I ordered food from Grand hotel, Hyderabad. Everything was moving fine and my delivery partner was 10 minutes away from reaching my home and suddenly my order got cancelled. I immediately chatted with the customer service and they never responded for more than 5 minutes. Even after they respond they reverted me to different issue. I ordered 1 kg Amul Pure Ghee from swiggy of worth rupee 493₹ but when i opened the package i found that the seal was broken of the Ghee and a bad smell was there . i took pictures and told the swiggy customer support via chat but after requesting several times they didnt accept it and clearly said we cant help you.
so i want either replace my product or give me my money back.. i can't give my money swiggy to cheat inocent customers...

The same issue with me .. they have disabled COD option just because I canceled one order as I forgot to add an item and just 10 sec after I replaced the order with same restaurant. post that I have placed more than 30 online paid orders but COD is still deactivated. I have paid for Swiggy Binge plan (costliest) and they are not even activating COD option. I spoke to the executive.. she also said they have no idea when this can be resolved.....

Yesterday ordered a cake for kanha ji but they deliver it damaged and after a delay in delivery of approx 1.5 hrs. When I raised a complaint they said you will not get any resolution. Just rate the restaurant. How pathetic is this? It's a fraud company...
