Purposely did not come to deliver

I had ordered for 2 family pack ice cream,
This delivery staff comes inside the locality and calls saying please come down i wont be able to deliver your order up i said whu he said security guy is not allowing i called up security guy he said i never stopped him to go he is lying the proof of call i have attached in screenshot

Later i call him again saying why he has not come to deliver yet he says i wont come up if...

Need a REAL invoice

Hi I have ordered from instamart, payed through phonepe, my account has been debited with the amount but onswiggy it is not shown as transaction history and also order has not been placed, no history regarding the order is seen on the application...

Price difference doubled compare to offline

Address:Pechiamman milk depot restaurant Thirunagar Madurai

In madurai Thirunagar pechiamman hotel restaurant not only this most of the hotels hiked the food price from 70-120% in swiggy app. But in hotel that was much lesser. Ok ordering food in apps get higher than usual amount but there might be a law needs to be kept. Doubling the price is not acceptable.
For ex :
In hotel Parotta 12/pc
But in app Parotta 22/pc...

I have replaced one order in Swiggy that is ID no. Is[protected] that is paid already in online payment but in my ID shows Cash on delivery but Swiggy customer care call and tell to me that is replaced Order don't collect cash from the customer, but in my id shows cod is pending that is the reason. I share the photo also see that .

Fraudulently charging money for food that was not delivered

I was fraudulently charged for food that was never delivered to me. The customer care is of no use and is a waste.
I ordered food at 4:12 pm and the delivery showed 40 mins and the delivery boy was assigned immediately after that as i was tracking the order the delivery person did not move even a bit for 30 mins and that's when i called him but he did not answer the call I called the customer care and that man was so useless that...

They are showing different images and send 3rd class quality of food
I m spending much amount on order food and they are doing compl fraud
I asked them ti follow the instructions on birthday cake but they haven’t followed any
And after complaining not even doing anything...

Refund of cancelled order haven't got even after 7 days

I have ordered food on 12th December, 2021 from a restaurant via Swiggy.
But due to some reason I have cancelled the order within 10 seconds of order confirmation.
I have been entitled fr a refund of Rs 607 ( order amount)., for which I have contacted the customer care of swiggy. They have told that the refund have been initiated nd will reflect in my account within 7 days.
After that I have contacted them some 6-7...

Regarding the swiggy genie delivery

I am a small business owner. I have a home bakery. I used the swiggy genie option to make two deliveries the same day. They were both delivered in a very bad condition.
It was devastating to see pictures from customers. And all this happened even after I told both the delivery guys to be extra careful with the package....

Payment completed but Swiggy did not process the order

Following sms received from Swiggy after debit of amount made from bank account

Your payment for Swiggy order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from your bank will get refunded within 4-7 days.

Swiggy app also doesn’t show any active order regarding this order number...

Fraudulence delivery charges

I have taken 1 yr membership 899/- for one free delivery subscription of below 6 km distance at swiggy food wallet.

But while ordering it's showing restaurant distance above 6.1 km. But same restaurant is showing distance 5.1 km in other account without 1 yr free delivery membership.
How they can showing different distance to with membership n without membership?
