I have been getting invoices in my email about orders I did not make. I have only used swiggy while visiting India, I am currently in the uk. I am unable to log into my account as I don’t have my Indian number phone with me anymore. I can’t get in touch with swiggy either. I would like swiggy to stop these orders. We ordered cake on June 10 with Order ID Order#[protected]. First, we used food card for payment.It showed that the transaction was failed. So, we again used debit card and done the payment. But amount debited from food card and debit card also. That means, two times amount was debited.

I have ordered a ton of times from swiggy, many at times i have received wrong items or missing items n most of the time quality being the issue, leakage and quantity issue
