Hello gave a complaint in mail n over the call but failed to repay the amount for non delivered items. Send mail of cc camera footage for the same but no use

The issue that I have experienced was: While booking, swiggy website given me option to type my address, I have written my address correctly but in the map it didn't picked up my address location even though i have chosen to my current location, it picked wrong location. When delivery boy call me I have asked him to deliver to my address but he went to wrong location picked by the swiggy map. I request him to deliver to my address and take extra delivery charge but he didn't listen to me only.
I got call from swiggy team support, she also did not listen and cancelled my order forcefully without any refund. I have spend Rs.221/- but got nothing.

Ordered 2 burgers from Wendy's Bangalore and when i lifted the top bun to put sauce on the patty i found black disgusting dirt in the lettuce.

I had already eaten one of the bugers without checking and could not eat the rest as i started feeling sick looking at the dirt on the food.

Nightmare would probably never use it again, worst customer service ever and they definitely do not value their customers. Ordered 5 items worth rs 655 plus 80 rs of additional charges. Only 4 items where delivered. When spoke to customer service they say a coupon of rs 22 will be issued instead of the itme which itself was worth rs 100. Family had to adjust with less food, delivery charges of rs 80 got wasted how can they say they value their customers. Its simple ridiculous. Will never ever order again and request people to avoid it. When you charge people delivery partner fee its your responsibility to resolve their issues

Bank ka account thik ho gaye please pending amount de dena

Mere jo bank hai uska IFSC code change ho gaye account pe amount credited nahi hota hai...

I'm am delivery partner of swiggy my DE ID is 1628617 till now 2 week pass I have not got my previous week payout...

I have ordered vegetables from Swiggy instamart.
After that I made payment, my payment gone but order didn't get placed, got canceled.

Please help.

My wife ordered from swiggy on 08/09/2021.Amount deducted from the account but order failed. After 9 days still we have not received any refund. Customer care executive on chat said in that case they cannot help. Swiggy is cheated with us for very small amount. On 08/09/2021 following message has been received:

Your payment for Swiggy order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from your card will get refunded within 4-7 days.

I purchased premium swiggy membership because they offer free deliveries on orders. But as soon as I bought the membership my regular restaurant was marked as unserviceable because I used to order a lot from there and the delivery Charges were high.
I went to customer care and waited for more than 1.5 hours because they put me on hold as they can’t help me and they will transfer the call to a senior executive. They denied help for a membership I paid for. I have all the screenshots for the chat.

Jitender Sharma- [protected] the rider arrived at restaurant and collect the order but not pick up on there app after that customer call me and told me rider jitender saying restaurant system not working, I have received order from restaurant and I am cancelling the order and you pay by cash.. It's fraud by rider

I ordered food for 352 on 17th July 2021 at 7.30PM from Hotel Maithili.

I cancelled the order by mistake immediately I spoke the customer care executive escalation manager and informed about cancellation due to error and asked them to dispatch the order asap, to my address, they gave lame excuses like food is gone to food hub
I asked them to dispatch my food as I have paid for it And cannot loose my money, still they cooked up stories instead of dispatching my food
And I was charged 352 as cancellation charges
They to have one standard reply food was prepared and it will spoil
Are you people so hungry that you eat customers food in seconds and cannot reverse the cancellation to dispatch the food
Very pathetic customer care service and a bad way to cheat customers of their money and food
I was regular customer of Swiggy and you are loosing customer for no reason

I was ordered chicken meals in ANJAPPAR RESTAURANT, PERAMBUR. In that delivered parcel the chicken gravy box and rasam box was totally busted and that gravy was totally leaked to the balance foods and the paper bag... Promisely can't able to eat the food...All the food I threw it to the dustbin, My hardened money that I paid was wasted. But I can't get an proper response from the swiggy and Surely I want refund because of this issue happened to me.

I have recieved chicken salami from swiggy which was expired in 06/2020 and manufactured in 2019 a year old expired and I am having sever food poisoning due to this

1) firni Rs 65
2)kakori kebab (4 pieces) Rs 385
3) mutton biryani and chicken tikka butter masala (6 pieces) Rs 640
Total=1152
But at the time of delivery I got
1)firni Rs 65
2)kakori half Rs 190(3 pieces)
3) mutton biryani Rs 290
Plus taxes Total Rs 572
My chicken tikka butter masala and one kakori kebab are missing in order.when I contacted delivery boy and restaurant both are blaming each other.none has answer for my missing order or money.my food was not delivered properly when I need it, your customer support are not answering.atleast refund my money at time.. disgusting customer service

I am regular customer Prime member of Swiggy ordering daily twice .

For the first instance today due to sudden emergency i could not receive the call from delivery boy twice . In 4 minutes he cancelled the order .

When i spoke soon with your customer executive Angena she said its contactless policy no refund . I said everyday executives ringing my bell is the policy not same always . Told her check my record its never happened with me for so many years with SWIGGY . She confirmed on the chat she would atleast give me back half the money . Although still that not right customer service still i agreed she confirmed . Then she vanishes and another executive comes named Sagir . He says Angena said incorrectly confirmed wrongly there is no refund .

This is heights firstly for an esteemed customer a daily customer for one instance of not attending call twice delivery gets cancelled and then u say your money is gone as well as the food . One person comes conforms u get half back another comes says she was wrong u get nothing .

Am from service industry too is this the kind of service a customer gets ..
