I have attached the photo regarding order. Cod disabled even though swiggy canceled my order. Gave a coupon instead of removing the cancelation fee. Coupon only valid for a month.
Don't have money in bank right now so can't use online payment. And swiggy customer care said will enable only after placing 3-4 orders via online payment.

        My cash on delivery was disabled even though it was swiggys fault . They compensated me the canceled order money but only gave me a coupon instead of canceling the fee charged. They canceled my order and and compensated by giving a coupon but disabled cod . So I can't place a order and use the coupon. I don't use online payment. And coupon is only valid for a month. Currently I don't have cash in my bank to use online payment. So I am not able to use the coupon and in future I will have to pay the order money as fee and then order my food. This is absurd and fraud and cheating the customer.

          I ordered cold Coffee drink and while sipping with the straw I felt something at the back of my throat and when I saw it was thin metal wires which could have got stick in my throat and turned out fatal to me. A person could have died because of this irresponsibility. Plus I cannot upload the picture as it says "file to large" for reference I have shared the images on email. I would completely with full authority like to ask for refund of my ₹226 for such a horrible experience.

            I have ordered an order at 9.51 pm on 14th nov 2021 at my home in faridabad from near by restaurant wow momo which is hardly 3 km away from my home. Order was accepted and a delivery boy had been assigned. But it had been showing 25 min since last 1 hour and at 11, i contacted to swiggy about the real status of the order, then they told me that delivery boy had denied delivery. And they didn't even think to inform me this on time . Is that my fault that your delivery boy denied my order. Or isn't this you lr responsibility to inform me on time or assign somebody else on time. At this time, someone ordered to get dinner and that person must be hungry since an hour. All of sudden you say that we could make another order at 11 and you had tl wait 1 more hour . Is that right. Also, the customer care person didn't have any appologies or regret for this. This was the worst incidence happend with me and swiggy and i would never recommend swiggy to anyone. It is better to go for another app such as zomato.

              I am Lakshmi. I have placed an order (order ID[protected] with swiggy instamart on 14/11/21, 09:48 am and it got delivered around 11:55am. While I checked the package I realize two items are missing from the order. I have paid online for the entire order. Modern milk bread and (350g) and 1kg potatoes are missing. I need my products today itself.

                  I was in my car waiting at a red light at traffic junction where there was no free left turn. This swiggy driver(License# TN72C Z1946) started abusing me because apparently I did not give him way. Brazenly he also jumped the red light. I expect Swiggy to take action and notify me of what action was taken. Such drivers are giving Swiggy a bad reputation. Until action is taken I am not ordering anything from Swiggy.

                    I order Mushroom Manchurian using swiggy app in the restaurant HYDERABADI BIRIYANI,
                    117/4, Surya Lilly Arcade Complex,
                    Colony Hospital Stop, Vijaya Thottam,
                    Komarapalayam - 638183,
                    Namakkal District.

                    My order ID was[protected] which contains 2 items are
                    1. Mushroom Manchurian x 1 - ₹ 110.00 /-,
                    2. Veg Nuggets x 1 - ₹ 90.00 /-,
                    Delivery Partner Fee - ₹ 9.00 /-,
                    Total - ₹ 209.00 /-.

                    When I open the pack Veg Nuggets it was ok and taste also not bad. But when i open the Mushroom Manchurian Pack it was very blacky and nasty smell.
                    The chef kept Mushroom in oil for long time and it get black. He can able to notice that it was over fried blacky. But he prepared Manchurian with that same over fried blacky Mushroom.
                    The packing section can able to notice that blacky Manchurian. But they also packed that food.

                    I have ordered it for 3:13 pm,[protected], and swiggy partner deliver it at 3:50 pm on same day. The nearly take 45 minutes of time to prepare food and deliver it. For preparation of food restaurant take nearly 35 to 40 min. They had a enough time to prepare a quality food. But the restaurant packed me a Blacky nasty smell food. I was so hungry, ordered food and waiting for it long time. When i open this pack i cant able to eat this Food. But due to hunger i eat onions and capsicum after that i throughout that blacky Mushroom Manchurian.

                            I had ordered a pizza, a dip, a roll n 7up from pizza hut using swiggy..The delivery executive handed ovee the order to me and pressed delivered ..i stopped him rightaway and asked him about the 7 up bottle that was missing from the order.He said he didnt knoe n askd me to raise an issue.In return a replacement id was given to me.He insisted on replacing the full order, so I handed over the order to him and he went away.I kept waiting for the other executive to arrive..When he did arrive he just came with a bottle of 7up to me.I asked him about the rest of the items..He refused to have a knoe-hoe of anything.I was tired ..and busy in work all day and didnt get time to eat.So i ordered pizza to only be disappointed in the end.I kept waiting at from 7 to 8 p.m outside calling swiggy customer care n no of tymz..but everytime they refused to help.Shame on you and your services.I am uninstalling this app.Wasted my time..my money.(676).n coudnt satiate my hunger.May Allah punish you for all.

                                I placed an order with swiggy on 1st of november they called me saying the item is not available and that my order has been cancelled. they should not have taken the order in the first place. the payment has been made online. since they cancelled the order from their side they still did not refund my amount. pathetic swiggy.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered sweets but received noodles and idli sambhar.
                                  Items ordered:
                                  Besan Burfi - 1kg
                                  Dhoda Special - 1kg

                                  Order total is 507 INR and I had applied a coupon for 199 off. Paid 308 via Amazon Pay Balance.

                                  On complaining, I got a voucher of 308 INR that doesn't let me get the same items unless I pay 199.

                                  It occurred on: 4/11/2021

                                  Expected resolution is that you issue refund and coupons. i.e. refund full 308 back to amazon or swiggy wallet and issue a coupon for 199 off.

                                  Since you have already sent 308 coupon without my consent, I now expect you to add 199 to swiggy wallet money so that I can place the same order without paying extra money.

                                    On October 12th order placed (Order no[protected] worth Rs 361 Mobikwik coupon applied assuring Rs 100 cashback but cashback not received. On asking for help their customer care executive Mr Chirag assured I will get the cashback in 10 working days. Cashback still not received.

                                      I have placed my order for food instructions I call restaurant no one receive the call than I call to swiggy customer care agent I gave him the instructions of my order he told no one is receiving the call next time you give instruction now your order is prepared then I told the agent cancel my order if no cancellation fee is charged he told me wait i will tell you what is charges and suddenly he told me your order is cancelled check in app and refund will be processed within 24hrs I check in my app refund status zero and got message you have charged 100% fee I told the agent why you cancel my order if charges was applicable I have money on tree branches or what you pay because it's your mistake not my...

                                      I have recording in my phone if you call me i will playback

                                      So i request you to please solve my problem ASAP

                                      I mailed swiggy 3 to 4 times but they are repeating the same questions that your order was prepared and my reply was your swiggy agent knows that my order was prepared but i was on call with swiggy customer care how would I know I told the agent I want to give instructions to my order if you not taking than cancel my order but no cancellation fee should be apply after 2 to 3 times of failure payment of my order again I pay from other sources of payment I want order on that time I was not joking
