees that's why I am working in swiggy. Please help me.

        My Order no. Is #[protected], Today I Did a Swiggy instamart order, I did not received my order, so I contacted their support staff they said they are unable to give any compensation to me..this was Very Shocking for me..How they denied..They has been cheating with their customers..i said you can cross check it with your delivery person but they said after investigation we are unable to give you refund..this is swiggy service..which investigation they did? I did not received my order, how they can say my order delivered?They introduce me as a lier ?VERY SHAMEFUL..How they can deny me when I did not received my order, I did my Payment 300 by Amazon pay, I wanted refund from them but they denied directly

              My account got suspended with out prior notice and I am unable to login,
              I also kept several mails regarding the same, bit there is no response from them. This is very bad behaviour from them for not responding at all.

                I ordered from burger king at 5pm and I received my order at 6:04pm. It was 10 minutes late. Earlier i spoke to an agent he said after receiving your order you can call us back so that compensation can be done . Then i called your agent told me that we can’t compensate because it’s only 10 min late and it’s our fault that our agent provided you the wrong information. So in this there is not any of my fault. I want you to compensate otherwise you can bear further consequences.

                  I didn't force to any customer to cancel their orders, but my account is deactivated due to this reason I have a proofs that I delivered orders . But one of customer completed that he didn't received the order. Based on this reason . My account deactivated. Who will be responsible for my duty and my earnings. I'm the only earning person in my family.

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                        The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered to home address Sonia Vihar to Subway and after 45 mins, I got a call from delivery boy, that where I have to come, I tell them that you have my address, so come to my address but they said I have a bicycle, so I can't come and then after I got a call from swigge and they cancelled my order and they said I can't refund you...is this service give swigge ...I can't understand

                          Swiggy Meat delivery is pethatic. They don't follow any SOP. order twice from different vendors first ( Fresko Choice) one they delivered expired chicken and Liver( which had heart and intestine) both I have through away. Didn't recieved any refund also doesn't seen to have taken action against the vendor. Second ordered Meat, which was full of Soup bones. raised issue but no refund again. On top of that we have to elobarete issue multiple times to their chat executive.

                              The agents promised 50rs coupon twice but still suffering to get it and it's been 5 days... Also the price of a product is showing 456rs whereas actual price is 28rs

                                For this order, your support team has given coupon GOODWILLT275 worth Rs. 275. The given coupon is not working.
                                I am sending emails regarding this issue 60+ times. But no one is responding. I don't know how many times I need to send emails regarding my issue.
                                It's already 13 days. Still, my issue is not yet solved. I contacted your escalation team, chat support team, social media support team, and email support team no one is responding. Is this what Swiggy standards are?

                                Really very very worst support team and cheating customers.

                                  Description -
                                  I have used Swiggy Genie to buy a Utensil in which clear instruction was given to Delivery Boy over call and he have fooled by providing the wrong information, I ordered for a small utensil and he have delivered a large one which is of no use.

                                  The same moment i asked him to take it back and delivery boy denied it and ran from my place

                                  I contacted customer care with the request to exchange within next 10 minutes and they asked me to wait for 24 hours and they will make sure this will be resolved . The incident happened on 19 of March and every time I contact they ask to wait for 24 hours and no one has send me the proof of complaint in email even after requesting. If the first agent has asked me to contact the shop for exchanging it, the issue might have resolved then and there

                                  The Customer agent at Swiggy are liars who always give a run around and many of them were equal to abusive in their tone . Chat disconnection and transferring without consent is very common for this agents . To my surprise how can people work in customer service with this attitude and no one monitor them.

                                  Swiggy has absolute worst customer service when compared to any other customer service

                                  Resolution -
                                  I need my complete amount to be refunded along with the compensation for being fooled for nearly a month

                                    I had ordered milk on 8th April, 2022 and the money of 38 rs was deducted from my account but the order wasnt placed. Even though they claim to have refunded the amount, I still haven't received it. They claim it would reach after 2 hours and also, they mentioned that its refunded and its now on the bank to make sure it comes to you. However, the bank mentioned that no RRN exists for this refund as mentioned by Swiggy.
