YET TO RECEIVE RESOLUTION/REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME FAULTY DIFFERENT ORDER

Just few moment ago ordered for Kwality Walls Cadbury Crackle Ice Cream but received ordinary Vanilla from the restaurant, post receiving of the product immediately reached the restaurant, they were not picking up the calls. Infront of delivery agent even he tried to reach but nothing helped. Then I have opened Swiggy chat option and after wasting my precious 25 minutes the primary team agent named Prithviraaj and Sashank were unable to resolve my concern and they were refused to provide the replacement and pick the different item from my home.

So I had guests in my home and already fallen in this worst restaurant trick. Request you to look into this, shared the images as well. Kindly check and provide replacement ASAP.

    We ordered cheese patty but they delivered normal patty, moreover we specially instructed them not to add honey in honey chilli cauliflower because we had sugar patient in our house but they didn't listen to it .This experience was very pathetic to us .I'll be hoping for a refund .

      Hii I m swiggy delevery partner I'd no 1211384 I want change a sift but not getting any response but I tweet to swiggy there are Mr vin said u can join a part time sift and swiggy team detail share a soon but now chat in twitt so there are available Mr adit they by miatakely said u u r sift change after one month can u resolve this issue...

      There has to be freezing time for cancelling the orders or changing the delivery address. i felt really worse in placing a order with Swiggy.

      I have mistakenly choosed the office address i have lost full amt as cancellation charges

      When i cancel my order they have taken total amt as cancellation charges.. Atleast we require 15 min to cancel teh order to update the address

        I am a swiggy one user and fed-up with their third class services they are fooling customer with unreliable and untrustworthy services and cheap mala-fide business practice food is being carried here and there by their delivery person for a unreasonably long period on the name of multiple deliveries ruining it and making it unfit to consume rude and unsupportive customer service person who threaten to impose panelty of bill value on cancellation even when the given time line is well over harrassing poor customer who has placed order trusting swiggy and they also revoked discount coupon from my account yesterday for a certain time period while it was available on other account I think it was one effect they wanted one member to order at inflated prices or not to order at all cheap business strategy with food delay, poor customer service and almost impossible cancellation of order in case of delay in delivery their services became unreliable and unbearable

          I ordered meat from swiggy instamart last sunday and it was stale . I immediately contacted the help support and was promised a refund for the expired product sent.. the same evening an escalation team manager also promised the same. But even after 7 days no refund has been made.

                I ordered my food from swiggy and the name of the restaurant was Chichabas Taj (50, MM Road, Pulikeshi Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560005).
                When I raised with Swiggy support they say we will investigate it, I asked if someone came and take it back as a proof. The quality is total waste.
                Swiggy denied to refund my money or replace it. What is the solution??

                  i have ordered 2 full & 1 half murg massalam from restaurant (Red Sun Multicuisine Family Restaurant), kalyan, Thane

                  i have received only 1 full & 1 half .
                  called restaurant and swiggy for almost 1 hr 30 min no response from any of them.

                  now i am asking for refund of my order costing 580 rupees. and swiggy is giving me refund of 162 which is almost 30 % of my paid cost.
                  I want full refund for same.

                  I got complete refund of 580 rupees now .thanks for the support from swiggy. Escalation team.only thing is this should be done at first level not after the escalation..but appreciate that swiggy team is taking care if it's not solving at initial level.. Thanks a lot consumer complain forum for bringing up to notice of swiggy escalation

                    I ordered some grocery items from swiggy and instead of delivering the items to me, he was asking me to come and get it for him. I told him i couldnt come downtairs for some reason, if i would be able to come i wouldn't have ordered from swiggy. Then his behaviour was very rude and told me to cancel the order if i cant come downstairs and started arguing with me very rudely.

                      I ordered food from Swiggy Today. The delivery person was standing with the order picked up since past 25 minutes. When I raised a complaint on Swiggy as well as called him, he moved from his location after some time. This is ridiculous services. Infact when the order was delivered was more than an hour, it was so cold and that too from such a large order from Barbeque Nation. Its such an horrible service. I cannot expect such a service from an order worth 1750. That's very unprofessional on Swiggy's part. The order was delivered in 70 minutes and very cold. Its of no use to me I had to order a new one from some other place

                        Ordered food through Swiggy from hotel RNR on 1st Jan 2022. During the payment, the page got refreshed and took me to the page again for payment.

                        I have got two deductions for the same order (I have been billed for the same order). Also they delivered the same order twice which was of no use to me, as I already had order the same items in huge quantity.

                        When I contacted Swiggy Customer Care, they say they cannot help and only option is to cancel order with zero refund.

                        Why should customer suffer and pay double for website/app problem of Swiggy

                          I worked 3 days in week 50, and one day in week 52, they cancelled my payouts for both weeks, even if work for one day, it still counts, i worked hard for those days, they should at least pay me for the days i worked hard, please help me about it, thank you

                              HI,

                              This is to complain about the incident that happened today with my wife Rupam Pandey who ordered food from Swiggy today. Below are the order details:

                              Ordered from - McDonald's, Sector 29, Gurgaon
                              Order date - December 31st
                              Order Time - 9.22 pm
                              Was supposed to be delivered in 55 minutes
                              Order value - Rs 293,
                              ORDER #[protected] | FRI, DEC 31, 2021,
                              It is 12 midnight and I have not yet received the delivery. All this while I was continuously chatting with the support team and also got to speak to the customer support team twice.

                              For the last 2 & a half hrs, I was continuously being told that delivery will happen soon. and they are sorry for everything that happened. Sharing the screenshot of chat for your reference.

                              My concern & complaints are:

                              (1) The delivery can get delayed by 15-20 minutes and not for 2 hrs or more. If it was delayed by more than 2 hrs and this was there in the knowledge of your customer support team, why was the meal not replaced and why I was continuously told that delivery will happen soon,
                              (2) If the delivery is delayed beyond 30-35 minutes, it means the delivery guy is not interested in delivery and the order should be replaced..One should also be compensated for an issue like this.

                              In the 1st call that i was having with your support team, the call was disconnected midway without any proper resolution

                              Rather than talking about meal replacement & compensation, your support team keeps saying that the order will be delivered which finally got canceled after 2 and half hrs.

                              I have 2 kids at home and I could not get a proper meal for them today and this is very serious and shameful.

                                Hey ! My order number is[protected]. The net bill is above Rs 2000. I have one main item i.e Mutton do pizza missing. I have not been able to contact customer service through app.none is replying since last 30 or so mins. My dinner is ruined.

                                This is terrible.totally unacceptable
                                Everyone was waiting at the table for food
                                How can I trust Swiggy now or its restaurant??? I want immediate action and a refund. This harassment

                                  I ordered grocery from swiggy instamart on 25 December 2021 with order I'd[protected] worth rs 2219. The amount was prepaid online. They did not deliver me the order instead wrongly shown it delivered. They are not even calling me when I sent them mail. And are not helping me to get either refund or deliver me the order. Iam really tensed as the amount was big. Please help me get the refund or my order.

                                      Didn't recieve more than half of the order. Tried to resolve the issue with the customer service executive but both the times the call was disconnected. And the complaint was closed without resolving. Order of Rs. 1369.50 was not delivered.
