I have placed an order around 8:45 pm & its given that it would be delivered around 9:[protected]@... I have asked many times where it's my order through customer care and it have been said ur order is on track n it will delivered on time.. now I m complaining about till now I did not received any confirmation from swiggy. Worst experience.....

Hi, I have ordered my food from swiggy. They send my order 6 km away from my address and ask me to pick from there else order will be cancelled and i have to pay for the same, I requested them to kindly serve it to the place wherei have ordered but they deny and cancelled my order. I was a daily customer of Swiggy but they dont value it at all. I have Uninstall my app now....

Even after waiting for 2 Hours different reasons are given by Swiggy Executive. Order not deliver and without my consent it is cancelled. Not even bother to call before cancelling.
Very much unprofessional attitude by Swiggy. And second bad experience with Behrooj Biryani. First time with uncooked food and this time by not delivering food....

I have received a pathetic food from hotel tandoori manzil even I have mentioned that please do not give spicy food.

We have placed 2 order from same restaurant and the status showing as delivered but we have not received the order. Contacted the delivery boy numerous occasions and got reply that there is a problem in the app. The order is not handed over from restaurant yet but wrongly showing delivered in the app. He said will reach the destination after 10 to 15 min. However after his phone was not reachable.

Today on 2 nd aug 2021 i order 2 chicken patties 1chicken burger 1 chicken sandwich 1 chicken 65. Order delivered very fast. So i give rating 5 on delivary. But when i open the order i got a shock. Except patties nothing was microwaved. Food was very very cold. We want to complain because it was a waste but we could not find the proper option. We talk customer support also but they denied to replace food and also denied for refund....

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

The issue that I have experienced was: I am suffering from fever from last 2 days i was unable to cook food so i will order food with swiggy and also paid online payment at today approx 10:30 pm i am waiting from last 1 hour after 11:30 swiggy delivery boy call me that sorry my bike was facing some problems so i can't deliver...

I placed order to day on 01.08.21 and made online payment of Rs.836/-but no confirmation of order received from Swiggy.As such requested to refund the amount to my account at the earliest....

I didn't received one of the food item and later on I asked them to cancel and give me refund but I didn't got the refund is this is a way to treat your customer I was really irritated with this kind of service and your management is not even bothering to call me or message me....

The item is completely different from my ordered things for which I have paid.

My id is showing temporary blocked. When i had submitted Gform to know the reason they even dont know the reason than i went to Hub they are even saying same but reason is not mentioned..after 24 hours i had received call from fleet manager said you are terminated from company when i ask the reason they said u were demanding money from customer i said nothing happened like this they had disconnected the call not gave chance to explain scenerio....

I have purchased Broasted friend chicken mandi Half plate from Al Madina Mandi House in Malakpet Gunj from online from Swiggy with Order #[protected] on Jul 26, 2021 with cost of 280 rs. In website the mrp of this product is 280 rs but when i visited the same hotel for purchasing something snacks on the same day evening, i have noticed in their menu book that the original price of this product is 230 rs.

I ordered noodles and I got the different item and I filled the complaint and till now I have not received refund.. I paid from my coupon which I got from my last order instead of money so it was not any discount coupon.. when I asked for my refund on current order ur team is deducting that amount of coupon which is wrong as it was my money which u gave in the form of coupon
