Daily payout issues

Actually I am not able to get my daily payout for the date of 26 November Friday 27 November Saturday 28th November Sunday the total amount goes for 435 rupees and I haven't received yet to my bank account or to any other wallet...
Kindly i need a phone call regarding the same because its been more than a week and trying to get this problem solve but I am not getting any response from their side and I am really having a very tough...

Dear Sir,

I am writing this email with full regret and disappointment caused by Swiggy. I placed an order no.[protected] Dt. 29/11/21 at 11:28PM, pay the amount and order is accepted & confirmed by te restaurant.

after 1 hour at 12:33AM (from no. [protected]) I received a call from the customer care that they are not able to serve the order, after some discussion (about 3Min 9 Sec) he told that he will try to do it and call back in 5 Min. When I not receive any call from Swiggy, I call the customer care at 12:44AM (No. [protected]) he asked me to cancel the order and he don't have any other option at his end, so told him to forward the call to his seniors for the resolution of the issue, My call was put on hold for 180 Minutes, I wait till 3:40 AM but unable contact the seniors to resolve the issue.

Above series of incident totally disappoint me and change my opinion about Swiggy, never trust on Swiggy.

After completing my work when I feel very hungry and place order on Swiggy, pay in advance, order was accepted & confirmed, than after 1 hour at mid night how deny your customer to serve the order, when no much options are available and leave him hungry.

How Swiggy can respond like this and put the call of customer on hold for 180 Minutes ???

If your customer care is not have authority to resolve the issues of customers than pls close it.

I slept that night hungry even after paying the amount to Swiggy,

    Order Level Adjustments

    Swiggy has been deducting our money under there column named "Order level adjustments. They are deducting the amount without taking any consent or approval from the partner. They had been deducting the amount since last 3years....

    I have been order 3 pizza mac + mc spice and 3 macaloo tikki + fries. So I haven’t get some orders like 3 mac aloo tikki. Which i been paid for it!!!

        I have Completed my food delivery order in my GPS location but showed me Coimbatore restaurant I didn't know that is another city so I place an order paid for my food after that this is showed me other city pilots pick up the order, so i complain to swiggy support team please refund me this is a technical error but there not refund that money. i am lost of my money with hungry.

          On 14/11/2021 I ordered food worth Rs.1156 from Hara Fine Dine restaurant, Banashankari, Bangalore. When the order arrived the delivery agent said Swiggy wants to cancel my order. He asked me to pay him directly. After seeing that the order has been canceled and the refund has been initiated on the Swiggy app, I received the food and paid him via PhonePe. The amount has been deducted from my account (I also have the transaction ID of PhonePe) but the delivery person claimed he has not received it. He and the restaurant called me multiple times and pestered and troubled me to pay again. I obliged and paid again. Initially swiggy customer support said they would resolve this issue. It has been 2 weeks but they have not done anything. I have sent many emails to [protected]@support.in. They don't reply to any emails. People on chat support in swiggy app are also useless. I need my Rs1156 back.

              This is Irshad having registered mobile No - [protected]. I want to Inform you that I have order food from swiggy of Rs. 144 on 28th Nov 2021.
              I have return you order due to bad packaging. And lodge complaint for refund. They have initiate refund but my amount is not credited yet in my account.
              there is almost 48 hours passed. how much time do you take to refund a such amount.

                Today we have ordered Biryani from Supreme BBQ Kitchen through Swigy order no. #[protected] and food was delivered by Zeeshan Shaikh.

                The delivery boy was not weares the mask and uniform and he was looking very unprofessional and ugly.

                When he was delivered the food to us said that " Aapko is restaurant me kya acchha laga, sada hua restaurant hai, khana bhi sada hua hai, aap dekhoge to khaoge bhi nahi." And he was not ready to deliver the food on doorstep he told that come down and collect it.

                The delivery boy behaviour was very inappropriate and food also not good.

                Taste was not good and it was not hygeninc.

                This kind of service we are not excepting from swiggy.

                I have taken a membership and using past few months but today's behaviour is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

                Hence I am thinking to stop to use swiggy.

                Request you to please check and take a necessary action to save your loved and good customer.

                Expecting positive response from swiggy at the earliest.

                  I ordered a pre paid waffle cake from Belgian waffles vaishali nagar Jaipur from my another number that is [protected] registered on the name of suryanshu sharma. Order number[protected] . Due to some technical issue the number got switched off, I instantly called from my another number but delivery guy refused to deliver the pre paid order and ran away with it. He didn’t return the order to Belgian waffle store as well . This is highly wrong and unethical to dupe us of an pre paid order. I tried reaching customer care but I am unable to do so.

                    I placed an order with Swiggy on[protected]. Order no.[protected]. one of the order items was missing. So, I immediately raised the issue with them but no solution was provided. Then, I reached out to them through mail, Swiggy Chat and call. But they keep giving the same replies:
                    1. Photo provided is not clear
                    2. After carefully reviewing, refund is not possible ( it is not my fault that the seal tape used by the restaurant was of Zomato and not Swiggy.)
                    And they also keep saying our team will get back to you in 10-12 hours which they're are not. They keep keep telling me to contact them through mail and I have contacted them through mail and Swiggy Chat multiple times but no solution has been provided.

                    I was also unable to get into contact with the Delivery personnel because his incoming was not active. I have done everything I can but to no avail. They are refusing to refund my money.

                    Please help me out.

                      We were assigned a account manager for our restaurants, he took money to his account saying he can activate ads from his side with a code. We transferred the amount, the promotion got started but we noticed we were being charged for promotion which were being deducted from our weekly payout. We got assigned a new manager now, but we had no information upto a month. The person now doesn't lift calls and the last call he spoke was a week ago were he still claimed he was working in swiggy but the new manager says he left the company. We tweeted to swiggy but to no use, no one has approached us. We have the call recordings and the transaction details.

                            Terms and conditions of a plan changed entirely

                            Hello,
                            I bought Swiggy super plan for ₹399. It promised free deliveries of food above ₹149 and buy 1 get 1 on food from certain restaurants.
                            Within 1 week of buying the plan, they have completely changed the conditions of the plan without any prior information and without my consent....

                              Swiggy has been charging me delivery fees since they upgraded my Swiggy Super Plan to Swiggy One without notifying me

                              Compare these 2 orders, Order #[protected] & Order #[protected], Both have almost the same item total, but one is charged with a delivery fee and one is not. They have been charging me ever since they upgraded my Swiggy Super plan.

                              I've raised this concern many times but still, they are just stating item-total should be above 149 but the problem is that both the orders have item-total above 149.

                                I had ordered Chick'n Rice Solo Combo from KFC and was supposed to receive 1 Popcorn Rice Bowl, 3 Chicken Strips, 1 Dip and one chilled Pepsi. I did not receive the Dip. I complained about the matter to Swiggy's customer care but a digitally automated message told me to email photos. I emailed them photos of the food I received and of the invoice which clearly states that I should be offered a Dip. The restaurant clearly knew that the item should be included but they might have forgotten to include it. So i asked for my money back but Swiggy refuses to give me a refund for the missing item. What's worse is that the customer care agents are so condescending as if I am complaining about the taste of the food.

                                If you charge for a service and do not provide it, you are illegally withholding the money that wasn't yours to begin with.
