Order cancelled by Swiggy and charged Customer for it

I placed an order (#[protected] from WarmOven Cake & Desserts on 26th Jan at 6:30 PM which was supposed to be delivered in 60-65mins.
The delivery guy was not able to find the address and called us for help. We instructed him with several landmarks, but he couldn't find any.
So, we reached those landmarks to help him find us. Meanwhile, we also reached out to customer care to coordinate our communication with the delivery...

Poor customer support and service

My order was delayed on 23rd Jan, on complaining to the customer support they passed the call to the end to end support who was such a worst person who just wasted my time for 2 hours and was not at a supportive. The. After a long time someone else came and committed compensation which never came to my account. This was the third instance where swiggy committed compensation but never delivered it. Now when I'm asking the agent about compensation...

Delivering to other address and asking to cancel

My friend ordered to me one waffle from belgian waffel co and my delivery was not given to the address mentioned and they charged for that and asked to cancel the payed order the order was from the number [protected] this is not the first which is happening worst experience ever i would never ever try swiggy from next...

Status update of food preparation and delivery

Swiggy website always reports that the driver is already at the restaurant to pick up the order and food is being prepared by the restaurant. In reality, when you call the restaurant about the delay, they say food is ready to be picked up and the driver is not there to collect it yet. Liars...

Cancellation charge refund

I placed an order on swiggy. Later when I accidentally clicked on cancel, my order got cancelled with total amount of cancellation charges. Without confirmation I’m charged cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please refund my amount....

Order was taken from swiggy and after 1 hour it got canceled

Hi I am abhijeet Gulshan and i have ordered from swiggy. Swiggy accepted that order and after waiting more than 45 min I got a automated call from swiggy that my order was canceled because restaurant was closed.
An automated is just humiliating to means if i have to ask something from whom I would ask and I didn’t get that money at the same time or till now
Who is responsible for this
I will raise this in consumer...

Coffee with dead ants

I ordered a coffee from Starbucks through swiggy. As soon as I opened the lid of the container, I could see ants that were dead floating on my coffee. I immediately clicked the pictures as a proof and raised the issue for a compensation. I was literally kicked from one executive to another including a few senior ones. I have submitted all the proof and still the company is unethical where they give such services...
