Hi I am abhijeet Gulshan and i have ordered from swiggy. Swiggy accepted that order and after waiting more than 45 min I got a automated call from swiggy that my order was canceled because restaurant was closed.
An automated is just humiliating to means if i have to ask something from whom I would ask and I didn’t get that money at the same time or till now
Who is responsible for this
I will raise this in consumer court.

    I ordered a coffee from Starbucks through swiggy. As soon as I opened the lid of the container, I could see ants that were dead floating on my coffee. I immediately clicked the pictures as a proof and raised the issue for a compensation. I was literally kicked from one executive to another including a few senior ones. I have submitted all the proof and still the company is unethical where they give such services and never provide a resolution.

    Here are the details of the order. I'm literally going to file a case against swiggy for the harassment I am going through right now because of the ridiculous behavior of the executives. I want my full refund as this coffee has literally dead ants floating on it. No one responds and just deny the compensation whenever they want without even knowing what the issue is.

    I have sent an email to the swiggy regarding the same. I have been begging for my money since hours though the executives are extremely harsh and they do not even hear the issue. Have been insulted again and again. I'm literally going to file a case against swiggy for this kind of treatment. Literally dead ants over my coffee and my money is not given me back, and I'm harassed like anything. This is going to be serious as I'm a lawyer myself and I'm going to drag swiggy to the court soon if this is not resolved with my refund immediately.

      DELIVERY IS FINE. I Suspect the Storefront that has packed my Order.

      I'm writing this mail with utmost frustration and irritation, because of the continuous fraudulent packaging by Swiggy's Instamart. I need this fraudulent incidents to take an end. I have clearly mentioned 2 Quantities of 1Litre Appy Fizz Drink, but I have been delivered with Only One Quantity. The customer chat support is of no help.

      If the storefront claims that they have sent me 2 Quantities ask them the proof of Image or CCTV footage where the Order was packed. They won't have it. I need a strict investigation to be done on this matter. I'm facing this issue for last 3-5 Orders (I have already raised an issue earlier here) and my concerns are getting avoided by the Customer service.

      I need a strict action to be taken on Swiggy's Instamart and proper compensation and resolution to be provided for all the mental trauma they have given for me personally because of this shopping experience. On continuous ignoring, I will go ahead and file a legal suit against this organisation for this fraudulent behaviour.

          I order 1 Orange cake worth 148rs from the restaurant Indian cake bakery in Asansol, West Bengal.

          But after delivery I got to know the cake was missing the restaurant just gave me an empty box.

          I immediately call the restaurant as well as swiggy but no response from both of them

          I mailed swiggy too regarding this but they just said that we will care of this from the next time.

          I want a full refund for the same.
          Request you to look in the matter

            My name is soujanya. from hyderabad. I order food in Swiggy. clearly i mentioned my location on screen. Delivery person 10 minutes he will there in next lane to my building. i called so many times to guide about my location but he didn't picked up my call. after15 minutes i got message order delivered successfully. that time also i called delivery person he didn't picked up. he give my food wrong person or he only kept my food i don't know but i didn't receive my food from swiggy. i have proof of CCTV photoaged

                I have been ordering food since 2years from swiggy.
                Nowadays, whenever I order after 10pm every restaurant is accepting orders that too prepaid orders & after the order has been prepared, they suddenly start showing that unable to assign deliveryboy or delivery boy refusing order. This has been a regular scenario now.
                I have faced this issue more than 5 times.
                It causes inconvenience as we have night curfew imposed in our city and we have no other options which leaves us with no option at night but only starvation.
                Also, they don’t provide any compensation or any coupons regarding the same.
                They are only causing trouble to the consumers

                  We order through Swiggy gene (order no[protected] on date 14th January 2022.The delivery boy did not deliver the order and when complained didn’t bother to recheck.The photo attachment by the Swiggy delivery person does not contain face of the recipient or the address.We contacted Swiggy customer care to raise a complain and they provide a SLA OF 48 hours but didn’t contact back till now.

                    I ordered a Nutella slice cheese cake from Boston Cafe through Swiggy and paid Rs.292 through Paytm in advance. after I received the order I saw that the cheesecake was only a half slice and not the full slice. it was not only half the quantity of what was promised but also very uneven in the toppings. the issue is still unresolved

                        Order no[protected]. & one another order.

                        Delivery boy dheeraj kumar come to delivery where old age my mother is there for receiving delivery.

                        I have already paid online such order amount but deliveey boy cheat with rs. 240 against my order. And they cheat of the amount.

                        Since long I chatting -calling for this till date. Every time representative take time for 24-48 hours but no solutions for it..

                        If no solution than answer the same for it... Why Lingering the same..

                        I have a footage than I claim for another amount of it than swiggy will what to do??

                        I have not accept such incident in my house.

                        I hope you are know the concerned and rely to me on timeline.

                          i ordered food from Swiggy. when order started delaying i inquire about status of order. first the chat representative assure me that order is on time. Aft some time he told me that there is no delivery boy available so he told me that he will assist in cancelling the order. i inquired about the charge or cancellation fee. he explicitly told me no charges because of non availability of delivery boy. even aft that no where in chat i confirmed to cancel. the person proceeded with cancellation. aft that i waited fr 2 days but no refund ws initiated. now they are saying they won't refund as full cancellation fee is charged.

                              In the order i had ordered there is written 6 pieces in each of the pizza but in the order i recieved there is only 4 pieces in each of the pizza.

                              Which means clearly about 30% less quantity in each of the pizza and i this is huge. So I must get 30% of my order value back.

                              This has not happened with me for first time, this is second time i recieved less quantity of food .
                              Restraurant is making people fool!

                                I ordered food from swiggy using Dhani Card to get offer and when I received the food item was missing and very bad taste food item I got. So, the swiggy team refunded my money to original payment method and I paid using Dhani Card so I should get the refund there. It's been more than 7 days I have still not received my refund yet.

                                  I ordered Paneer Butter Masala with Rumali Roti and a Veg Manchuria through SWIGGY and I must appreciate the delivery guy that he reached in 30 mins I was happy with the first experience with the delivery. But the actual incident happened when I opened the parcel i get to see that the quality of Paneer Butter Masala is at it worst and a pungent smell is coming out of it, when I took it up with the customer care they just keep chanting the same words that "Sorry about the experience and we apologize for the same" and not even trying to understand what I was going through as me and my wife and a kid are waiting for this which is a totally waste of tym is what I realised it later.

                                    I purchase some items from swiggy and i paid for that and after some time they just mention in app that item is deliver which i had not recieved so i took help from swiggy bot and executive told me that you will receive the same package for that i don't need to pay. But when i recieve the order they ask me for money. I told him the whole scenario. He talked to cx. Care executive they told him and to me as well that i need to pay for this and i will get the refund of old amount in 2 hours. But i have not recd. Anything till now. Now i send mail to swiggy team but they are saying they can't refund the amount. Plz help me.

                                      I have paid Rs 584 against an order on 31st December 2021 which i wanted to place on Swiggy instamart but it never got placed. they should actually rename it as Swiggy Lootmart. The amount got debited but order was not placed. I am receiving the same response from these nonsense and useless support team which they have but i have not received my refund yet. its been more than 15 days and i am struggling to get my refund. i have sent an email also but they are the silent witness of these things which is happening here.
