Here i am placing order from swiggy instamart and the wrong order received me swiggy didn't respond anything related to order i want my money back i would like to request consumer department register my complaint against swiggy and ban him swiggy is fraud app they take money didn't respond and send worthless items

    Swiggy delivery boy asked for 250 rs saying he has no fuel in his bike and promised to return it by midnight and never did.

      Hi my order I'd is[protected] and as the delivery partner is not responsive i contacted your chat support executive for help. His name is Mayur and he was absolutely worst and kept me waiting till i lost my patience and ask to cancel the order and his response was as you are unwilling to wait i have to cancel your order.
      You are not doing favour by giving me food that I pay for. Sad state!

          Wrong order and refusing to refund my money back.

          I am highly frustrated, irritated and feeling a little helpless after the situation i was put into last night, that is 12th February 2022 at around 8:30 PM.

          Bill of ₹168 was booked and payment was done through google pay, amount was deducted. But no message of order placed or tracking in the app...

          I ordered food from Swiggy last night. They were late and delivered around midnight. When I opened the package it was incomplete order. My order amount was 1040. They delivered something worth Rs 200. It was just breads.
          They had left out my main dish and side dish entirely.
          When i contacted the delivery boy. He said he cannot do anything and contact the customer care.
          The customer care said the same. And asked me to mail to there email support. Where again they are not responding and not even acknowledging there mistake. Mine was a prepaid order. They are not refunding . They were not even bothered to deliver the left out order. They are not performing any action. The email supports asks you to contact chat support and vice versa. Extremely poor policies and worst customer handling.

            I ordered from behroz biryani worth 721 biryani and starter when I received my it was roll from fassos they sent me completely wrong order when I tried to complain on app they completely ignored me when I complained on mail with attached photos they refused to compensate saying they can’t validate as if Swiggy staff is blind it was such a wastage of time and money and food I want compensation with apology letter

Now all of a sudden i am logged out and it is asking me to sign up again, when i do using above number it say number has been used 6 months back, not sure why.                       Hi,

                      I received incorrect food delivery, I raised the concern with customer service but they're not being helpful and sharing some bot responses. They are not attending my concern. Please go through the image shared.

                      The invoice clearly shows a different number, which is not my registered contact number also the food item is different which I cannot consume, this is unacceptable.

                      There's no point of sharing wrong images as I donot make momos myself.

                      This is something related about the courtesy to serve the customers properly, as no one will accept these behaviours, when someone is paying for a service.

                      Awaiting for a favourable response.

                              I ordered food from Swiggy with Singh Tadka Cafe, Noida, on Feb 2, 2022. (order no:[protected]It was delivered one hour later(as usual late deliveries from Swiggy) . However the worst that could happen was, while eating I noticed something weird in my mouth and took it out, it was a ' Blood Stained Band Aid'. You can imagine how disgusting it was, I literally vomitted after that.I called up Swiggy customer care and they just didn't help appropriately or let me talk to a senior. All he could say was ' Refund ho jayega'. It is not a matter of money, it's of health and hygiene. If I get some disease tomorrow due to consuming this, who will take the responsibility. I strongly urge to take strict action against Swiggy and concerned restaurant.
