The delivery of spoiled food.

Insufficient Order and Swiggy refused to refund

I ordered food on Swiggy from KFC for 3 persons(3 burgers, 6 boneless strips, 6 hot & crispy chicken). The order I received was of 1 med Pop Chicken and 2hot and crispy. So, it was not sufficient for even 1 person.

I asked Swiggy to take this back and either reorder or refund the whole amount. After 2 hrs of chatting, they didn't even provide the customer care number and refused to refund or even reorder the amt.

compensation amount not shared food delivery delayed way beyond promised delivery time

Hi there!

I had order food from swiggy on 11/09/2020 for a price of rs. 195.
The order delivery was delayed & was 30 minutes late. I had requested swiggy to refund my money for a delayed delivery but they denied returning my money but instead promised to pay a compensation amount of rs. 75 for the delay but unfortunately the amount hasn't been shared with me yet.

I ordered mutton through swiggy from green chick chop but the was highly disappointed with the kind of delivery, the received packet was not sealed. Also wasnt of good temperature as it should have been as it was a meat order. When opened the pack, it was stale and had very bad smell after raising the concern to swiggy, all i got was a refund of small amount.. Ordered murgh afghani with tandoori roti from

food spillage and still no refund

I had ordered from Jugadnight hotel Ahmedabad at 12 jan around 1-2 am and i got comoletely spilled order, so i complained and claim for refund, subsequently i talked on phone with their customercare, they assured me that i will get refund but its 1wk i got nothing...completely pathetic!!!

Last night i have raised a concern with swiggy to resolve my missing item they have gave me a four to six hour window to resolve which didn't happen at all and spoke with customer support they are also very rude and declined to provide any solution. no refund for missing item

I order 2 items from swiggy, prepaid but only 1 item was delivered.
After hours of chatting with the support team via mail all they could tell me was they are sorry this happened to me and my feedback is very valuable and all but apparently i'm not entitled the money back for the missing item.
I don't see how this is fair at all. Are they not expected to refund the items that were not delivered? Does this mean that every time...

I ordered food on 20dec and on delivery found it eaten/spilled and inappropriate to eat. We raised the complain to support service, with photos. Initially he was agreeing to return small amount only. Also, he was so rude that we raised the level to his superior. It was then agreed for full refund and i was told payment will come within 4-5working days. delivery issues escalation

There are two incidences i want to report.

1. I ordered food on 01/01/2020, order # [protected]. Got the incomplete order delivered after the estimated time. Tried calling restaurant, the rep of restaurant mentioned as he had requested to wait the swiggy delivery rep, but the person was in rush and didn't listen to him and left without taking the food parcel. Now that was a real inconvenience and utter upsetting...

unable to login

Two days ago I tried to order food from swiggy but in "my cart" section it said that "the login session has expired" but since I couldn't login from there so I logged out completely and tried to login again and now whenever I try to login with the otp it says "too many login attempts detected on this device. Please login from an account used earlier". Please fix this asap....

spillage in the order

Order was placed on 24 dec, 2019.
I have received a spilled pizza. I have attached a image with this email. This pizza is not edible anymore. I want a refund for this incident. This is most probably the fault of the delivery agent of swiggy and i have not gotten any satisfactory response from swiggy team....

spilled damaged birthday cake

Today on my mom's 70th birthday ordered a black forest cake on swiggy app. The one delivered was spilled and broken. Showed the delivery boy and to customer chat immediately and both advised to send email to [protected]@swiggy.in swiggy which i did. But
In response they didn't replace the cake and they took it as feedback.in process i lost my rs 400 against the spoiled spilled cake. Need a refund or replacement....
