Received A Old Spoiled and Demanded Cake

I order one black Forest cake from New Grissini restaurant.. This cake is totally spoiled and damaged. It is dangerous for your health... I take small bite for testing vomiting is occurs And Bad smell coming after cutting the cake and water is released from this cake.. No one cannot eat a single bites. I have uploaded photo Of that cake... Plz help regarding this matter And refund back My money... They give...

    They are showing different images and send 3rd class quality of food
    I m spending much amount on order food and they are doing compl fraud
    I asked them ti follow the instructions on birthday cake but they haven’t followed any
    And after complaining not even doing anything

      I have ordered food on 12th December, 2021 from a restaurant via Swiggy.
      But due to some reason I have cancelled the order within 10 seconds of order confirmation.
      I have been entitled fr a refund of Rs 607 ( order amount)., for which I have contacted the customer care of swiggy. They have told that the refund have been initiated nd will reflect in my account within 7 days.
      After that I have contacted them some 6-7 times but every tym they told the same thing. Then I contacted my bank's customer care, they have told tht no such refund has been taken processed in my account.
      Today it's 21st December, and still I haven't got the amount back.
      I'm highly disappointed by this fraudent service of swiggy.
      Kindly help me to get my money back.
      I have attached my bank statement frm 12th December till today.

        I am a small business owner. I have a home bakery. I used the swiggy genie option to make two deliveries the same day. They were both delivered in a very bad condition.
        It was devastating to see pictures from customers. And all this happened even after I told both the delivery guys to be extra careful with the package.

          Following sms received from Swiggy after debit of amount made from bank account

          Your payment for Swiggy order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from your bank will get refunded within 4-7 days.

          Swiggy app also doesn’t show any active order regarding this order number

              I have canceled my order which was set on cash on delivery after that till now i am unable to order a single food on cash on delivery please resolve this as soon as possible

                My order number was[protected], i ordered some food from burger king and even after one hour it was not delivered wondering i contacted the support team and they said the excutive's bike has issues and if they can allocate some other executive to pick the food, they want me to eat the cold food? do they think they are the only food app? I was a regular user of swiggy for more than a year but now i am switching to other food apps. if the executive has problem with his bike then they should have immediately asked someone else to pick the order but instead after one hour they wanted me to eat the cold food

                  I have taken 1 yr membership 899/- for one free delivery subscription of below 6 km distance at swiggy food wallet.

                  But while ordering it's showing restaurant distance above 6.1 km. But same restaurant is showing distance 5.1 km in other account without 1 yr free delivery membership.
                  How they can showing different distance to with membership n without membership?
                  at any way swiggy to take delivery charges from us?
                  Why swiggy doing fraudulent business?

                  This is very very fraudulent.

                  Kindly take necessary action on this swiggy food delivery.

                    I have take one membership worth 999 for 1 Year then also i ' m being charged for delivery on almost all orders that too nearby restaurants,
                    I have also complained through chat they told that restaurant not offering free delivery, i have ordered from same restaurant earlier that time i didn't charged any charges,
                    What is the worth of purchasing one membership after paying 999 rupees,
                    I request them give me my delivery charges refund which I have paid otherwise refund my 999 rupees as it not as swiggy promised
                    I am being charged for delivery even for above 199 rupees and that to from nearby restaurant you can check all my previous orders i have shared screenshots on chats as well.

Right now, we have limited restaurants participating under this plan, however, we will be adding more restaurants in the coming days. Please update the app to the recent version to avail Swiggy One benefits and we request you to please go through the TnCs on the app.

                        I have ordered at 19:45 and got my order deliver at 22:23 from one of your Restaurant partner.

                        And during the time when I asked the customer care to get my order delivery as soon as possible, they asked me to cancel the order.

                        After almost two hour you are delivering my food. This type of behavior is not accepted at all.

                        I request the management to look up to this matter.

                            I have ordered on swiggy at 10.13 pm. the delivery time shown was eta 32 mins.

                            After almost 45 mins, i tried calling the delivery partner number provided by swiggy but went unanswered.

                            i tried to chat with swiggy customer care but didn't get any response...

                            This is a poor customer service along with pathetic customer care staff

                              Today 15/12/2021

                              I ordered 2 pc hot and crispy and medium fries combo. INSTEAD I got 2 pc hot and crispy and small chicken popcorn. I shared photos too with them.
                              but the email support claimed that ‘We’ve checked the image provided by you and we’re afraid it did not pass the checks we ran before disputing this order with the restaurant.'
                              basically claiming that the order was correct and we are lying.

                              MOREOVER THEY FROZE MY SWIGGY ACCOUNT WHERE I WAS UNABLE TO VIEW AND SEND EXACT ORDER DETAILS THAT I ORDERED.

                                I have placed an order and but not delivered and simply they cancelled the order and not refunding the amount. I try to call the delivery person by his mobile number to give the guidance about the location / landmark but he is not picking the call. I chat using customer chat but they didn't give the proper reply and they take more time to give the reply. I Need to get the full refund.

                                  My Swiggy has been deactivated for no reason. I had been an active user and there were hardly any order cancellations. Also I had a good amount of Swiggy money added to my account. I have called and mailed the Swiggy support only to hear from them that my account can’t be re-activated. I still have no clue as to why my account is deactivated and what is the issue in getting it activated again. I just want my swiggy money back.

                                    I have ordered my food yesterday night and the delivery guy has updated that is has been delivered. He is not responding to my calls and messages. He called me and told that he is not able to see the location and told me to give the otp. If he has genuinely ordered the food, then why his phone is switched off. I want you to take strict action against him and I want to talk to customer care personally. I want my money back.
