I have a new phone number and no longer have access to the old number (sim card died). Since Swiggy sends the OTP to my old registered number, it is just impossible to login.

I have written MULTIPLE times this month to [protected]@swiggy.in from my registered email ID to help me change the phone number on my account, but after one vague reply there has been NO response at all.

I also asked them if I could try creating...

Date of incident:30 march 2022
Incident description:
I ordered various item through Swiggy instamart web browser version with my GPS location on but the browser selected wrong address from previous deliveries, even though the address was used 2 years back.I had ordered with correct address few days ago itself.
Inside swiggy help option their is no way to talk to agent for correction of delivery address and only way to chat with agent is by selecting cancellation option for which agent is assigned .
Swiggy didn't correct my address nor did it deliver to the goods but it just cancelled order and straight away charged 100% cancellation fee of rs 725.
This issue was caused because of swiggy's flawed web browser version and no option available to contact swiggy customer support for this issue .
I even asked for simply creating new order to deliver to correct address but they denied the request and are not refunding the original amount .

The product from instamart are not perishable so there was no reason for them to simply resell those items, instead they are turning profit by charging amount for items and they will again sell those items to double the profit.
Customer should not pay for error of swiggy's software and lack of appropriate customer support. This is fraud

    Every second day we get wrong delivery from Swiggy

    The. Name mentioned is Josan Jose.
    There is no point screaming at the delivery boy
    Because he says the address mentioned is Flat 7
    But no JOSAN JOSE in our building.
    Please look into the matter.
    It is a nuisence as night after 10 pm we have to open the door unnecessarily

      Address: Online food service portal

      I placed an order on Swiggy on March 12 2022, for an order value of ₹1578.

      The order was cancelled due to items not being available. I was told I will expect a refund within 7 days. Which I thought was unreasonable because payment back to original method (UPI in my case) should happen instantly. Nevertheless I waited for 7 days and as on today, I have waited for almost 17 days and counting… there is not sign of the refund.

      I have lost track of how many times I have reached out to the customer care executives, explained the same thing half a dozen times and got scripted responses like “we apologise” etc. but my issue remains unresolved.

      I was even asked to share my bank statement to prove my claim of non receipt (as if I was lying), which ai reluctantly did by sending it to an email provided by Swiggy. Forget a response, I have not recd an acknowledgement of the email I sent including bank statement which is private information.

      I am not sure if they would bother to reply even here as I think they have lost all sense of customer service (barring sugarcoated responses).

      I have uninstalled the Swiggy app pending closure of this. My sincere suggestion to all readers… be very very cautious dealing with Swiggy. I for one have decided to stop, unless adequately compensated not just for the refund, but also for the harassment and lies I have been subject to.

      I have recd my refund today. I believe this happened only post escalation in this forum. While the refund is reflecting in my account, Swiggy has not bothered to respond to my emails yet.
      I placed an order on Swiggy on MAY 8/05/ 2022, for an order value of 587.

      The order was cancelled due to I available. I was told I will expect a refund within 2 hours.         I placed an order for 5 items (INR 676) on 30 March at 12:13 am.
        After 30-35 min, the order was marked delivered with no call from delivery boy to me. I checked with security of building and no items were handed over to them as well.

        I tried calling delivery agent but he didn’t picked the call even after several attempts.

        I reached out to chat team where Mr Robin Handa doesn’t have courtesy or intent to solve my issue.
        Service is so pathetic that he told that your item has been delivered. I asked for proof of delivery than he was like we are checking etc etc and for almost 1:30 hrs, he is not able to provide any resolution.

        One instance he told that I connected with Delivery agent and he will call you but it was a lie. Than he told that Iam not able to reach out delivery boy.

        Entire scenario is so frustrating that I waited for more than 2 hrs but what I received is whole bunch of false information.

        I don’t believe that company like swiggy can do such a fraud with customers. It’s a theft case where money has been taken but items not delivered.
        Customer service is so pathetic that they only used scripts that share with customer. No empathy on the issue reported nor a courtesy where they can call and contain a customer.

        Iam not gonna leave this fraud and will take to any level to my best of abilities if I didn’t get my money back and investigation report.

        Planning to escalate this on social media so that I can surface out the kind of fraud happening with customers, report to consumer forum, cyber crime and also lodge a police complaint if I didn’t get revert from company.

          I have Order red banana and yelakki banana but they sent 2 box of yelakki banana and not red I raised complaint for replacement But swiggy customer care guys telling they won’t replacement or refund.

          I asked them to take the wrong item and deliver the correct item after that no response Again I raised complaint #14489614.

