The cake is spilled and everytime i faces the same issue but swiggy doesn’t provide compensation rather put on the restaurant. I have being rating the restaurant but no help yet

    On 24th Sep, 2021 I placed an order[protected].
    Soon after I placed it I realized I need to add one more item but I did not get any option.Within 3 minutes I cancelled the order to place another order with the extra item.
    For this I have been charged Rs. 444 (which was the order value) as cancelation fee.

    The restaurant did not even confirm the order by the time I cancelled it.

    I reached out to swiggy support for refund of the cancellation fees but I have been rejected 5 times. 4 times no valid reason was given for the rejection. Once I have been told that food was already prepared so cancellation fee can not be reversed.
    Is it a joke? Within 3 minutes restaurant already prepared the food?
    And I will be charged Rs. 444 for the food that never even reached me?
    After being a loyal customer of swiggy for more than 3 years, this is grossly unacceptable and unfair.
    I request help and justice in this forum for this malpractice.

        I had ordered grocery from swiggy and order was eligible for free "Aloo Bhujia" worth rs 91 but it didn't got delivered with order. When i contacted swiggy support with this issue, they only wanted give me a coupon of 50rs, which is absolutely of no use as swiggy app has 100-120 rs random coupons available at any point of time. So i asked for only 50rs refund to the source of deduction which they denied.

          I unfortunately delete my swiggy account... But now i cant login into it. It seems like i am already used this in last six months. I had tried three other number also. Then also it seems like this

            I placed an order of Rs 416 on 22nd Sep and paid it using my UPI but the transaction got failed and as per company's policy the amount should be refunded in 2 hrs but I have not received any amount till today (27th Sep)

Agar 6 mahine nahi hua hai toh aap Swiggy connect form bhar sakte hai ya aapke DE ID aur city details ko hume [protected]@swiggy.in pe email kar sakte hai. Hum aapke mudde ko dekhke sulja denge.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about Online Food Ordering

                The issue that I have experienced was: After being a customer since 2014 today's incident has made me rethink using your services in the near future. The customer support executives simply mishandled my situation.

                I had made an order from Burger KInd acropolis (id:[protected], they made me wait for more than an hour when I approached the customer care executive he simply made a false promise of refunding my amount but never initiated it! He made me cancel my order and assured me a refund is in place. I have attached the screenshots as well as evidence.

                I spoke to another customer care executive who simply denied that the previous chat existed in their record in the first place.

                It occurred on: 26/09/2021

                Request you to refund the exact amount of Rs.449 for the distress that I have been caused through the whole ordeal. I never agreed to the cancellation in the first place so the refund amount should be processed immediately.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  I order 3 dosas yesterday. Had 2 yesterday. Kept another one in fridge. Today while eating the last one I felt something hard is in it and can’t chew. I took it out and saw a hard plastic piece was in it. Now Swiggy is refunding me 5 rs. I want 1/3rd of my payment back. Also It made me go through all the hassle.

                    Onboarding delay and no response

                    We have been trying to get im touch with Swiggy contact for onboarding .

                    The no is busy for hours and once it connects the voice and lines are not clear .

                    Resulting hours and hours of Wait .

                    We are trying to have out kit onboard and it has been a very bad experence .

                      I met with an accident on 14 july while delivering swiggy item .my right leg got fractured two plates are being inserted in my leg. I contact swiggy brach but no one came.then i contact banglore branch office they ask me to go nearesr hospital. Next day one staff came and take photos of mine.he assure me that don't worry we will take care of everything don't worry.we will compensate you. Till now i get nothing from swiggy. My wife sell her ornaments to take medicines and to run the house.

                        Hello gave a complaint in mail n over the call but failed to repay the amount for non delivered items. Send mail of cc camera footage for the same but no use

                            The issue that I have experienced was: While booking, swiggy website given me option to type my address, I have written my address correctly but in the map it didn't picked up my address location even though i have chosen to my current location, it picked wrong location. When delivery boy call me I have asked him to deliver to my address but he went to wrong location picked by the swiggy map. I request him to deliver to my address and take extra delivery charge but he didn't listen to me only.
                            I got call from swiggy team support, she also did not listen and cancelled my order forcefully without any refund. I have spend Rs.221/- but got nothing.

                              Ordered 2 burgers from Wendy's Bangalore and when i lifted the top bun to put sauce on the patty i found black disgusting dirt in the lettuce.

                              I had already eaten one of the bugers without checking and could not eat the rest as i started feeling sick looking at the dirt on the food.

                                Nightmare would probably never use it again, worst customer service ever and they definitely do not value their customers. Ordered 5 items worth rs 655 plus 80 rs of additional charges. Only 4 items where delivered. When spoke to customer service they say a coupon of rs 22 will be issued instead of the itme which itself was worth rs 100. Family had to adjust with less food, delivery charges of rs 80 got wasted how can they say they value their customers. Its simple ridiculous. Will never ever order again and request people to avoid it. When you charge people delivery partner fee its your responsibility to resolve their issues
