    Ordered Egg Biryani from β€œHitex Bawarchi” Hyderabad through swiggy.

    The quality was pathetic They delivered only un-boiled colour rice with 2 boiled egg.

    complained to the swiggy customer care but they refused to provide me the refund or reorder.

    Also they said there’s no point in claiming any refund as they do not have such provisions, the most they can do is to complain the restaurant about the food quality.

    I asked them to let me talk to a senior executive but he refused saying they were busy.

              This is so shameful. I ordered my meal (2 dosa and 2 idli ) from a restraunt "South ka Swad" worth Rs 299 on 3rd November, 2021 and received hair in the Dosa. I don't know which part of the body, the hair might be. So I threw the entire order as it was very unhealthy to eat. This is very bad. I paid for an order and in a way not received the order. I paid to swiggy for the same and was expecting a good order from swiggy but the day was spoiled and so was the order. I demand a refund against the misbehavior over my order as it was not my fault that I came through this problem.

              I just need a refund as a part of the compensation worth Rs 299 against my order.

              of hairs in the Dosa.

                I have ordered food from swiggy. The order was delayed by 30 minutes which is due to Mumbai traffic and can be excused. Second thing, the order was incomplete and the items were spilled all over. The delivery executive spoke to me after keeping the parcel in my lobby was saying that the food is spilled due to improper packing from restaurant. 1 item is completely spilled and other item was missing. When I escalated the matter to swiggy, they were least bothered to enquire the things. Instead they provided a refund of Rs. 39 to my account. Order value was Rs. 311 and the missing and spilled items were 198 rupees. I further escalated the matter to customer care executive and the response was very bad. He simply apologised and closed the matter. I have never seen such a poor customer service.

                  Unable to login with my register number

                  I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

                  Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

                  All my payment methods are registered with this number and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

                  I order chicken biryani swiggy i recieved bad quality food and i complainted to swiggy customer care they noot replaced food and they given the details of the restaurent to file the complaint on restaurent.
                  swiggy is not taking any action on restaurent they are neglecting like this kind of issues so im requesting you to take action on swiggy please

                    I always ordered food via cash on dilevery from swiggy but from 2 days due to restaurant mistake I have to cancel my order without cancellation fee. But now they've blocked my account from cash on delivery option for me without my mistake or my fault. The one who made mistake was the restaurant not me then why I have to be blocked. Please resolve it as soon as possible

                      On 1 Nov 2021 @ 18:59 ordered and Prepaid at Copper Kitchen (SWIGGY ORDER ID[protected] for Rs.327) through Swiggy.

                      Around 20:00 IST Swiggy Executive ARRIVED AT MY PLACE and told that he left food at Hotel BY MISTAKE and CHANGED HIS ORDER STATUS AS DELIVERED. Hence I contact Swiggy Help Center, first asked my address, then told to talk with executive, and finally, they told me to send mail to [protected]@swiggy.in

                      Here I lost my money, food not delivered, no response from Swiggy help center.

                      Meanwhile, I checked with Copper Kitchen Hotel, they told that order was dispacted already.

                      I expect some immediate action from Swiggy, but they failed to do so. Till Now (2 Nov 2021, 12:10 pm) no response for me.

                      So it is proved that there is no guarantee for my food or money refund even the mistatke is absolutely with swiggy executive, if you want to report to swiggy via mail. Then why app has help and support . I reported them within 5 minutes.

                      Within 5 hours time period, how can i shoot mail..

                      Evening ordered at 7, delivery executive reported me 8 pm. At that time, my priority will be arranging food and sleep or shooting you complaint mail. Will you do this in that time.

                      That too 5 hours is reporting time. But your response time is 10-12 hours, what at shame ??? even that help team asked me to send mail but not told me time of 5 hours, because they also don't aware of that 5 hours.

                      One thing is clear. Swiggy - Hotel - swiggy executive - some scandals.

                      Because i lost trust on swiggy. You get money, wont delivery food, wont arrange refund, no actions on after 5 hours. - because of your arrogant mail - have to complaint within 5 hours.

                              Hi i have placed 2 cakes from aburee le chocolatier, Kormangla from swiggy, 1 for my mom birthday and 1 for my sister. And in that 1 cake of my mom birthday was damaged alot from the bottom. I have raised issue with the customer care they saying sorry it happened we will give you 390rs coupon code. I said them i need full refund of my cake amount not the coupon, coz i have paid 800β‚Ή for the cake and they offering me β‚Ή390 coupon, i said them i need full refund not the coupon or else i will raise a complaint in consumer court. They dint gave any response on that and hanged the chat. And the call is not getting connected, so I request you pls to take an action and get the amount refund back please, Thankyou.

                                    A person named Harsh Shah as a representative of swiggy come to me on 23 October 2021,
                                    He asked me to do registered my restaurant in swiggy then I told ok and he registered my restaurant through his mobile and whatsapp him all my documents and shown him original also, then he told me just pay me 8590 right now and after document get ok you pay me 7316 rupes in that amount you get 1 tablet on which orders are coming and, your commission is 20% and swiggy gives costumer 60%discount behalf of you,
                                    And he give me account details that is

                                    And I transfer the amount the copy is in attachment.

                                    But next day I m trying to call him and send him messages then it's not delivered so I called swiggy customer care so they told me we can not take any money from Resturant owner,

                                    So question is that how can he know the process and how can he have swiggy id card .

                                    When I checked online then that bundl technologies Pvt Ltd belonging to swiggy only,

                                    So what is happening pls let me know and give me money back from your account .

                                    I already given a police complaint to Bandra police station.

                                      Order not placed, payment deducted from account

                                      I orderd something, amount is deducted from my account but order is not placed, first of all they have no any costumer care or helpline number so if someone have problem how can they contact, and when I contacted them through message, they didn't take any further step, they said contact to concerned bank, but I have already paid, how bank is responsible in this....
