On 1 Nov 2021 @ 18:59 ordered and Prepaid at Copper Kitchen (SWIGGY ORDER ID[protected] for Rs.327) through Swiggy.
Around 20:00 IST Swiggy Executive ARRIVED AT MY PLACE and told that he left food at Hotel BY MISTAKE and CHANGED HIS ORDER STATUS AS DELIVERED. Hence I contact Swiggy Help Center, first asked my address, then told to talk with executive, and finally, they told me to send mail to [protected]@swiggy.in
Here I lost my money, food not delivered, no response from Swiggy help center.
Meanwhile, I checked with Copper Kitchen Hotel, they told that order was dispacted already.
I expect some immediate action from Swiggy, but they failed to do so. Till Now (2 Nov 2021, 12:10 pm) no response for me.
