I ordered 5 Quantities of food item ( Rabdi) on July 18th 2023. As soon as we opened the packet of sweet it was tasting so badly and stinking. I ordered Rabdi because my wife had her fasting on Tuesday, and this was really frustrating to have such kind of food delivery. I did raise complaint to swiggy and they straight away denied stating that we cannot process the refund. I never expected such kind of pathetic demonstration...

I have ordered today's lunch from one of restaurant in our surrounding & I received my order I noticed one item is missed in that order. I tried to contact delivery boy but I'm unable to contact him after that ( I contacted restaurant and explained about missed item they said delivery boy missed item here send him and collect order).

I have ordered veg food form swiggy but they gave me non veg food and when asked for replacement or refund, they only agreed for 74 rupees coupon...

I ordered my food from KERALA PANOOR restaurant near bellandur, Banglore, and i saw the status that delivery agent took my order and he was in the way in my swiggy app. I waited more than 5hours to get the food still as of writing [ 00.35AM ] the food not delivered and i chat with swiggy agent he did apologise for the incident but i don't want that apologise because my wife waited more than 5hrs for the food and she slept without eating....

My relative was doing deliveries through swiggy delivery application and suddenly his account was deactivated, he is not tech savvy and is really scared because he thinks that he has lost his only source of income.

Sent a fruit basket and 2100 cash by swiggy geni, the delivery guy delivered the fruit basket but not the money, says the money fell somewhere. And swiggy is doing nothing about it, saying they don't insure the delivery, they only connect the delivery guy with the person who wants things delivered and hold no responsibility if anything goes wrong with the delivery....

Today I placed an order on swiggy for paratha with chole as choice of dip from Mothers kitchen Vishal Nagar Pune.
This is second time it has happened with this restaurant.
Instead of chole they included plain curd in the parcel.

I contacted swiggy and they have promptly issues me partial refund.
However the reason for this post is to bring it to their attention that such instances are happening repeatedly.br...

Today i have received damaged mangoes..i asked for replacement and they denied it.white worms are present inside the mangoes...

I'll call swiggy office for this complaint but can't pick up my calls...

Hello I ordered 2 box of aloo paratha with curd
. I received uncooked raw aloo paratha with very poor quality. It was like flour dough taste can't even eat 2nd bite of it. Aloo paratha was not Cooked it was uncooked and raw....

I ordered a Thali From swiggy. I found an insect inside my food. This kind o[censored]nhygienic services is not expected by swiggy. I need compensation for all this mental agony.
When i complained the same to swiggy. They provided half the amount of the thali as refund. I need full refund and compensation for this health carelessness....
