          We ordered for food at around 8:20. The was a complete mix-up with the delivery location despite having ordered from swiggy earlier. The delivery agent called us and we answered but his voice was not clear and the call got disconnected. We attempted to reach him through 2 numbers and managed to contact him and get an alternate number to contact him on whatsapp. He requested the location be sent to him, which we did, after which he said it was 2.6km away and told us that he would charge us extra delivery fees, despite having made full payment earlier, when ordering. We told him to deliver the food and we would handle the extra delivery charge. However, he went ahead and canceled the order on his own. We were informed that we would get a refund on our order, however, when we accepted the refund offer, they changed it to 50% refund, which we did not find acceptable. Considering that no food was delivered and the cancellation was made by the delivery agent, we should have received a 100% refund.

              Hi Team,

              I have placed an order on Swiggy Instamart on 19th Nov ‘21 wide Order no #[protected] for few groceries .

              I placed an order for Crown Dates, 250 GM packet . On the order page it was showing as 185 . ( snap shot attached) .

              But to my utter surprise when I received the delivery, it showed MRP of the same Crown Dates as 117 ( pl refer the pics attached ) . I raised the issue with the customer support but they said they don’t have the authority to refund the balance amount charged extra .

              I have also written vide mail on the customer support but nothing form their end as well .

              As per my information and knowledge no one charge above MRP which is a criminal offense and illegal in India .

              Looking for a solution and also there should some check on these sites luring customer by showing some discount whereas the MRP have been marked up from the original listed price .

                Hi Team,

                This was the pathetic experince with swiggy..I ordered for the food from "Nandhana palace" and I was aaked to wait for 40 min, then a delivery executive was assigned. He took the food and delivered to a different person. When I chatted with the customer care representative, he waa not willing ro help. He was asking me to cancel the order rather than helping me out. Then I recieved a call from the swiggy team and he was offering me just Rs.25 and asking me sorry. Now, please tell me if the customer has to be penalized for this issue or the delivery executive?? And also this spoils the name of the restaurant.

                  Hi, I am a regular customer and i m part of Super Binge plan as well.

                  I am sure that normally you guys put 20rs extra on the menu, plus tax and then delivery charges and which i am okay. But i cant digest the factor that you guys charge 100 rs plus for each product on some restaurants, for each item.
                  For example NISO restuarant in KR Puram Bangalore, they charge 150rs for lemon chicken and where in i m charged 219rs in swiggy, plus taxes plus delivery charges. Why are you looting so much?
                  I paid for the Super Binge, plus i get 100rs extra charged on a product plus taxes. its a serious looting you guys are doing, and i have the details of each and every item. I want you guys to return what ever you guys looted from me.

                    Coupons offer declined while payment

                    Once the coupon is applied there small discount and total payable amount is subtracted with discount amount, but when we choose the payment mode, it reflects the original amount.Either im seeing this wrong or doing something wrong or you guys need to get this right.
                    Instead of giving false coupon offers you could play being genuine with the customers....

                    Yesterday I have placed an order with Swiggy for 10 cups (Each cup 95 gms) of Ice cream - Maha Raj Bhog from IBACO vide order no.[protected], Nov 16, 21:27. The delivery is received without any proper packing to protect cooling. My cousin received the delivery so that I could not notice. When the ice cream is served to my guests I was a bit embarassed as the cream is totally melted and looks like flavoured milk. I have reported this issue to Swiggy, they have not responded properly.

                      I have attached the photo regarding order. Cod disabled even though swiggy canceled my order. Gave a coupon instead of removing the cancelation fee. Coupon only valid for a month.
                      Don't have money in bank right now so can't use online payment. And swiggy customer care said will enable only after placing 3-4 orders via online payment.

                            My cash on delivery was disabled even though it was swiggys fault . They compensated me the canceled order money but only gave me a coupon instead of canceling the fee charged. They canceled my order and and compensated by giving a coupon but disabled cod . So I can't place a order and use the coupon. I don't use online payment. And coupon is only valid for a month. Currently I don't have cash in my bank to use online payment. So I am not able to use the coupon and in future I will have to pay the order money as fee and then order my food. This is absurd and fraud and cheating the customer.

                              I ordered cold Coffee drink and while sipping with the straw I felt something at the back of my throat and when I saw it was thin metal wires which could have got stick in my throat and turned out fatal to me. A person could have died because of this irresponsibility. Plus I cannot upload the picture as it says "file to large" for reference I have shared the images on email. I would completely with full authority like to ask for refund of my ₹226 for such a horrible experience.

                                I have ordered an order at 9.51 pm on 14th nov 2021 at my home in faridabad from near by restaurant wow momo which is hardly 3 km away from my home. Order was accepted and a delivery boy had been assigned. But it had been showing 25 min since last 1 hour and at 11, i contacted to swiggy about the real status of the order, then they told me that delivery boy had denied delivery. And they didn't even think to inform me this on time . Is that my fault that your delivery boy denied my order. Or isn't this you lr responsibility to inform me on time or assign somebody else on time. At this time, someone ordered to get dinner and that person must be hungry since an hour. All of sudden you say that we could make another order at 11 and you had tl wait 1 more hour . Is that right. Also, the customer care person didn't have any appologies or regret for this. This was the worst incidence happend with me and swiggy and i would never recommend swiggy to anyone. It is better to go for another app such as zomato.

                                      I was in my car waiting at a red light at traffic junction where there was no free left turn. This swiggy driver(License# TN72C Z1946) started abusing me because apparently I did not give him way. Brazenly he also jumped the red light. I expect Swiggy to take action and notify me of what action was taken. Such drivers are giving Swiggy a bad reputation. Until action is taken I am not ordering anything from Swiggy.
