I really hate swiggy service & worst customer support ever seen.
You people just send the same forward Email to all the customers for all problems. You never understand the real problem of customers.

I have ordered for 3 items but Received only 1 item, While receiving only i checked with delivery person he just replied that only 1 item was given by Restaurant but i showed my order details & asked him he simply said me to contact customer care,
I called the customer care & said my issue with the order, your customer support agent had said me to be on hold for 2min by that he will check the details but he had put me on hold for 20 min which is not acceptable, i disconnected the call & called again this time your other agent asked me to use chat support, if still problem is not resolved then asked me to contact on call. Ok fine i thought & used the chat support at that time i opened the item which i received seeing it i was shocked that i received mutton fry.
Then i understand that my total order was misplaced by the delivery person or Restaurant, the same i raised the complaint you people simply say the photo didn't pass the quality check ?
For missing items how could i send the photos ? Even i uploaded very clear photos still wantedly you are cheating customers... What investigation swiggy has done to understand the problem ? We trust you & pay in advance to receive food what we want but you are cheating the customers.
after multiple emails also no proper response, swiggy simply asking me to complaint to FSSAI.
Why should i Reach FSSAI ? Here the problem is not about the quality of the food, the problem is about delivery which is done by swiggy, so here the problem is with swiggy, i have not received what i ordered, the payment i have done to swiggy so answer & resolving the issue should be done by swiggy only not by the Restaurant or FSSAI...

      Wrong Items delivered from swiggy instamart

      We ordered some grocery items from swiggy instamart. Order number[protected]. Order amount Rs 544.
      The delivery person just handed over 2 kwality walls ice cream instead of the order that i placed . When talked to the delivery person he said not his fault and blamed the store for it. There was now way he connected us to the store neither we had a way to connect to the store. When tried to raise a complaint with the customer care...

      Hi I want to know you that swigy is a very bad service company, everytime I ordered and everytime they give bad service.Delivery partner not deliver food or demand extra cash delivered order but not contact.but every time I complain they give me a coupon or offer but don’t get upgraded there service.

        I had ordered at 7 43 am . my order no is[protected] . Still it is not delivered. No support from customer care. They are saying i will have to wait, there is no other option. delivery agent was assigned 1 hr back, still he was not there at pick up place. i asked for compensation for this delay, then they are saying there's nothing they can do . I had also selected option of delivery now which means it should be delivered in 20 min .

          Rest of the details i will attach in images. I have ordered food on 18.03.22 @6.43 pm. One of the item received is mushroom kothu idli.
          1st issue is the dish is tooo salty.
          2nd is issues is quantity is too small.
          I don't know this can happen. There not cooking for human being. Why the cheif does not tastes it before packing ??

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

            The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered my lunch from The Square Novotel Pune around 2 pm today. The food was suppose to be delivered by 3 but due to some load at the restaurant delivery person reached at 3:30 about which I was aware. But the delivered parcel was in a very pathetic manner. There were 2 mock tails with delivery which were spilling out and when I checked the food items that was also damaged

            It occurred on: 19/03/2022

            I simply asked them to refund my entire amount for the order which is Rs. 1348. But they are shamelessly offering me maximum refund of Rs. 600 and pressurising me to accept it.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

              Highly disappointed on no action/update on my complaint with request no. 14266720/ 14266983 which is pending for resolution for 15 days now.

              The delivery agent after delivering the order in the 2nd floor of my premises on 1st Mar '22 at around 1am has knowingly picked up my expensive shoes and left his shoes here while leaving my premises.

              This has been captured in the CCTV recording at my premises and is an absolute case of theft which can be of grave consequences if not checked.

              Demanding a swift response with fair compensation of my loss and action on the errant delivery agent.

                I just placed an order of Rs. 224 on Swiggy's instamart. The said payment has been deducted from my bank account, but the same doesn't reflect on the Swiggy app. There's no option of tracking the order.

                        After reach customer location, i call customer, customer request order delever different locations, i request to customer please provide location on wats up. customer new location 4 km ahead.i report help section customer location wrong. but in help section show call customer.after i delever this order.but i order delever customer new location.after next day id deactivate,
                        i pay rent..please deduction panelty.but dont deactivate id., m not any fraud (573991)

                              I'm Malkeet from Karnal, my ID number is 482797 in swiggy. I was very hard working delivery partner but due to some issues i was not working for 2 years. But when i rejoined and try to open my ID again then i found that somebody named Monty is using my ID without informing me and without my permission and miss using it in Karnal. The fleet manager Sandeep done this fraud with me, i also request him but he didn't listen to me. I'm in trouble and seeking for immediate attention from my company. Please help me.

                                Instead of this, Swiggyy sent me Wai Wai Chicken Flavoured Noodles.

                                Issue 1 - Swiggy sending incorrect product
                                Issue 2 - Swiggy sending Non Veg product instead of Veg
                                Issue 3 - Swiggy sending Non Veg Product at a pure Veg Jain household

Once I received my order the total food spilled in the cover and complained it to Swiggy customer care.                                   My restaurant is not showing on the App and the browser as well.

                                  I have placed order on 10th March 2022 at approx 8 PM. Order was accepted & amount paid successfully. As it was birthday of my son so after placing the order I was busy in party. When I didn't received order by 9 PM then I checked it n found that the ordered is delivered. I tried to contact delivery partner but couldn't connected. Then after sometime somehow call connected to delivery partner and he replied that I have delivered the order to someone. When I asked him to verify the address he denied n said someone has asked me on the way near your location to deliver the order so I have delivered to him now I can't do anything. Then immediately I have reported the issue to swiggy through app. Chat was closed without resolving the issue. As my guest were waiting for dinner so I had placed the same order having order id[protected] with different mobile number. In chat assurance was given to take strict action against responsible person. But after 2-3 days when I found no response I again approached to supprt n after a long conversation supprt team has raised hand by saying "we couldn't help post 24 hours of order" while I had eaised the query immediately after the incident.
                                  Here I am looking for reasonable compensation for my loss n mental harrassment by the company.
