10 cups of icecream ordered today. 6 cups received with melted icecream. No proper response from Swiggy...

I was in my car waiting at a red light at traffic junction where there was no free left turn. This swiggy driver(License# TN72C Z1946) started abusing me because apparently I did not give him way. Brazenly he also jumped the red light. I expect Swiggy to take action and notify me of what action was taken. Such drivers are giving Swiggy a bad reputation. I have ordered corn veggie delight Pizza medium size from oven story pizza with swiggy app but delivery agent has taken too much time to deliver my food item and and when it is delivered it is completely cold and stale on condition....
