Sir please help me my account is temporarily deactivate please help me

I did my payment on ordering from swiggy instamart, 272 rupees deducted from my gpay account but the app is showing no order placed...

I had ordered 3 items from swiggy, the order was placed successfully and I had done the payment too, the delivery guy marked the order delivered, whereas I haven't received it yet. Kindly deliver the order as soon as possible, I had fixed the slot, but the order is 1 week late already. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Either deliver the products or do the refund but take action immediately.

First they delayed my order without informing me and when i report the issue they offer me 34 rs coupon and my order was delayed by nearly an hour and when i ask to talk with their supervisor he isn’t available they said and then they delivered in 1 hour 20 min later when i ordered my food and they delivered wrong food item and then i went to swiggy to conplain and talk to agent they didn’t connect me to one instead of that they told me to wait 6-8hours till we emailed you

SUB : REFUND FOR MY ORDER PLACED WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED

This is to inform you that I have ordered kwality walls ice-cream through SWIGGY on 17/04/2022 . I have selected the address from swiggy app which has already been saved.

The first order no was order[protected] which was cancelled by your delivery partner since he was not able to find the location.

I called your customer care no and the customer care person told me that she will put a replacement order order no[protected] . But I clearly mentioned her to call the new delivery partner assigned to be sure with the address. But the same thing happened that this partner also couldn't find the location and he cancelled the order.

No new address was given

I wanted the delivery on the address given while ordering.

Please look into this matter seriously and make my refund immediately befor I take any stern decision .

The address provided by me is been attached (screen shot).

I have ordered 8 items worth Rs 522/- but i received the wrong order. I raised an issue twice but there wasn’t any solution given from Swiggy.

I ordered liquor from swiggy wine section . The amount got deducted but order was not placed. I tried it 5 times, 4 times through phone pe and once through net banking. Through this INR 1850 got debited from my account but everytime order got failed. Not I haven't recieved my money back from swiggy, they are not even responding. I want my INR 1850.

I have ordered lunch from swiggy near from my home due to technical issues in swiggy app the delivery partner reached at different location and called me I guided him about my address he again called me and stared talking to me like he is my boss that keep the phone and keep on hold till I reach your location or come and collect the same from me he was very rude I called to swiggy customer one fellow tried to solve my issue and in between...

Hi I am Aman Singh I am A student do work in swiggy for paying my fees but they haven't given my last week payment so i was worried and filled g form but no one answered the payout was not given of the week 4th April to 10th April please help me with this i have to pay my fees that's why I am working in swiggy. I did not received my order, how they can say my order delivered?They introduce me as a lier ?VERY SHAMEFUL..How they can deny me when I did not received my order, I did my Payment 300 by Amazon pay, I wanted refund from them but they denied directly

Hi I ordered from insta mart through paytm upi and money has been deducted from my account but there is no order showing

My swiggy account [protected] was deactivated, so now i want to activate my swiggy account for ordering the foods from swiggy i don't like zomato and i have only contact for login plz help.

My account got suspended with out prior notice and I am unable to login,
I also kept several mails regarding the same, bit there is no response from them. This is very bad behaviour from them for not responding at all.

I ordered from burger king at 5pm and I received my order at 6:04pm. It was 10 minutes late. Earlier i spoke to an agent he said after receiving your order you can call us back so that compensation can be done . Then i called your agent told me that we can’t compensate because it’s only 10 min late and it’s our fault that our agent provided you the wrong information. So in this there is not any of my fault. I want you to compensate otherwise you can bear further consequences.

I didn't force to any customer to cancel their orders, but my account is deactivated due to this reason I have a proofs that I delivered orders . But one of customer completed that he didn't received the order. Based on this reason . My account deactivated. Who will be responsible for my duty and my earnings. I'm the only earning person in my family.
Please respond and reactivate my account as soon as possible
