I ordered this newly listed product today from Swiggy instamart, which just said mystery bites inside...
I expected some pleasent surprise with a box having some chocolates, eates, bites, munches...
Instead what I got was a bix with a pack instant noodle, a pack of pasta sauce, and a bottle of coffee, and one pack of crackers and a pack of puff pastry...
Under no stretch of imagination, pasta sauce can be called as bites..
The customer service was of no help, all they said it was supposed to be a mystery, that it..
I felt throughly cheated and felt like being made a fool of...

I have since been provided with full refund... Although after a protracted chat with the customer support, who were unwilling to resolve in the first instance... This unpleasant situation could have been well avoided if the customer service was sensitive to the genuine nature of customer issue, and also seen the background of the customer and the past dealings... Which was clearly lacking... Finally they accepted their fault and agreed to refund... The refund has since been received.
This is to inform you that I have experienced bad services from you. Please see below issue
I tried to place order in Swiggy Dash with amount Rs. 433 but it was failed the transaction and order not placed. After that I checked in onecard app and found asking to swipe which did then amount deducted twice 433+433 and order was not placed because transaction showed failed. but as per app it is showing spend 433+433 in todays date february 23 please look into it and adjust the amount ASAP.

The delivery of the order was not made
The delivery boy said he is at location, whereas he has not reached my home address as per above and as in the order
The order was canceled by me since there was an argument with the delivery boy
Since it is not my fault that delivery boy is unable to locate mh address, requesting you waive off the cancelation fees and order amount and credit my account
Regret that I will avoid Swiggy for my order deliveries
I had placed an order with Swiggy Instamart - on Feb 19, 2022 at 07:14am with the Order I'd[protected]
The Order which I Placed is as below
1. Amul Vanilla Magic Ice Cream 1Liter 1 nos
2. GRB Ghee 200ml 1 nos
3. Saffola Ring Noodles 212grams 2 nos
4. Nandini Orange Milk 500ml 2nos
But instead of above mentioned items I was delivered complete different items listed below
1. Saffola Ring Noodles 46grams 2nos
2. Nandini Blue Packet 2nos
I had contacted swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with the agent i explained with the chat agent and they agree for replacement with new Order id #[protected] on Feb 19, 2022 at 09:37 am and again was delivered with different items as listed below

2. Nandini Blue Packet 2nos
Again I had to connect with swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with the agent i explained with the chat agent again after waiting a long time they replied saying ( I have escalated your issue to the concern so wait for another 6 Working Hours our team will get back to you on your registered Mail ID ) at 02:25Pm i received a mail from Mr.Raghottam [protected]@swiggy.in saying that (We regret to inform you that we will not have an option to compensate for the request raised.) I replied back in the same mail and explained them to make a clear Background Verification as I have not visited the Swiggy store where they pack the items. My only point of contact is the Delivery Person and i asked Mr.Raghottam to verify with the delivery person but Mr.Raghottam replyed at 07:52Pm saying (With deep regret in regards to your order, we would like to inform you that we will be unable to initiate a replacement or a refund for this order. As much as I wish to help you regarding this, my hands are tied as we have to adhere to the prescribed guidelines.)

Swiggy rider CH01CE 5828, doesn't know how to drive. Drive rashly posing threat to other drivers on the road .. coming from pkl 12 main road to flyover road towards Panchkula Sec. 20 approx at around 6:30 pm. Please penalise this rider or cancel his employment otherwise I'll move to higher authority if required on legal ground also. When I complained to him just drive properly not to change the lane haphazardly and also in a serpentine manner and don't pose threat to others, he didn't even bother and abuse me in front of crowd. Just attaching picture of him while waiting at the light point of sector 20 pkl. Please take necessary action and do revert with a solution. Don't hamper your reputation hiring this kind unprofessional illitrate person.

I had placed an order with Swiggy - from the restaurant Muthashy's - Fish Pothichoru by 2:47 PM on Feb 16, 2022. I was delivered the order with the Fish entirely missing in the fish meals. I had contacted swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with their customer executive on chat (Ms.Shivani), I was told to take up a Rs.89. Coupon for the mistake made, while I was left hungry without food! I contacted them again and their customer executive told me that this is the only option he can give me and in no other way the issue can be resolved - like either take the coupon or nothing else can be done and kept on telling me that Swiggy will work better in the future, while I am left hungry for the food which I had paid for! Again when I contacted them, he (Mr.Vimal) had mentioned that this is the only option or other wise mail your concern to swiggy, they might contact me within 10-12 hours. So is it like they expect me to pay for the order in cash, get an incomplete order, get fooled again with the customer executive that this is a coupon that can be offered or else stay hungry until they reach you back! while the fault was completely on their side! Is this what happens really around?