              Swiggy delivery id deactivated without any reason

              I am Shatrughan Prajapati working in Swiggy as delivery partner for a long time and very honest and hard work all the time since 2.5 years. Never received any complaint from customer and never cancel any order but unfortunately my id is deactivated without any reason. Due to this from three weeks I am facing financial issue. I have also filled connect and G-FORM for solution and received call from support team and they only told me your ID...

              I order two items from mc Donald's via swiggy. And i don't recived one item. And when i asked them to refund me they (swiggy) tell me that they can not refund because it against their policy

                Swiggy suspended my account for no reason. I have been informed of no reason when I had to contact the support team of Swiggy. I have been a very frequent user for years now and asked me to create a new account. Why should I create a new account despite the fact I have only one phone and email address? This is frustrating.

                  Placed an order on swiggy instamart on 18th March 2022. I made the payment through UPI, The amount was debited but the order was not placed. I had to pay again using my card. I was ensured that for the 1st transaction, the amt would be refunded automatically within 7 days. It's not refunded till now. No complaint email ID either for these issues. Everytime I chat, they give me generic pre written answers. Upon asking for an email ID where I can escalate this, wasn't provided with one.

                    Swiggy refusing to delete my account because I don't have access to my phone number

                    I have a Swiggy Account that I haven't used in a few years because I was not living in India during that time. Now when I want to use, it asks to enter phone number to activate the account. I don't have access to the phone number, as I changed my phone number during this period.

                    I explained this situation to them, and requested them multiple times to deactivate my account, but everytime I send them an email, they keep saying...

                    On 27th March 2022 around 1:00am we had ordered food from this restaurant called Desi Chinese through Swiggy.
                    Our amount was deducted from the account and in the app it showed as food delivered. On the contrary we had not received the order. Almost an hour later when the food did not arrive we tried calling the delivery man. His phone appeared to be switched offf. Immediately we went to the chat option and complained it through the app. The customer executive just apologised for the service and said he has boundaries and limitations hence can not provide a refund.
                    Its absolutely unacceptable as we starved the entire night because it was really late and no other restaurant was open at that time of the night. On top of that our money was deducted and customer care executive were unreachable over call.
                    Very pathetic service @swiggy can't believe how the customer care executive who chatted with us refused to provide refund and said we will take your feedback and try to improve. Also we mailed them and there wasnt any response or none of the customer executive got back to us.
                    We are yet to receive the refund.

                      I had some two thousand bucks in my Swiggy wallet and now Swiggy has deactivated my account saying the account has many issues raised and now not responding to my complaints. If asked when will the account will be activated it’s not giving any proper clarity.

                        My self bhavik .my swiggy de Is is[protected] and my hub location is (sec-17 sarhol, gurgoan) I am working as a delivery boy in swiggy. I had raised a ticket regarding change of my shift but you guys are not responded. I raised many ticket, try to contact you on Facebook but every time you said that their is no vacancy or you guys are not Give any response regarding the approval or rejection of my shift. Firstly you gave me a wrong shift you convert my shift as full time(7 am to 5pm) . I am a college student how can I manage both the work at same time. I requested you to please change my shift. This is the only source of income I have. I requested you to change my shift. I want part time shift( 07.00pm to 12.00pm)

                          My self bhavik, I am working as swiggy delivery boy. My de ID Is[protected] city (gurgoan). I had raised a ticket regarding change of my shift. I got a confirmation call from swiggy but they gave me some other shift which I don't apply. I fill many de form, writes many mail but they are not giving any response. Every time they just there is no vacancy. How is this possible if their is no vacancy then how they will join the new riders. They lied to me everytime. They just want the money which they take at the time of joining. I requested him to please change my shift as soon as possible.

                              Issue:-(1) actually customers two order placed but first order amount paid, this order received another delivery boy, but customers not reachable through, this order cancelled,
                              (2)second order COD Order, this order my received, I'm reached at delivery location, this order handover to customers, but This COD order, I'm asking to Please given me money but customers not given the money, Â
                              (3)customers answering :- I'm already paid first order amount but that order automatically cancelled, amount not refund, this order amount not given to me, this customers answeringÂ
                              (4) CC team after 20 minutes this order cancelled, Â
                              Customers taken by order not given the money, I'm asking so many times
                              but customers not given the money, after order cancelled, I'm live it, this issue, I'm return come back .after one month issues, now my I'd is deactivated, customer not a genuine issue, this issue fake issue raised to customer, please sir active my id 30049, thank you.

                                Hey my self bhavik and I am working as a swiggy delivery boy. I had raised a ticket regarding change of my shift but they didn't gave any response about the approval and rejection of my ticket. Firstly they gave me wrong shift and now everytime they just say there is no vacancies. If there is no vacancies then how they join the new riders. The only thing they just want is the deposited money which they take at the time of joining. They didn't care about their old riders. I requested them to plz change my shift. I am not able to complete my shift because of my studies. I want night shift part time(07pm -12pm)
