I have placed order on 10th March 2022 at approx 8 PM. Order was accepted & amount paid successfully. As it was birthday of my son so after placing the order I was busy in party. When I didn't received order by 9 PM then I checked it n found that the ordered is delivered. I tried to contact delivery partner but couldn't connected. Then after sometime somehow call connected to delivery partner and he replied that I have delivered the order to someone. When I asked him to verify the address he denied n said someone has asked me on the way near your location to deliver the order so I have delivered to him now I can't do anything. Then immediately I have reported the issue to swiggy through app. Chat was closed without resolving the issue. As my guest were waiting for dinner so I had placed the same order having order id[protected] with different mobile number. In chat assurance was given to take strict action against responsible person. But after 2-3 days when I found no response I again approached to supprt n after a long conversation supprt team has raised hand by saying "we couldn't help post 24 hours of order" while I had eaised the query immediately after the incident.
Here I am looking for reasonable compensation for my loss n mental harrassment by the company.

    I ordered on instamart on swiggy yesterday night at 11:00 pm for rs 535, the ordered things are cancelled and the refund of rs 535 has not came, please look it into it

      Delivery guy was so rude and misbehaved and threatened me and also didn't give me the order because the app shows my wrond address which is exactly the house opposite to mine.

        I am lodging complaint on behalf of my dad, My dad number- [protected], Email Id- [protected]@rediffmail.com.
        He ordered Eggs on 12 March 2022, order number[protected] on swiggy instamart. Eggs were delivered super fast like always, on opening the eggs- Bajaj egg tray had broken eggs. He messaged the customer executive with the images for resolution, he was told to wait for 6 hours and resolution would be provided. But to the surprise, no resolution has been provided. After raising concern on social media, it was communicated that nothing can be done for the broken eggs which were received. It is really disgusting that brand like swiggy is doing this, delivering broken eggs and not taking responsibility as it was instamart order not food delivery order. I am attaching the images for the broken eggs which were delivered for the Bajaj Egg Tray, hope replacement order can be delivered.

              I orderd food through Swiggy from Chillys restraunt costing 900+ bucks.
              The quality of food is bad in comparison to what I had previously dined in Chillys.
              I complaint to customer care who did not agree to either make partial refund or order fresh good quality food.
              My 900 rupees got wasted

                Food was not delivered as ordered, rider said he delivered the food( I HAVE CCTV FOOTAGE to claim that he didn't even enter my buidling premise), i receive a mail from Swiggy stating the food was delivered.

                When I reached the customer care, they refused to pay my money back and initiated a coupon of 257rs excluding delievery charges.

                I am just asking for my money here. Kindly help. Swiggy mentally harassed and made me beg past 12 hrs and has stopped all the communication channels to reach them.

                  I placed an order (Order #[protected] with Swiggy Instamart on 10th March 2022 at 8.23am. The order was worth 2193. I paid extra for delivery because I wanted the order sooner. I waited for the delivery executive but he was moving in the opposite direction. I contacted the chat support as the executive wasn't responding. They assured me the order will reach in 20mins. I patiently waited. 1 hour later the rider changed. The newly assigned executive was at the store. I tried calling him but he did not respond. I again got in touch with the Chat support sharing my concern as my order was delayed. They again assured me the order will reach soon. I tried calling the rider again but no response.

                  After 10mins, I received a notification that your order was cancelled due to an operational issue. After that I received a text message that your order was cancelled and no refund will be given.

                  I reached out to the store support asking them about the reason for not getting the refund when it was an operational issue. The store support representative responded and informed me that the order was cancelled because the rider reached the location and tried calling me multiple times which was not the case. The order was placed on 10th but the team was unable to find any order but can see a cancellation on 9th. I even informed them I have a CCTV to see who comes and who doesn't and a security guy who will inform if someone's at the door. Clearly the team doesn't want to look at the facts but repeat scripted answers.

                  I spent Rs 2193 on groceries, waited patiently, didn't get the order, my money not refunded and on top of that getting reasons like the rider was outside my house but I didn't take calls and that too after waiting for around 2 hours.

                  Request you to please refund the money.

                        Swiggy Instamart which runs 24/7 next to my building in sushant lok phase I c block sector 43 gurugram, haryana. Whole day they work fine. But right after midnight, mostly at 1 or 2 Am. They come with lots of trucks and make extreme noises which is very disturbing to the whole building around that shop. Even the drivers and other people helping them make so much of noise and talk whole night. This doesn’t stop after an hour approximately 3 to 4 trucks comes every hour. So this noise happens from 1Am to 5 AM which is sleeping time for all others. Even after so many complaints there are no action taken and these people are continuously making more more disturbance for people. People have already made so many complaints. Kindly take actions. Thank you in advance.

                                    Swiggy is a blody damn fraud fraud fraud and cheating company, suck your blood and money.they don't deliver the orders n cancel on their own and their bloody app don't work properly, they r screwing and eating peoples money and enjoying, they have not delivered my order and took all my money and. Cancelled the order and when I contacted them on chat they say they can't help, gross fraud it is shameless

                                      I ordered a combo of 2 Veg Pizzas and a Garlic bread from Ovenstory Pizza through Swiggy on 14 Feb 2022. When order was delivered, the garlic bread was missing. However the it was billed. Raised the issue of product missing to Swiggy through app customer support, mail & Twitter, but got no resolution. I have an item missing in my order, and these people don't care. Very bad customer service.

                                        Dear Consumer Complaints,
                                        Greetings. This is what happened with Swiggy on 4th March 2022. I have placed an order #[protected] at around 1130 hrs which is scheduled to get delivered by 1230hrs, unfortunately neither I have received any sms with details of delivery executive nor any call from his no. At around 1250hrs there is a message citing delivery executive have called me and I did not respond, so Swiggy has cancelled my order and whole amount would be deducted as cancellation fee, it is quite interesting that when I was residing at the same house for the last two decades and I am inside the house, this delivery executive finds consumer non-tracable and non-responsive. When I tried approaching call centre's no, it is continuously engaged, so finally chat executive responded and told me same thing that I did not respond so Swiggy has cancelled my order and nothing can be reversed. Had I placed order with no-contact delivery, had it been delivered outside of my home, things would have been different. I live in DRDO Township of Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad where all central government quarters are numbered. My home is in third floor of five storeyed building where each floor is with two flats and all are numbered, interestingly swiggy delivery executive (Mr N Balraju) waited for 40 mins and since there is no response from my phone, Swiggy has cancelled order. There are signal problems in my place. This is Swiggy quality of commitment and cancels orders with zero refund. Had delivery executive could use lift and came to check the floor and flats that are numbered, I would have freely advertised Swiggy quality of service. I don't know Swiggy call centre person who canceled my order, looks like that person need to be educated properly, unless trained by company like that. Without any kind of intimation to consumer Swiggy cancels orders within few hours and grabs consumer's money. Very interesting...
                                        Just to demonstrate to you, I have placed another order (#[protected] from the same outlet at 1515hrs and items are delivered with no-contact delivery at 1600hrs without any fuss. What is this kind of service. Atrocious way of earning money from first order (50% of its amount's reversal is initiated by chat executive as he himself felt the fault), but where as Swiggy is desperate to earn money through cancellations and with persons like Mr N.Balraju with the items for which customer pays and are resold by Swiggy for their pockets...Idiotic policy of Swiggy, I will keep quoting this and spread the message too... Swiggy must be taught a lesson.
