    Refund Issue Swiggy Instamart Order - 1105608936285

    Hi,

    Regarding my last order, I had pathetic experience with the customer service in trying to get help and refund on missing items. The Customer care team showed no accountability in refunding my money which is stuck with swiggy for missing items.

    The Instamart store did not deliver many items and I am not sure what quality checks you people do in managing and fulfilling customer orders. IF something is missing...

    This is regarding the order I placed on 3rd march 2022 (order#[protected]. I was told by the delivery guy that the food was stolen before getting delivered. He requested me to cancel the order and assured me that I will get a full refund. The delivery guy shortly afterwards stopped taking my calls as well. You need to enquire about the whole matter from your delivery guy. I have recorded the call audio as well where the swiggy guy is telling me that the food is stolen.

    However, when I escalated this issue to the customer care I was denied my money back. They continuously kept telling me that I have to pay for the cancellation fees. Why should I pay for the food which was not even delivered to me.

    This horrendous experience has really made me lose the trust in customer loyalty of swiggy. I want you to note that if I don't get my hard earned money back, I will have to take necessary legal actions against swiggy

        I have ordered the Veg soft noodles from the restaurant Waltair Cafe, they have give the damaged noodled with full of salt, and taste also very bad i had raised the complaint against restaurant to swiggy.

        Swiggy offered me shut my mouth with 29rs, I was surprised. my baby was pampering so much so that i have given little bit, since mrng she cried so much and saying that stomach getting pain, she is just 4yrs old.

        we have approached doctor and told me that its food infection compltely and gave medicine almost costing 1500.If the pain not settled we need to admit the baby.

        After informing all the prblm now swiggy offering me 146rs.

        This is the value of human.

        No resolution from their side, simply hour to hours chatting.

        I need to raise a complaint against on swiggy along with restaurant as well

            I order food, I was waiting and it was more than an hour.

            I waited patiently, noticed it was 15 monts away from my location.

            Suddenly it was showing cancleed while i was viwing it in the app.

            I notied the delivery partner cancelled, so I tried chatting with the delivery partner but no repsond.

            I raised a chat with the Swiggy team- they told me that the delivery partner waited for 15 mints-

            I raised a question to the chat team saying -why didnt he called me?
            Why didnt he reached the swiggy team to ocntact me?
            Wh was the app showing he was 15 monts away?

            My questiones weren ot been address rather they made me feel as if I was asking for money

            I asked the same quesry again and again

            My chats were transfered withour informing me, they request for a call to discuss it, but later whe I said do call they said we cant as per the protocol wow, very smart move to avoid the conversation as it went to the worst level

            Later they tried to offer coupons to settle it no and chats were transfered without informing me

            They didnt even bothere to answer my questons

              I had placed order on 27th February 2022 morning for 500gms meat and 500gms chicken in single order from Tendercut through swiggy app. I received only chicken pack. I raised the complain on swiggy app they escalated to the Email team. Email team responded by saying they cannot refund as it cannot validate my claim. Now how can i prove that item was missing. I lost my money.

                    I made an order with SWIGGY on 11th February 2022.The order was cancelled due to a network issue on my side..Rupees 682 were deducted from my account..Till date nothing has been refunded..I have emailed to swiggy but no response.I have personally gone and talked to my bank manager also..It has been checked multiple times but no refund has been made.Swiggy can only cheat their customers..Horrible delivery service

                      I ordered Dahi vada from panna restaurant. They provided one whole and one damaged/broken vada and taste was awful. Dahi was like not fresh and they didn't even provided Masala in it. I complained about it they said we can't help you, this is resturent's fault. That means restaurant will provide rotten food and we have to eat it cause we don't have any choice and swiggy won't help us about it. Cause we are criminals, we don't income money, we rob banks for money. So, money is not value for us. Well!
                      Next Day, I ordered some kachuri from sharma snacks. They provided incomplete food. They didn't provide whole food what I ordered. and again I complained about it and as usual they said we can't help about it. what? They didn't provided whole order. I paid for whole food not for half food. Again swiggy scammed me. Money doesn't come from trees. I paid for my food, I paid for whole food. So, I should get the whole food. Swiggy knows about it and they are ignoring it. Some ridiculous customer executive just ignored my problem. swiggy chat support became worst. I need help. I want solutions. Those foods were not for free.

                              I have order food from kfc swiggy delivery boy picked from vendor kfc and not deliver to me (customer) and that swiggy delivery boy cancelled the order simply and took food with him but finally swiggy charged that amount to me with out delivery of food.

                              I requested customer care to check on this and take necessary action what happened to me but i can say the response from them is worse.

                              Hence request to resolve my problem and it should not repeat again to any one

                                I ordered Maggi ( pack of 6 ) whose MRP is INR 66. Swiggy is charging every customer INR 70 for the same, which is illegal and compromising the customer Trust and faith in the company. Even if 1 lakh people everyday, they are illegally earning 4 lakhs per day. This should be looked into. I want to file a complaint for the same and Swiggy should return money to all his customers who have been charged extra over the MRP.

                                  I placed an order for biryani at Rs. 200 on 21st February 2022 at 1:43 pm. The delivery boy went to wrong address and he said he will cancel the order and the money will be refunded to me. And then a call cam from swiggy that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours I had waited for 2 days and informed the swiggy help centre. They said the amount will not be refunded because I had complained them after 48 hrs. What should I do? They said me to wait for 48 hrs and also they said me that I had to complain within 48 hours. Please resolve my issue.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam

                                    This is bring to your notice that I been cheated by company named "Swiggy with regard to order number :[protected] dated (25th Feb'22) - amounted 794/-

                                    Since I did't get the proper reponse from their customer service, I want to highlight it to you to get my full refund amount.

                                    After placing the order, I have not received any calls to my registered mobile number/visited my address, after 30 minutes I have recevieved a message that you order got called since the service person call me and I didn't pick the call.

                                    I can show you my complete call history form the service provider that I have not recieved any calls Swiggy delivery person.

                                    With this, they have taken my entire hard earned money as charge for order cancel.

                                    Need your help to get the full refund .
