Wrong Items delivered from swiggy instamart

We ordered some grocery items from swiggy instamart. Order number[protected]. Order amount Rs 544.
The delivery person just handed over 2 kwality walls ice cream instead of the order that i placed . When talked to the delivery person he said not his fault and blamed the store for it. There was now way he connected us to the store neither we had a way to connect to the store. When tried to raise a complaint with the customer care...

Refund not reflected

Hi, I have ordered from Swiggy on 12th of march 2022 and made payment via paytm UPI. Once I received my order the total food spilled in the cover and complained it to Swiggy customer care. They have refunded the amount and status is credited to your account but till now the amount has not been credited.

Restaurant not showing on App and Browser

Hello Swiggy,

My restaurant is not showing on the App and the browser as well.

I had called swiggy many times and also raised multiple tickets, but no response yet.

I had asked my friends and family who stay within 4kms of the restaurants radius but they are not able to see the restaurant, where as ur customer care...

Refund Issue Swiggy Instamart Order - 1105608936285

Hi,

Regarding my last order, I had pathetic experience with the customer service in trying to get help and refund on missing items. The Customer care team showed no accountability in refunding my money which is stuck with swiggy for missing items.

The Instamart store did not deliver many items and I am not sure what quality checks you people do in managing and fulfilling customer orders. IF something is missing...

Instamart item not delivered and marked as delivered

I have ordered some products using the swiggy instamart on 11Th Feb 2022.
But the product was not delivered to me and when i have called the swiggy excitive the calls were not even connecting to that person. Hi, yesterday I ordered with swiggy order number #[protected]
The delivery person neither called me nor he rang the door bell after reaching the delivery address. After 10 mins I received the message that your order has been cancelled. So I went out to check what happened. The delivery person was sitting there 1 block away. I asked him are you from swiggy, he mentioned i can't deliver as your order has been cancelled.

Charging Delivery Fee for Swiggy One plan

Swiggy has been charging me delivery fees even though they changed my plan from Swiggy Super to Swiggy One

My order amount is more than RS. 1000 but still i was charged RS. 32 as delivery fee, when i contacted customer care they did not resolve my issue.

Daily payout issues

Swiggy delivery order number

I placed an order today at 4:20 pm. The same was taking 57 minutes to deliver. Hence was canceled. The complete amount was deducted as cancellation charges. This whole process took less than 5 minutes . They are not offering a refund or food delivery...

Coupons offer declined while payment

Once the coupon is applied there small discount and total payable amount is subtracted with discount amount, but when we choose the payment mode, it reflects the original amount.Either im seeing this wrong or doing something wrong or you guys need to get this right.
Instead of giving false coupon offers you could play being genuine with the customers....
