I have ordered chicken munchurian wet3 but I got veg munchurian3 so I was applied coupon of 270INR.but it got wasted .SO I request them to return it back but they are not listening. Very bad services of swiggy. (And this thing happend many times to me) so I request to return my coupon of 270INR

    I have ordered corn veggie delight Pizza medium size from oven story pizza with swiggy app but delivery agent has taken too much time to deliver my food item and and when it is delivered it is completely cold and stale on condition.

      I had ordered a pizza, a dip, a roll n 7up from pizza hut using swiggy..The delivery executive handed ovee the order to me and pressed delivered ..i stopped him rightaway and asked him about the 7 up bottle that was missing from the order.He said he didnt knoe n askd me to raise an issue.In return a replacement id was given to me.He insisted on replacing the full order, so I handed over the order to him and he went away.I kept waiting for the other executive to arrive..When he did arrive he just came with a bottle of 7up to me.I asked him about the rest of the items..He refused to have a knoe-hoe of anything.I was tired ..and busy in work all day and didnt get time to eat.So i ordered pizza to only be disappointed in the end.I kept waiting at from 7 to 8 p.m outside calling swiggy customer care n no of tymz..but everytime they refused to help.Shame on you and your services.I am uninstalling this app.Wasted my time..my money.(676).n coudnt satiate my hunger.May Allah punish you for all.

          I placed an order with swiggy on 1st of november they called me saying the item is not available and that my order has been cancelled. they should not have taken the order in the first place. the payment has been made online. since they cancelled the order from their side they still did not refund my amount. pathetic swiggy.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

            The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered sweets but received noodles and idli sambhar.
            Items ordered:
            Besan Burfi - 1kg
            Dhoda Special - 1kg

            Order total is 507 INR and I had applied a coupon for 199 off. Paid 308 via Amazon Pay Balance.

            On complaining, I got a voucher of 308 INR that doesn't let me get the same items unless I pay 199.

            It occurred on: 4/11/2021

            Expected resolution is that you issue refund and coupons. i.e. refund full 308 back to amazon or swiggy wallet and issue a coupon for 199 off.

            Since you have already sent 308 coupon without my consent, I now expect you to add 199 to swiggy wallet money so that I can place the same order without paying extra money.

              Food issue

              Hi Team,

              I’m ordered (9:51 pm ) sundar chettinad restaurant for
              11:07 I didn’t get delivery I chat with Swiggy assist they said we will assign after 11 clock he said there is no delivery partner would you like to cancel I’m really fed up this service actually am very hungry and outside rain also, Incase they said before 10:30 don’t have issue I will go and buy but he said 11 clock all food...

              On October 12th order placed (Order no[protected] worth Rs 361 Mobikwik coupon applied assuring Rs 100 cashback but cashback not received. On asking for help their customer care executive Mr Chirag assured I will get the cashback in 10 working days. Cashback still not received.

                I have placed my order for food instructions I call restaurant no one receive the call than I call to swiggy customer care agent I gave him the instructions of my order he told no one is receiving the call next time you give instruction now your order is prepared then I told the agent cancel my order if no cancellation fee is charged he told me wait i will tell you what is charges and suddenly he told me your order is cancelled check in app and refund will be processed within 24hrs I check in my app refund status zero and got message you have charged 100% fee I told the agent why you cancel my order if charges was applicable I have money on tree branches or what you pay because it's your mistake not my...

                I have recording in my phone if you call me i will playback

                So i request you to please solve my problem ASAPÂ

                I mailed swiggy 3 to 4 times but they are repeating the same questions that your order was prepared and my reply was your swiggy agent knows that my order was prepared but i was on call with swiggy customer care how would I know I told the agent I want to give instructions to my order if you not taking than cancel my order but no cancellation fee should be apply after 2 to 3 times of failure payment of my order again I pay from other sources of payment I want order on that time I was not joking

                    Ordered Egg Biryani from “Hitex Bawarchi” Hyderabad through swiggy.

                    The quality was pathetic They delivered only un-boiled colour rice with 2 boiled egg.

                    complained to the swiggy customer care but they refused to provide me the refund or reorder.

                    Also they said there’s no point in claiming any refund as they do not have such provisions, the most they can do is to complain the restaurant about the food quality.

                    I asked them to let me talk to a senior executive but he refused saying they were busy.

                              This is so shameful. I ordered my meal (2 dosa and 2 idli ) from a restraunt "South ka Swad" worth Rs 299 on 3rd November, 2021 and received hair in the Dosa. I don't know which part of the body, the hair might be. So I threw the entire order as it was very unhealthy to eat. This is very bad. I paid for an order and in a way not received the order. I paid to swiggy for the same and was expecting a good order from swiggy but the day was spoiled and so was the order. I demand a refund against the misbehavior over my order as it was not my fault that I came through this problem.

                              I just need a refund as a part of the compensation worth Rs 299 against my order.

                                I have ordered food from swiggy. The order was delayed by 30 minutes which is due to Mumbai traffic and can be excused. Second thing, the order was incomplete and the items were spilled all over. The delivery executive spoke to me after keeping the parcel in my lobby was saying that the food is spilled due to improper packing from restaurant. 1 item is completely spilled and other item was missing. When I escalated the matter to swiggy, they were least bothered to enquire the things. Instead they provided a refund of Rs. 39 to my account. Order value was Rs. 311 and the missing and spilled items were 198 rupees. I further escalated the matter to customer care executive and the response was very bad. He simply apologised and closed the matter. I have never seen such a poor customer service.

                                  Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

                                  All my payment methods are registered with this number and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

                                  I order chicken biryani swiggy i recieved bad quality food and i complainted to swiggy customer care they noot replaced food and they given the details of the restaurent to file the complaint on restaurent.
                                  swiggy is not taking any action on restaurent they are neglecting like this kind of issues so im requesting you to take action on swiggy please

                                    I always ordered food via cash on dilevery from swiggy but from 2 days due to restaurant mistake I have to cancel my order without cancellation fee. But now they've blocked my account from cash on delivery option for me without my mistake or my fault. The one who made mistake was the restaurant not me then why I have to be blocked. Please resolve it as soon as possible
