Charging Delivery Fee for Swiggy One plan

Swiggy has been charging me delivery fees even though they changed my plan from Swiggy Super to Swiggy One

My order amount is more than RS. 1000 but still i was charged RS. 32 as delivery fee, when i contacted customer care they did not resolve my issue.

I want to complain about my swiggy order on 09/12/2021 around 8 pm
Order no-. #[protected]
2 items (2 jowar bhakaris were missing from my order which were worth 35 Rs each means total 70 Rs items were missing.I raised this issue with swiggy chat support, but they didn't help, they wasted my almost 2-2.5 hours and they just offered me refund of Rs 39 only ?
Why should I accept less refund ?
And they almost wasted my 2-2.5 hours without help and without issuing refund.
Also why should I accept lesser amount for my suffering due to swiggys mistake?

        I am a frequently user of Swiggy in past i have a good experience . But now a days the service is worst. Everytime time i am getting different order what i placed and whenever tried to contact to customer service they did not provide proper solution .every time they said please mail to us. Pathetic service

              I am a swiggy super, i bought a higher plan in which i was supposed to get free delivery from every restaurant, no matter how far it is, now they have change plan to swiggy one without my permission and i am getting free deliveries in only a few of restaurants, i dont want this plan and how can they change my plan without my permission

                  I have ordered 1packet moghlai paratha and 1packet mixed noodles from Lacknow express, but I received 2packets of moghlai instead of mixed noodles.. I complaint in swiggy customer care, there was one guy, his name is Mrityunjay, I sent him food image, he was giving reply very late and kept the conversation on hold for more than 10mints after that didn't even understand the issue and just said reach out to customer care, I asked him to please transfer the chat to his senior manager so that I can have a conversation, you are not properly responding but he sent the same message again and again

                  Pathetic services, I have doubted it was not even a human being like a bot I was talking with. Disappointed. They hire this kind of customer service guy to resolve the issue of the customer? Who don't even reply on time take too long to give a reply. Customer ask something, he gives reply another thing.

                  We customers order foods from swiggy not for getting wrong items and even after received it no proper response.

                  I have sent them an email also but they didn't give any resolution

                      I am a swiggy rider in Faridabad, as per swiggy riders should have rating of 4.69 or above to get weekly incentive of 1000/- and 200/- petrol incentive on it . My rating till sunday was full 5.00, i delivered 15 orders on Sunday (28th Nov 21) none of the orders were delayed. Still my rating was reduced to 4.64, when i filled rhe de help form, my manager contacted me and said 1 customer has given me 1 star rating, it was a 10kms order which i delivered on time without any issues. I dont know why customer reduced my rating and due to this i had to face a loss of 1200/-, its not just me every rider is sick of this, we're working 7 days, 10-12hrs every week and are still not getting paid fairly, also the managers are very rude to their own riders.
                      The thing is if a customer makes extra request like getting alcohol or ciggrates, which is clearly not permitted, still riders can't refuse because we know if we refused, they would drop our rating and that would be a lot if 1200 per week for the rider.

                        On 5th December around 10:35pm at 12th gulmohar cross road, JV.P.D, Juhu a swiggy delivery partner on a black bike was openly masturbating to me. Upon seeing him he immediately drove off on the bike. I felt incredibly unsafe and disturbed. There was a clear swiggy logo on his tshirt and bike. Please take strict action against this. I am really considering registering a complaint.

                              I came across this while I placed order for certain product 50gm quantity with mrp 42 and they are charging 100 rs for that which I missed while placing order and when I placed complaint they told me that I received what I ordered only..if thos happened to me god knows how many times thos has happened before to how many people... action needs to be taken against this

                                Daily payout issues

                                Actually I am not able to get my daily payout for the date of 26 November Friday 27 November Saturday 28th November Sunday the total amount goes for 435 rupees and I haven't received yet to my bank account or to any other wallet...

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am writing this email with full regret and disappointment caused by Swiggy. I placed an order no.[protected] Dt. 29/11/21 at 11:28PM, pay the amount and order is accepted & confirmed by te restaurant.

                                after 1 hour at 12:33AM (from no. [protected]) I received a call from the customer care that they are not able to serve the order, after some discussion (about 3Min 9 Sec) he told that he will try to do it and call back in 5 Min. When I not receive any call from Swiggy, I call the customer care at 12:44AM (No. [protected]) he asked me to cancel the order and he don't have any other option at his end, so told him to forward the call to his seniors for the resolution of the issue, My call was put on hold for 180 Minutes, I wait till 3:40 AM but unable contact the seniors to resolve the issue.

                                Above series of incident totally disappoint me and change my opinion about Swiggy, never trust on Swiggy.

                                After completing my work when I feel very hungry and place order on Swiggy, pay in advance, order was accepted & confirmed, than after 1 hour at mid night how deny your customer to serve the order, when no much options are available and leave him hungry.

                                How Swiggy can respond like this and put the call of customer on hold for 180 Minutes ???

                                If your customer care is not have authority to resolve the issues of customers than pls close it.

                                I slept that night hungry even after paying the amount to Swiggy,
