I have placed an Order#[protected] on 1st Jan however due to Swiggy (IOS device) application error i did not get confirmation message for the payment I have made also i could not see the order along with order tracking details in Swiggy IOS mobile app. So I resubmitted the order#[protected]which was in the cart) however once again i was getting application same error message so i was confused and contacted customer service.

The Customer care executive confirmed me there is an inconsistency in the mobile app behaving due to I got these errors. Also, confirmed me that couple of orders[protected] &[protected] i placed were successful and told me that she can cancel the duplicate order and process refund within 8 days however i didn't receive the refund yet.

I had a detailed conversation with KFC, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nādu today and found that they didn't process my cancelled order also they can't generate invoice and collect the money from Swiggy or customer for any cancelled orders.

Also, they requested me to contact Swiggy as as they didn't receive money for the order#[protected]. So, I believe it is Swiggy's responsibility to refund me.

In my case the order cancellation reason is genuine and order cancellation was recommended and initiated by your executive as I have no intention to cancel the order. Due to Swiggy IOS application error i was not having any option to validate these orders from my end. So, i request you to focus on this issue and process refund at the earliest. I would like to highlight few points to Swiggy management

* it is Swiggy's responsibility to explain customer ( if any one is asking for customer care executives help to cancel an order) regd cancellation policy & charges if there is cancellation fee/penalty is applicable. You can't expect a customer to read you policies and procedures

* No customer is ready to loose money for the service not offered to him/her

* Maintain call/chat history and don't skip your responsibilities in the name of your company policy

* I have submitted few tickets and sent few mail however for few i got very genirc message that i have crossed deadline of 48hrs to contact them however I instantly contacted customer care and Swiggy executive was the one cancelled my order then i would like to understand what is stopping/bothering Swiggy to process refund?

    I have ordered my medicine through swiggy at 9:50 am on 13 jan 2021. Had already paid for delivery fees and when reached by the delivery partner has paid for medicine igself now the delivery partner is saying I haven’t received the payment thought i have paid swiggy 569 and no response from swiggy as well complained to them for 2 hours but no response has been taken.           Hi,
          I have placed an order on Dec 26th for Rs.2170/- by 12:17PM, and it was a duplicate order, due to network issue & the payment got debited. We realised it by 12:19 PM & had a chat with Swiggy executive & canceled the order by 12:19PM. Since it was 2 mins, they refused to refund the amount, as per their message in the chat "Swiggy allows you to cancel for free within 1 minute of placing your order, post which a fee will be applicable. This helps us avoid food wastage and compensate our restaurants and delivery partners." Who in this world will be able to cancel the order within a minute of placing the order. This is not fair & also is this how they treat the customer. also there was no swiggy executive alloted for this specific order placed & the hotel also hasn't confirmed. Then why we were charged Cancelation fee.. If they say cancelation fee, it can be with minimal amount, but not the whole amount of the order placed which is really disappointing. Every penny that are being charged is hard earned one & i m not ready to pay this to some one for free (without even received the order or without even feeding on it)

            I order grocery from swiggy instamart and the order shows delivered but when i check with the support team they its not delivered but shows delivered they can give refund i am not okay with refund bcoz the are not upto the marks and they gave me totally wrong information

                  My Swiggy ID was (517936) I have rejoined swiggy on 31st dec 2021 and on that day i have earned 519 rs and since 10 days past they have not given my last week payout i was expecting this money for petrol for further delivery... each time i raised a ticket regarding payout they closed the ticket by saying (Duplicate Ticket...please check the details of your previous ticket) pls resolve my issue you can't even imagine how far stress i am handling...

                        I placed an order, but it showed your order could not be placed yet my money was deducted from my account. Swiggy shows your bank takes 5 -7 days to initiate the refund but it has been more than that. I talked to my bank service and they said swiggy has not initiated the refund. It is really unfair. I want my money back.
                        The amount was Rs 2539.

                          I have placed an order on 5th January 2022 at 09:00 pm. I have paid Rs. 858/- for my order. I have received a call from delivery boy at 09:38 pm. While receiving the call, call was disconnected. Then I tried to call him back so many times but failed. After repeated calling him, he had picked up my call luckily and told me that he will deliver my order within 10 minutes. But while delivering the order, he got the cancellation message from swiggy, which was also received my me. The message was that "Your Swiggy order #[protected] has been cancelled since you failed to respond to our delivery executive's calls. You will be charged Rs 858.0 as cancellation fee". I was surprised to see that message. I called the delivery boy about the same, he refused to deliver the order and advise me to contact Swiggy for delivery. Then I chat with Mr. Rishi and told him all the problems I faced. But neither my order was delivered nor the deducted amount was refunded in my account. The whole incident had spoiled my night and was nightmare to me.

                          I asked from Swiggy that why should I not move to consumer court for compensation for their unprofessional behaviour. Due to that incident, I could not slept whole night and felt very bad.

                          I request to compensate me for yesterday incident and send me appology letter for this.

                              Please note that for the subjected order #[protected] on[protected] we have not received the qty. as given in order, we have ordered total 8 packs of ice cream 500 gm each value 2840 INR paid. but only 2 packs was received 1 sitafal and 1 chiku ice cream.
                              6 sitafal ice cream packs 500gm each was not received and we have given complaint on same day to resolve to swiggy also accepted by swiggy but not resolved yet.

                              The ice cream was packed in bag while receipt but after opening only 2 found inside the bag instead of 8.

                              Swiggy is very good in writing apology email but should arrange refund worth 1800 INR or 6 packs ice cream ASAP

                                  On 25th Oct 2021 there were duplicate transactions processed from my amazon pay account at 1:10PM for a swiggy order of INR 357 but I didn't receive my refunded for the duplicate transaction processed. When I reached out to Swiggy they said that it will be processed within 48 hrs.
                                  I tried calling them multiple times and every time the same response "it will be processed within 48 hrs". It has been more than a month now but I have received my refund.

                                  Finally after loosing all hopes, I am raising this complaint on the consumer forum. This is highly discouraging and unprofessional.
                                  @Swiggy: Request you to please look into this and get my refund processed.

                                    Ordered sweets and was to be delivered at my father's location. He was not aware of delivery so he returned. The delivery boy set the status as delivered. The item was prepaid. SInce then he is not picking call though he had called twice to understand the address. Swiggy chat is not supporting as it says the order has been delivered.                                       I order 800 gm bread of three and three bun again it is also three in Muzaffarpur bihar order id[protected] i got 2 bread packet less 400gm each i complain to swiggy they are more then 20 times said same thing that we will pass feedback. They took our money just for this fraud . They do fraud on their swiggy i request u to pl.. provide me resolution .                                         Ordered food from swiggy on 16 dec 2021. The amount of rs 97 was deducted three times from my account but the order was not processed. When i chat with swiggy customer care on the same day they say i will get my money back in 4 to 5 working days. After waiting for 4 to 5 days i again informed customer care but they say the money is not deducted at their end. But in bank statement it is clearly mentioned that money is deducted by swiggy. It was not expected from such a big company. If you are not going to look into the matter i am going to file complaint against you in consumer court for making me fool and wasting my time.
